5Hepatoma cell line HepG2.2.15 demonstrates distinct biological features compared with parental HepG2显示文摘AIM:To investigate the biological features of hepatitis B virus(HBV)-transfected HepG2.2.15 cells. METHODS:The cell ultrastructure,cell cycle and apoptosis,and the abilities of proliferation and invasion of HBV-transfected HepG2.2.15 and the parent HepG2 cells were examined by electron microscopy,flow cytometry, 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide and trans-well assay.Oncogenicity of the two cell lines was compared via subcutaneous injection and orthotopic injection or implantation in nude mice,and the pathological analysis of tumor formation was performed.Two cytoskeletal proteins were detected by Western blotting. RESULTS:Compared with HepG2 cells,HepG2.2.15 cells showed organelle degeneration and filopodia disappearance under electron microscope.HepG2.2.15 cells proliferated and migrated slowly in vitro,and hardly formed tumor and lung metastasis in nude mice.Flow cytometry showed that the majority of HepG2.2.15 cells were arrested in G1 phase,and apoptosis was minor in both cell lines.Furthermore,the levels of cytoskeletal proteins F-actin and Ezrin were decreased in HepG2.2.15 cells. 6Reliability Study on Quantitative Detection of Extensor Digi- torum Brevis Strength with Needle Electromyography and Nerve Conduction显示文摘Objective To study the objectivity and reliability of needle electromyography and nerve conduction for detection of musculus extensor digitorum brevis strength, which may provide a basis for establishing a quantitative detection of muscle strength in forensic clinical study. Methods Forty-four healthy people were enrolled as the subjects, and during toe dorsiflexion, the following items including needle electromyography indexes, motor unit potential(MUP) amplitude, MUP count, recruitment reaction type, and nerve conduction detection indexes, compound muscle action potential(CMAP) amplitude, CMAP latent period and motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV), were simultaneously detected under the cooperation and disguise condition. Results Under the cooperation condition, regardless of the same operator or different operators, there were good test-retest reliabilities in MUP amplitude, CMAP amplitude, CMAP latent period and MNCV, while there were normal test-retest reliabilities in MUP count and recruitment reaction type and the repeatability of the same operator was slightly better than the repeatability between different operators. Under the disguise condition, test-retest reliabilities of MUP amplitude, CMAP amplitude, CMAP latent period and MNCV were relatively high, while test-retest reliabilities of MUP count and recruitment reaction type were relatively low. Conclusion There are good test-retest reliabilities in MUP amplitude, CMAP amplitude, CMAP latent period and MNCV, which can be conducive to comparison between different operators and results at various times; MUP count and recruitment reaction type, which can be easily affected by subjectivity of operators and examinees, can be used to differentiate whether an examinee disguises or not. 7Slightly ruthenium doping enables better alloy nanoparticle exsolution of perovskite anode for high-performance direct-ammonia solid oxide fuel cells显示文摘Fuel flexibility is one of the most distinguished advantages of solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs)over other low-temperature fuel cells.Furthermore,the combination of ammonia fuel and SOFCs technology should be a promising clean energy system after considering the high energy density,easy transportation/storage,matured synthesis technology and carbon-free nature of NH_(3) as well as high efficiency of SOFCs.However,the large-scale applications of direct-ammonia SOFCs(DASOFCs)are strongly limited by the inferior anti-sintering capability and catalytic activity for ammonia decomposition reaction of conventional nickel-based cermet anode.Herein,a slightly ruthenium(Ru)doping in perovskite oxides is proposed to promote the alloy nanoparticle exsolution,enabling better DA-SOFCs with enhanced power outputs and operational stability.After treating Ru-doped Pr_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)Co_(0.2)Fe_(0.75)Ru_(0.05)O_(3-δ) single-phase perovskite in a reducing atmosphere,in addition to the formation of two layered Ruddlesden-Popper perovskites and Pr_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles(the same as the Ru-free counterpart,Pr_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)Co_(0.2)Fe_(0.8)O_(3-δ)),the exsolution of CoFeRu-based alloy nanoparticles is remarkably promoted.Such reduced Pr_(0.6)Sr0.4Co_(0.2)Fe_(0.75)Ru_(0.05)O_(3-δ) composite anode shows superior catalytic activity and stability for NH_(3) decomposition reaction as well as anti-sintering capability in DA-SOFCs to those of reduced Pr0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O_(3-δ)due to the facilitated nanoparticle exsolution and stronger nanoparticle/substrate interaction.This work provides a facile and effective strategy to design highly active and durable anodes for DA-SOFCs,promoting large-scale applications of this technology.Xiandong Xiong Jian Yu Xiaojian Huang Dan Zou Yufei Song Meigui Xu Ran Ran Wei Wang Wei Zhou Zongping Shao 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,30:3

9How Users Search the Mobile Web:A Model for Understanding the Impact of Motivation and Context on Search Behaviors显示文摘Purpose:This study explores how search motivation and context influence mobile Web search behaviors.Design/methodology/approach:We studied 30 experienced mobile Web users via questionnaires,semi-structured interviews,and an online diary tool that participants used to record their daily search activities.SQLite Developer was used to extract data from the users' phone logs for correlation analysis in Statistical Product and Service Solutions(SPSS).Findings:One quarter of mobile search sessions were driven by two or more search motivations.It was especially difficult to distinguish curiosity from time killing in particular user reporting.Multi-dimensional contexts and motivations influenced mobile search behaviors,and among the context dimensions,gender,place,activities they engaged in while searching,task importance,portal,and interpersonal relations(whether accompanied or alone when searching) correlated with each other.Research limitations:The sample was comprised entirely of college students,so our findings may not generalize to other populations.More participants and longer experimental duration will improve the accuracy and objectivity of the research.Practical implications:Motivation analysis and search context recognition can help mobile service providers design applications and services for particular mobile contexts and usages.Originality/value:Most current research focuses on specific contexts,such as studies on place,or other contextual influences on mobile search,and lacks a systematic analysis of mobile search context.Based on analysis of the impact of mobile search motivations and search context on search behaviors,we built a multi-dimensional model of mobile search behaviors.Dan Wu Man Zhu Aihua Ran 2016Journal of Data and Information Science2016,1,1:2
10Silk Fibroin‑Based Wearable All‑Fiber Multifunctional Sensor for Smart Clothing显示文摘Wearable sensing technology enables the interaction between the physical world and the digital world,as takes an irreplaceable role in development of the Internet of Things(IoT),and artificial intelligence(AI).However,increasing requirements posed by rapid development of wearable electronic information technology bring about many for wearable sensing technology,such as the demands for ultrahigh flexibility,air permeability,excellent biocompatibility,and multifunctional integration.Herein,we propose a wearable all-fiber multifunctional sensor(AFMS)based on a biocompatible material,i.e.,silk fibroin.A simple two-layer configuration of a silk fiber film and an interdigital Ag nanowires(AgNWs)electrode was designed to construct the AFMS,in which silk fibroin simultaneously serves as a fundamental supporting component and a functional sensing component.Electrospinning and spray coating technologies were introduced to process the silk fiber film and the AgNWs electrode.The all-fiber configuration allows AFMS to possess ultrahigh flexibility and good air permeability,and silk fibroin enables the AFMS to have excellent biocompatibility.More importantly,benefiting from the all-fiber structure and the environmentally sensitive dielectric property of silk fibroin,the AFMS presented multiple sensing characteristics,including pressure sensing,temperature sensing,and humidity sensing.Among them,the pressure sensing function reached a high sensitivity of 2.27 pF/kPa(7.5%/kPa)and a remarkable resolution of~26 Pa in the low pressure range.Additionally,the outstanding mechanical reliability and sensing stability of AFMS were proven by a systematic experiment.In addition,the AFMS was successfully applied for smart mask for breathing monitoring and a smart glove for bending angle recognition of finger joints.Multiple sensing characteristics combined with prominent fundamental features enable the AFMS tremendous potential in the smart sensing field,e.g.,smart clothing.Dan‑Liang Wen Yu‑Xing Pang Peng Huang Yi‑Lin Wang Xin‑Ran Zhang Hai‑Tao Deng Xiao‑Sheng Zhang 2022Advanced Fiber Materials2022,4,4:2

14NSUN2-mediated mRNA m^(5)C Modification Regulates the Progression of Hepatocellular Carcinoma显示文摘RNA modifications affect many biological processes and physiological diseases.The 5-methylcytosine(m^(5)C)modification regulates the progression of multiple tumors.However,its characteristics and functions in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)remain largely unknown.Here,we found that HCC tissues had a higher m^(5)C methylation level than the adjacent normal tissues.Transcriptome analysis revealed that the hypermethylated genes mainly participated in the phosphokinase signaling pathways,such as the Ras and PI3K-Akt pathways.The m^(5)C methyltransferase NSUN2 was highly expressed in HCC tissues.Interestingly,the expression of many genes was positively correlated with the expression of NSUN2,including GRB2,RNF115,AATF,ADAM15,RTN3,and HDGF.Real-time PCR assays further revealed that the expression of the mRNAs of GRB2,RNF115,and AATF decreased significantly with the down-regulation of NSUN2 expression in HCC cells.Furthermore,NSUN2 could regulate the cellular sensitivity of HCC cells to sorafenib via modulating the Ras signaling pathway.Moreover,knocking down NSUN2 caused cell cycle arrest.Taken together,our study demonstrates the vital role of NSUN2 in the progression of HCC.Dan Song Ke An Wenlong Zhai Luyao Feng Yingjie Xu Ran Sun Yueqin Wang Yun-Gui Yang Quancheng Kan Xin Tian 2023Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2023,21,4:1

19Operation management of green ports and shipping networks: overview and research opportunities显示文摘Global ports and maritime shipping networks are important carriers for global supply chain networks, but they are also the main sources of energy consumption and pollution. To limit ship emissions in ports and offshore areas, the International Maritime Organization, as well as some countries, has issued a series of policies. This study highlights the importance and necessity of investigating emergent research problems in the operation management of green ports and maritime shipping networks. Considerable literature related to this topic is reviewed and discussed. Moreover, a comprehensive research framework on green port and shipping operation management is proposed for future research opportunities. The framework mainly comprises four research areas related to emission control and grading policies.
