| 2 | Functions of p53 in pluripotent stem cells显示文摘Pluripotent stem cells(PSCs)are capable of unlimited self-renewal in culture and differentiation into all functional cell types in the body,and thus hold great promise for regenerative medicine.To achieve their clinical potential,it is critical for PSCs to maintain genomic stability during the extended proliferation.The critical tumor suppressor p53 is required to maintain genomic stability of mammalian cells.In response to DNA damage or oncogenic stress,p53 plays multiple roles in maintaining genomic stability of somatic cells by inducing cell cycle arrest,apoptosis,and senescence to prevent the passage of genetic mutations to the daughter cells.p53 is also required to maintain the genomic stability of PSCs.However,in response to the genotoxic stresses,a primary role of p53 in PSCs is to induce the differentiation of PSCs and inhibit pluripotency,providing mechanisms to maintain the genomic stability of the self-renewing PSCs.In addition,the roles of p53 in cellular metabolism might also contribute to genomic stability of PSCs by limiting oxidative stress.In summary,the elucidation of the roles of p53 in PSCs will be a prerequisite for developing safe PSC-based cell therapy. | Xuemei Fu Shouhai Wu Bo Li Yang Xu Jingfeng Liu | 2020 | Protein & Cell2020,11,1: | 4 |

| 4 | Achieving higher performances without an external curing agent in natural magnolol-based epoxy resin显示文摘Bio-based epoxy thermoset prepared from renewable biomass raw materials can alleviate fossil energy crisis and reduce environmental pollution,which satisfies the needs of sustainable social development.In this study,a bio-based epoxy thermoset precursor(MGOL-EP) was synthesized from a naturally occurring magnolol through a facile and efficient one-step process.And the fully bio-based epoxy thermoset(MGOL-EP-SC) was obtained by self-curing without adding any other hardener.MGOL-EP-SC revealed an extremely high glass-transition temperature(T_(g)) of 265℃ and char yield of 53.2%(in N;),which were at the highest level among the fully bio-based epoxy thermosets reported so far.In addition,when the MGOL-EP was cured with 4,4’-methylenedianiline(DDM),T_(g)of the MGOL-EP/DDM was decreased by 61℃ and the other comprehensive performance had also been decreased,which was due to a reduction in biphenyl structure content and cross-linking density by adding the external curing agents.Moreover,the MGOL-EP-SC presented certain killing rate(48.4%) to Staphylococcus aureus.These findings provide a new design strategy for engineering high-performance and functional epoxy thermoset with high biomass content. | Qi Cao Zhihuan Weng Yu Qi Jiahui Li Wentao Liu Chengde Liu Shouhai Zhang Zhiyong Wei Yousi Chen Xigao Jian | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,4: | 2 |

| 18 | Tribological Behavior of Plant Oil-Based Extreme Pressure Lubricant Additive in Water-Ethylene Glycol Liquid显示文摘A water-soluble lubricant additive(RSOPE)was prepared by esterification reaction using fatty acid from rubber seed oil.The RSOPE was added into water-ethylene glycol(W-EG)solution as lubricant additive.Dispersion stability and rheological properties were investigated.We used a four-ball tribotester to assess the lubrication performance of W-EG based fluid with the RSOPE additive.The stainless-steel surface was analyzed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Good dispersion stability was observed in the RSOPE/W-EG solutions.Furthermore,non-Newtonian fluid behavior at low shear rates and Newtonian fluid behavior at high shear rates was exhibited.The addition of RSOPE into water-glycol reduced the friction coefficients(COF)and wear scar diameters(WSD).The maximum non-seizure loads(PB)increased from 98 N to 752 N and the W-EG solution with RSOPE had good corrosion resistance properties.Good tribological performances for W-EG solution with RSOPE were attributed to the boundary tribofilm composed of iron oxide,iron phosphide and so on. | Haiyang Ding Xiaohua Yang Lina Xu Mei Li Shouhai Li Jianling Xia 无 | 2019 | Journal of Renewable Materials2019,7,12: | 1 |
