1Neural-fuzzy control system application for monitoring process response and control of anaerobic hybrid reactor in wastewater treatment and biogas production显示文摘Based on the developed neural-fuzzy control system for anaerobic hybrid reactor (AHR) in wastewater treatment and biogas production,the neural network with backpropagation algorithm for prediction of the variables pH,alkalinity (Alk) and total volatile acids (TVA) at present day time t was used as input data for the fuzzy logic to calculate the influent feed flow rate that was applied to control and monitor the process response at different operations in the initial,overload influent feeding and the recovery phases.In all three phases,this neural-fuzzy control system showed great potential to control AHR in high stability and performance and quick response.Although in the overloading operation phase II with two fold calculating influent flow rate together with a two fold organic loading rate (OLR),this control system had rapid response and was sensitive to the intended overload.When the influent feeding rate was followed by the calculation of control system in the initial operation phase I and the recovery operation phase III,it was found that the neural-fuzzy control system application was capable of controlling the AHR in a good manner with the pH close to 7,TVA/Alk < 0.4 and COD removal > 80% with biogas and methane yields at 0.45 and 0.30 m3 /kg COD removed.Chaiwat Waewsak Annop Nopharatana Pawinee Chaiprasert 2010Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,12:8
2Combination eect of pH and acetate on enzymatic cellulose hydrolysis显示文摘The productivity and eciency of cellulase are significant in cellulose hydrolysis. With the accumulation of volatile fatty acids (VFAs), the pH value in anaerobic digestion system is reduced. Therefore, this study will find out how the pH and the amount of acetate inuence the enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose. The eects of pH and acetate on cellulase produced from Bacillus coagulans were studied at various pH 5-8, and acetate concentrations (0-60 mmol/L). A batch kinetic model for enzymatic cellulose hydrolysis was constructed from experimental data and performed. The base hypothesis was as follows: the rates of enzymatic cellulose hydrolysis rely on pH and acetate concentration. The results showed that the suitable pH range for cellulase production and cellulose hydrolysis (represents eciency of cellulase) was 2.6-7.5, and 5.3-8.3, respectively. Moreover, acetate in the culture medium had an eect on cellulase production (KI = 49.50 mmol/L, n = 1.7) less than cellulose hydrolysis (KI = 37.85 mmol/L, n = 2.0). The results indicated that both the pH of suspension and acidogenic products inuence the enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose in an anaerobic environment. 3海洋来源真菌Penicillium brevicompactum OUCMDZ-4920的活性产物研究显示文摘通过化学与生物活性相结合的集成筛选方法,从海底沉积物样品(-68 m)中分离得到一株霉酚酸的产生菌短密青霉菌(Penicillium brevic Bompactum OUCMDZ-4920).从其寡营养发酵产物中分离获得了包括8个霉酚酸类化合物在内的11个化合物,其中外消旋的brevicolides A(1)和B(2)为新化合物.通过光谱分析、电子圆二色谱(ECD)、化学转化、手性拆分和Mosher反应,将其结构依次鉴定为(2'S,3'R)-(-)-brevicolide A(1a)、(2'R,3'S)-(+)-brevicolide A(1b)、(2'S,3'S)-(-)-brevicolide B(2a)、(2'R,3'R)-(+)-brevicolide B(2b)、霉酚酸(3)、3-羟基霉酚酸(4)、(S)-2-甲基-4-[5-羟基-7-甲氧基-4-甲基-1-氧亚基-6-(1,3-二氢异苯并呋喃基)]丁酸(5)、norpestaphthalides A(6)和B(7)、5,7-二甲氧基-4-甲基异苯并呋喃-1(3H)-酮(8)、6,8-二羟基-3-羟甲基-1H-异苯并吡喃-1-酮(9)、brevianamides A(10)和E(11).化合物3对小鼠白血病细胞P388、人口腔上皮癌细胞KB、人结直肠癌细胞HT29、人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7和人肺癌细胞A549表现出较好的抑制活性,IC50值为0.4~5.29μmol·L^(-1),对白色念珠菌表现出较好的抗真菌活性,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为4.7μmol·L^(-1).合成了4个新化合物(-)-7-O-methylbrevicolide A(12a)、(+)-7-O-methylbrevicolide A(12b)、(-)-7-O-methylbrevicolide B(13a)和(+)-7-O-methylbrevicolide B(13b).陈玲玲 朱统汉 朱国良 刘云龙 王聪 Pawinee Piyachaturawat Arthit Chairoungdua 朱伟明 2017有机化学2017,37,10:7
4Dynamic phase transition behavior of a LiMn_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)PO_(4) olivine cathode material for lithium-ion batteries revealed through in-situ X-ray techniques显示文摘LiMn_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)PO_(4) has attracted great interest due to its good electrochemical performance and higher operating voltages.This has led to a greater than 30 percent higher energy density than for commercial Li Fe PO4 olivine cathodes.Understanding the phase transition behaviors and kinetics of this material will help researchers to design and develop next generation cathodes for Li-ion batteries.In this study,we investigated non-equilibrium phase transition behaviors in a LiMn_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)PO_(4) cathode material during charge–discharge processes by varying current rates(C-rates)using synchrotron in-situ X-ray techniques.These methods included wide angle X-ray scattering(in-situ WAXS)and X-ray absorption spectroscopy(in-situ XAS).The WAXS spectra indicate that the phase transition of LiMn_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)PO_(4) material at slow C-rates is induced by a two-phase reaction.In contrast,at a high C-rate(5 C),the formation of an intermediate phase upon discharge is clearly observed.Concurrently,the oxidation numbers of the redox reactions of Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)and Mn^(2+)/Mn^(3+)were evaluated using in-situ XAS.This combination of synchrotron in-situ X-ray techniques gives clear insights into the non-equilibrium phase transition behavior of a LiMn_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)PO_(4) cathode material.This new understanding will be useful for further developments of this highly promising cathode material for practical commercialization.Sujeera Pleuksachat Phongsit Krabao Sarawut Pongha Viyada Harnchana Pawinee Klangtakai Wanwisa Limphirat Siriwat Soontaranon Jeffrey Nash Nonglak Meethong 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,8:2
5Decolorization of molasses melanoidins and palm oil mill effluent phenolic compounds by fermentative lactic acid bacteria显示文摘Lactobacillus plantarum SF5.6 is one of the lactic acid bacteria (LAB) that has the highest ability of molasses melanoidin (MM) decolorization among the 2114 strains of LAB. The strains were isolated from spoilage, pickle fruit and vegetable, soil and sludge from the wastewater treatment system by using technical step of enrichment, primary screening and secondary screening. This LAB strain SF5.6 was identified by 16S rDNA analysis and carbohydrate fermentation (API 50 CH). The top five LAB strains having high MM decolorization (> 55%), namely TBSF5.8-1, TBSF2.1-1, TBSF2.1, FF4A and SF5.6 were selected to determine the optimal condition. It was found that the temperature at 30°C under facultative conditions in GPY-MM medium (0.5% glucose, 0.1% peptone, 0.1% yeast extract, 0.1% sodium acetate, 0.05% MgSO4 and 0.005% MnCl2 in MM solution at pH 6) giving a high microbial growth and MM decolorization for all five strains. It was noticed that the decolorization of MM by LAB strains might be cell growth associated. L. plantarum SF5.6 grew rapidly within one day while the other strains took 2–3 days. This L. plantarum SF5.6 could rapidly decolorize MM to 60.91% without any lag phase, and it also had the ability to remove 34.00% phenolic compounds and 15.88% color from treated palm oil mill effluent.Vassanasak Limkhuansuwan Pawinee Chaiprasert 2010Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,8:2
