2Discovery and Significance of High CH_4 Primary Fluid Inclusions in Reservoir Volcanic Rocks of the Songliao Basin,NE China显示文摘Comparing compositions of the fluid inclusions in volcanic rocks to the contents and isotopes of the gases in corresponding volcanic reservoirs using microthermometry, Raman microspectroscopy and mass spectrum analysis, we found that: (1) up to 82 mole% methane exists in the primary inclusions hosted in the reservoir volcanic rocks; (2) high CH4 inclusions recognized in the volcanic rocks correspond to CH4-bearing CO2 reservoirs that are rich in helium and with a high 3He/4He ratio and which show reversed order of δ 13C in alkane; (3) in gas reservoirs of such abiotic methane (>80%) and a mix of CH4 and CO2, the enclosed content of CH4 in the volcanic inclusions is usually below 42 mole%, and the reversed order of δ 13C in alkane is sometimes irregular in the corresponding gas pools; (4) a glassy inclusion with a homogeneous temperature over 900°C also contains a small portion of CH4 although predominantly CO2. 3Weathered and Volcanic Provenance-Sedimentary System and Its Influence on Reservoir Quality in the East of the Eastern Depression, the North Yellow Sea Basin显示文摘Seismic stratigraphy, core logging and the data from cores are used to identify the development and evolution of the east provenance-sedimentary system and to analyze its influence on the quality of reservoirs in the eastern depression of the North Yellow Sea Basin. The eastern provenance-sedimentary system is a fan delta(delta) and subaqueous fan sedimentary system with volcanic provenance. Its evolution is closely related to internal uplift and coeval volcanic activity. During faulting and volcanic activity, an internal uplift gradually formed and the eastern provenance-sedimentary system began to develop. Clastic materials from the weathered uplift and volcanic activity were the main sources of sediment and were deposited in the Middle Jurassic to the Early Cretaceous. A subaqueous fan sedimentary system developed in the Middle Jurassic, a deltaic to subaqueous fan sedimentary system developed in the Late Jurassic, and a fan delta to subaqueous fan sedimentary system developed in the Early Cretaceous. The volcaniclastic detritus was mainly composed of acidic materials with a small amount of intermediate materials. The reservoir in the eastern sedimentary system is a type of tight sandstone with ultra-low porosity and very low permeability due to the influence of volcanism and diagenesis. The reservoir quality is worse than those of the northern and the western sedimentary systems. 4High resolution continuous sedimentary records of Upper Cretaceous obtained from the continental drilling(SK-1) borehole in Songliao Basin:Sifangtai and Mingshui Formations显示文摘The Sifangtai and Mingshui formations were continuously cored in the SK-1 n borehole(China Cretaceous Continental Scientific Drilling-SongKe1-the north borehole).The core is 767.96 m long,and the recovery is 94.7%.The ages of the formations range from middle Campanian to Danian.The sequence and process of lithology-lithofacies and cyclic stratigraphy were described in detail.Eight litho-types compose the Sifangtai Formation,and 15 litho-types compose the Mingshui Formation.Deposition was predominantly in meandering river and lacustrine environments,including 10 microfacies in the Sifangtai Formation and 15 microfacies in the Mingshui Formation.The complete sequence is composed of 535 m-scale cycles(sixth-order cycle),152 fifth-order cycles,42 fourth-order cycles and five third-order cycles.The centimeter-scale description of the section revealed some previously unknown horizons such as a special type of mudstone,marl,volcanic ash and favorable sand reservoirs in the formations.The new-found evidence is very important for the interpretation of the evolution of the basin,conditions such as lake oxic events,the K/Pg boundary,tectonism in the late sag basin stage,and the reservoir-cap rock assemblages in the shallow stratigraphy.Guodong Wang Rihui Cheng Pujun Wang Youfeng Gao Chengshan Wang Yanguang Ren Qinghua Huang 2015Geoscience Frontiers2015,6,6:5

6The Sequence Architecture of Volcanic Basin Fillings-An Example From Xujiaweizi Faulted Depression In Songliao Basin显示文摘The basin filling geometric pattern of volcanic eruptive rocks depends on both of the eruptive locations in a basin and structural styles of fault terraces. It is divided into three types by eruptive locations and occurrences of eruptive rocks, including the pattern of eruption along fault and occurrence (PEAFO), the pattern of eruption on footwall of a fault and occurrence (PEOFO) and the pattern of eruption on hangingwall of fault and occurrence (PEOHO) in Xujiaweizi fault depression of Songliao basin, Northeast of China. Those basin filling patterns of volcanic eruptive rocks are of specific geometric characteristics controlling or affecting sedimentation, geometry of sedimentary body and sequence architecture during a sequence evolution. 7Effect of p62 on tau hyperphosphorylation in a rat model of Alzheimer's disease显示文摘Tau hyperphosphorylation is a main cause of neuronal loss in Alzheimer's disease,which can be caused by many factors,including oxidative stress.The multifunctional protein p62,which exists in neurofibrillary tangles and causes aggregation of hyperphosphorylated tau,not only serves as a receptor in selective autophagy,but also regulates oxidative stress.However,whether p62 partici-pates in oxidative stress-induced tau hyperphosphorylation remains unclear.In this study,we pro-duced an Alzheimer's disease rat model by injecting β-amyloid protein into the hippocampus and β-galactose intraperitoneally.Hematoxylin-eosin staining was used for morphological analysis of brain tissue,and western blotting,immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription-PCR were em-ployed to study p62 and autophagy related proteins,antioxidant defense system kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1-NF-E2-related factor 2 related proteins and hyperphosphorylated tau,respectively.The number of neurons in the brain decreased in Alzheimer's disease rats,and the autophagy related proteins Atg12-Atg5,microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3-phosphatidylethanolamine and Beclin1 increased significantly,while p62 expression reduced.Expression of kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1 increased,NF-E2-related factor 2 protein and the downstream gene products of glutamate cysteine ligase catalytic subunit and glutamate cysteine ligase modulatory subunit decreased,and hyperphosphorylated tau increased.These findings demonstrate that autophagy levels increased and p62 levels decreased in the brains of Alzheimer's disease rats.Moreover,the anti-oxidative capability of the NF-E2-related factor 2-antioxidant re-sponse element pathway was decreased,which may be the cause of tau hyperphosphorylation in Alzheimer's disease brain tissue and the subsequent structural and functional damage to neurons.Xianhong Zheng Weiwei Wang Ruizhi Liu Honglan Huang Rihui Zhang Liankun Sun 2012Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,17:2
8The sedimentary source, planform stability and shore normal morphological change of the Xichong beach on the southern coast of the Dapeng Peninsula of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China显示文摘The coast of the Dapeng Peninsula has been honored as one of 'the eight most beautiful coasts in China'. The most precious tourism resource for the peninsula is headland bay beaches, among which the beach at Xichong on the southern coast of the peninsula is the longest and the most important one. The information of the stability, sedimentary source and shape change of the beach is very important for maintaining the beach in terms of sustainable development of the peninsula. Heavy minerals in the sand of the beach and the inland stream at Xichong are compared with those of a nearby beach on the same coast to determine the beach sand source; with help of a computer software, MEPBAY, the equilibrium planforms of the beaches on the peninsula are compared with those of an island without rivers to evaluate the stream's effects on the beach stability; cross shore profiles along the Xichong beach are also surveyed in different seasons of a year to assess the annual shore normal beach changes affected by the stream input, and the relation between the equilibrium planform state and cross shore changes of the beach. It is shown that(1) stream is the main sedimentary source of the beach and the weathering materials of the rocky headlands on both sides of the bay transported by waves are the second source for the beach but it is limited, sand from an inner shelf is not the sedimentary source for the beach at present and was not even during the Holocene transgression;(2) the Xichong beach cannot reach static equilibrium around the entire bay shoreline, the segment of the shoreline where a stream outlet is located is in dynamic equilibrium, and the unstable section occurs in the wave shadow region in the lee of an offshore island;(3) no matter whether the section of the beach shoreline at Xichong is in an equilibrium state or not, it is eroded in the typhoon season and recovered after the season, the maximum change in erosion and accretion occurs in the unstable segment;(4) the Xichong beach can only have small sand body since it is supplied with sand mainly form inland streams, resulting in a possible danger in which sand loss induced by human activities or huge storms cannot be replenished naturally.ZHANG Song WANG Wei HUANG Rihui XU Liubing 2015Acta Oceanologica Sinica2015,34,3:2

12RESPONSE OF TRIASSIC SEQUENCE STRATIGRAPHY OF LOWER YANGTZE TO THE COLLISION BETWEEN THE YANGTZE PLATE AND THE NORTH CHINA PLATE显示文摘The characteristics of the Triassic sequences developed in the Lower Yangtze area display some great changes in both environment and climate. The change of environment was a transition from marine to continent via alternating environments. The change of climate was a transition from tropic (torrid) to warm and wet climate via subtropic dry climate. The type variations of the sequences were from the marine sequences to the continental sequences, corresponding to the changes of environments and climates. Sequence 1 is a type II of sequence of mixed clastic and carbonate sediments; sequence 2 is a type I of sequence of carbonate platform; sequence 3 is a type I of sequence of carbonate tidal flat-salt lagoon, sequence 4 is a type II of sequence of lacustrine within marine layers, and sequence 5 is a sequence of lacustrine-swamp. The development, distribution and preservation of those sequences reveal the tectonic controls and their changes in the background. The collision between the Yangtze plate and the North China plate was a great geological event in the geological history, but the timing of the collision is still disputed. However, the characteristics of Triassic sequence stratigraphy and sea level changes in the Lower Yangtze area responded to this collision. The collision started at the beginning of middle Triassic and the great regression in the Lower Yangtze area started 22Ma earlier than those in the world.
