| 1 | Simulation of underexpanded supersonic jet flows with chemical reactions显示文摘To achieve a detailed understanding of underexpanded supersonic jet structures influenced by afterburning and other flow conditions, the underexpanded turbulent supersonic jet with and without combustions are investigated by computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method.A program based on a total variation diminishing(TVD) methodology capable of predicting complex shocks is created to solve the axisymmetric expanded Navier–Stokes equations containing transport equations of species. The finite-rate ratio model is employed to handle species sources in chemical reactions. CFD solutions indicate that the structure of underexpanded jet is typically influenced by the pressure ratio and afterburning. The shock reflection distance and maximum value of Mach number in the first shock cell increase with pressure ratio. Chemical reactions for the rocket exhaust mostly exist in the mixing layer of supersonic jet flows. | 2 | Microstructure and properties of novel Al-Ce-Sc,Al-Ce-Y,Al-Ce-Zr and Al-Ce-Sc-Y alloy conductors processed by die casting,hot extrusion and cold drawing显示文摘In order to overcome the trade-off between the strength and electrical conductivity of aluminum alloy conductors,the new Al-Ce-Sc,Al-Ce-Y,Al-Ce-Zr and Al-Ce-Sc-Y alloys were prepared by die casting,high temperature homogenization treatment,hot extrusion and cold drawing.Adding Sc and Y eliminated the dendrite segregation of the as-cast Al-0.2 Ce alloy and promoted the formation of equiaxed grains with the average grain size of 142.5μm.The Al-0.2 Ce-0.2 Sc-0.1 Y alloy inherited the great tensile properties of Al-0.2 Ce-0.2 Sc alloy and the high electrical conductivity of Al-0.2 Ce-0.1 Y alloy simultaneously.After cold drawing and annealing at 200℃for 5 h,the ultimate tensile strength of Al-0.2 Ce-0.2 Sc-0.1 Y alloy reached 200 MPa and 198 MPa,the elongation reached 6.8%and 8.5%,and the electrical conductivity reached 61.01%and 61.77%,respectively.The main second phase of Al-0.2 Ce-0.2 Sc-0.1 Y alloy after hot extrusion were Al_(13)Fe_3 Ce containing a few Y and Si atoms.The larger size and proportion of the second phase greatly reduced the concentration of solute Fe and Si atoms and the addition of Y significantly decreased the density of defects after cold drawing compared to Al-0.2 Ce-0.2 Sc alloy,which improved electrical conductivity of the alloy.Furthermore,the dispersed and coherent nano-size Al_3 Sc precipitions of Al-0.2 Ce-0.2 Sc-0.1 Y alloy greatly improved strength,elongation and heat resistance.Compared with Al-0.2 Ce-0.2 Sc alloy,the lower density of dislocation,stacking fault and subgrain boundary and the larger size of Al_3 Sc precipitions with enrichment of Y atoms enable the Al-0.2 Ce-0.2 Sc-0.1 Y alloy to maintain high strength,elongation and electrical conductivity after annealing. | Weiyi Wang Qinglin Pan Geng Lin Xiaoping Wang Yuqiao Sun Xiangdong Wang Ji Ye Yuanwei Sun Yi Yu Fuqing Jiang Jun Li Yaru Liu | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,58,23: | 4 |

| 4 | Bone-targeting melphalan prodrug with tumor-microenvironment sensitivity: Synthesis, in vitro and in vivo evaluation显示文摘Bone tumor is a refractory neoplastic growth of tissue in bone. According to the unique environment and phys-chemical characteristics of bone tissues, the chemotherapeutic agents are unlikely to prolong the survival of patients and often associated with systemic side effects. The bone targeting drug delivery via systemic administration may provide both better treatment efficacy and less frequent administration. In this study, we describe the synthesis, in vitro and in vivo evaluation of novel melphalan-bisphosphonate hybrids, with a tumor microenvironment sensitive linkage, which could be enzymatic activation under tumor microenvironment conditions. We have also evaluated the in vitro targeting efficiency of these prodrugs via the affinity of hydroxyapatite(HA) and cellular proliferation. | 8 | Numerical simulation of the behaviors of test square for prehistoric earthen sites during archaeological excavation显示文摘During the process of archaeological excavation in the regions of Southeast China, collapse of test square usually occurs due to poor site-specific conditions. In this paper, the fast Lagrangian analysis of continua in three dimensions(FLAC3D) is employed to reveal the behaviors of test square. Taking the archaeological works in Liangzhu prehistoric earthen sites as the research background, the paper first introduces the geological setting, excavation procedure and monitoring scheme of the studied test square. Then, the deformation of four sides of the test square is modeled using FLAC3D. By comparison, it shows that the numerical results are consistent with the results from field monitoring. | 10 | Relationship between Permian volcanic rocks distribution and karst paleogeomorphology of Maokou Formation and its significance for petroleum exploration in western Sichuan Basin, SW China显示文摘Based on outcrop, drilling, logging, geochemical analysis and seismic data, the karst landform and distribution of Permian volcanic rocks at the end of the sedimentary period of the Maokou Formation in the western Sichuan Basin are examined, and their petroleum geological significance is discussed. Affected by normal faults formed in the early magmatic activities and extension tectonic background in the late sedimentary period of the Maokou Formation, a local karst shallow depression under the background of karst slope came up in the Jianyang area of the western Sichuan Basin, where the residual thickness of the Maokou Formation was thinner. Basic volcanic rocks like pyroclastic rock of eruptive facies, basalt of overflow facies, diabase porphyrite of intrusive facies and sedimentary tuff of volcanic sedimentary facies were formed after karstification. However, under the effects of faulting and karst paleogeomorphology, the volcanic rocks in different areas had different accumulation features. In the Jianyang area, with long eruption time, the volcanic rocks were thick and complex in lithology, and accumulated in the karst depressions. In the Zhongjiang-Santai area located in the karst slope, there’s no fault developed, only thin layers of basalt and sedimentary tuff turned up. | 12 | Decoupling of Lu-Hf and Sm-Nd Isotopic System in Deep-Seated Xenoliths from the Xuzhou-Suzhou Area,China: Differences in Element Mobility during Metamorphism显示文摘This paper presents whole-rock Hf isotopic data for a suite of eclogite and garnet clinopyroxenite xenoliths hosted in the Early Cretaceous dioritic intrusions from the Xuzhou-Suzhou area along the southeastern margin of the Eastern Block of the North China Craton(NCC).Six of the eight studied xenolith samples plot significantly above the terrestrial Hf-Nd isotopic array and haveεHf(0)value up to+60.All the samples define a well correlated 147 Sm/144 Nd-143 Nd/144 Nd age of 2081 Ma,which is considered to record the granulite-facies metamorphism.In contrast,the Lu-Hf isotope system faithfully records the protolith information.The mineralogical assemblage,especially garnet and/or zircon(rutile to some extent)mainly controlled the decoupling of Hf-Nd isotope.The metamorphic modification on protolith characteristics and the differences in element mobility during metamorphism may also reinforce the observed decoupling between the Sm-Nd and Lu-Hf isotope systems;i.e.,the absence of the correlations inεNd-εHf and also 87 Sr/86 Sr-143 Nd/144 Nd diagram.The Lu/Hf isochron age of 2424 Ma is similar to the zircon age peak of the studied xenoliths and the dominant age of NCC basement,indicating that the igneous protolith has an affinity to the Archean basement of the NCC.Furthermore,the positiveεHf(t)values at 2500 Ma indicate a crustal growth event of 2500 Ma in the NCC. | Fanxue Meng Wenliang Xu Qinglin Xu Jingliang Guo Yu Zhang | 2019 | Journal of Earth Science2019,30,6: | 1 |

According to the results,concentrated sulfuric acid hydrolysis was the first step,with the liquid-solid ratio of 42∶ 1,sulfuric acid concentration of 70%,hydrolysis time of 20 min,and hydrolysis temperature of 55 ℃; dilute sulphuric acid hydrolysis was the second step,with the liquidsolid ratio of 115∶ 1,sulfuric acid concentration of 5. 5%,hydrolysis time of 155 min,and hydrolysis temperature of 100 ℃. In two-step acid hydrolysis process,the yield of reducing sugar was 48. 78%. | 16 | Study on the glasswares discovered in the underground palace of the Da Bao En Temple in the North Song Dynasty(AD960 AD1127) in Nanjing,China显示文摘Built by the royal family in the Ming Dynasty,the Da Bao En Temple is known as the greatest temple in ancient Nanjing,whose predecessor is the Chang Gan Temple built in the Six Dynasties.Archaeological excavations of the Da Bao En Temple and the underground palace of Chang Gan Temple built in the North Song Dynasty(AD960 AD1127) have been appraised as one of the 10 greatest archaeological discoveries in 2010 in China.Many artefacts discovered in the underground palace have shown their important historical meanings and scientific values,such as the Qibao King Asoka Tower,golden and silver coffins,Buddhist relics,the silk textiles,glasses,and spices etc.In this paper,stereomicroscope,SEM-EDS and LA-ICP-AES are used to investigate chemical composition,microstructure and current preservation status for the unearthed glasswares.The results indicate that the glass bottle coded as TH1 and the glass calyx coded as TN5 are made of lead-silicate glass,while the chemical composition of the glass bottle coded as TN9 is quite distinct from that of native glasswares.All three articles have been weathered in some degrees.Given the shape,it is deduced that TH1 is a typical glassware used in burying Buddhist relics at that time,TN5 a domestic glassware with typical Sassanian style,and TN9 an imported Islamic glass,providing important information about culture exchanges between China and the foreign countries in the North Song Dynasty. | YU Ning SONG Yan YANG YiMin MA QingLin WANG ChangSui | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,7: | 0 |
| 17 | THE CCD PHOTOMETRIC OBSERVATIONS OF COMET C/1995 O1 (HALE-BOPP)显示文摘The CCD photometric observation of secular periodic comet C/1995 O1 (Hale-Bopp) was carried out at the Sheshan Station of Shanghai Observatory of China. We obtained 23 CCD images on 1996 March 11, April 22 and May 22. We derived the magnitude of the cometary nucleus in V, R bands, and estimated the lower limits of cometary mass and size. | 18 | RcSPL1-RcTAF15b regulates the flowering time of rose (Rosa chinensis)显示文摘Rose(Rosa chinensis),which is an economically valuable floral species worldwide,has three types,namely once-flowering(OF),occasional or re-blooming(OR),and recurrent or continuous flowering(CF).However,the mechanism underlying the effect of the age pathway on the duration of the CF or OF juvenile phase is largely unknown.In this study,we observed that the RcSPL1 transcript levels were substantially upregulated during the floral development period in CF and OF plants.Additionally,accumulation of RcSPL1 protein was controlled by rch-miR156.The ectopic expression of RcSPL1 in Arabidopsis thaliana accelerated the vegetative phase transition and flowering.Furthermore,the transient overexpression of RcSPL1 in rose plants accelerated flowering,whereas silencing of RcSPL1 had the opposite phenotype.Accordingly,the transcription levels of floral meristem identity genes(APETALA1,FRUITFULL,and LEAFY)were significantly affected by the changes in RcSPL1 expression.RcTAF15b protein,which is an autonomous pathway protein,was revealed to interact with RcSPL1.The silencing and overexpression of RcTAF15b in rose plants led to delayed and accelerated flowering,respectively.Collectively,the study findings imply that RcSPL1–RcTAF15b modulates the flowering time of rose plants. | Rui Yu Zhiying Xiong Xinhui Zhu Panpan Feng Ziyi Hu Rongxiang Fang Yuman Zhang Qinglin Liu | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,6: | 0 |
| 19 | Alloying-engineered high-performance broadband polarized Bi_(1.3)In_(0.7)Se_(3)photodetector with ultrafast response显示文摘Topological insulators have important potential for applications in the field of nano/micro-optoelectronic devices.However,the large dark current seriously hinders the improvement of device performance.Alloying is an important means to control the physical properties of topological insulators.In this work,we have designed and prepared Bi_(1.3)In_(0.7)Se_(3)crystals.The optoelectronic properties of the individual Bi_(1.3)In_(0.7)Se_(3)nanowire-based photodetector are systematically investigated.The photodetector is very sensitive to broadband wavelength from solar-blind ultraviolet C(254 nm)to near-infrared(1,064 nm),showing superior optoelectrical properties with photoresponsivity of 241.3 A·W^(–1)and detectivity of 1.18×10^(12)Jones at 638 nm.Furthermore,the photodetector demonstrates ultrafast photoresponse characteristics with a photoresponse time of about 770 ns,which is 3 to 6 orders of magnitude lower than other compound semiconductors based on Bi or In reported so far.In addition,it also exhibits good polarization sensitivity in a broadband range from ultraviolet C(266 nm)to near-infrared(1,064 nm)and obtained the maximum dichroic ratio is 1.73 at 1,064 nm.Our results suggest that this platform creates new opportunities for the development of low-cost,high-sensitivity,high-speed,and broadband angle-sensitive photodetectors. | Fen Zhang Yali Yu Zhangxun Mo Le Huang Qinglin Xia Bo Li Mianzeng Zhong Jun He | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,9: | 0 |
