2Genetic Analysis of Gynogenetic and Common Populations of Verasper moseri Using SSR Markers显示文摘The genetic structure and variation of the artificial meio- gy- nogenetic population and common population of barfin flounder (Verasper moseri) were analyzed using eight microsatellite markers. A total of 29 alleles were detected, of which 23 alleles were in the artificial gynogenetic population while 29 alleles were in the control group. The average ob- served heterozygosity (HO) of eight loci in the control group (0.526 8) was several times higher than that (0.185 8) in the gynogenetic population. The results indicate that the genetic diversity of the control group was much higher than that of the gynogenetic population of barfin flounder (Verasper moseri). Most loci significantly deviated from Hardy-Weinberg equilib- rium (HWE) after Bonferroni correction (p <0.005 56) in the gynoge- netic population, while four loci deviated from HWE in the control group. 3Optimizing write operation on replica in data grid显示文摘Replication technique can improve access performance and data availability of data grid systems. So far,most related work on data replication in data grid systems focuses on read-only dataset.Though write operations have been widely used in practice,its optimization problem has not been suciently studied.In this paper,we show that write requests from users can be processed by a nearest site,regardless of the location of latest written replicas.The policy of write nearby instead of write to the latest replica can improve the performance of write operations,while inconsistency is caused between multiple replicas.Therefore,we propose two metadata management algorithms to make sure that users can retrieve up-to-date datasets at any time.We extend OptorSim to support the implementation and evaluation of our scheme.The results of simulation show that our scheme achieves performance gains up to 3.3 compared with WriteMaster scheme.XU PengZhi WU YongWei HUANG XiaoMeng YANG GuangWen ZHENG WeiMin 2011Science China(Information Sciences)2011,54,1:2

5Steroidal saponins with anti-inflammatory activity from Tribulus terrestris L.显示文摘Objective:Tribulus terrestris L.(T.terrestris)is a highly valuable traditional Chinese medicine used to treat stroke,inflammation,pulmonary fibrosis,liver cancer,and urolithiasis.To identify the basic substance responsible for the anti-inflammatory effect of TST(total saponins of Tribulus),its chemical composition was systematically studied,and its effect of inhibiting nitric oxide generation and the expression of related inflammatory factors were determined.Methods:To separate chemical constituents from T.terrestris by column chromatography.Spectroscopic methods,including 1D and 2D nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR)and mass spectrometry(MS)techniques,were used to elucidate the isolated compounds.The anti-inflammatory activities of TST and several compounds were evaluated in vitro.Results:Fifteen steroidal saponins,including 9 furostanol steroidal saponins(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,and 15)and 6 isospirostanol steroidal saponins(9,10,11,12,13,and 14),were isolated from T.terrestris.TST significantly decreased the expression of tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in RAW 264.7 cells stimulated by lipopolysaccharides.Compounds 13 and 15 evidently reduced TNF-a expression.Compounds 6,10,12,13,and 15 markedly reduced IL-6 expression.Conclusions:Compounds 1 was a novel furostanol steroidal saponin,named 26-O-b-D-glucopyranosyl-(25R)-5afurostan-12-carbonyl-20(22)-en-3b,26-diol-3-O-{b-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-[b-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)]-b-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-[a-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)]-b-D-galactopyranoside}.Compounds 2 was isolated from the family Zygophyllaceae for the first time,and 5 and 6 were isolated from the Tribulus genus.TST and compounds 6,10,12,13,and 15 exerts antiinflammatory activity.Miaojie Yang Mahmood Brobbey Oppong Jingrui Di Qing Yuan Yanxu Chang Miaomiao Jiang Shijie Cao Pengzhi Dong Lin Li Yan Xie Xiaoying Luan Limin Hu Lijuan Chai Peng Zhang 2022Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine2022,2,1:1

8Research on the hydrogen terminated single crystal diamond MOSFET with MoO_3 dielectric and gold gate metal显示文摘The single crystal diamond with maximum width about 10 mm has been grown by using microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition equipment. The quality of the grown diamond was characterized using an X-ray diffractometer. The FWHM of the(004) rocking curve is 37.91 arcsec, which is comparable to the result of the electronic grade single crystal diamond commercially obtained from Element Six Ltd. The hydrogen terminated diamond field effect transistors with Au/Mo03 gates were fabricated based on our CVD diamond and the characteristics of the device were compared with the prototype Al/MoO_3 gate. The device with the Au/MoO_3 gate shows lower on-resistance and higher gate leakage current. The detailed analysis indicates the presence of aluminum oxide at the Al/MoO_3 interface, which has been directly demonstrated by characterizing the interface between A1 and MoO_3 by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
