| 1 | Primarily screening and analyzing ESTs differentially expressed in rats' primary liver cancer显示文摘Objective: To screen and analyze key express sequence tags (ESTs) which were differentially displayed in every period of SD rats' primary hepatic carcinoma and reveal the molecular mechanism of carcinogenesis. Methods: Using diethylnitrosamine (DENA) as a cancerigenic agent, animal models with different phases of primary hepatic cancer were constructed in SD rats. Rats were respectively sacrificed at d 14, d 28, d 56, d 77, d 105 and d 112 after the rats received DENA by gavage, then the livers were harvested. One part of the livers was classified according to their pathological changes, while the other was reserved for molecular mechanism studies on hepatocarcinogenesis. The differentially expressed genes were isolated from both normal and morbid tissues by mRNA differential display technique (DDRT-PCR). After the fragments were sequenced, bioinformatics were used to analyze the results. Results: Twelve differentially expressed cDNA fragments were obtained. Nine fragments had the homology with known cDNA clones, especially EST-7 was similar to BN/SsNHsdMCW mitochondrion gene and the identity was 100% which suggested EST-7 may be the part of BN/SsNHsdMCW mitochondrion gene. In contrast, other three fragments (EST-1, EST-3 and EST-5) had extremely low identity to any genes registered in GENBANK databases. Conclusions: BN/SsNHsdMCW mitochondrion gene was expressed in different periods of hepatocarcinogenesis. | 3 | High mass loading Ni_(4)Co_(1)-OH@CuO core-shell nanowire arrays obtained by electrochemical reconstruction for alkaline energy storage显示文摘The design of three-dimensional(30)core-shell hetercistructures is an efficient method to achieve high mass specific capacity of electroactive materials under high mass loading.In this work,porous Ni_(4)Co1-0H nanosheets with a mass loading of 7.7 mg·cm^(-2) are obtained by using Ni_(4)Cor(NO_(3))_(2)(0H)_(4) supported on the CuO nanowires as precursors via an unavoidable electrochemically induced phase reconstruction.During the electrochemical reconstruction process,the N03-anions in Ni_(4)Cor(N0_(3))_(2)(0H)_(4) are easily replaced by OH-anions in the electrolyte.The phase reconstruction is accompanied by the decrease of ionic diffusion.:resistance and the increase of pore volume,and the shift of binding energy.The obtained Ni4Co1-0H nanosheets show a high:mass specific capacity of 363.6 mAh·g^(-1) at 5 mA·cm^(-2).The as-fabricated alkaline hybrid supercapacitor and Ni-Zn battery deliver high energy density of 293.1 and 604.9 Wh·kg^(-1),respectively,indicating.excellent alkaline energy storage performance. | Yawei Yu Xiulan Hu Shuai Wang Handan Qiao Zeyu Liu Kefan Song Xiaodong Shen | 2022 | Nano Research2022，15，1： | 1 |
| 4 | Effects of Firing and Operating Atmospheres on Microstructure and Properties of Phosphate Bonded Cr_2O_3-Al_2O_3-ZrO_2 Bricks显示文摘The microstructure and properties of phosphate bonded Cr_2O_3-Al_2O_3-ZrO_2 specimens fired in air or coke bed were investigated firstly. Then property change of the Cr_2O_3-Al_2O_3-ZrO_2 bricks after secondary treatment in simulation environment was studied. Finally,corrosion resistances of the Cr_2O_3-Al_2O_3-ZrO_2 bricks in air and simulation environment were compared; and microstructure of on-site used Cr_2O_3-Al_2O_3-ZrO_2 bricks in slagging gasifiers was analyzed. The results show that the atmosphere has significant effect on the microstructure and properties of the phosphate bonded Cr_2O_3-Al_2O_3-ZrO_2 bricks. As the specimens are fired in air,the phosphate forms a composite solid solution with Cr_2O_3 and Al_2O_3,therefore,strength of the specimens is enhanced. For specimens fired in coke bed,a certain amount of gases are generated owing to the reduction of phosphate and part of Cr_2O_3,which results in the increasing number and size of the pores,bad interfacial bonding between Cr_2O_3 aggregates and matrix as well as low strength of the specimens.
