1Experimental and computational investigation of adsorption performance of TC-5A and PSA-5A for manned spacecraft显示文摘Two kinds of molecular sieve materials, TC-5A and PSA-5A, were produced to satisfy with special requirement of manned space flight. Their CO_2 adsorption performances were investigated and compared through two experiments, the thermo gravimetric analysis(TGA) experiment and packed bed column experiment. Besides, some kinetic equations were compared according to the TGA experimental data, and their errors were analyzed. Finally, the classic linear driving force(LDF) model is improved to the new Avrami's model, and two models are analyzed based on the packed bed data. The TGA data shows that the CO_2 loading has an approximately linear relationship with the CO_2 concentration, and the best fit adsorption temperature range is from 283 to303 K. The packed bed column results show that water vapor in air can affect the CO_2 adsorption performance badly. The new Avrami's model is proved more suitable to reflect the complex adsorption mechanism for two molecular sieves. The materials are proved having much better adsorption capacity than the other adsorbents with room temperature and low CO_2concentration(61.0% in volume), and they can meet the aerospace requirements. 2Hollow mesoporous silica nanoparticles as nanocarriers employed in cancer therapy: A review显示文摘Hollow mesoporous silica nanoparticles(HMSNs)have become an attractive drug carrier because of their unique characteristics including stable physicochemical properties,large specific surface area and facile functionalization,especially made into intelligent drug delivery systems(DDSs)for cancer therapy.HMSNS are employed to transport traditional anti-tumor drugs,which can solve the problems of drugs with instability,poor solubility and lack of recognition,etc.,while significantly improving the anti-tumor effect.And an unexpected good result will be obtained by combining functional molecules and metal species with HMSNs for cancer diagnosis and treatment.Actually,HMSNs-based DDSS have developed relatively mature in recent years.This review briefly describes how to successfully prepare an ordinary HMSNs-based DDS,as well as its degradation,different stimuli-responses,targets and combination therapy.These versatile intelligent nanoparticles show great potential in clinical aspects.Yimin ZHOU Qingni XU Chaohua LI Yuqi CHEN Yueli ZHANG Bo LU 2020Frontiers of Materials Science2020,14,4:4
3Preparation of TiO_2/ITO film electrode by AP-MOCVD for photoelectrocatalytic application显示文摘Titanium dioxide (TiO2 ) thin films were grown onto Indium tin oxide (ITO) glass under atmospheric pressure by chemical vapor deposition (AP-MOCVD) using titanium tetraisopropoxide astitanium precursor. The as-prepared TiO2 /ITO films were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and photoelectrochemical measurements. Their photocatalytic (PC) and photoelectrocatalytic (PEC) activities were evaluated based on the results of methyl orange dye (MO) degradation experiments in aqueous solution. The difference between the front side (EE, electrolyte/electrode interface) and the back side (SE, substrate/electrode interface) illumination was evaluated in both photocurrent and MO degradation experiments. The effect of the film thickness on degradation rate by PEC under the two illumination directions was also studied. Stability of TiO2 /ITO film electrode was investigated in repetitive degradation experiments. 10EFFECTS OF SEEDING DENSITY AND BASIC MANURE ON THE GROWTH OF DRY NURSERY SEEDLINGS IN LATE DOUBLE CROPPING RICE IN SOUTH CHINA显示文摘During the period of dry nursery seedling raising of late double cropping indica rice in South China, both chemical fertilizer and farmyard manure did not show obvious effect on the growth of shoot and root in young seedlings at 4-leaf stage (18-day-old seedling), but had significant effects on root growth in old seedlings with 6-7 leaves (27-day-old seedling) at suitable seeding densities (65-125g m-2). 11EFFECTS OF SOIL MOISTURE CONTENT ON DRY NURSERY SEEDLING QUALITY OF LATE DOUBLE CROPPING RICE IN SOUTH CHINA显示文摘In the present paper, an experiment was conducted to study the effects of soil moisture content on dry nursery seedling quality in Guangzhou in 1995. Through comparing the difference of dry nursery seedlings and wet nursery seedlings, we found a close relationship between soil moisture content and seedling growth. The seedling emergence of dry nursery seedling was more even, tidy and faster, and the survival rate was higher than that of wet nursery seedling. Dry nursery seedlings had small plant stature, slow leaf stretching speed and low individual seedling dry weight, but had high dry/fresh weight ratio. This was abeneficial factor for seedlings to recover from transplanting shock more quickly. As com-pared with the wet nursery seedlings, dry nursery seedlings had poor rooting ability,but had more vigorous white roots and fewer rust roots.
