1Residual oil evolution based on displacement characteristic curve显示文摘The purpose of this study was to determine the displacement and dynamic distribution characteristics of the remaining oil in the two development stages of water flooding and subsequent alkaline surfactant polymer(ASP) flooding. The well pattern types in the water and ASP flooding stages are a longdistance determinant well pattern and short-distance five-point well pattern, respectively. The type A displacement characteristic curve can be obtained using the production data, and the slope of the straight-line section of the curve can reflect the displacement strength of the oil displacement agent. A numerical simulation was carried out based on the geological model. The results revealed that the injected water advances steadily with a large-distance determinant water-flooding well pattern. The single-well water production rate increases monotonically during water flooding. There is a significant positive correlation between the cumulative water-oil ratio and the formation parameter. Differential seepage between the oil and water phases is the main factor causing residual oil formation after water flooding, while the residual oil is still relatively concentrated. The effect of the chemical oildisplacement agent on improving the oil-water two-phase seepage flow has distinct stages during ASP flooding. 4Investigation of Nanosecond Pulsed Discharge and Its Audio Characteristics in Atmospheric-pressure Air显示文摘There was no well-resolved mechanism of audible noise caused by corona discharge on UHV transmission lines. Hence we measured the sound pressure of pulsed discharges between needle-plane electrodes under different discharge conditions in air, for revealing the intrinsic relationship between discharge and its audible noise(AN). The relationship between discharge parameters and audio characte- ristics was drawn from the analysis of the electric and sound signals obtained in experiments. Experiment results showed that nanosecond pulsed discharges produce the sound pressure with a microsecond pulse lagging behind the discharge pulse in their waveforms. The peak value of the sound pulse decreases and its high frequency component gradually attenuates, when the measuring distance from discharges increases. The sound pulses correlate with the discharge current and voltage significantly, especially the current. The audible noise produced by repetitive pulsed discharge increases with the strength, duration, and pulse repetition rate of discharge.REN Chengyan 2013高电压技术2013,39,8:1
5An Integration Strategy to Develop Dual-State Luminophores with Tunable Spectra,Large Stokes Shift,and Activatable Fluorescence for High-Contrast Imaging显示文摘Developing dual-state luminophores(DSLs)with strong fluorescence in both the monomer and aggregate states is urgently needed but remains a huge challenge because most current luminophores are either aggregation-induced emission or aggregation-caused quenching molecules.Moreover,limited by the structural conservation of the few existing DSLs,there are not enough response sites that can be used to customize various activatable fluorescent probes for specific molecular imaging.Herein,we engineered a general integration strategy for the fabrication of such DSLs with excellent photophysical properties.The DSLs,with their tunable spectra,a large Stokes shift(>170 nm),and achievable near-infrared(NIR)emission,show great potential for high-contrast imaging.Importantly,DSLs can be used as a universal platform for probe customization due to their activatable fluorescence through protection-deprotection of the phenolic hydroxyl group.Based on this,an NIR fluorescent probe DSL-Gal was developed for sensing of β-galactosidase in solutions,senescent cells,and liver metastases with high contrast,further confirming the superiority and universal feasibility of DSLs in probe design.The integration strategy may provide a novel approach for the generation of other DSLs and have great potential applications in bioimaging.Yongchao Liu Lili Teng Chengyan Xu Tian-Bing Ren Shuai Xu Xiaofeng Lou Lin Yuan Xiao-Bing Zhang 2022CCS Chemistry2022,4,6:1
6Noninvasive Assessment of Liver Fibrosis and Inflammation in Chronic Hepatitis B:A Dual-task Convolutional Neural Network(DtCNN)Model Based on Ultrasound Shear Wave Elastography显示文摘Background and Aims:Liver stiffness(LS)measured by shear wave elastography(SWE)is often influenced by hepat-ic inflammation.The aim was to develop a dual-task convo-lutional neural network(DtCNN)model for the simultaneous staging of liver fibrosis and inflammation activity using 2D-SWE.Methods:A total of 532 patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)were included to develop and validate the DtCNN model.An additional 180 consecutive patients between De-cember 2019 and April 2021 were prospectively included for further validation.All patients underwent 2D-SWE examina-tion and serum biomarker assessment.A DtCNN model con-taining two pathways for the staging of fibrosis and inflam-mation was used to improve the classification of significant fibrosis(≥F2),advanced fibrosis(≥F3)as well as cirrhosis(F4).Results:Both fibrosis and inflammation affected LS measurements by 2D-SWE.The proposed DtCNN performed the best among all the classification models for fibrosis stage[significant fibrosis AUC=0.89(95%CI:0.87-0.92),ad-vanced fibrosis AUC=0.87(95%CI:0.84-0.90),liver cirrho-sis AUC=0.85(95%CI:0.81-0.89)].The DtCNN-based pre-diction of inflammation activity achieved AUCs of 0.82(95%CI:0.78-0.86)for grade≥A1,0.88(95%CI:0.85-0.90)grade≥A2 and 0.78(95%CI:0.75-0.81)for grade≥A3,which were significantly higher than the AUCs of the single-task groups.Similar findings were observed in the prospec-tive study.Conclusions:The proposed DtCNN improved di-agnostic performance compared with existing fibrosis staging models by including inflammation in the model,which sup-ports its potential clinical application.Chengyan Wang Lili Zheng Yan Li Shujun Xia Jun Lv Xumei Hu Weiwei Zhan Fuhua Yan Ruokun Li Xinping Ren 2022Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022,10,6:0
