| 1 | Gaseous sulfur trioxide induced controllable sulfonation promoting biomineralization and osseointegration of polyetheretherketone implants显示文摘Fabricating a desired porous structure on the surface of biomedical polyetheretherketone(PEEK)implants for enhancing biological functions is crucial and difficult due to its inherent chemical inertness.In this study,a porous surface of PEEK implants was fabricated by controllable sulfonation using gaseous sulfur trioxide(SO3)for different time(5,15,30,60 and 90 min).Micro-topological structure was generated on the surface of sulfonated PEEK implants preserving original mechanical properties.The protein absorption capacity and apatite forming ability was thus improved by the morphological and elemental change with higher degree of sulfonation.In combination of the appropriate micromorphology and bioactive sulfonate components,the cell adhesion,migration,proliferation and extracellular matrix secretion were obviously enhanced by the SPEEK-15 samples which were sulfonated for 15 min.Finding from this study revealed that controllable sulfonation by gaseous SO3 would be an extraordinarily strategy for improving osseointegration of PEEK implants by adjusting the microstructure and chemical composition while maintaining excellent mechanical properties. | Teng Wan Zixue Jiao Min Guo Zongliang Wang Yizao Wan Kaili Lin Qinyi Liu Peibiao Zhang | 2020 | Bioactive Materials2020,5,4: | 5 |
| 2 | Development and validation of an HPLC–MS/MS method to determine clopidogrel in human plasma显示文摘A quantitative method for clopidogrel using online-SPE tandem LC–MS/MS was developed and fully validated according to the well-established FDA guidelines.The method achieves adequate sensitivity for pharmacokinetic studies,with lower limit of quantifications(LLOQs)as low as 10 pg/m L.Chromatographic separations were performed on reversed phase columns Kromasil Eternity-2.5-C18-UHPLC for both methods.Positive electrospray ionization in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode was employed for signal detection and a deuterated analogue(clopidogrel-d_4)was used as internal standard(IS).Adjustments in sample preparation,including introduction of an online-SPE system proved to be the most effective method to solve the analyte back-conversion in clinical samples.Pooled clinical samples(two levels)were prepared and successfully used as real-sample quality control(QC)in the validation of back-conversion testing under different conditions.The result showed that the real samples were stable in room temperature for 24 h.Linearity,precision,extraction recovery,matrix effect on spiked QC samples and stability tests on both spiked QCs and real sample QCs stored in different conditions met the acceptance criteria.This online-SPE method was successfully applied to a bioequivalence study of75 mg single dose clopidogrel tablets in 48 healthy male subjects. | Gangyi Liu Chunxia Dong Weiwei Shen Xiaopei Lu Mengqi Zhang Yuzhou Gui Qinyi Zhou Chen Yu | 2016 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2016,6,1: | 3 |

| 5 | Differentiation trajectories and biofunctions of symbiotic and un-symbiotic fate cells in root nodules of Medicago truncatula显示文摘The root nodule is a complex symbiotic nitrogen fixation factory,in which cells are highly heterogeneous.However,the differentiation trajectories and interconnection of nodule cells remain largely unknown.In this study,we set up a modified protocol for nodule protoplast preparation and performed a single-cell RNA sequencing profiling of the indeterminate Medicago truncatula nodule.We designated 13 cell clusters with specific expression patterns in 14-day post inoculation nodules and constructed a spatial and functional cellular map based on experimental data and bioinformatic analyses.Pseudotime analysis further revealed that two groups of apical meristematic cells develop into symbiotic and un-symbiotic fate cells along their particular trajectories.Biofunction analysis of each cell cluster revealed their particularity and interrelation,especially that the un-infected cells in nitrogen fixation zone are also involved in nitrogen assimilation by undertaking the asparagine synthesis.Collectively,our data offer an important resource for investigating the mechanism of nodule organogenesis and symbiotic nitrogen fixation. | Qinyi Ye Fugui Zhu Fanghao Sun Tai-Cheng Wang Jiale Wu Peng Liu Chen Shen Jiangli Dong Tao Wang | 2022 | Molecular Plant2022,15,12: | 1 |
| 6 | Concentrations and light absorption properties of PM_(2.5) organic and black carbon based on online measurements in Lanzhou, China显示文摘To elucidate the variations in mass concentrations of organic carbon(OC)and black carbon(BC)in PM_(2.5) and their light absorption characteristics in Lanzhou,we conducted one-year online measurements by using a newly developed total carbon analyzer(TCA08)coupled with an aethalometer(AE33)from July 2018 to July 2019.The mean OC and BC concentrations were 6.4±4.4 and 2.0±1.3μg/m^(3),respectively.Clear seasonal variations were observed for both components,with winter having the highest concentrations,followed by autumn,spring,and summer.The diurnal variations of OC and BC concentrations were similar throughout the year,with daily two peaks occurring in the morning and evening,respectively.A relatively low OC/BC ratio(3.3±1.2,n=345)were observed,indicating that fossil fuel combustion was the primary source of the carbonaceous components.This is further substantiated by relatively low biomass burning contribution(f_(biomass):27.1%±11.3%)to BC using aethalometer based measurement though f_(biomass) value which increased significantly in winter(41.6%±5.7%).We estimated a considerable brown carbon(BrC)contribution to the total absorption coefficient(b_(abs))at 370 nm(yearly average of 30.8%±11.1%),with a winter maximum of 44.2%±4.1%and a summer minimum of 19.2%±4.2%.Calculation of the wavelength dependence of total b_(abs) revealed an annual mean AAE_(370-520) value of 4.2±0.5,with slightly higher values in spring and winter.The mass absorption cross-section of BrC also exhibited higher values in winter,with an annual mean of 5.4±1.9 m^(2)/g,reflecting the impact of emissions from increased biomass burning on BrC concentrations. | Pengfei Chen Shichang Kang Qinyi Gan Ye Yu Xianlei Yuan Yajun Liu Lekhendra Tripathee Xiaoxiang Wang Chaoliu Li | 2023 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,9: | 0 |
