1Channel Measurement and Path Loss Modeling from 220 GHz to 330 GHz for 6G Wireless Communications显示文摘Terahertz(THz)communication has been envisioned as a key enabling technology for sixthgeneration(6G).In this paper,we present an extensive THz channel measurement campaign for 6G wireless communications from 220 GHz to 330 GHz.Furthermore,the path loss is analyzed and modeled by using two single-frequency path loss models and a multiplefrequencies path loss model.It is found that at most frequency points,the measured path loss is larger than that in the free space.But at around 310 GHz,the propagation attenuation is relatively weaker compared to that in the free space.Also,the frequency dependence of path loss is observed and the frequency exponent of the multiple-frequencies path loss model is 2.1.Moreover,the cellular performance of THz communication systems is investigated by using the obtained path loss model.Simulation results indicate that the current inter-site distance(ISD)for the indoor scenario is too small for THz communications.Furthermore,the tremendous capacity gain can be obtained by using THz bands compared to using microwave bands and millimeter wave bands.Generally,this work can give an insight into the design and optimization of THz communication systems for 6G.Pan Tang Jianhua Zhang Haoyu Tian Zhaowei Chang Jun Men Yuxiang Zhang Lei Tian Liang Xia Qixing Wang Jingsuo He 2021China Communications2021,18,5:7

3Primary report of noninvasive impedance monitoring of cerebral hematoma and edema in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage显示文摘Background and Objective Brain edema is one of the most important clinical process in many diseases. Tissue impedance monitoring offers a non-invasive, bedside, rapid, and reliable technique for the monitoring of the brain edema. Methods We use a bioelectrical impedance(BEI) monitoring unit to record the brain impedance in the healthy volunteer and the patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Percent of BEI variations were calculation. Results and Conclusions Brain BEI haven f any difference between both hemispheres in normal ones. In 48hrs, BEI value at hematoma-side was obviously decreased; after 48hrs, BEI value was obviously increased and continue to tenth day. Brain bioelectrical impedance monitoring, particularly noninvasively, is a first time in this field. 4Estimating the minimum in-stream flow requirements via wetted perimeter method based on curvature and slope techniques显示文摘Under the assumptions of triangular cross section channel and uniform stable flow, an analytical solution of the minimum ecological in-stream flow requirement (MEIFR) is deduced. Based on the analytical solution, the uncertainty of the wetted perimeter method is analyzed by comparing the two techniques for the determination of the critical point on the relationship curve between wetted perimeter, P and discharge, Q. It is clearly shown that the results of MEIFR based on curvature technique (corresponding to the maximum curvature) and slope technique (slope being 1) are significantly different. On the P-Q curve, the slope of the critical point with the maximum curvature is 0.39 and the MEIFR varied prominently with the change of the slope threshold. This indicates that if a certain value of the slope threshold is not available for slope technique, curvature technique may be a better choice. By applying the analytical solution of MEIFR in the losing rivers of the Western Route South-to-North Water Transfer Project in China, the MEIFR value via curvature technique is 2.5%-23.7% of the multi-year average annual discharge, while that for slope technique is 11%-105.7%. 5Revisiting the effects of Co_(2)O_(3)on multiscale defect structures and relevant electrical properties in ZnO varistors显示文摘Element doping is an effective method to improve the performance of ZnO varistors.Previous studies mainly focused on the variation of microstructures and Schottky barriers.In this study,the effects of Co dopant on electrical properties are investigated from the aspect of multiscale defect structures,including intrinsic point defects,the heterogeneous interface of depletion/intergranular layers,and interface states at grain boundaries.Combining with analysis of phase composition and energy dispersive spectroscopy,it is found that Co tends to dissolve into ZnO grains when slightly doped.It substitutes Zn2+with the same valence and affects little on densities of donors.Segregation of Co at grain boundaries would result in the formation of spinel phase Co(Co4/3Sb2/3)O4 and transformation of the intergranular phase fromα-Bi2O3 toδ-Bi2O3.Meanwhile,densities of point defects are indirectly affected by oxygen ambient during sintering,resulting in abnormal variation of grain resistivity.And interface states are enhanced,leading to improved barriers at grain boundaries.Therefore,reduced leakage current,enhanced grain resistivity,and improved non-linear coefficient in Co-doped ZnO varistor blocks are understood from the underlying multiple defect structures.This presents a potential approach to explore short-term performance and long-term stability of ZnO varistors from the aspect of defect responses.Men Guo Yao Wang Kangning Wu Lei Zhang Xia Zhao Ying Lin Jianying Li 2020High Voltage2020,5,3:2
6An unexpected large continental source of reactive bromine and chlorine with significant impact on wintertime air quality显示文摘Halogen atoms affect the budget of ozone and the fate of pollutants such as hydrocarbons and mercury.Yet their sources and significances in polluted continental regions are poorly understood.Here we report the observation of unprecedented levels(averaging at 60 parts per trillion)of bromine chloride(BrCl)at a mid-latitude site in North China during winter.Widespread coal burning in rural households and a photo-assisted process were the primary source of BrCl and other bromine gases.BrCl contributed about 55%of both bromine and chlorine atoms.The halogen atoms increased the abundance of'conventional'tropospheric oxidants(OH,HO_(2) and RO_(2))by 26%-73%,and enhanced oxidation of hydrocarbon by nearly a factor of two and the net ozone production by 55%.Our study reveals the significant role of reactive halogen in winter atmospheric chemistry and the deterioration of air quality in continental regions where uncontrolled coal combustion is prevalent.Xiang Peng Weihao Wang Men Xia Hui Chen A.R.Ravishankara Qinyi Li Alfonso Saiz-Lopez Pengfei Liu Fei Zhang Chenglong Zhang Likun Xue Xinfeng Wang Christian George Jinhe Wang Yujing Mu Jianmin Chen Tao Wang 2021National Science Review2021,8,7:2

16Atmospheric correction for HY-1C CZI images using neural network in western Pacific region显示文摘With a spatial resolution of 50 m,a revisit time of three days,and a swath of 950 km,the coastal zone imager(CZI)offers great potential in monitoring coastal zone dynamics.Accurate atmo-spheric correction(AC)is needed to exploit the potential of quantitative ocean color inversion.However,due to the band setting of CZI,the AC over coastal waters in the western Pacific region with complex optical properties cannot be realized easily.This research introduces a novel neural network(NN)AC algorithm for CZI data over coastal waters.Total 100,000 match-ups of HY-1 C CZI-observed reflectance at the top-of-atmosphere and Operational Land Imager(OLI)-retrieved high-quality remote sensing reflectance(Rrs)at the CZI bands are built to train the NN model.These reflectance data are obtained from the standard AC algorithm in the SeaDAS.Results indicate that the distributions of the CZI retrieved Rrs were consistent with the quasi-synchronous OLI data,but the spatial information from the CZI is more detailed.Then,the accuracy of the CZI data for AC is evaluated using the multi-source in-situ data.Results further show that the NN-AC can successfully retrieve Rrs for CZI and the coefficients of determination in the blue,green,red,and near-infrared bands were 0.70,0.77,0.76,and 0.67,respectively.The NN algorithm does not depend on shortwave-infrared bands and runs very fast once properly trained.Jilin Men Jianqiang Liu Guangping Xia Tong Yue Ruqing Tong Liqiao Tian Kohei Arai Linyu Wang 2022Geo-Spatial Information Science2022,25,3:0
