| 1 | Base-Editing-Mediated Artificial Evolution of OsALS1 In Planta to Develop Novel Herbicide-Tolerant Rice Germplasms显示文摘Recently developed CRISPR-mediated base editors,which enable the generation of num erous nucleotide changes in target genomic regions,have been widely adopted for gene correction and generation of crop germ plasms containing im portant gain-of-function genetic variations.How ever,to engineer target genes with unknown functional SNPs remains challenging.To address this issue,we present here abase-e diting-mediated gene evolution(BEMGE)m ethod,employing both Cas9n-based cytosine and adenine base editors as well as a single-guide RNA(sgRNA)library tiling the full-length coding region,for developing novel rice germ plasm swith mutations in any endogenous gene.To this end,OsALS1 was artificially evolved in rice cells using BEMGE through both Agrobacterium-mediated and particle-bom bardment-mediated transform ation.Four different types of amino acid substitutions in the evolved OsALS1,derived from two sites that have never been targeted by natural or human selection during rice dom estication,were identified,conferring varying levels of tolerance to the herbicide bispyribac-sodium.Furtherm ore,the P171F substitution identified in a strong OsALS1 allele was quickly introduced into the commercial rice cultivar Nangeng 46 through precise base editing w ith the corresponding base editor and sgRNA.Collectively,these data indicate great potential of BEMGE in creating important genetic variants of target genes for crop improvement. | Yongjie Kuang Shaofang Li Bin Ren Fang Yan Carl Spetz Xiangju Li Xueping Zhou Huanbin Zhou | 2020 | Molecular Plant2020,13,4: | 37 |
| 2 | Path planning for taxi of carrier aircraft launching显示文摘Launching efficiency is an important index to measure the fighting capacity of an aircraft carrier. The study on path planning for taxi of carrier aircraft is of great significance for enhancing the launching efficiency. Considering the launching efficiency and the safety in operation of carrier aircraft launching and taking into account the carrier aircraft maneuver performance, deck environment and feature of mission, we proposed a conceptual model which contains the key elements of path planning for taxi of carrier aircraft. Subsequently, the objective function for the path planning problem and its mathematical model containing various constraints were established. With the A * search algorithm, a dynamic weight heuristic function was designed. According to the characteristic of path planning model for taxi of carrier aircraft, a simple and effective detection method was introduced. Finally, a feasible path for taxi of carrier aircraft, which meets the constraints, was presented. Taking the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier as an example, the paths for taxi of carrier aircraft launching from elevators to catapults were planned. | 3 | Obstacle avoidance and path planning for carrier aircraft launching显示文摘Launching safety and efficiency are important indexes to measure the fighting capacity of carrier.The study on path planning for taxi of carrier aircraft launching under actual deck environment is of great significance.In actual deck scheduling,manual command is applied to taxi of carrier aircraft,which has negative effects on the safety of staff and carrier aircraft launching.In consideration of both the safety and efficiency of carrier aircraft launching,the key elements of the problem are abstracted based on the analysis of deck environment,carrier aircraft maneuver performance and task requirements.According to the problem description,the mathematical model is established including various constraints.The carrier aircraft and the obstacles are reasonably simplified as circle and polygons respectively.What’s more,the proposed collision detection model reduces the calculations.Aimed at the features of model,the theory of model predictive control(MPC)is applied to the path search.Then a dynamic weight heuristic function is designed and a dynamic multistep optimization algorithm is proposed.Taking the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier as an example,the paths from parking place to catapult are planned,which indicate the rationality of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm by comparing the planning results under different simulation environments.The main contribution of research is the establishment of obstacle avoidance and path planning model.In addition,it provides the solution of model and technological foundations for comprehensive command and real-time decision-making of the carrier aircraft. | Wu Yu Qu Xiangju | 2015 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2015,28,3: | 18 |

| 5 | Enhanced aromatic selectivity by the sheet-like ZSM-5 in syngas conversion显示文摘Aromatics are important basic chemicals. However, direct conversion of syngas via the conventional Fischer-Tropsch synthesis produces little aromatics. We presented herein that a bifunctional composite of ZSM-5 in combination with Zn Cr Oxcatalyzes syngas conversion to aromatics. Particularly, ZSM-5 crystals with a sheet-like morphology can enhance significantly the aromatization activity. The lower length ratio of the b/a axes of the crystals, the more aromatics form but without influencing the selectivity of small molecules such as CH4 and C2–C4. | 10 | Exploring mission planning method for a team of carrier aircraft launching显示文摘High-level efficiency and safety are of great significance for improving the fighting capability of an aircraft carrier. One way to enhance efficiency and safety level is to organize the carrier aircraft into combat effectively. This paper studies the mission planning problem for a team of carrier aircraft launching, and a novel distributed mission planning architecture is proposed. The architecture is hierarchical and is comprised of four levels, namely, the input level, the coordination level,the path planning level and the execution level. Realistic constraints in each level of the distributed architecture, such as the vortex flow effect, the crowd effect and the motion of aircraft, are considered in the model. To solve this problem, a distributed path planning algorithm based on the asynchronous planning strategy is developed. The proposed Mission Planning Approach for Carrier Aircraft Launching(MPACAL) is validated using the setups of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier.Compared to the isolated planning architecture and the centralized planning architecture, the proposed distributed planning architecture has advantages in coordinating the launch tasks not only belonging to the same catapult but also when all different catapults are considered. | 12 | Correlation between podocyte excretion and proteinuria in diabetic nephropathy patients显示文摘Objective:To observe the podocyte injury in diabetic nephropathy(DN) patients by identifying the urinary podocytes and the situation of detached podocytes in glomeruli and to demonstrate the correlation between podocyte excretion and proteinuria,blood glucose,serum creatinine in different phases in DN patients.Methods:Urinary podocytes and the podocalyxin(PCX) expression state of podocytes in glomeruli were identified and observed by indirect immunofluorescent method.The DN patients were divided into three groups according to the volume of proteinuria,namely small,medium and large volume proteinuria groups.The podocytes in the urine of every group were calculated.The DN patients were divided into five groups according to the chronic kidney disease(CKD) phases,then the positive podocytes in urine were calculated.Meanwhile,the 24-hour protein in urine,fasting blood glucose(FBG) and the serum creatinine of DN patients were tested.The correlations among the proteinuria,serum creatinine,FBG and the number of positive podocytes in the urine of DN patients were statistically analyzed.Results:Urinary positive podocytes were found in 88% of the patients with DN,whereas podocytes were found in 0% of patients with minimal changed disease(MCD) and healthy cases.The expression of PCX was absent in DN patients.In contrast,PCX was expressed integrally in MCD patients.The positive podocytes was 1.49±0.95/ml in small-volume proteinuria group,2.15±0.70/ml in the medium-volume proteinuria group,and 3.48±1.27/ml in the large-volume proteinuria group.There was no significant difference between the small-and medium-volume proteinuria groups,and there were significant differences between other groups(P<0.05).The positive podocyte number tended to increase as proteinuria was increased.By Pearson analysis,the correlation between podocyte number and proteinuria was positive statistically.The difference of the number of positive podocytes in urine from different groups of DN patients,CKD Ⅰ-Ⅴ group was significant statistically.The correlation between serum creatinine of CKD Ⅰ-Ⅲ group and positive podocytes in urine was positive statistically.The correlation between serum creatinine of CKD Ⅳ-Ⅴ group and positive podocytes in urine was not significant statistically.The correlation between FBG and positive podocytes in urine was not significant either.Conclusion:The mechanism of the podocyte injury in DN patients is present.The podocyte injury in DN may positively correlate to proteinuria and serum creatinine of CKD Ⅰ-Ⅲ DN patients,but not to the FBG and serum creatinine of CKD Ⅳ-Ⅴ patients. | Long Xiangju Lin Shan Zhang Xin Shang Wenya | 2010 | Journal of Medical Colleges of PLA(China)2010,25,3: | 4 |

The aircraft carrier motion, aircraft dynamics, landing gears and wind field of sea state are comprehensively considered to dispose this multidiscipline intersection problem. According to the particular naval operating environment of the carrier-based aircraft ski-jump takeoff, the integrated dynamic simulation models of multi-body system are developed, which involves the movement entities of the carrier, the aircraft and the landing gears, and involves takeoff instruction, control system and the deck wind disturbance. Based on Matlab/Simulink environment, the multi-body system simulation is realized. The validity of the model and the rationality of the result are verified by an example simulation of carrier-based aircraft ski-jump takeoff. | 15 | Time-varying linear control for tiltrotor aircraft显示文摘Tiltrotor aircraft have three flight modes: helicopter mode, airplane mode, and transition mode. A tiltrotor has characteristics of highly nonlinear, time-varying flight dynamics and inertial/-control couplings in its transition mode. It can transit from the helicopter mode to the airplane mode by tilting its nacelles, and an effective controller is crucial to accomplish tilting transition missions. Longitudinal dynamic characteristics of the tiltrotor are described by a nonlinear Lagrangeform model, which takes into account inertial/control couplings and aerodynamic interferences.Reference commands for airspeed velocity and attitude in the transition mode are calculated dynamically by visiting a command library which is founded in advance by analyzing the flight envelope of the tiltrotor. A Time-Varying Linear(TVL) model is obtained using a Taylorexpansion based online linearization technique from the nonlinear model. Subsequently, based on an optimal control concept, an online optimization based control method with input constraints considered is proposed. To validate the proposed control method, three typical tilting transition missions are simulated using the nonlinear model of XV-15 tiltrotor aircraft. | 18 | Sustainable Synthesis of Core-Shell Structured ZSM-5@Silicalite-1 Zeolite显示文摘Core-shell structured ZSM-5@Silicalite-1 zeolite could effectively hinder the deactivation of catalyst surface. Currently, organic structure directing agents(OSDAs) are necessary in the conventional route for the synthesis of this core-shell zeolite under hydrothermal conditions, which is costly and environmental-unfriendly. In this research, a synthesis of the core-shell structured ZSM-5@Silicalite-1 zeolite with a strategy of alcohol filling and zeolite seeding without any organic template or solvent is exhibited. The obtained products are well characterized by X-ray powder diffractometer(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), N2 sorption isotherms, solid magic angle spinning(MAS) NMR, temperature-programmed-desorption of ammonia(NH3-TPD), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) techniques, in order to confirm the core-shell structure. | 19 | A new phosphidation route for the synthesis of NiPx and their cocatalytic performances for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution over g-C3N4显示文摘Ni-based phosphides(NiPx)composed of earth-abundant elements are promising cocatalysts to replace noble metals for photocatalytic H2 evolution reaction(HER).A safe,energy-saving,and compositioncontrollable synthesis of NiPx is still highly desired.A facile and mild solvothermal process was developed for the first time for selective synthesis of a series of NiPx,including Ni,Ni12P5,Ni2P/Ni12P5,Ni/Ni2P and Ni2P,through controlling the dosage of NaBH4 and NaH2PO2.The phosphidation process was mainly composed of(1)a sequential reduction of Ni2+to Nj0 and(H2PO2)-to P(around the formed Ni0)triggered by NaBH4,and(2)a final phosphidation between Nj0 and the in situ generated P atoms.The photocatalytic HER performance of g-C3N4 can be substantially improved with the decoration of NiPx(3 wt%)as the separation of photoinduced charge carriers can be promoted and some active sites with low over-potential for HER can be introduced.The cocatalytic efficiency of NiPx is mainly determined by P content.Ni2P with a high ratio of P consequently exhibits the highest HER performance(215.1 umol g-1 h-1),which is almost six times higher than that of the pristine g-C3N4(35.6 umol g-1 h-1).Thus,as for the cocatalyst based on Ni phosphides,Ni2P is the preferable crystal phase and more efforts should be devoted to Ni2P to further optimize its structure,texture,and morphology in future works. | Ziqun Wang Longfeng Li Mingzhu Liu Tifang Miao Xiangju Ye Sugang Meng Shifu Chen Xianliang Fu | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,9: | 2 |
