| 1 | Effect of Pulsed Magnetic Field on the Residual Stress of Rolled Magnium Alloy AZ31 Sheet显示文摘A novel method of pulsed magnetic field(PMF)treatment was developed to eliminate the residual stress of rolled magnesium alloy AZ31 sheet in this study.The eff ect of PMF on residual stress of rolled AZ31 sheet was investigated and its mechanism was analyzed.The experimental results revealed that the pulse frequency had a significant impact on residual stress.After 10.0 Hz PMF treatment,the average and maximum reduction rates of residual stress along the rolled direction were 26.6%and 30.3%,respectively.It was found that the dislocation density and parallel dislocation in grains of the rolled sheet increased after it was treated by the pulsed magnetic field.The simulation results showed that the Lorentz force generated by the pulsed magnetic field can lead to basal slip,thereby resulting in local plastic deformation.Besides,the Joule heat produced during the PMF treatment was conducive to the elimination of residual stress. | Meng Yan Cong Wang Tianjiao Luo Yingju Li Xiaohui Feng Qiuyan Huang Yuansheng Yang | 2021 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2021,34,1: | 3 |

| 3 | Identification of a suitable endogenous control gene in porcine blastocysts for use in quantitative PCR analysis of microRNAs显示文摘To obtain reliable results in quantitative PCR (qPCR) reactions, an endogenous control (EC) gene is needed to correct for systematic variations. In this study, a TaqMan low density array was used to quantify the expression levels of microRNA (miRNA) genes in in vivo fertilized, in vitro fertilized, parthenogenetic and somatic cell nuclear transfer blastocysts. The aim was to identify suitable EC genes for the qPCR analysis of miRNAs in porcine blastocysts. The results showed that thirty-six miRNAs were commonly expressed in the four kinds of embryos and the expression levels of eleven miRNAs were similar in the different embryo types (P-value>0.05). These 11 miRNAs were selected as candidate EC genes for further analysis and, of these, miR-16 was identified as the most stable EC gene by the GeNorm (a tool based on a pair-wise comparison model that calculates the internal control genes stability measure and determines the most reliable pair of EC genes) and NormFinder (an excel plug-in that uses an ANOVA-based model to estimate intra-and inter-group variation to indicate the single most stable EC gene) programs. | 4 | Production of human lysozyme-transgenic cloned porcine embryos by somatic nuclear transfer显示文摘Due to their physiology and organ size, pigs have significant potential as human disease models and as organ transplantation donors. Genetic modification of pigs could provide benefits for both agriculture and human medicine. In this study, five fetal pig fibroblast cell lines from two species (Wuzhishan and Landrace pigs) were transfected using double-marked human lysozyme (HLY) plasmids (pBC1-HLY-GFP-NEO) by a liposome-mediated method. The ratio of green fluorescent protein (GFP)-expressing cells was >95% in sw7, sw8, slw3 and slw6 cell lines, but only 49.3% in slw9 cells. Cells from the four highly transgenic lines were used as nuclear donors to construct embryos, which were then cultured after fusion and activation by electric stimulation. The rate of cleavage was 76.7%, 48 h after activation. After 7 days, 18.5% of cleaved eggs had developed to the blastocyst stage and 93.3% of blastocysts were GFP-positive. These results indicate that transgenic fetal pig flbroblast cell lines could be obtained by a liposome-mediated method, though the transfection efficiency varied between cell lines. | 7 | Prenatal ultrasonographic characteristics and prognosis of isolated redundant foramen ovale flap显示文摘Objective:To analyze the prenatal ultrasonographic characteristics and prognosis of the isolated redundant foramen ovale flap(RFOF).Methods:From January 2014 to December 2021,we collected data on fetal echocardiography analyses and perinatal outcomes for fetuses with isolated RFOF in Peking University People's Hospital.Results:We found that 0.31%(87/28308)of participants have RFOF.The four-chamber results of the foramen ovale flap(FOF)showed that it was stiff and extended>50%or reached the lateral wall of the left atrium(LA)in diastole.As seen from the foramen ovale(FO)channel and four-chamber views,the hypermobile and redundant flap were observed shrinking and stretching with the fetal cardiac cycle,which is similar to jellyfish.The lateral displacement of flow from LA to the left ventricle(LV)around the FOF on color doppler demonstrated thin linear blood flow from the right to left and a reversal of flow across FO.A uniphasic,but not biphasic,pattern of FOF displacement was observed on M-mode.Stages I(23/87)and II(51/87)had a higher ratio of ventricular disproportion than Stage 0(11/87)and III(2/87).We observed the RA/LA(right/left atrium)>1.2 in 53 cases(60.9%),RV/LV(right/left ventricle)>1.2 in 53 cases(60.9%),PA/AO(pulmonary/aortic artery)>1.2 in 53 cases(60.9%),and moderate or severe tricuspid regurgitation in 10 cases and moderate pericardial effusion in 2 cases(2.2%).Seventy-four RFOF cases had follow-up data.Neonatal death occurred in 2 cases;72 fetuses survived with normal or minor heart defects.Conclusion:RFOF should be considered if the left side of the heart of a fetus is smaller and related to hypermobile FOF.For isolated RFOF cases,a monthly follow-up is recommended to monitor arrhythmia or fetal hydrop status.Prompt treatment is recommended for those with adequate gestational age and lung maturity. | Yuntao Li Qiuyan Pei Zhenjuan Yang Yani Yan Xiaowei Xue | 2022 | Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinical Medicine2022,2,3: | 1 |
