| 1 | A new method for determination of satellite orbits by transfer显示文摘The original idea of a new method for determination of satellite orbits by transfer is from Two-Way Satellite Time and Frequency Transfer (TWSTFT). The original method is called 'determination of satellite orbit by transfer'. The method is not only for determination of satellite orbit but also for the time transfer with high accuracy and precision. The advantage is that the accuracy and the precision for determination of satellite orbit are very high and the new method is favorable for various applications. The combination of various signals disseminated and received forms various modes of satellite orbit determinations. If receivers at stations receive the own station-disseminated signals via a satellite transponder, it forms an orbit determination mode called 'receiving the own station-disseminated signals mode'. If receivers at all stations receive the signals disseminated from the master station via satellite transponders, it forms an orbit determination mode called 'receiving the master station-disseminated signals mode'. If all of receivers at stations receive all stations-disseminated signals via satellite transponders, it forms an orbit determination mode called 'receiving all stations-disseminated signals mode'. Also there are other combinations of signals for satellite orbit determination. For dif- ferent orbit determination modes with different signal combinations, their rigorous formulae of proc- essing are hereby presented in this paper. The accurate and the precise satellite orbit determination for both of the modes, 'receiving the own station-disseminated signals mode' and 'receiving the master station-disseminated signals mode' is attempted. | 2 | Methods of rapid orbit forecasting after maneuvers for geostationary satellites显示文摘A geostationary(GEO) satellite may serve as a navigation satellite,but there is a problem that maneuvers frequently occur and the forces are difficult to model.Based on the technique of determining satellite orbits by transfer,a predicted orbit with high accuracy may be achieved by the method of statis-tical orbit determination in case of no maneuver force.The predicted orbit will soon be invalid after the maneuver starts,and it takes a long time to get a valid orbit after the maneuver ends.In order to improve ephemeris usability,the method of rapid orbit forecasting after maneuvers is studied.First,GEO satellite movement is analyzed in case of maneuvers based on the observation from the orbit meas-urement system by transfer.Then when a GEO satellite is in the free status just after maneuvers,the short arc observation is used to forecast the orbit.It is assumed that the common system bias and biases of each station are constant,which can be obtained from orbit determination with long arc observations.In this way,only 6 orbit elements would be solved by the method of statistical orbit determination,and the ephemeris with high accuracy may be soon obtained.Actual orbit forecasting with short arc observation for SINOSAT-1 satellite shows that,with the tracking network available,the precision of the predicted orbit(RMS of O-C) can reach about 5 m with 15 min arc observation,and about 3 m with 30 min arc observation. | YANG XuHai LI ZhiGang FENG ChuGang GUO Ji SHI HuLi AI GuoXiang WU FengLei QIAO RongChuan | 2009 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2009,52,3: | 10 |

| 12 | Graphitic carbon nitride nanosheets mitigate cadmium toxicity in Glycine max L.by promoting cadmium retention in root and improving photosynthetic performance显示文摘Cadmium(Cd)pollution poses a serious threat to plant growth and yield.Nanomaterials have shown great application potential for alleviation of Cd toxicity to plants.In this study,we applied graphitic carbon nitride nanosheets(g-C_(3)N_(4)NSs)for alleviation of Cd-toxicity to soybean(Glycine max L.).The g-C_(3)N_(4)NSs supplementation significantly improved plant growth and reduced oxidative damage in the Cd-toxicated soybean seedlings through hydroponic culture.Particularly,the g-C_(3)N_(4)NSs dynamically regulated the root cell wall(RCW)components by increasing pectin content and modifying its demethylation via enhancing pectin methylesterase(PME)activity,therefore greatly enhanced stronger RCW-Cd retention(up to 82.8%)and reduced Cd migration to the shoot.Additionally,the g-C_(3)N_(4)NSs reversed the Cd-induced chlorosis,increased photosynthetic efficiency because of enhancement in F_v/F_mration,Y(Ⅱ)and sugars content.These results provide new insights into the alleviation of Cd toxicity to plants by g-C_(3)N_(4)NSs,and shed light on the application of low-cost and environmental-friendly carbon-based NMs for alleviating heavy metal toxicity to plants. | Kai Xu Yunyu Guo Chenghua Xing Ronglong Fu Bin Zou Rongchuan Liu Luyi Cai Jianfang Yan Xi-Lin Wu Miaozhen Cai | 2024 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,5: | 0 |
| 13 | Phosphorothioate oligonucleotide inhibits tissue factor expression in endothelial cells induced by blood flow shear stress in rats显示文摘Objective:To determine the effect of antiparallel phosphorothioate triplex-forming oligonucleotide(apsTFO),which was designed according to shear stress response element(SSRE) in tissue factor(TF) gene promoter region,on the expression of endothelial TF in carotid artery stenosis rats.Methods:Rat model of severe carotid artery stenosis were inflicted by silica gel tube ligation.Half an hour before the model infliction,GT20-apsTFO,GT20-psTFO and GT21-apsTFO labeled with green fluorescence(FITC) were injected into the vena caudalis of rat at a dose of 0.5 mg/kg.Half an hour,4 or 9 h after the ligation,the distribution of TFO in the common carotid artery,the liver and the kidney was detected with aid of fluorescence microscopy.And the mRNA and protein expressions of TF,Egr-1 and Sp1 in the above-mentioned organs were determined with in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical assay respectively in 6 h after the model establishment,and the results were analyzed with an image analysis system.Results:Only in 1 h after TFO injection,fluorescent granules appeared in the liver,the kidney and the vascular wall and lumen of carotid artery,and then in 4.5 h,they still deposited in above sites except the vascular lumen.GT20-apsTFO and GT21-apsTFO significant down-regulated the mRNA and protein expressions of TF compared to the rats without treatment(P<0.05),and the former apsTFO had a more stronger effect than the later(P<0.05).GT20-psTFO had no such effect(P>0.05).The 3 TFOs had no inhibition on the mRNA and protein expressions of Egr-1 and Sp1.Conclusion:Pretreated apsTFO can partly come into the vascular endothelial cells,and inhibit TF expression induced by shear stress,but had no effect on Egr-1 and Sp1 gene expressions. | Li Qianning Yang Yimin Ying Dajun Cheng Rongchuan Gong Zili Liu Yong Zhou Zhujuan Zheng Jian | 2008 | Journal of Medical Colleges of PLA(China)2008,23,3: | 0 |

| 16 | Morphological Correlates of the Phonatory Organ in an Ultrasonically Phonating Frog显示文摘The concave-eared torrent frog(Odorrana tormota) is the first species of tailless amphibian that was evidenced to phonate and detect ultrasounds. We employed anatomic and histological methods to examine the phonatory organs, including the floor of the buccal cavity, vocal cords and glottis, of O. tormota and its sympatric species including O. graminea, O. schmackeri, and Amolops wuyiensis with different fundamental frequencies, and Pelophylax nigromaculatus as a control. Our results reveal that O. tormota possesses specialized phonatory organ structures, with thinner vocal cords modulated by a moderately stronger muscular mastoideus between the medial vocal cords and the lateral cricoid cartilages, and more elastic mouth floor to likely supply faster air stream which could make the vocal cords vibrate at higher frequencies, larger relative distance between the two muscles m. intermandibulares(RDMI), and higher nucleus density of m. intermandibularis(NDMI) and m. geniohyoideus(NDMG).
