| 1 | Fabrication of Flexible Transparent Conductive Films with Silver Nanowire by Vacuum Filtration and PET Mold Transfer显示文摘The flexible transparent conductive films(FTCFs) of silver nanowire-polyethylene terephthalate(AgNWPET) were prepared by a facile method including vacuum filtration and mold transferring.The effect of silver nanowire weight density on the optical and electrical properties of films,as well as the electrical percolation was investigated.The obtained typical AgNW-PET film exhibited high figure of merit of31.3×10^(-3)Ω^(-1) with low sheet resistance of 4.95 Ω sq^(-1) and high transparency at 550 nm of 83.0%(excluding PET substrate).The resulting FTCFs based on PET substrate with high transmittance and low sheet resistance have a great potential in the application of high-performance flexible electronics and photovoltaic devices. | Wei Xu Qingsong xu Qijin Huang Ruiqin Tan Wenfeng Shen Weijie Song | 2016 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2016,32,2: | 8 |
| 2 | Selective synthesis of SnO_2 hollow microspheres and nano-sheets via a hydrothermal route显示文摘We report a mild template-free hydrothermal route for selective synthesis of SnO2 hollow microspheres and nano-sheets using SnCl2 and NaOH as initial materials.By switching the solvent from water to ethanol,the formed SnO2 nanostructures changed from nano-sheets to hollow microspheres.The obtained nano-sheets were single crystalline in structure.On the basis of the characterization of intermediate products,the formation of SnO2 hollow microspheres was ascribed to a crystal growth process,while the formation of SnO2 nano-sheets was ascribed to the oxidation of SnO2 sheets during the hydrothermal process.Further characterization of the SnO2 hollow microspheres and nano-sheets by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy reveals different optical absorption properties and valence band electronic structures.In addition,the SnO2 nano-sheets and hollow microspheres exhibit different sensing properties.The present work provides a facile and simple template-free method for the synthesis of nano-structured SnO2. | LI Yue GUO YanQun TAN RuiQin CUI Ping LI Yong SONG WeiJie | 2010 | Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,7: | 3 |

| 5 | Robust ultrathin and transparent AZO/Ag-SnOx/AZO on polyimide substrate for flexible thin film heater with temperature over 400℃显示文摘We developed flexible and transparent thin film heaters(TFHs)with a structure of AZO/AgSnOx/AZO/polyimide(PI)which exhibited superior stability under operational conditions.Ultrathin and robust doped silver(Ag)films were produced by introducing a small amount of SnOx during the sputtering process.The AZO/Ag-SnOx/AZO stacks showed the best figure of merit value of 139.9,which was higher than that of ITO counterpart(25.5)with the same thickness.In addition,it exhibited excellent durability,which showed unaffected optical and electrical properties under the heat treatment of 500℃for 30 min in air,highly-accelerated tempe ratu re and humidity stress test(HAST)at 121℃and 97%RH for 36 h,10,000 times of scratching and 1500 times of inner and outer bending test.Furthermore,the TFHs based on AZO/Ag-SnOx/AZO/PI achieved a high temperature of 438.8℃with response time in several seconds,which outperformed most previous studies.The robust high-temperature TFHs in this research hold promising commercial applications in flexible and high temperature occasions. | Zhaozhao Wang Jia Li Junjun Xu Jinhua Huang Ye Yang Ruiqin Tan Guofei Chen Xingzhong Fang Yue Zhao Weijie Song | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,13: | 1 |

| 9 | Polyaniline Nanotube-ZnO Composite Materials: Facile Synthesis and Application显示文摘Polyaniline nanotubes and PANI-ZnO nanocomposites were prepared by the simplified Template-Free method. The experimental results indicated that the average diameter of Polyaniline nanotubes was approximately 150-200 nm. The average crystallite size of ZnO in PANI-ZnO composites was 27 nm. Moreover, the as-prepared samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), FT-IR spectroscopy(FTIR) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). Photocatalytic properties of the obtained samples were investigated by the photodegradation analysis of orange II and methylene orange dye. The as-prepared PANIZnO nanocomposites exhibited much higher photocatalytic activity than pure PANI nanotubes. During 2 h photocatalytic courses under UV irradiation, the degradation ratios of Orange II and methyl orange using PANIZnO nanocomposites were 90.3% and 84.5%, respectively. | 13 | Effects of Soil Improver on Wheat in Saline-Alkali Lands in the Yellow River Delta显示文摘Field experiment carried out to test the effects of soil improver on wheat yield and soil physical-chemical properties. The results indicated that soil improver could optimize soil aggregates structure, decrease soil bulk density, soil pH and soil salt content, increase soil organic matter and 1 000-grain weight, thereby enhancing wheat yield. With the increase of soil improver application amount, soil physical-chemical properties became better and wheat yield increased. However, there was no significant difference in the treatments with the application amounts of 3%, 4% and 5%.
