| 1 | First report of microcystin production in Microcystis smithii Komrek and Anagnostidis(Cyanobacteria) from a water bloom in Eastern China显示文摘A water bloom sample collected from Lake Dishui in Shanghai was characterized.The morphological identification showed that Micorcystis wesenbergii and Micorcystis smithii were the main component of the bloom.Five strains of M.smithii were successfully isolated.Their 16S rRNA gene sequences based phylogenetic tree showed that the five strains of M.smithii intermixed with strains of other morphospecies in Microcystis.A fragment of mcy gene encoding for microcystin synthetase was detected in one of the five M.smithii strains(CHAB 2183),indicating its potential of microcystin production.High performance liquid chromatography analysis confirmed M.smithii CHAB 2183 to produce microcystin-RR as 1550 μg per gram dry weight cells.The present investigation,for the first time,reported the isolated strains of M.smithii and microcystin production from M.smithii. | Yang Liu Wenhua Tan Xingqiang Wu Zhongxing Wu Gongliang Yu Renhui Li | 2011 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,1: | 2 |

| 4 | Integration of genetic virtual screening patterns and latent multivariate modeling techniques for QSAR optimization based on combinations and/or interactions between peptides and proteins显示文摘Both the concept and the model of snug quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) were pro-posed and developed for molecular design through constructing QSAR based on some known mode of receptor/ligand interactions. Many disadvantages of traditional models can be avoided by using the proposed method because the traditional models only determined upon molecular structural features in sample sets themselves. A genetic virtual screening of peptide/protein combinations (GVSPPC) is proposed for the first time by utilizing this idea to examine peptide/protein affinity activities. A genetic algorithm (GA) was developed for screening combinative targets with an interaction mode for virtual receptors. GVSPPC succeeds in disposing difficulties in rational QSAR,in order to search for the ligand/receptor interactions on conditions of unknown structures. | 5 | Validation of Microbial Limit Test Methods of Tongmai Tangyanming Capsule显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to establish a method for microbial limit test of Tongmai Tangyanming Capsule. [Methods] According to the Chinese Pharmacopoei 2015 edition of the four general rules,the microbiological limits of non-sterile products were verified. [Results]Tongmai Tangyanming Capsule has a strong inhibitory effect on Bacillus subtilis and Candida albicans. The antimicrobial activity was significantly eliminated after increasing the diluent( 1∶20); and the recoveries were in the range of 0. 5-2 when the total quantities of aerobic microbes were determined by dilution method( 1 ∶ 20). When the total quantities of mould and yeast were determined by dilution method( 1∶ 20),the recoveries were from 0. 5 to 2,and Escherichia coli,cholate-tolerant Gram-negative bacteria and Salmonella can be detected by the test solution dilution method. [Conclusions]With the plate method,the total quantities of aerobic bacteria and the quantities of mould and yeast were examined by increasing diluent,and conventional method was used for examination of control bacteria including E. coli,cholatetolerant Gram-negative bacteria and Salmonella. This method has been proved effective for microbial limit test of Tongmai Tangyanming Capsule,and can effectively control the quality of the preparation. | 6 | Jointly beam stealing attackers detection and localization without training:an image processing viewpoint显示文摘Recently revealed beam stealing attacks could greatly threaten the security and privacy of IEEE 802.11ad communications.The premise to restore normal network service is detecting and locating beam stealing attackers without their cooperation.Current consistency-based methods are only valid for one single attacker and are parametersensitive.From the viewpoint of image processing,this paper proposes an algorithm to jointly detect and locate multiple beam stealing attackers based on RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indicator)map without the training process involved in deep learning-based solutions.Firstly,an RSSI map is constructed based on interpolating the raw RSSI data for enabling high-resolution localization while reducing monitoring cost.Secondly,three image processing steps,including edge detection and segmentation,are conducted on the constructed RSSI map to detect and locate multiple attackers without any prior knowledge about the attackers.To evaluate our proposal’s performance,a series of experiments are conducted based on the collected data.Experimental results have shown that in typical parameter settings,our algorithm’s positioning error does not exceed 0.41 m with a detection rate no less than 91%. | Yaoqi YANG Xianglin WEI Renhui XU Weizheng WANG Laixian PENG Yangang WANG | 2023 | Frontiers of Computer Science2023,17,3: | 0 |
| 7 | Effects of Lujingyiqishengxue Pill on Iron Metabolism in Rats with Iron Deficiency Anemia显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to observe the effect of Lujingyiqishengxue Pill on iron metabolism in rats with iron deficiency anemia. [Methods] The iron-deficiency anemia rat model was established by feeding low-iron diet. Meanwhile, the rats were given oral gavage of ferrous succinate(0.036 g/kg, positive drug group) and Lujingyiqishengxue Pill(4.4, 2.2, 1.1 g/kg, high, middle and low dose groups), once daily for 42 consecutive days. The body weight of the rats was observed every week, and the peripheral blood[red blood cells(RBC), hemoglobin(HGB), and hematocrit(HCT)]and the iron contents in tissues(the liver, spleen, small intestine, kidney) of the rats were detected after modeling;and serum iron(SI), serum total iron binding capacity(TIBC), transferrin saturation(TSAT), serum ferritin(SF) and serum transferrin receptor 1(TFR1) and other iron metabolism indexes were determined. [Results] Compared with the model group, the high-dose Lujingyiqishengxue Pill significantly reversed the peripheral blood(HGB, HCT) and iron contents of various tissues(the liver, spleen, small intestine, kidney) in rats(P<0.01), and significantly increased SI, TSAT, SF(P<0.01), while the contents of TIBC and TFR1 were significantly decreased(P<0.01). | 8 | Applicability of Microbial Limit Test Method for Qingyan Zhisou Powder显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to establish a microbial limit test method for Qingyan Zhisou Powder.[Methods]Applicability tests were carried out according to Microbial Limit Tests of Non-sterile Products,General Rules 1105-1107 of Part IV of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,2020.[Results]Qingyan Zhisou Powder had a strong bacteriostatic effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa.After increasing the dilution ratio(1:40),the bacteriostatic effect was obviously eliminated.When the total number of aerobic microbes was determined by the test liquid dilution method(1:40),the recovery values were in the range of 50%-200%;and when using the test liquid(1:10)to determine the total number of mold and yeasts,the recovery ranged from 50%to 200%.Escherichia coli,Salmonella and bile-tolerant Gram-negative bacteria were detected by both the routine method and dilution method in experimental groups.[Conclusions]The microbial limit test of Qingyan Zhisou Powder adopted the test liquid dilution method,and the routine method could be used for the test of Escherichia coli,Salmonella and bile-tolerant Gram-negative bacteria.The applicability test of the method is feasible,with scientific and accurate results,and the method can effectively control the quality of the preparation and is recommended for popularization. | Changping TAI Yuanfeng YANG Yongmin CHEN Yuling LUO Keqin MA Renhui YANG | 2023 | Agricultural Biotechnology2023,12,2: | 0 |

| 11 | Tidal water exchanges can shape the phytoplankton community structure and reduce the risk of harmful cyanobacterial blooms in a semi-closed lake显示文摘For estuaries,inland lakes play a vital role in the ecological balance under the impact of tide s.The effect of tides-induced water exchange on phytoplankton community in a semi-closed lake was studied and compared with that of an adjacent closed lake in the Oujiang River mouth in Zhejiang,East China Sea,from June 29,2020 to June 14,2021.Results show that the dominant species,abundance,dominance,and diversity of the phytoplankton species between the two lakes were significantly different.In the closed lake,cyanobacteria were the dominant species during the study period.However.in the semi-closed lake,the diversification of the dominant species was greater,and some species of diatoms and green algae became dominant.The average phytoplankton abundance in the closed lake was 6 times of that in the semi-closed lake.The average dominance of cyanobacteria in the closed lake was 0.96,and those in the semi-closed lake and the Oujiang River were 0.51 and 0.22,respectively.Cyanobacterial blooms occurred throughout the study time in the closed lake but not in the semi-closed one.Furthermore,the species diversity richness of the phytoplankton in the semi-closed lake was higher than that of the closed one,and the phytoplankton community between the closed lake and semi-closed lake could be divided into distinctly different groups based on non-metic multidimensional scaling analysis(NMDS)and analysis of similarities(ANOSIM)analysis.The salinity of the water was significantly greater and the transparency significantly smaller in the semi-closed lake than those in the closed lake.Therefore,water exchange driven by local tidal movement increased salinity and decreased transparency of water,which consequently shaped the community structures of different phytoplankton and reduced the risk of a cyanobacterial bloom outbreak in the semi-closed lake. | Wenxu ZHENG Renhui LI Wenli QIN Binbin CHEN Min WANG Wanchun GUAN Xiaoling ZHANG Qiao YANG Min ZHAO Zengling MA | 2022 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2022,40,5: | 0 |
