3Zircon U-Pb geochronology of the volcanic rocks from Fanchang-Ningwu volcanic basins in the Lower Yangtze region and its geological implications显示文摘The latest eruptions in two important Mesozoic volcanic basins of Fanchang and Ningwu located in the middle-lower reaches of the Yangtze River formed the bimodal volcanic rocks of the Kedoushan Formation and ultrapotassic volcanic rocks of the Niangniangshan Formation, respectively. The repre-sentative volcanic rocks of the two Formations were selected for LA-ICPMS zircon U-Pb dating. The results indicate that there exist a large amount of magmatic zircons as indicated by high Th/U ratios in these volcanic rocks. The weighted mean age of 21 analyses is 130.7±1.1 Ma for the Kedoushan Formation, and that of 20 analyses is 130.6±1.1 Ma for the Niangniangshan Formation. These U-Pb ages are interpreted to represent the formation times of the volcanic rocks. In combination with other known geochronological data for Mesozoic volcanic rocks from the Lower Yangtze region, it is proposed that the latest volcanic activations in the Jinniu, Luzong, Fanchang and Ningwu volcanic basins probably came to end prior to ca. 128 Ma. There is no significant time interval between the early and later volcanic activities in the Luzong and Ningwu basins, suggesting a short duration of volcanic activities and thus implying the onset of an extensional tectonic setting at about 130 Ma in the Lower Yangtze region. 4Progress in Nanocellulose Preparation and Application显示文摘Nanocellulose is a biodegradable, renewable, nonmeltable polymeric material that is insoluble in most solvents due to hydrogen bonding and crystallinity. Nanocellulose has attracted considerable attention in recent decades owing to its environmental friendliness, wide availability, good biocompatibility, high crystallinity, and high Young's modulus. This review presents the recent achievements in preparation and applications of nanocellulose, including a discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of various preparation methods and a summary of the applications of nanocellulose in composite materials research. 8Earth observation satellite scheduling for emergency tasks显示文摘The earth observation satellites(EOSs)scheduling problem for emergency tasks often presents many challenges.For example,the scheduling calculation should be completed in seconds,the scheduled task rate is supposed to be as high as possible,the disturbance measure of the scheme should be as low as possible,which may lead to the loss of important observation opportunities and data transmission delays.Existing scheduling algorithms are not designed for these requirements.Consequently,we propose a rolling horizon strategy(RHS)based on event triggering as well as a heuristic algorithm based on direct insertion,shifting,backtracking,deletion,and reinsertion(ISBDR).In the RHS,the driven scheduling mode based on the emergency task arrival and control station time window events are designed to transform the long-term,large-scale problem into a short-term,small-scale problem,which can improve the schedulability of the original scheduling scheme and emergency response sensitivity.In the ISBDR algorithm,the shifting rule with breadth search capability and backtracking rule with depth search capability are established to realize the rapid adjustment of the original plan and improve the overall benefit of the plan and early completion of emergency tasks.Simultaneously,two heuristic factors,namely the emergency task urgency degree and task conflict degree,are constructed to improve the emergency task scheduling guidance and algorithm efficiency.Finally,we conduct extensive experiments by means of simulations to compare the algorithms based on ISBDR and direct insertion,shifting,deletion,and reinsertion(ISDR).The results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can improve the timeliness of emergency tasks and scheduling performance,and decrease the disturbance measure of the scheme,therefore,it is more suitable for emergency task scheduling.SUN Haiquan XIA Wei HU Xiaoxuan XU Chongyan 2019Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2019,30,5:8
9Characterization of integrons and novel cassette arrays in bacteria from clinical isloates in China,2000-2014显示文摘Rapid dissemination of antibiotic resistance genes among bacterial isolates is an increasing problem in China.Integron,a conserved DNA sequence,which is carried on episomal genetic structures,plays a very important role in development of antibiotic resistance.This systematic analysis was based on MEDLINE and EMBASE databases.We summarized the distribution and proportion of different types of gene cassette arrays of integrons(including class 1,2,3 and atypical class 1 integron) from clinical bacteria isolates in China.Fifty-six literatures were included in this study.Most of the strains were Gram-negative bacteria(94.1%,7,364/7,822) while only 5.9% strains were Grampositive bacteria.Class 1 integrons were detected in 54.2%(3956/7295) Gram-negative strains.aadA2 was the most popular gene cassette array detected from 60 Gram-positive bacteria while dfrA17-aadA5 were detected in 426 Gramnegative bacteria.This study identified 12 novel gene cassette arrays which have not been previously found in any species.All the novel gene cassette arrays were detected from Gram-negative bacteria.A regional characteristic of distribution of integrons was presented in this study.The results highlight a need for continuous surveillance of integrons and provide a guide for future research on integron-mediated bacteria resistance.Wenying Xia Ting Xu Tingting Qin Pengpeng Liu Yun Liu Haiquan Kang Bing Gu Ping Ma 2016The Journal of Biomedical Research2016,30,4:5
10Late Carboniferous to early Permian sedimentaryetectonic evolution of the north of Alxa, Inner Mongolia, China: Evidence from the Amushan Formation显示文摘The late Paleozoic evolution of the Wulijishanhen(WSH)-Shangdan(SD) area near to the Chaganchulu Ophiolite belt is reinterpreted. Analysis of the upper Carboniferous to lower Permian sedimentary sequence, biological associations, detrital materials, sandstone geochemistry and volcanic rocks indicates that the SD area was an epicontinental sea and rift during the late Paleozoic rather than a large-scale ocean undergoing spreading and closure. This study reveals that the actual evolution of the study area is from the late Carboniferous to the early Permian. The fusulinids Triticites sp. and Pseudoschwagerina sp.in the limestones demonstrate that the Amushan Formation develops during the late Carboniferous to the early Permian. The limestones at the base of the SD section indicate that it is a stable carbonate platform environment, the volcanic rocks in the middle of the sequence support a rift tectonic background, and the overlying conglomerates and sandstones are characteristic of an epicontinental sea or marine molasse setting. The rift volcanism made the differences in the fossil content of the SD and WSH sections and led to two sections expose different levels within the Amushan Formation and different process of tectonic evolution. Moreover, the geochemical characteristics and detrital materials of the sandstones show that the provenance and formation of the sandstones were related to the setting of active continental margin. The quartz-feldspar-lithic fragments distribution diagram indicates that the material source for the sandstones was a recycled orogenic belt. Thus, the source area of the sandstones may have been an active continental margin before the late Carboniferouseearly Permian. 12Multibeam water column data research in the Taixinan Basin:Implications for the potential occurrence of natural gas hydrate显示文摘A multi beam sonar survey is carried out in the continental slope of the Taixinan Basin to obtain submarine topographic and water column data. The data are processed to obtain water column images. Anomalous water column images, displaying plume characteristics, are found in gas hydrate enriched areas in the Taixinan Basin.This indicates the presence of natural gas resources in the Taixinan Basin. 13Recent Geochemical Variation of the Hot-Spring Gases from the Tianchi Volcano, Changbai Mountains, Northeast China显示文摘Recent fluid monitoring work shows that the contents of mantle-derived CO_2,He and CH_4 increased anomalously in 2002 and 2003. The 3He/4He ratio of the deep-fault-type Jinjiang hot springs increased highly anomalously in 2003, and then decreased in 2004. The 3He/4He ratio from the thermal-reservoir-type Changbaijulong hot springs increased slowly in 2003, and the increase continued in 2004. The mantle-derived He content of the He released from the Changbaijulong springs increased obviously in 2004. The anomaly of the released gases and the isotopic He was consistent with the trends of seismic activities in the Tianchi volcanic area between 2002 and 2004. The abnormal release of the Jinjiang hot springs apparently decreased after the seismic activities ceased in the second half of 2004, while the abnormal release from the Changbaijulong increased significantly after these seismic activities. It shows that the abnormal release of magmas-derived gases from the thermal-reservoir-type springs lags behind that of the deep-fault-type springs. 14Scalable and Identifier/Locator-Splitting Routing Protocol for Mobile Ad Hoc Networks显示文摘In the traditional Internet Protocol (IP) architecture, there is an overload of IP semantic problems. Existing solutions focused mainly on the infrastructure for the fixed network, and there is a lack of support for Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANETs). To improve scalability. a routing protocol for MANETs is presented based on a locator named Tree-structure Locator Distance Vector (TLDV). The hard core of this routing method is the identifier/locator split by the Distributed Hash Table (DHT) method, which provides a scalable routing service. The node locator indicates its relative location in the network and should be updated whenever topology changes. Locator space is organized as a tree-structure, and the basic routing operation of the TLDV protocol is presented. TLDV protocol is compared to some classical routing protocols for MANETs on the NS2 platform. 15A MIMO system with finite-bit feedback based on fixed constellations显示文摘In this paper,a MIMO system with finite-bit feedback based on fixed constellations is considered.Based on performance analysis of the system,an optimal operating system with maximum-likelihood decoding is demonstrated.Surprisingly,this operation reveals that the optimal way for the system to transmit signals needs to invoke the multimode scheme.We propose designing criteria for this scheme and methods for pre-codebooks,and a method to determine the number of modes for any specific channel.Furthermore,to reduce encoding complexity at the receiver side,we also develop a fast encoding algorithm.Theoretical analysis and simulations show that the proposed systems offer considerable gain over existing systems.Moreover,these systems also have much lower encoding complexity.Indeed,for the case of a MIMO system with two pairs of transmitting and receiving antennas,a properly designed system with a transmission rate of 8 bits per channel use and with 6-bit feedback can provide about a 1.5 dB performance gain over a beamforming system.WANG HaiQuan ZHAO ZhiJin 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,6:3

18Inhibitive effect of triptolide on invasiveness of human fibrosarcoma cells by downregulating matrix metalloproteinase-9 expression显示文摘Objective:To explore the molecular mechanisms of antitumor properties of triptolide,a bioactive component isolated from the Chinese herb Tripterygium wolfordii Hook F.Methods:Human fibrosarcoma HT-1080 cells were treated with different doses of triptolide for 72 h.Then the expression and activity of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-2 and -9 were measured and the invasiveness of triptolide-treated HT-1080 cells was compared with that of anti-MMP-9- treated HT-1080 cells.Results:18 nmol/L triptolide inhibited the gene expression and activity of MMP-9,but not those of MMP-2,in HT-1080 cells.In addition,both 18 nmol/L triptolide and 3μg/mL anti-MMP-9 significantly reduced the invasive potential of HT-1080 cells,by about 50%and 35%, respectively,compared with the control.Whereas there was no significant difference between the effect of 18 nmol/L triptolide and that of anti-MMP-9 on invasive potential of HT-1080 cells.
