1Vision,application scenarios,and key technology trends for 6G mobile communications显示文摘With the global commercialization of the fifth-generation(5G)network,many countries,including China,USA,European countries,Japan,and Korea,have started exploring 6G mobile communication network,following the tradition of“planning the next while commercializing one generation”.Currently,studies on 6G networks are at the infancy stage.Research on the vision and requirements for 6G is still ongoing,and the industry is yet to clarify the key enabling technologies for 6G.However,6G will certainly build on the success of 5G.Therefore,developing high-quality 5G networks and seamlessly integrating 5G with verticals are the priorities before 2030,when 6G is projected to be commercialized.Also,global 5G standards will keep evolving to better support vertical applications.As a milestone,the Third-Generation Partnership Project(3GPP)published Release 16 in July 2020,which continuously enhanced the capabilities of mobile broadband service based on Release 15 and realized the support for low-delay and high-reliability applications,such as Internet of Vehicles and industrial Internet.Currently,3GPP is working on Releases 17 and 18,focusing on meeting the demands of medium-and high-data-rate machine communication with low-cost and high-precision positioning,which will be published in June 2022.Thus,6G networks will further expand the application fields and scope of the Internet of Things to accommodate those services and applications that are beyond the capabilities of 5G networks.Herein,we present our vision,application scenarios,and key technological trends for 6G networks.Furthermore,we propose several future research opportunities in 6G networks with regard to industrialization and standardization.Zhiqin WANG Ying DU Kejun WEI Kaifeng HAN Xiaoyan XU Guiming WEI Wen TONG Peiying ZHU Jianglei MA Jun WANG Guangjian WANG Xueqiang YAN Jiying XIANG He HUANG Ruyue LI Xinhui WANG Yingmin WANG Shaohui SUN Shiqiang SUO Qiubin GAO Xin SU 2022Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,5:17
2Western medication plus Traditional Chinese Medicine preparations in patients with chronic heart failure:a prospective,single-blind,randomized,controlled,and multicenter clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy and safety in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) of Western medication plus Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) preparations.METHODS: This prospective, single-blind, randomized, controlled, and multicenter clinical trial began on September 17, 2008, and was completed on June 25, 2011. A total of 340 inpatients, aged 40-79 years, with exacerbating CHF from 10 hospitals were enrolled and randomly allocated within 24 h of admission. The trial included three intervention periods. During hospitalization, the control group received western medication for CHF and the treatment group received Danhong injection with Shenfu injection or Shenmai injection. After discharge,all patients were treated with Qiliqiangxin capsules and Buyiqiangxin tablets or a placebo for 6 months. After the 6-month intervention, both groups received only continuous western medication. The primary endpoint was all-cause mortality.The efficacy assessments were as follows: B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP), Lee's HF score, the 6-minute walking test(6 MWT), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), and the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ). The safety assessments were as follows: blood and urine routine examination, hepatic and renal function, electrolytes in blood and adverse events.RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the treatment group showed a 30.99% reduction in all-cause mortality and an improved survival rate.The treatment group showed greater improvement in 6 MWT(P = 0.02) than the control group on discharge, after 12-month follow-up, there was a time-group interaction for MLHFQ(P = 0.03). 3Differential Characteristics of the Upper Ordovician-Lower Silurian Wufeng-Longmaxi Shale Reservoir and its Implications for Exploration and Development of Shale Gas in/around the Sichuan Basin显示文摘The Upper Ordovician Wufeng-Lower Silurian Longmaxi shale is widely distributed in the Sichuan Basin and its periphery,which is the key stratum for marine shale gas exploration and development(E&D)in China.Based on sedimentary environment,material basis,storage space,fracability and reservoir evolution data,the reservoir characteristics of the Wufeng-Longmaxi shale and their significance for shale gas E&D are systematically compared and analyzed in this paper.The results show that(1)the depocenter of the Wufeng(WF)-Longmaxi(LM)shale gradually migrates from east to west.The high-quality shale reservoirs in the eastern Sichuan Basin are mainly siliceous shales,which are primarily distributed in the graptolite shale interval of WF2-LM5.The high-quality reservoirs in the southern Sichuan Basin are mainly calcareous-siliceous and organic-rich argillaceous shales,which are distributed in the graptolite shale interval of WF2-LM7.(2)Deep shale gas(the burial depth>3500 m)in the Sichuan Basin has high-ultrahigh pressure and superior physical properties.The organic-rich siliceous,calcareous-siliceous and organic-rich argillaceous shales have suitable reservoir properties.The marginal area of the Sichuan Basin has a higher degree of pressure relief,which leads to the argillaceous and silty shales evolving into direct cap rocks with poor reservoir/good sealing capacity.(3)Combining shale gas exploration practices and impacts of lithofacies,depth,pressure coefficient and brittle-ductile transition on the reservoir properties,it is concluded that the favorable depth interval of the Wufeng-Longmaxi shale gas is 2200~4000 m under current technical conditions.(4)Aiming at the differential reservoir properties of the Wufeng-Longmaxi shale in the Sichuan Basin and its periphery,several suggestions for future research directions and E&D of shale gas are formulated.WANG Ruyue HU Zongquan LONG Shengxiang LIU Guangxiang ZHAO Jianhua DONG Li DU Wei WANG Pengwei YIN Shuai 2019Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,3:8
4Inositol Pyrophosphate lnsP8 Acts as an Intracellular Phosphate Signal in Arabidopsis显示文摘The maintenance of cellular phosphate(Pi)homeostasis is of great importance in living organisms.The SPX domain-containing protein 1(SPX1)proteins from both Arabidopsis and rice have been proposed to act as sensors of Pi status.The molecular signal indicating the cellular Pi status and regulating Pi homeostasis in plants,however,remains to be identified,as Pi itself does not bind to the SPX domain.Here,we report the identification of the inositol pyrophosphate lnsP8 as a signaling molecule that regulates Pi homeostasis in Arabidopsis.Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis profiling of InsPs revealed that lnsP8 level positively cor­relates with cellular Pi concentration.We demonstrated that the homologs of diphosphoinositol pentaki-sphosphate kinase(PPIP5K),VIH1 and VIH2,function redundantly to synthesize lnsP8,and that the vih1 vih2 double mutant overaccumulates Pi.SPX1 directly interacts with PHR1,the central regulator of Pi star­vation responses,to inhibit its function under Pi-replete conditions.However,this interaction is compro­mised in the vih1 vih2 double mutant,resulting in the constitutive induction of Pi starvation-induced genes,indicating that plant cells cannot sense cellular Pi status without lnsP8.Furthermore,we showed that lnsP8 could directly bind to the SPX domain of SPX1 and is essential for the interaction between SPX1 and PHR1.Collectively,our study suggests that lnsP8 is the intracellular Pi signaling molecule serving as the ligand of SPX1 for controlling Pi homeostasis in plants.Jinsong Dong Guojie Ma Liqian Sui Mengwei Wei Viswanathan Satheesh Ruyue Zhang Shenghong Ge Jinkai Li Tong-En Zhang Christopher Wittwer Henning JJessen Huiming Zhang Guo-Yong An Dai-Yin Chao Dong Liu Mingguang Lei 2019Molecular Plant2019,12,11:8
5Reconstruction of nerve root sheaths for sacral extradural spinal meningeal cysts with spinal nerve root fibers显示文摘This study analyzed the clinical characteristics and outcomes of sacral extradural spinal meningeal cysts with spinal nerve root fibers treated by reconstruction of the nerve root sheaths.The relationships between the cysts and spinal nerve root fibers were examined microscopically,the cysts were partially excised,and the defects were oversewn to reconstruct the nerve root sheaths.The Improved Japanese Orthopedic Association(IJOA)scoring system was used to evaluate preoperative and postoperative neurological function.Thirty-eight patients were included in this study,with a mean age of 41.4±15.57 years.The mean IJOA score was 18.8±1.32 preoperatively and 19.6±0.65 postoperatively,which was a significant difference(t=–3.77,P=0.001).These results indicate a significant improvement in neurological function after surgery.The most significant improvement in neurological function was sensation(z=–2.86,P=0.004),followed by bowel/bladder function(z=–2.31,P=0.02).SUN JianJun WANG ZhenYu LI ZhenDong WU HaiBo YEN RuYu ZHENG Mei CHANG Qing LIU Isabelle Yisha 2013Science China(Life Sciences)2013,56,11:8
6Conditional QTL mapping of three yield components in common wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)显示文摘Spike number per m^2(SN),kernel number per spike(KNPS) and thousand-kernel weight(TKW)are the three main components determining wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) yield.To evaluate the relationships among them a doubled haploid(DH) population consisting of 168 lines grown at three locations for three years was analyzed by unconditional and conditional QTL mapping.Thirty-three unconditional QTL and fifty-nine conditional QTL were detected.Among them,two QTL(QSN-DH-2B and QSN-DH-3A-1.1) improved SN,with no effect on KNPS.QKNPS-DH-2B-2.1 improved KNPS,with no effect on SN.QKNPS-DH-1A-1.1,QKNPS-DH-2D-1.1and QKNPS-DH-6A improved KNPS,with no effect on SN or TKW.QKNPS-DH-6B was associated with increased SN and TKW.In addition,QTKW-DH-4B,QTKW-DH-5B and QTKW-DH-7B increased TKW without decreasing KNPS.These results provide useful information for marker assisted selection(MAS) and improvement in wheat yield.Han Zhang Jiansheng Chen Ruyu Li Zhiying Deng Kunpu Zhang Bin Liu Jichun Tian 2016The Crop Journal2016,4,3:5
7Reductive Amination of Carbonyl Compounds with Ammonia and Hydrogenation of Nitriles to Primary Amines with Heterogeneous Cobalt Catalysts显示文摘Reductive amination of aldehydes/ketones with aqueous NH3 and hydrogenation of nitriles to primary amines with Co catalysts were reported. Co@NC-700 exhibited remarkable activity and high selectivity for the reductive amination of aldehydes/ketones with aqueous NH3 and the hydrogenation of nitriles to primary amines. Several primary amines can be obtained with good to excellent yields via the reductive amination of aldehydes/ketones and the hydrogenation of nitriles. The nitrogen-doped carbon(C)-supported Co@NC-700 metal catalyst was prepared via the pyrolysis of bioMOF Co/adenine in activated C. 9Synergistic anti-tumor therapy by a homotypic cell membranecloaked biomimetic nanocarrier with exceptionally potent activity against hepatic carcinoma显示文摘Hepatic carcinoma(HC)is the sixth most frequently occurring malignancies and the third leading cause of cancer death worldwide.Sepantronium bromide(YM155)is a small molecule inhibitor of survivin,which has broad-spectrum anticancer therapeutic effects in various xenograft models.However,several-day continuous infusion is required to achieve greater antitumor efficacy because of rapid elimination from the blood circulation.Herein,a SMMC-7721 cancerous cyto-membrane-cloaked drug delivery system(DDS)(named as iM7721@GQD-YM),was developed for co-encapsulation of YM155 and graphene quantum dots(GQDs).Cytomembrane coating endowed iM7721@GQD-YM with effective targeting for homologous HC cells,excellent biocompatibility and favorable immunocompatibility for in vivo application.Surface decoration of iRGD peptide further enhanced its tumor targeting activity by iRGD-integrin recognition.In addition,under the irradiation of near-infrared ray(NIR),GQDs can directly kill tumors through photothermal effect and cause cell membrane rupture,accurately releasing YM155 at tumor sites.The physicochemical properties,in vivo and ex vivo anti-tumor efficacy,and mechanisms of iM7721@GQD-YM nanoparticles(NPs)were systematically investigated in this work.The experimental results clearly indicate that the versatile biomimetic DDS holds great potential for the treatment of HC,which merits further investigation in both pre-clinical and clinical studies.Shini Feng Pinyue Ni Yan Gong Bijiang Geng Hui Li Chenlin Miao Ruyu Fan Levon Galstyan Dengyu Pan Fuxue Chen Huafei Li 2022Nano Research2022,15,9:1

11Evidence base of randomized controlled trials and guideline recommendations of patent Traditional Chinese Medicines for uncomplicated acute lower respiratory tract infections in adults显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To compare clinical practice guideline recommendations on the use of oral patent Traditional Chinese Medicines(PTCMs) for uncomplicated acute lower respiratory tract infections(ALRTIs)in adults with the existing evidence using results of a systematic review of randomized controlled trials(RCTs).METHODS:A systematic review on RCTs and a systematic review of current guidelines on orally taken PTCMs for uncomplicated ALRTIs were performed.Pub Med,Cochrane Library,EMBASE and four Chinese databases were searched from inception to September 2016 for RCTs testing orally taken PTCMs for uncomplicated ALRTIs(excluding pneumonia).Two reviewers independently screened each study,extracted study data,and assessed risk of bias.Disagreements were resolved through discussion or by consultation with a third reviewer.Clinical practice guidelines for uncomplicated ALRTIs containing PTCM recommendations were identified and quality appraised.The quality of pooled evidence of the RCTs and the guidelines was assessed with GRADE and AGREE Ⅱ respectively.The consistency of the evidence base in RCTs and the guideline recommendations were then compared.RESULTS:For the systematic review of RCTs,4810 papers were identified,among which 29 RCTs(5093 patients) were included in the review.PTCMs compared to placebo increased the effective treatment rate of cough(3 trials,949 patients,risk ratio(RR) 2.50,1.16 to 5.43;low certainty);improved assessment of global health(3 trials,948 patients,RR1.70,1.44 to 2.01;low certainty);and increased the effective rate of specific symptom relief(1 trial,478 patients,RR 4.01,2.76 to 5.81;moderate certainty).21 trials(3432 patients) compared effects of different PTCMs.For the guideline evaluation,29 PTCMs were recommended for the use of uncomplicated ALRTIs,of which27 had no supportive evidence from RCTs.CONCLUSION:The evidence base of PTCMs for uncomplicated ALRTIs is weak and the guideline recommendations were based on almost no clinical trial evidence.Rigorous clinical research is urgently needed to inform the clinical use of these herbal medicines.Further training in evidence-based medicine methods for Traditional Chinese Medicine guideline developers is essential.Xia Ruyu Hu Xiaoyang Wang Di Wang Ying Merlin Willcox Liu Jianping Michael Moore Andrew Flower Li Xun Lily Lai Hu Ruixue Wen Lingzi Zhang Lishan Wang Qi Fei Yutong 2018Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2018,38,4:1

13The specificity of ten non-digestible carbohydrates to enhance butyrate-producing bacteria and butyrate production in vitro fermentation显示文摘Butyrate and butyrate-producing bacteria are important indicators of gut microbial metabolism in human health.Ten non-digestible carbohydrates(NDCs),including inulin,fructooligosaccharide(FOS),oatsβ-glucans(OGS),oatsβ-glucan oligosaccharides(OGOS),Astragalus polysaccharides(APS),Astragalus oligosaccharides(AOS),xanthan gum oligosaccharides(XGOS),gellan gum oligosaccharides(GGOS),curdlan oligosaccharides(COS),and pullulan oligosaccharides(POS)were used to investigate NDC specifi city in modulating butyrate-producing bacteria and butyrate production in 48 h in vitro fermentation studies in combination with fecal inocula from 7 healthy donors and 11 patients with type 2 diabetes(T2D).We observed that the amount of these ten NDCs utilized depended on NDC structure and inter-individual gut microbial differences.XGOS and GGOS fermentations signifi cantly increased butyrate-producing bacteria(especially f_Lachnospiraceae)and butyric acid production.Furthermore,XGOS and GGOS fermentations showed a better ability to consistently modulate gut microbiota composition and metabolic properties between individuals of healthy donors or T2D patients when compared to inulin,FOS,APS,AOS,OGS,OGOS,COS and POS fermentation.This research indicated that xanthan gum and gellan gum oligosaccharides have strong specifi city to enhance butyrate-producing bacteria and butyrate production.Jingjing Xu Ruyue Wang Weibao Liu Zhongwei Yin Jianrong Wu Xun Yu Wen Wang Hongtao Zhang Zhitao Li Minjie Gao Li Zhu Xiaobei Zhan 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,6:0
14Investigation of the feasibility of NRAV as a biomarker for hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘The long non-coding RNA,Negative Regulator of Antiviral Response(NRAV)has been identified as a participant in both respiratory virus replication and immune checkpoints,however,its involvement in pan-cancer immune regulation and prognosis,particularly those of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),remains unclear.To address this knowledge gap,we analyzed expression profiles obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database,comparing normal and malignant tumor tissues.We found that NRAV expression is significantly upregulated in tumor tissues compared to adjacent nontumor tissues.Kaplan-Meier(K-M)analysis revealed the prognostic power of NRAV,wherein overexpression was significantly linked to reduced overall survival in a diverse range of tumor patients.Furthermore,noteworthy associations were observed between NRAV,immune checkpoints,immune cell infiltration,genes related to autophagy,epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT),pyroptosis,tumor mutational burden(TMB),and microsatellite instability(MSI)across different cancer types,including HCC.Moreover,NRAV upregulation expression was associated with multiple pathological stages by clinical observations.Furthermore,our investigation revealed a substantial elevation in the expression of NRAV in both HCC tumor tissues and cells compared to normal tissues and cells.The inhibition of NRAV resulted in the inhibition of cell proliferation,migration,and invasion in HCC cells,while also influencing the expression of CD274(PD-L1)and CD44,along with various biomarkers associated with EMT,autophagy,and pyroptosis.The aforementioned results propose NRAV as a promising prognostic biomarker for HCC.JUN LIU WENLI LI RUYUE LU JIAQING XU CHUNHUI JIANG JUNLIN DUAN LINGZHI ZHANG GUANFU WANG JIAXI CHEN 2024Oncology Research2024,32,4:0
15Phenylethanoid glycosides from traditional Mongolian medicine Cymbaria daurica alleviate alloxan-induced INS-1 cells oxidative stress and apoptosis显示文摘Cymbaria daurica L. is a well-known traditional Mongolian medicine, which has been used to treat diabetesrelated conditions characterized by persistent thirst and hunger, copious urination, and weight loss. We aimed to investigate the protective effects of C. daurica extracts and phenylethanoid glycosides including verbascoside and isoacteoside on INS-1 cells. We discovered phenylethanoid glycosides from n-butanol extract with large content through extraction and separation. We continue to study the protective effects of phenylethanoid glycosides including verbascoside and isoacteoside on INS-1 cells. INS-1 cells were treated with C. daurica, cell viability assay, RNA-seq technology, superoxide dismutase activity and malonaldehyde content, quantitative real time-PCR and Western blot analysis were used to study the protective effects of C. daurica. Cell viability assay resulted that n-butanol extract and verbascoside, isoacteoside showed protective effects of C. daurica. According to the RNA-seq technology to identify the differentially expressed genes in INS-1 cells, the pathway of gene enrich the protective effect of C. daurica on oxidative stress. SOD activity and the content of MDA indicated that C. daurica could enhance the antioxidant capacity of INS-1 cells. Further investigation indicated C. daurica alleviate oxidative stress by inhibiting INS-1 cell apoptosis. 16Enhanced antibiotic degradation performance of Cd_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)S/Bi_(2)MoO_(6) S-scheme photocatalyst by carbon dot modification显示文摘S-scheme heterojunction engineering is an effective strategy to attain distinctive photocatalysts.Herein,a carbon dots modulated S-scheme hetero-structured photocatalyst of Cd_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)S nanoparticles/Bi_(2)MoO_(6) microspheres/carbon dots (CZCBM),aiming to conquer the photo-corrosion and strengthen the photocatalytic property of Cd_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)S,was developed via a facile solvothermal route.Under visible light,the optimal CZCBM-2 affords a 1.8-,1.5-,or 0.6-time reinforcement in the oxytetracycline degradation rate constant compared to Bi_(2)MoO_(6),Cd_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)S or Cd_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)S/Bi_(2)MoO_(6),which is credited to the strengthened visible-light response,increased reactive sites,and efficient dissolution of photo-carriers with optimal redox capacity because of the co-effect of carbon dots and S-scheme heterostructure.Significantly,the photo-corrosion of Cd_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)S is significantly suppressed and CZCBM-2 affords superior stability and reusability during cycling tests.Besides,CZCBM-2 can be well adapted to various environments.The toxicology appraisement unravels the decreased eco-toxicity of most intermediates compared to oxytetracycline.Lastly,an S-scheme charge transfer mechanism with carbon dots as electron reservoir in CZCBM is deduced,which uncloses that •O_(2)− and h+ dominantly account for oxytetracycline eradication and detoxification.This study demonstrates the design of unique carbon dots favored S-scheme heterostructures as an effective “Two Birds with One Stone” strategy to achieve high anti-photo-corrosion performance and reinforced photocatalytic performance of sulfides.Shijie Li Ruyu Yan Mingjie Cai Wei Jiang Mingyi Zhang Xin Li 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,33:0
17Research Status of Water Quality Criteria and Standards and Analysis on the Transformation Methods显示文摘Under the vision of development for the new era,China has entered a stage of high-quality economic development and an important window period in which we have the conditions and ability to address the prominent issue of economic development and ecological protection in a coordinated way.However,all kinds of environmental benchmark values in China are lacking and need to be constantly supplemented and improved.Therefore,exploring and putting forward a simple and efficient method for the transformation of environmental criteria into environmental standards is an important basis for the rapid establishment of relevant environmental criteria system and the effective promotion of the development of environmental standards system towards a scientific and reasonable direction.In this paper,the water environment is taken as the research object.By analyzing the research progress of environmental criteria and standards at home and abroad,and the foreign method of transforming environmental criteria into environmental standards,combined with the problems faced in the process of transforming environmental criteria into environmental standards in China,an effective method to transform China's environmental criteria into environmental standards is analyzed.After analysis and comparison,it is found that the pollution reduction accounting method could achieve their simple and efficient conversion.Under the premise of obtaining environmental criteria for certain pollutants,environmental criteria for certain pollutants could be obtained by distributing pollutants reduction costs,and accounting economic benefits after reaching standard,thus obtaining the environmental standard of this type of pollutant,which provides reference to determine the environmental standard limits of such pollutants.Cheng LI Yihong WU Yang ZHAO Ruyu YUAN 2023Meteorological and Environmental Research2023,14,3:0
18Effects of Combined Stress from Salt and Herbicide on Microbial Remediation of Soil Contaminated by n-Hexadecane and Phenanthrene显示文摘In this study,physicochemical,cluster,and high-throughput sequencing analyses were used to investigate the joint effects of salt and herbicide(glyphosate)stress factors on the microbial remediation of soil contaminated by n-hexadecane and phenanthrene.Based on the soil’s physical and chemical properties,differences in microbial quantity and enzyme activities were analyzed among the samples,and how that influenced distribution of soil community structure was focused upon.After 120 days of indoor simulated remediation,the cumulative degradation rate of n-hexadecane decreased by 94.92%(blank control),96.96%(low concentration salt and glyphosate stress group),65.07%(high concentration salt and glyphosate stress group),while that of phenanthrene decreased by 87.33%(blank control),86.25%(low concentration salt and glyphosate stress group),58.45%(high concentration salt and glyphosate stress group).The combined stress of salt and herbicides was capable of lowering the reduction efficiency of organic matter,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus,and also restricting the growth of microorganisms and enzyme activities.Cluster analysis results indicated that the non-stress group was similar to the low-concentration compound stress group during different remedial period,whereas both of those differed starkly from the high-concentration compound stress group.High-throughput sequencing revealed that the dominant soil bacteria phyla shifted from Firmicutes to Actinobacteria within 120 days of remediation.Liu Bingkun Zuo Shuai Wang Ruirui Dong Kangning Zhang Xiuxia Li Ruyue Hao Boyu Li Jing Yin Linghao Bai Yuhao Song Jiayu Gu Yingying Sun Juan 2022China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2022,24,2:0
19Cost-Utility Analysis of Screening for Diabetic Retinopathy in China显示文摘Background.Diabetic retinopathy(DR)has been primarily indicated to cause vision impairment and blindness,while no studies have focused on the cost-utility of telemedicine-based and community screening programs for DR in China,especially in rural and urban areas,respectively.Methods.We developed a Markov model to calculate the cost-utility of screening programs for DR in DM patients in rural and urban settings from the societal perspective.The incremental cost-utility ratio(ICUR)was calculated for the assessment.Results.In the rural setting,the community screening program obtained 1 QALY with a cost of$4179(95%CI 3859 to 5343),and the telemedicine screening program had an ICUR of$2323(95%CI 1023 to 3903)compared with no screening,both of which satisfied the criterion of a significantly cost-effective health intervention.Likewise,community screening programs in urban areas generated an ICUR of$3812(95%CI 2906 to 4167)per QALY gained,with telemedicine screening at an ICUR of$2437(95%CI 1242 to 3520)compared with no screening,and both were also cost-effective.By further comparison,compared to community screening programs,telemedicine screening yielded an ICUR of 1212(95%CI 896 to 1590)per incremental QALY gained in rural setting and 1141(95%CI 859 to 1403)in urban setting,which both meet the criterion for a significantly cost-effective health intervention.Conclusions.Both telemedicine and community screening for DR in rural and urban settings were cost-effective in China,and telemedicine screening programs were more cost-effective.Yue Zhang Weiling Bai Ruyue Li Yifan Du Runzhou Sun Tao Li Hong Kang Ziwei Yang Jianjun Tang Ningli Wang Hanruo Liu 2022Health Data Science2022,,1:0
20Effects of Mechanical Harvesting of Main Crop on Soil Rolling and Yield of Ratooned Rice显示文摘[Objectives]To study the effect of mechanical harvesting of main crop on soil rolling and yield of ratooned rice.[Methods]In this study,the harvesting method was optimized and improved through field research and theoretical research.[Results]Compared with farmers'habits,the mechanical harvesting method could significantly increase the working area per unit time and reduce the rolling area in the field,but it would increase the rolling rate of the land or transfer area.At the same time,the optimization method could reduce the soil bulk density in the primary rolling area,but it had no significant impact on soil compactness.[Conclusions]Compared with the farmer's customary method,the optimization method could reduce the crushing and damage of rice piles in the field,increase the seedling rate and panicle extraction rate,thus increasing the yield of rice in the ratooning season.Ruyu YAN Ximei ZHAO Jifu LI 2022Asian Agricultural Research2022,14,10:0
