| 4 | Development of Whole Potato Flour Fish Noodles显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to prepare a kind of traditional aquatic food―fish noodles in Hubei Province by replacing some wheat flour with whole potato flour. [Methods] With whole potato flour, wheat flour and minced fish as main raw materials, the effects of the ratio of whole potato flour to minced fish and the addition amounts of sodium alginate, egg white, salt and ginger juice on the quality of whole potato flour fish noodles were studied. An orthogonal experiment was conducted to confirm the optimal technical formula of the whole potato flour fish noodles. [Results] The best formula of the whole potato flour fish noodles was whole potato flour 30 g, wheat flour 20 g, minced fish(grass carp) 50 g, salt 2.00 g, egg white 4.00 g, sodium alginate 2.00 g, and ginger juice 5.00 g. [Conclusions] The whole potato flour fish noodles prepared according to this formula are not only nutritious and taste good, but also have the advantages of easy and convenient eating and storage. | 5 | Grey correlational and SSR analyses of cotton hybrids显示文摘Ten upland cotton strains exhibiting 3 fiber quality traits and 8 yield traits,were grown for two years in an investigation of the correlation between grey relational analysis(GRA) and genetic identity in heterosis of cotton hybrid. The aim was to establish the optimal approach for heterosis prediction and parent selection. Plant traits data were collected and analyzed for GRA. In addition,72 simple sequence repeat(SSR) markers were examined and 148 polymorphisms were detected. Correlation analysis of GRA,genetic identity,F1 fiber quality and yield heterosis was conducted. Significant differences were observed between the two analytic methods,whereas comparable predictions were given for yield heterosis. GRA for yield exhibited slightly higher correlation than genetic identity analysis,with a correlation coefficient of 0.49. GRA and genetic analysis exhibited overlapping yet distinct advantages in heterosis prediction. | 11 | Development and Application of Evaluation Index System and Model for Existing Building Green-Retrofitting显示文摘This paper establishes an evaluation index system for existing building green-retrofitting considering different building majors. The weights of indicators at different levels were determined by using decision-making analytic hierarchy process. According to fuzzy mathematics theory, indicators at different levels were taken into an evaluation factor set while three-star level, two-star level, one-star level and unqualified level were taken as the comment set to develop a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the green retrofitting of existing buildings. Additionally, the evaluation system proposed by this paper and the national standard 'Assessment standard for green building' GB/T 50378-2014 were used in the assessment of a certain office after green retrofitting as a case study. | 13 | Characterization of an endo-1,4-β-glucanase from Lilium longiflorum that functioned in pollen germination and pollen tube growth显示文摘Endo-β-glucanases play vital roles in the regulation of pollen tube growth. Here, a previously identified endo-1,4-β-glucanase from Lilium longiflorum (lily), named LlpCel1, was expressed in Escherichia coli, purified, and further investigated for its physiological function. The recombinant LlpCel1 protein hydrolyzed carboxy-methylcellulose (CMC) and exhibited activity towards laminarin from Eisenia. arborea and 1,3:1,4-β-glucan of barley. The pH for the optimum activity was 6.0 and the value of Km calculated from CMC was 5.0 mg/mL. Adding EDTA resulted in the total loss of the enzymatic activity, and this effect could be restored by the addition of Ca2+. Western blotting analysis showed that LlpCel1 protein was present in pollen grains and rehydrated pollen grains, and the amount of the protein was increased during pollen germinating, but not in the pollen tube. Consistently, the immunofluorescence labeling study with the antibody against LlpCel1 also indicated the presence of LlpCel1 at the begin-ning of germination, but not in the elongating pollen tube. Furthermore, incubation of LlpCel1 with pollen at the beginning of pollen germination increased the germination percentage and the length of pollen tube.
