Solid Acid Used as Highly Efficient Catalyst for Esterification of Free Fatty Acids with Alcohols显示文摘Anovel solid acid catalyst, which was prepared from sodium alginate (SA) and metal chlorides and characterized with XRD and FT-IR spectrometry, was used for the preparation of biodiesel via esterification reaction. The study results showed that the aluminum-alginate complex prepared in a cheap and easy way exhibited high catalytic activity, and a 92.6% conversion of methyl oleate was obtained in the presence of 4m% of catalyst dosage upon refluxing for 3h of methanol and acid mixed in a molar ratio of 10:1. It should be noted that the catalyst can be applied to the esterification reaction of fatty acids with various carbon chain length on methanol or different short chain alcohols, indicating that the catalyst is suitable for the preparation of biodiesel from waste oils with a high acid value. | Zhang Qiuyun Li Hu Qin Wenting Liu Xiaofang Zhang Yuping Xue Wei Yang Song | 2013 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2013,15,1: | 6
Role of Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer Thickness and Optic Disk Measurement by OCT onEarly Diagnosis of Glaucoma显示文摘Purpose:.Glaucoma is an eye disease that can lead to irreversible optic nerve damage and cause blindness. Optical coherence tomography.(OCT) allows an early diagnosis of glaucoma by the measurements of the retinal nerve fiber and optic disc parameters.A retrospective study was designed to analyze the effects of the measurement of the retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL) thickness and the optic disc tomography by spectraldomain OCT on the early diagnosis of suspected glaucoma and primary open angle glaucoma(POAG).Methods:.This was a clinical case-control study. The RNFL thickness around the optic disc and optic disk tomographic parameters of the control(n=51, 98 eyes), suspected glaucoma(n=81,.146 eyes), and POAG groups(n=55, 106 eyes) were measured by OCT. The parameters included superior, inferior, nasal and temporal mean RNFL thickness,.disc area(DA), cup area(CA), rim area(RA), disc volume(DV),cup volume(CV), rim volume(RV), cup / disc area ratio(CA / DA), rim / disc area ratio(RA / DA), cup / disc volume ratio(CV / DV) and rim / disc volume ratio(RV / DV).Results: Superior, nasal, and mean RNFL parameters, DA,CA,RA, DV, CV, CA / DA, RA / DA, CV / DV and RV / DV significantly differed among three groups by single-factorial ANOVA. Inferior and temporal RNFL thickness significantly differed between the control and POAG groups. No significant difference was observed in RV among three groups. In the POAG group,.the maximum area under the ROC curve(AROC) of mean RNFL thickness was 0.845. The maximum AROC of optic disk parameters was RA / DA(0.998), followed by CA / DA(0.997). The AROC of CA, RA, CV, and DV were all > 0.900.Conclusion:.OCT may serve as a useful diagnostic modality in distinguishing suspected glaucoma from POAG. | Zanmei Hua Qiuyun Fang Xiangyin Sha Ruiming Yang Zuopeng Hong | 2015 | Eye Science2015,30,1: | 3
Phenotypic characterization of patients with activated PI3Kδ syndrome 1 presenting with features of systemic lupus erythematosus显示文摘Activated phosphoinositide 3-kinase d syndrome 1(APDS1)is a primary immunode-ficiency disease caused by gain-of-function mutations in PIK3CD.Clinical features of autoimmune disease have been reported in patients with APDS1.In this study,we reported three patients with APDS1 presenting with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)phenotype. The clinical manifestations included recurrent respiratory tract infection,lymphoproliferation,Coombs-positive hemolytic anemia, decreased complement fractions, positive antinuclear antibodies, renal complications related to SLE associated diseases, which met the clinical spectrum of APDS1 and the classification criteria of SLE.The immunological phenotype included an inversion in the CD4:CD8 ratio,an increase in both non-circulating Tfh CD4^(+)memory T and circulating Tfh populations,a low level of recent thymic emigrant T cells, overexpression of CD57 on T cells, and a decrease in B cells with fewer antibody class switch recombination. These phenotypes detected in patients with APDS1 presenting with SLE were resemble that in patients with APDS1 presenting without SLE.Meanwhile,we described the effect of glucocorticoids and rapamycin therapy on patients with APDS1.The phosphorylation of S6 at Ser235/236 was inhibited in patients with APDS1 who underwent glucocorticoids therapy, including two who presented with SLE phenotype. The phosphorylation of AKT at Ser473 and phosphorylation of S6 at Ser235/236 were inhibited in other patients with APDS1 who underwent rapamycin therapy. Here,we showed the coexistence of immunodeficiency and SLE phenotype in APDS1,and the inhibition of rapamycin in activated Akt-mTOR signaling pathway. | Yanping Wang Qiuyun Yang Xuemei Chen Wenjing Tang Lina Zhou Zhi Chen Yunfei An Zhiyong Zhang Xuemei Tang Xiaodong Zhao | 2021 | Genes & Diseases2021,8,6: | 3
Hyperactive PI3Kδ predisposes naive T cells to activation via aerobic glycolysis programs显示文摘Activated phosphoinositide 3-kinaseδsyndrome(APDS)is an autosomal-dominant combined immunodeficiency disorder resulting from pathogenic gain-of-function(GOF)mutations in the PIK3CD gene.Patients with APDS display abnormal T cell homeostasis. However, the mechanisms by which PIK3CD GOF contributes to this feature remain unknown. Here, with a cohort of children with PIK3CD GOF mutations from multiple regions of China and a corresponding CRISPR/Cas9 gene-edited mouse model,we reported that hyperactive PI3Kδdisrupted TNaive cell homeostasis in the periphery by intrinsically promoting the growth, proliferation, and activation of TNaive cells. Our results showed that PIK3CD GOF resulted in loss of the quiescence-associated gene expression profile in naive T cells and promoted naive T cells to overgrow, hyperproliferate and acquire an activated functional status.Naive PIK3CD GOF T cells exhibited an enhanced glycolytic capacity and reduced mitochondrial respiration in the resting or activated state.Blocking glycolysis abrogated the abnormal splenic T cell pool and reversed the overactivated phenotype induced by PIK3CD GOF in vivo and in vitro. These results suggest that enhanced aerobic glycolysis is required for PIK3CD GOF-induced overactivation of naive T cells and provide a potential therapeutic approach for targeting glycolysis to treat patients with APDS as well as other immune disorders. | Yanjun Jia Qiuyun Yang Yanping Wang Wenyan Li Xuemei Chen Tao Xu Zhirui Tian Minxuan Feng Liang Zhang Wenjing Tang Na Tian Lina Zhou Wenxia Song Xiaodong Zhao | 2021 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,7: | 2

Experimental and DFT Studies of Au Deposition Over WO_(3)/g-C_(3)N_(4) Z-Scheme Heterojunction显示文摘A typical Z-scheme system is composed of two photocatalysts which generate two sets of charge carriers and split water into H2 and O2 at different locations.Scientists are struggling to enhance the efficiencies of these systems by maximizing their light absorption, engineering more stable redox couples, and discovering new O2 and H2 evolutions co-catalysts.In this work,Au decorated WO3/g-C3N4 Z-scheme nanocomposites are fabricated via wet-chemical and photo-deposition methods. The nanocomposites are utilized in photocatalysis for H2 production and 2,4-dichlorophenol(2,4-DCP)degradation.It is investigated that the optimized 4Au/6%WO3/CN nanocomposite is highly efficient for production of 69.9 and 307.3μmol h−1 g−1 H2 gas, respectively, under visible-light(λ>420 nm)and UV–visible illumination.Further, the fabricated 4Au/6%WO3/CN nanocomposite is significant(i.e.,100%degradation in 2 h)for 2,4-DCP degradation under visible light and highly stable in photocatalysis.A significant 4.17%quantum efficiency is recorded for H2 production at wavelength 420 nm.This enhanced performance is attributed to the improved charge separation and the surface plasmon resonance effect of Au nanoparticles.Solid-state density functional theory simulations are performed to countercheck and validate our experimental data.Positive surface formation energy, high charge transfer, and strong non-bonding interaction via electrostatic forces confirm the stability of 4Au/6%WO3/CN interface. | Muhammad Humayun Habib Ullah Junhao Cao Wenbo Pi Yang Yuan Sher Ali Asif Ali Tahir Pang Yue Abbas Khan Zhiping Zheng Qiuyun Fu Wei Luo | 2020 | Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,1: | 1

A cancer cell turn-on protein-CuSMn nanoparticle as the sensor of breast cancer cell and CH_3O-PEG-phosphatide显示文摘Cancer activated protein-inorganic nanoparticles can be cancer targeting turn-on imaging and therapy agents. Although various techniques were successfully employed for development of hybrid proteininorganic nanoparticles, cancer cell activated protein-inorganic nanoparticles have been challengeable.Herein, a cancer cell responsive nanoparticle(PDAMn-CuS@BSA-FA, NPs) was constructed and characterized. It is found that the quenching interaction of dyes(PDA) and central metal in NPs can be adjusted by CH_3O-PEG-phosphatide or the cancer cells, hence, NPs showed turn-on fluorescence emission with the titration of CH_3O-PEG-phosphatide. In particular, breast cancer cells lysis can switch on the green emission greatly, while normal cells show less effect. Breast cancer cells turn-on fluorescence imaging and mitochondria targeting imaging demonstrate that the NPs can sense breast cancer cells and enter mitochondria. Therefore, NPs can be both breast cancer targeting nanosensor. | Huan Yang Hongjuan Liang Yuwen Xie Qiuyun Chen | 2018 | Chinese Chemical Letters2018,29,10: | 1

Effects of genetic polymorphisms on methotrexate levels and toxicity in Chinese patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia显示文摘Methotrexate(MTX)has an antitumor effect when used for the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL).This study aims at evaluating the associations between 14 polymorphisms of six genes involved in MTX metabolism with serum MTX concentration and toxicity accompanying high-dose MTX.Polymorphisms in 183 Chinese patients with ALL were analyzed using TaqMan single nucleotide polymorphism genotyping assay. The serum MTX concentration was determined using homogeneous enzyme immunoassay.MTX-related toxicities were also evaluated.Renal toxicity was significantly associated with higher serum MTX concentrations at 24,48,and 72 hours, and MTX elimination delay(P=0.001,P<0.001,P<0.001,and P<0.001,respectively),whereas SLCO1B1 rs4149056 was associated with serum MTX concentrations at 48 and 72 hours, and MTX elimination delay in candidate polymorphisms(P=0.014,P=0.019,and P=0.007,respectively).SLC19A1 rs2838958 and rs3788200 were associated with serum MTX concentrations at 24 hours(P=0.016,P=0.043,respectively).MTRR rs1801394 was associated with serum MTX concentrations at 72 hours(P=0.045).Neutropenia was related to SLC19A1 rs4149056(odds ratio[OR]:3.172,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.310–7.681,P=0.011).Hepatotoxicity was associated with ABCC2 rs2273697(OR:3.494,95%CI:1.236–9.873,P=0.018)and MTRR rs1801394(OR:0.231,95%CI:0.084–0.632,P=0.004).Polymorphisms of SLCO1B1,SLC19A1,ABCC2,and MTRR genes help predict higher risk of increased MTX levels or MTX-related toxicities in adult ALL patients. | Qishan Hao Yang Song Qiuyun Fang Yani Lin Long Chen Xiaodan Wang Ping Zhang Zhe Wang Xiaoyuan Gong Kaiqi Liu Qinghua Li Zheng Tian Min Wang Jianxiang Wang Yingchang Mi | 2023 | Blood Science2023,5,1: | 0
Regulating local electric field to optimize the energy storage performance of antiferroelectric ceramics via a composite strategy显示文摘Electrostatic energy storage technology based on dielectrics is the basis of advanced electronics and high-power electrical systems.High polarization(P)and high electric breakdown strength(Eb)are the key parameters for dielectric materials to achieve superior energy storage performance. In this work,a composite strategy based on antiferroelectric dielectrics(AFEs)has been proposed to improve the energy storage performance. Here,AlN is selected as the second phase for the(Pb_(0.915)Ba_(0.04)La_(0.03))(Zr_(0.65)Sn_(0.3)Ti_(0.05))O_(3)(PBLZST)AFEs,which is embedded in the grain boundaries to construct insulating networks and regulate the local electric field, improving the Eb.Meanwhile,it is emphasized that AFEs have the AFE–FE and FE–AFE phase transitions, and the increase of the phase transition electric fields can further improve the recoverable energy density(Wrec). As a result, the Eb increases from 180 to 290 kV·cm−1 with a simultaneous increase of the phase transition electric fields, magnifying the Wrec to~144%of the pristine PBLZST.The mechanism for enhanced Eb and the phase transition electric fields is revealed by the finite element simulation method. Moreover, the PBLZST:1.0 wt%AlN composite ceramics exhibit favorable temperature stability, frequency stability, and charge–discharge ability, making the composite ceramics a promising candidate for energy storage applications. | Ying Yang Zhanming Dou Kailun Zou Kanghua Li Wei Luo Wen Dong Guangzu Zhang Qiuyun Fu Shenglin Jiang | 2023 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,3: | 0
Localized Myocardial Anti-Inflammatory Effects of Temperature-Sensitive Budesonide Nanoparticles during Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation显示文摘Radiofrequency(RF)catheter ablation has emerged as an effective alternative for the treatment of atrial fibrillation(AF),but ablation lesions will result in swelling and hematoma of local surrounding tissue, triggering inflammatory cell infiltration and increased release of inflammatory cytokines. Some studies have shown that the inflammatory response may be related to the early occurrence of AF.The most direct way to inhibit perioperative inflammation is to use anti-inflammatory drugs such as glucocorticoids. Here,we prepared polylactic-co-glycolic acid(PLGA)nanoparticles loaded with budesonide(BUD)and delivered them through irrigation of saline during the onset of ablation.Local high temperature promoted local rupture of PLGA nanoparticles, releasing BUD,and produced a timely and effective local myocardial anti-inflammatory effect, resulting in the reduction of acute hematoma and inflammatory cell infiltration and the enhancement of ablation effect.Nanoparticles would also infiltrate into the local myocardium and gradually release BUD ingredients to produce a continuous antiinflammatory effect in the next few days. This resulted in a decrease in the level of inflammatory cytokine IL-6 and an increase of anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10.This study explored an extraordinary drug delivery strategy to reduce ablation-related inflammation, which may prevent early recurrence of AF. | Ye Liu Lingling Xu Qiuyun Zhang Yong Kang Lifeng Liu Zheng Liu Yuxing Wang Xuejiao Jiang Yizhu Shan Ruizeng Luo Xi Cui Yuan Yang Xinchun Yang Xiaoqing Liu Zhou Li | 2022 | Research2022,,3: | 0
Molecular-level effects of acupuncture on depression: a genome-wide transcriptome analysis of pituitary gland in rats exposed to chronic restraint stress显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the antidepressant mechanism of acupuncture at the molecular level in the pituitary gland of rats exposed to chronic restraint stress(CRS).METHODS: Forty-eight rats were randomly divided into a control group(C), model group(M), fluoxetine group(F), and acupuncture group(A). CRS was induced in the model group by restraining rats for 28 days. Groups F and A were given fluoxetine administration and acupuncture intervention, respectively, 1 h before the CRS procedures were implemented. On the 29 th day, rat pituitary glands were harvested for RNA extraction and RNA-sequencing analysis.RESULTS: Differentially expressed gene analysis identified 148, 87, and 179 response genes differen-tially expressed in group C vs group M, group F vs group M, and group A vs group M, respectively. Using Gene Ontology term enrichment analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analysis, we identified the up-regulation of gene sets involved in extracellular space, receptor binding, and monoamine neurotransmitter metabolism, and the down-regulation of gene sets involved in immune response and inflammatory response as the prevailing transcriptomic signatures in the pituitary gland of rats treated with CRS,fluoxetine, or acupuncture.CONCLUSION: Our findings suggest that acupuncture has a multitarget antidepressant effect at the molecular and behavioral levels. | Wang Yu Jiang Huili Meng Hong Li Jing Yang Xinjing Zhao Bingcong Yu Qiuyun Liang Xingchen Bao Tuya | 2017 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2017,37,4: | 0
