| 2 | 对非肠道的 amiodarone 第二等的尖锐肝炎不预防随后的口头的治疗显示文摘 Amiodarone chlorhydrate is a diiodated benzofuran derivative used to treat cardiac rhythm abnormalities. Hepatotoxicity is a relatively uncommon side effect of amiodarone and symptomatic hepatic dysfunction occurs in less than 1% to 3% of patients taking amiodarone. We report here on an unusual case of amiodarone-induced hepatotoxicity. A 29 year old woman with normal liver function was given amiodarone intravenously to treat her atrial fibrillation. She developed acute toxic hepatitis after 24 h. The intravenous form of amiodarone was immediately avoided and replaced by the oral form, using conventional loading doses as soon as the deranged liver function tests had normalized, without recurrence of the hepatitis. | 3 | 激光增材制造FeNi坡莫合金及其磁性能研究显示文摘以Fe-50%Ni预合金粉末为原材料,并采用激光选区熔化(Selective laser melting,SLM)技术制备坡莫合金,通过光学显微镜、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜等对采用不同工艺参数制备的SLM Fe-50%Ni合金的微观组织进行观察表征,分别在直流及交流条件下采用磁性能测试仪对其稳态磁性能及动态磁性能进行测试分析,其中直流测试中最大外磁场强度为5000 A/m.同时,研究了在交流条件下外磁场强为10 mT时不同频率下的铁损变化.研究结果表明:随着扫描速度的降低,即激光体积能量密度的增加,合金样品的孔隙率降低,显微硬度升高,但是过高的能量密度也使得热应力增加而产生微裂纹,晶粒尺寸也较大;合金样品的主相均为γ-(Fe-Ni)相,微观组织主要为沿打印方向的柱状晶组织,但在其熔池边界附近也存在少量的等轴晶,晶粒大小呈现微观不均匀性;选择适合的能量密度对合金的内部质量及性能至关重要,在使用较适合的体积能量密度制备的SLM合金样品的相对孔隙率低于0.5%、矫顽力为270 A/m、饱和磁感应强度为1.2 T、剩余饱和磁感应强度为0.4 T;当磁场强度为10 mT时,随着频率从10 kHz增加至100 kHz,铁损随着频率的升高而升高. | 高硕洪 卢冰文 NOUREDINE Fenineche LIAO Hanlin | 2021 | 材料研究与应用2021,15,4: | 2 |

| 5 | Simulation of double junction In0.46Ga0.54N/Si tandem solar cell显示文摘A comprehensive study of high efficiency In_(0.46)Ga_(0.54)N/Si tandem solar cell is presented.A tunnel junction(TJ) was needed to interconnect the top and bottom sub-cells.Two TJ designs,integrated within this tandem:GaAs(n^+)/GaAs(p^+) and In_(0.5)Ga_(0.5)N(n^+)/Si(p^+) were considered.Simulations of GaAs(n^+)/GaAs(p^+)and In_(0.5)Ga_(0.5)N(n^+)/Si(p^+) TJ I-V characteristics were studied for integration into the proposed tandem solar cell.A comparison of the simulated solar cell I-V characteristics under 1 sun AM1.5 spectrum was discussed in terms of short circuit current density(J_(SC)),open circuit voltage(V_(OC)),fill factor(FF) and efficiency(η) for both tunnel junction designs.Using GaAs(n^+)/GaAs(p^+) tunnel junction,the obtained values of J_(SC) = 21.74 mA/cm^2,V_(OC)= 1,81 V,FF = 0.87 and η=34.28%,whereas the solar cell with the In_(0.5)Ga_(0.5)N/Si tunnel junction reported values of J_(SC)= 21.92 mA/cm^2,V_(OC)= 1.81 V,FF = 0.88 and η= 35.01%.The results found that required thicknesses for GaAs(n^+)/GaAs(p^+) and In_(0.5)Ga_(0.5)N(n^+)/Si(p^+) tunnel junctions are around 20 nm,the total thickness of the top InGaN can be very small due to its high optical absorption coefficient and the use of a relatively thick bottom cell is necessary to increase the conversion efficiency. | M.Benaicha L.Dehimi Nouredine Sengouga | 2017 | Journal of Semiconductors2017,38,4: | 1 |

| 15 | Pharmacological potential of Populus nigra extract as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,cardiovascular and hepatoprotective agent显示文摘Objective:To evaluate antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,hepatoprotective and vasorelaxant activities of Pupulus nigra flower buds ethanolic extract.Methods:Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of the extract were assessed using respectively the ABTS test and the animal model of carrageenan-induced paw edema.Protection from hepatic toxicity caused by aluminum was examined by histopathologic analysis of liver sections.Vasorelaxant effect was estimated in endothelium-intact and-nibbed rings of porcine coronary arteries precontracted with high concentration of U466I9.Results:The results showed a moderate antioxidant activity(40%),but potent anti-inflammatory activity(49.9%)on carrageenan-induced mice paw edema,and also as revealed by histopathologic examination,complete protection against AlCl_3-induced hepatic toxicity.Relaxant effects of the same exlracl on vascular preparation from porcine aorta precontracted with high concentration of U466I9 were considerable at 10^(-1)g/L,and comparable(P>0.05)between endothelium-intact(67.74%,IC_(50)0.04 mg/ml.)and-rubbed(72.72%,IC_(50)=0.075 mg/ml,)aortic rings.Conclusions:The extract exerted significant anti-inflammatory,hepatoprotective and vasorelaxant activities,the latter being cndothelium-independent believed to be mediated mainly by the ability of components present in the extract to exert antioxidant properties,probably related to an inhibition of Ca^(2+)influx. | Nadjet Debbache-Benaida Dina Atmani-Kilani Valerie Barbara Schini-Keirth Nouredine Djebbli Djebbar Atmani | 2013 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2013,3,9: | 1 |
