| 1 | Pravastatin alleviates lipopolysaccharide-induced placental TLR4 over-activation and promotes uterine arteriole remodeling without impairing rat fetal development显示文摘Preeclampsia is associated with over-activation of the innate immune system in the placenta,in which toll-like receptor 4(TLR4) plays an essential part.With their potent anti-inflammatory effects,statins have been suggested as potential prevention or treatment of preeclampsia,although evidence remains inadequate.Herewith,we investigated whether pravastatin could ameliorate preeclampsia-like phenotypes in a previously established lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced rat preeclampsia model,through targeting the TLR4/NF-κB pathway.The results showed that pravastatin reduced the blood pressure [maximum decline on gestational day(GD) 12,(101.33±2.49) mmHg vs.(118.3±1.37) mmHg,P<0.05] and urine protein level [maximum decline on GD9,(3,726.23± 1,572.86) μg vs.(1,991.03 ±609.37)μg,P< 0.05],which were elevated following LPS administration.Pravastatin also significantly reduced the rate of fetal growth restriction in LPS-treated rats(34.10% vs.8.99%,P<0.05).Further pathological analyses suggested a restoration of normal spiral artery remodeling in preeclampsia rats by pravastatin treatment.These effects of pravastatin were associated with decreased TLR4/NF-κB protein levels in the placenta and IL-6/MCP-1 levels in serum.Additionally,no obvious abnormalities in fetal liver,brain,and kidney were found after administration of pravastatin.These results provide supportive evidence for use of pravastatin in preventing preeclampsia. | Muyi Yang Zhenyu Diao Zhiyin Wang Guijun Yan Guangfeng Zhao Mingming Zheng Anyi Dai Yimin Dai Yali Hu | 2018 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2018,32,4: | 5 |

| 3 | Single Neuron PID Control Based on Expert Experiences for Temperature Difference Control System of a Digester显示文摘Considering the temperature difference of displacement cooking characterized by severe non-linearity, large time delay, and real-time control, a cascade PID adaptive control strategy composed of a single neuron is proposed to ensure cooking temperature uniformity. The control strategy introduces expert experiences to adjust the single neuron gain K, while a single neuron PID self-learning and adaptive ability, as well as cascade advantage can be combined to realize the real-time and fast temperature difference control. In the Simulink, the s-function of this control strategy is used to carry out a dynamic simulation experiment with temperature difference characteristics and verify the robustness and response to model mismatch. Compared to conventional temperature difference-flow PID cascade control and single neuron PID cascade control, this control strategy has better robustness and stronger adaptability. | 4 | Branched Fluorine/Adamantane Interfacial Compatibilizer for PBO Fibers/Cyanate Ester Wave-Transparent Laminated Composites显示文摘Comprehensive Summary Branched fluorine/adamantane PBO precursor(preFABPBO),synthesized via random co-condensation between 2,2-bis(3-amino-4-hydroxyphenyl)hexafluoro propane,1,3-adamantanedicarbonyl dichloride,and trimesoyl chloride,is performed as interfacial compatibilizer,bisphenol A dicyanate ester(BADCy)resin as polymer matrix,and poly(p-phenylene-2,6-benzobisoxazole)(PBO)fibers as reinforcements to prepare PBO fibers/FABPBO-BADCy wave-transparent laminated composites by high temperature molding.The mechanical properties,wave-transparent performances,and heat resistances of PBO fibers/BADCy composites are simultaneously improved by the addition of preFABPBO.The interlaminar shear strength(ILSS)and flexural strength of PBO fibers/FABPBO-BADCy composites are 48.9 and 665.3 MPa,respectively,increased by 33.2%and 13.3%compared to those of PBO fibers/BADCy composites(36.7 and 587.4 MPa).The dielectric constant and dielectric loss values at 106 Hz are 2.53 and 0.003,respectively,lower than those of PBO fibers/BADCy composites(3.06 and 0.006),and the corresponding wave transmission efficiency is 94.8%,which also presents excellent stability over the wide temperature(25-200℃)and frequency range(103-107 Hz and 8.2-12.4 GHz).Meanwhile,the heat resistance index and glass transition temperature are 229.9℃and 247.5℃,also better than those of PBO fibers/BADCy composites(229.6℃and 247.1℃). | Zheng Liu Xiaoli Fan Muyi Han Hao Li Junliang Zhang Lixin Chen Qiju Zhu Junwei Gu | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Chemistry2023,41,8: | 2 |
