1Well-defined coordination environment breaks the bottleneck of organic synthesis:Single-atom palladium catalyzed hydrosilylation of internal alkynes显示文摘Single-atom site(SAS)catalysts have attracted considerable attention due to their excellent performance.However,most of the current research models of SAS catalysts are based on inorganic catalysts,where“metal and coordination atom interaction”cannot simulate the fine-tuning effect of organic ligands on metal catalytic centers in homogeneous catalysts.Therefore,certain chemical transformations in homogeneous catalysis cannot be perfectly replicated.Here,we used porous organic ligand polymers as the carrier,which effectively changes the charge regulation of nanoparticles and monoatomic metal catalysts.Drawing lessons from traditional homogeneous metal/ligand catalysis,we introduced various functional groups into the ligand polymers to adjust the electronic properties,and successfully realized the hydrosilylation of internal alkynes with high catalytic performance.The selectivity and catalytic efficiency under the Pd@POL-1 catalyst system were improved compared with previous studies.The internal alkynes with various structures can complete this reaction,and the ratio of E/Zcan reach up to 100:1.Shicheng Ren Bochao Ye Siying Li Liping Pang Yingming Pan Haitao Tang 2022Nano Research2022,15,2:2
2Single-shot ultrafast multiplexed coherent diffraction imaging显示文摘Classic interferometry was commonly adopted to realize ultrafast phase imaging using pulsed lasers;however, the reference beam required makes the optical structure of the imaging system very complex, and high temporal resolution was reached by sacrificing spatial resolution. This study presents a type of single-shot ultrafast multiplexed coherent diffraction imaging technique to realize ultrafast phase imaging with both high spatial and temporal resolutions using a simple optical setup, and temporal resolution of nanosecond to femtosecond scale can be realized using lasers of different pulse durations. This technique applies a multiplexed algorithm to avoid the data division in space domain or frequency domain and greatly improves the spatial resolution. The advantages of this proposed technique on both the simple optical structure and high image quality were demonstrated by imaging the generation and evaluating the laser-induced damage and accompanying phenomenon of laser filament and shock wave at a spatial resolution better than 6.96 μm and a temporal resolution better than 10 ns.YINGMING XU XINGCHEN PAN MINGYING SUN WENFENG LIU CHENG LIU JIANQIANG ZHU 2022Photonics Research2022,10,8:2

7Self-anti-angiogenesis nanoparticles enhance anti-metastatic-tumor efficacy of chemotherapeutics显示文摘Beyond traditional endothelium-dependent vessel(EDV),vascular mimicry(VM)is another critical tumor angiogenesis that further forms in many malignant metastatic tumors.However,the existing anti-angiogenesis combined chemotherapeutics strategies are only efficient for the treatment of EDV-based subcutaneous tumors,but remain a great challenge for the treatment of in situ malignant metastatic tumor associated with EDV and VM.Here,we demonstrate a self-assembled nanoparticle(VE-DDP-Pro)featuring self-anti-EDV and-VM capacity enables to significantly enhance the treatment efficacy of cisplatin(DDP)against the growth and metastasis of ovarian cancer.The VE-DDP-Pro is constructed by patching DDP loaded cRGD-folate-heparin nanoparticles(VE)onto the surface of protamine(Pro)nanoparticle.We demonstrated the self-anti-angiogenesis capacity of VE-DDP-Pro was attributed to VE,which could significantly inhibit the formation of EDV and VM by regulating signaling pathway of MMP-2/VEGF,AKT/mTOR/MMP-2/Laminin and AKT/mTOR/EMT,facilitating chemotherapeutics to effectively suppress the development and metastasis of ovarian cancer.Thus,combing with the chemotherapeutics effectiveness of DDP,the VE-DDP-Pro can significantly enhance treatment efficacy and prolong median survival of mice with metastatic ovarian cancer.We believe our self-assembled nanoparticles integrating the anti-EDV and anti-VM capacity provide a new preclinical sight to enhance the efficacy of chemotherapeutics for the treatment malignant metastasis tumor.Jiamao Luo Xinxian Zhong Yingming Peng Chenyuan Hao Xiaomei Liang Yulu Yang Xiubo Shi Xuncai Chen Xiao Yi iaoxuan Li Jianhua Wu Jinheng Li Qian Xiao Chentian Wu b Ruojing Lu b Yao Pan Xuejiao Wang Jun-Bing Fan Yifeng Wang Ying Wang 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,7:1
