| 1 | Particle size distribution and characteristics of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons during a heavy haze episode in Nanjing,China显示文摘A heavy haze episode caused by agricultural burning occurred in Nanjing from November 7 to November8,2009.PM_(10) samples were collected on normal and hazy days from November 1 to November 14,2009 at both city and suburban sites of Nanjing.Sixteen PAHs were measured during the day and at night.The results show that the concentrations of the particles were as high as 579.55 and 573.43 μg/m^3 during the haze episode at the city and suburban sites,respectively,3-4 times higher than those on a normal day.The proportions of fine particles during the haze episode were also higher than those on a normal day.The changes in the concentrations of PAHs were in accordance with the concentrations of the particles.Highmolecular-weight PAHs composed approximately 80% of the total PAHs on normal days and during the haze episode.The concentration of PAHs in fine fractions significantly increased during the haze episode,and this increase was most obvious at night at the city site.The proportion of total carcinogenic PAHs in fine particles was relatively high during the haze episode at both sampling sites,particularly at night at the city site. | Qingzi Meng Shuxian Fan Jiabao He Jian Zhang Yu Sun Yue Zhang Fan Zu | 2015 | Particuology2015,13,1: | 16 |

| 3 | An effective cytokine combination for ex vivo expansion of porcine muscle stem cells显示文摘Cultured meat technology is a novel and promising strategy for sustainable and effective meat production.Muscle stem cells are widely used as seed cell populations because of their ease of access and myogenic differentiation potential.However,muscle stem cells are difficult to continuously propagate ex vivo and are heavily dependent upon serum for survival and growth,which impedes their commercial use as a cultured meat source.Herein,we identified an effective four-cytokine combination to promote long-term proliferation of porcine muscle stem cells using a serial elimination screening approach,which was consisted of long chain human insulin growth factor-1,platelet derived growth factor BB,basic fibroblast growth factor,and epidermal growth factor.The expansion of muscle stem cells with the four-cytokine combination achieved a 6.31×107-fold increase in cell number after 28 days of culture with retained cell myogenic differentiation potential,and most importantly,reduced the amount of fetal bovine serum required for cell culture by at least 5%.Furthermore,the four-cytokine combination exerted the pro-proliferative function by activating PI3K/Akt/mTOR and MEK/ERK signaling pathways.This approach provides for a new means by which to industrialize the production of cultured meat. | Qingzi Lei Mei Li Guocheng Du Jingwen Zhou Xin Guan | 2022 | Food Bioscience2022,46,2: | 3 |
| 4 | Late Cretaceous Transpressional Fault System: A Case Study of the Yishu Fault Belt, Shandong Province, Eastern China显示文摘On the basis of field observations of the structures of three profiles from the Linshu region, deformation characteristics and the tectonic background of the Yishu fault belt in the Late Cretaceous–Early Cenozoic have been discussed in detail.Three structural profiles, whose deformations consist mainly of earlier transpressional faults and later normal faults, were developed for the Mengtuan Formation of the Lower Cretaceous Dasheng Group.Typical positive flower structures, duplex structures, and break-through faults were found in these profiles.On the basis of analyses of the structural deformation and previous geochronological studies, it was concluded that the earlier transpressional faults of the profiles were triggered by the sinistral transpression of the Yishu fault belt in the Late Cretaceous–Early Paleogene, and that the later normal faults, formed during the Late Paleogene–Neogene extension, truncated the earlier transpressional faults.With consideration of the tectonic evolution of the Tan-Lu fault belt and the different drift directions of the Pacific plate since the Cretaceous, we suggest that the major tectonic events of the Late Cretaceous–Neogene in eastern China were mainly controlled by the subduction of the Pacific plate. | LI Chunlin WANG Zongxiu WU Qingzi LIU Yongqing GAO Wanli TAN Yuanlong KUANG Hongwei LI Huijun | 2015 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,5: | 3 |

| 7 | BeiDou B1I/B3I Signals Joint Tracking Algorithm Based on Kalman Filter显示文摘Dual-frequency satellite positioning receivers are widely used because they can eliminate ionospheric delay and solve the full-circumference ambiguity quickly.However,in traditional dual-frequency receivers,the relevance of dual-frequency signals are not considered,and,with no improvement imposed to the tracking loop,two independent tracking loops are used to achieve the tracking of dual-frequency signals.In this paper,the Bei Dou dual-frequency signals joint tracking algorithm based on Kalman filter is proposed for the tracking of Bei Dou B1I and B3I dual-frequency signals.Taking the relevance of B1I and B3I signals into consideration,the algorithm adds a Kalman filter between the phase detector and carrier loop filter of the traditional dual-frequency independent tracking loop.The output results of the phase detectors of the B1I and B3I branches are then combined and filtered by the Kalman filter,and the results are input to the carrier loop filters of the corresponding branches.Proved by experiments,the algorithm not only enables the loop to enter a stable tracking state quickly,but also reduces the noise bandwidth of the two loop filters by about 10 Hz with the same tracking performance obtained. | LYU Chade ZENG Qingzi XU Rui GAO Chang QIU Wenqi | 2019 | Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2019,36,6: | 0 |
