Photodegradation of fluoroquinolone antibiotic gatifloxacin in aqueous solutions显示文摘Fluoroquinolone antibiotics (FQs) are frequently detected as emerging pollutants in aqueous environments. In this study, kinetics, influencing factors and mechanisms on the photodegradation of gatifloxacin,a representative FQ,were investigated. The photodegradation follows the pseudo-first-order kinetics.Gatifloxacin photodegrades with a quantum yield of (5.94 ± 0.95) × 10 3 in pure water and undergoes direct photolysis as well as self-sensitized photodegradation. The FQ photodegrades slower in freshwater and seawater than in pure water, which is attributed to the integrative effects of pH and the aqueous dissolved matter (e.g.,humic acids and NO 3-) on the photodegradation.A toxicity test using Vibrio fischeri revealed the formation of hazardous photoproducts.GE LinKe CHEN JingWen ZHANG SiYu CAI XiYun WANG Zhuang WANG ChunLing 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,15:17
Hanning self-convolution window and its application to harmonic analysis显示文摘The Hanning self-convolution window (HSCW) is proposed in this paper. And the phase difference correction algorithm based on the discrete spectrum and the HSCW is given. The HSCW has a low peak side lobe level, a high side lobe roll-off rate, and a simple spectrum representation. Hence, leakage errors and harmonic interferences can be considerably reduced by weighting samples with the HSCW, the parameter estimation by the HSCW-based phase difference correction algorithm is free of solving high order equations, and the overall method can be easily implemented in embedded systems. Simulation and application results show that the HSCW-based phase difference correction algorithm can suppress the impacts of fundamental frequency fluctuation and white noise on harmonic parameter estimation, and the HSCW is advantageous over existing combined cosine windows in terms of harmonic analysis performance.WEN He TENG ZhaoSheng GUO SiYu WANG JingXun YANG BuMing WANG Yi CHEN Tao 2009Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,2:15
Cotton GhMYB7 is predominantly expressed in developing fibers and regulates secondary cell wall biosynthesis in transgenic Arabidopsis显示文摘The secondary cell wall in mature cotton fibers contains over 90%cellulose with low quantities of xylan and lignin. However, little is known regarding the regulation of secondary cell wall biosynthesis in cotton fibers. In this study,we characterized an R2R3-MYB transcription factor,Gh MYB7,in cotton.Gh MYB7 is expressed at a high level in developing fibers and encodes a MYB protein that is targeted to the cell nucleus and has transcriptional activation activity.Ectopic expression of Gh MYB7 in Arabidopsis resulted in small, curled, dark green leaves and also led to shorter inflorescence stems.A cross-sectional assay of basal stems revealed that cell wall thickness of vessels and interfascicular fibers was higher in transgenic lines overexpressing Gh MYB7 than in the wild type.Constitutive expression of Gh MYB7 in Arabidopsis activated the expression of a suite of secondary cell wall biosynthesis-related genes(including some secondary cell wall-associated transcription factors),leading to the ectopic deposition of cellulose and lignin. The ectopic deposition of secondary cell walls may have been initiated before the cessation of cell expansion. Moreover,Gh MYB7 was capable of binding to the promoter regions of At SND1 and At Ces A4,suggesting that Gh MYB7 may function upstream of NAC transcription factors.Collectively, these findings suggest that Gh MYB7 is a potential transcriptional activator, which may participate in regulating secondary cell wall biosynthesis of cotton fibers.Junfeng Huang Feng Chen Siyu Wu Juan Li Wenliang Xu 2016Science China(Life Sciences)2016,59,2:15
Comparison of dust emissions, transport, and deposition between the Taklimakan Desert and Gobi Desert from 2007 to 2011显示文摘The Taklimakan Desert(TD) and Gobi Desert(GD) are two of the most important dust sources in East Asia, and have important impact on energy budgets, ecosystems and water cycles at regional and even global scales. To investigate the contribution of the TD and the GD to dust concentrations in East Asia as a whole, dust emissions, transport, and deposition over the TD and the GD in different seasons from 2007 to 2011 were systematically compared, based on the Weather Research and Forecasting model coupled with Chemistry(WRF-Chem). Dust emissions, uplift, and long-range transport related to these two dust source regions were markedly different due to differences in topography, elevation, thermal conditions, and atmospheric circulation. Specifically, the topography of the GD is relatively flat, and at a high elevation, and the area is under the influence of two jet streams at high altitudes, resulting in high wind speeds in the upper atmosphere. Deep convective mixing enables the descending branch of jet streams to continuously transport momentum downward to the mid-troposphere, leading to enhanced wind speeds in the lower troposphere over the GD which favors the vertical uplift of the GD dust particles. Therefore, the GD dust was very likely to be transported under the effect of strong westerly jets, and thus played the most important role in contributing to dust concentrations in East Asia. Approximately 35% and 31% of dust emitted from the GD transported to remote areas in East Asia in spring and summer, respectively. The TD has the highest dust emission capabilities in East Asia, with emissions of about 70.54 Tg yr.1 in spring, accounting for 42% of the total dust emissions in East Asia. However, the TD is located in the Tarim Basin and surrounded by mountains on three sides. Furthermore, the dominant surface wind direction is eastward and the average wind speed at high altitudes is relatively small over the TD. As a result, the TD dust particles are not easily transported outside the Tarim Basin, such that most of the dust particles are re-deposited after uplift, at a total deposition rate of about 40 g m.2. It is only when the TD dust particles are uplifted above 4 km, and entrained in westerlies that they begin to undergo a long-range transport. Therefore, the contribution of the TD dust to East Asian dust concentrations was relatively small. Only 25% and 23% of the TD dust was transported to remote areas over East Asia in spring and summer, respectively.CHEN SiYu HUANG JianPing LI JingXin JIA Rui JIANG NanXuan KANG LiTai MA XiaoJun XIE TingTing 2017Science China Earth Sciences2017,60,7:14
Effect of human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells on lung damage in severe COVID-19 patients:a randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled phase 2 trial显示文摘Treatment of severe Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)is challenging. We performed a phase 2 trial to assess the efficacy andsafety of human umbilical cord-mesenchymal stem cells(UC-MScs)to treat severe coViD-19 patients with lung damage, based onour phase 1 data.In this randomized,double-blind,and placebo-controlled trial,we recruited 101 severe coVID-19 patients withlung damage. They were randomly assigned at a 2:1 ratio to receive either UC-MSCs(4×10^(7)cells per infusion)or placebo on day 0,3,and 6.The primary endpoint was an altered proportion of whole lung lesion volumes from baseline to day 28.Other imagingoutcomes,6-minute walk test(6-MWT),maximum vital capacity, diffusing capacity, and adverse events were recorded and analyzed. In all,100 COVID-19 patients were finally received either UC-MSCs in=65)or placebo(n=35).UC-MSCs administrationexerted numerical improvement in whole lung lesion volume from baseline to day 28 compared with the placebo(the mediandifference was-13.31%,95%Cl-29.14%,2.13%,P=0.08).UC-MSCs significanty reduced the proportions of solid componentlesion volume compared with the placebo(median difference:-15.45%;95%CI-30.82%,-0.39%;P=0.043).The 6-MWT showedan increased distance in patients treated with UC-MSCs(difference:27.00 m;95%CI 0.00,57.00;P=0.057).The incidence of adverseevents was similar in the two groups. These results suggest that UC-MSCs treatment is a safe and potentially effective therapeuticapproach for COVID-19 patients with lung damage.A phase 3 trial is required to evaluate effects on reducing mortality andpreventing long-term pulmonary disability.Lei Shi Hai Huang Xuechun Lu Xiaoyan Yan Xiaojing Jiang Ruonan Xu Siyu Wang Chao Zhang Xin Yuan Zhe Xu Lei Huang Jun-Liang Fu Yuanyuan Li Yu Zhang Wei-Qi Yao Tianyi Liu Jinwen Song Liangliang Sun Fan Yang Xin Zhang Bo Zhang Ming Shi Fanping Meng Yanning Song Yongpei Yu Jiqiu Wen Qi Li Qing Mao Markus Maeurer Alimuddin Zumla Chen Yao Wei-Fen Xie Fu-Sheng Wang 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,3:13
Defined tumor antigen-specific T cells potentiate personalized TCR-T cell therapy and prediction of immunotherapy response显示文摘Personalized immunotherapy targeting tumor-specific antigens(TSAs)could generate efficient and safe antitumor immune response without damaging normal tissues.Although neoantigen vaccines have shown therapeutic effect in clinic trials, precise prediction of neoantigens from tumor mutations is still challenging. The host antitumor immune response selects and activates T cells recognizing tumor antigens.Hence,T cells engineered with T-cell receptors(TCRs)from these naturally occurring tumor antigen-specific T(Tas)cells in a patient will target personal TSAs in his/her tumor. To establish such a personalized TCR-T cell therapy,we comprehensively characterized T cells in tumor and its adjacent tissues by single-cell mRNA sequencing(scRNA-seq),TCR sequencing(TCR-seq)and in vitro neoantigen stimulation.Compared to bystander T cells circulating among tissues,Tas cells were characterized by tumor enrichment,tumor-specific clonal expansion and neoantigen specificity. We found that CXCL13 is a unique marker for both CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)Tas cells.Importantly,TCR-T cells expressing TCRs from Tas cells showed significant therapeutic effects on autologous patient-derived xenograft(PDX)tumors.Intratumoral Tas cell levels measured by CXCL13 expression precisely predicted the response to immune checkpoint blockade, indicating a critical role of Tas cells in the antitumor immunity. We further identified CD200 and ENTPD1 as surface markers for CD4^(^(+))and CD8^(^(+))Tas cells respectively, which enabled the isolation of Tas cells from tumor by Fluorescence Activating Cell Sorter(FACS)sorting.Overall, our results suggest that TCR-T cells engineered with Tas TCRs are a promising agent for personalized immunotherapy, and intratumoral Tas cell levels determine the response to immunotherapy.Jingjing He Xinxin Xiong Han Yang Dandan Li Xuefei Liu Shuo Li Shuangye Liao Siyu Chen Xizhi Wen Kuai Yu Lingyi Fu Xingjun Dong Kaiyu Zhu Xiaojun Xia Tiebang Kang Chaochao Bian Xiang Li Haiping Liu Peirong Ding Xiaoshi Zhang Zhenjiang Liu Wende Li Zhixiang Zuo Penghui Zhou 2022Cell Research2022,32,6:10
S and Pb Isotopic Constraints on the Relationship between the Linong Granodiorite and the Yangla Copper Deposit,Yunnan,China显示文摘The Yangla copper deposit, located in western Yunnan Province, China, is a typical giant, newly started mining copper deposit with an estimated Cu reserves of about 1,200,000 tons. The deposit is spatially and temporally associated with the Linong granodiorite, which is rich in SiO2 (SiO2=58.25 wt%-69.84 wt%) and alkalis (Na2O+K2O=5.98 wt%-8.34 wt%), indicating an association with shoshonitic series to high-K calc-alkaline series granites, and shows low contents of TiO2 (0.35 wt%-0.48 wt%), MgO (1.51 wt%-1.72 wt%), and Al2O3 (13.38 wt%-19.75 wt%). The δ34S values of sulfides of the main ore stage from copper ores vary range from ?4.2‰ to ?0.9‰, indicating a much greater contribution from the mantle to the ore-forming fluids. The δ34S values of the late ore stage is 9.8‰, indicating enrichment of biogenic sulfur which may derive from the crustal hydrothermal fluid. The 208Pb/204Pb, 207Pb/204Pb and 206Pb/204Pb of sulfides of the main ore stage from copper ores range within 38.66-38.73, 15.71-15.74 and 18.35-19.04, respectively, implying that the Pb was derived from the mantle, with the crustal component, probably representing mixtures of mantle lead and crustal lead. Sulfide of the late ore stage in their Pb isotopic composition, 208Pb/204Pb= 38.69, 207Pb/204Pb=15.70, 206Pb/204Pb=18.35, implying that the Pb was derived from the crust. The Linong granodiorite is syn-collisional, produced by partial melting of thickened lower crust, which was triggered by the westward subduction of the Jinshajiang Oceanic plate. During a transition in geodynamic setting from collision-related compression to extension, gently dipping ductile shear zones (related to subduction) were transformed to brittle shear zones, consisting of a series of thrust faults in the Jinshajiang tectonic belt. The tensional thrust faults would have been a favorable environment for ore-forming fluids. The ascending magma provided a channel for the ore-forming fluid from the mantle wedge. After the magma arrived at the base of the early-stage Linong granodiorite, the platy granodiorite at the base of the body would have shielded the late-stage magma from the fluid. The magma would have cooled slowly, and some of the ore-forming fluid in the magma would have entered the gently dipping thrust faults near the Linong granodiorite, resulting in mineralization.YANG Xi'an LIU Jiajun HAN Siyu WANG Huan CHEN Siyao 2012Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2012,86,6:9
Visible light optical coherence tomography measures retinal oxygen metabolic response to systemic oxygenation显示文摘The lack of capability to quantify oxygen metabolism noninvasively impedes both fundamental investigation and clinical diagnosis of a wide spectrum of diseases including all the major blinding diseases such as age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and glaucoma.Using visible light optical coherence tomography(vis-OCT),we demonstrated accurate and robust measurement of retinal oxygen metabolic rate(rMRO2)noninvasively in rat eyes.We continuously monitored the regulatory response of oxygen consumption to a progressive hypoxic challenge. We found that both oxygen delivery, and rMRO2 increased from the highly regulated retinal circulation(RC)under hypoxia,by 0.2860.08 μL min(^-1)(p,0.001),and 0.2060.04 μL min(^-1)(p,0.001)per 100 mmHg systemic pO2 reduction, respectively. The increased oxygen extraction compensated for the deficient oxygen supply from the poorly regulated choroidal circulation. Results from an oxygen diffusion model based on previous oxygen electrode measurements corroborated our in vivo observations. We believe that vis-OCT has the potential to reveal the fundamental role of oxygen metabolism in various retinal diseases.Ji Yi Wenzhong Liu Siyu Chen Vadim Backman Nader Sheibani Christine M.Sorenson Amani A.Fawzi Robert A.Linsenmeier Hao F.Zhang 2015Light(Science & Applications)2015,4,1:8
Multi-omics analyses of 398 foxtail millet accessions reveal genomic regions associated with domestication, metabolite traits, and antiinflammatory effects显示文摘Foxtail millet(Setaria italica),which was domesticatedfromthewild speciesgreenfoxtail(Setaria viridis),isa richsource of phytonutrientsfor humans. To evaluate how breeding changed themetabolome offoxtail millet grains,we generated and analyzed the datasets encompassing the genomes, transcriptomes, metabolomes, and anti-inflammatory indices from 398 foxtail millet accessions. We identified hundreds of common variants that influence numerous secondary metabolites. We observed tremendous differences in natural variations of the metabolites and their underlying genetic architectures between distinct sub-groups of foxtail millet.Furthermore,we found that the selection of the gene alleles associated with yellow grains led to altered profiles of metabolites such as carotenoids and endogenous phytohormones.Using CRiSPR-mediated genome editing wevalidated the function of PHYTOENE SYNTHASE1(PSY1)gene in affecting milletgrain colorand quality.Interestingly, our in vitro cell inflammation assays showed that 83 metabolites in millet grains have anti-inflammatory effects.Taken together,ourmulti-omics study illustrates how the breeding history of foxtail millet has shaped its metabolite profile. The datasets we generated in this study also provide important resources for further understanding how millet grain quality is affected by different metabolites, laying the foundations for future millet genetic research and metabolome-assisted improvement.Xukai Li Jianhua Gao Jingyi Song Kai Guo Siyu Hou Xingchun Wang Qiang He Yanyan Zhang Yakun Zhang Yulu Yang Jiaoyan Tang Hailang Wang Staffan Persson Mingquan Huang Lishuai Xu Linlin Zhong Dongqin Li Yongming Liu Hua Wu Xianmin Diao Peng Chen Xiaowen Wang Yuanhuai Han 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,8:8
An Overview of Mineral Dust Modeling over East Asia显示文摘East Asian dust(EAD) exerts considerable impacts on the energy balance and climate/climate change of the earth system through its influence on solar and terrestrial radiation, cloud properties, and precipitation efficiency. Providing an accurate description of the life cycle and climate effects of EAD is therefore critical to better understanding of climate change and socioeconomic development in East Asia and even worldwide. Dust modeling has undergone substantial development since the late 1990 s, associated with improved understanding of the role of EAD in the earth system. Here, we review the achievements and progress made in recent decades in terms of dust modeling research, including dust emissions, long-range transport, radiative forcing(RF), and climate effects of dust particles over East Asia. Numerous efforts in dust/EAD modeling have been directed towards furnishing more sophisticated physical and chemical processes into the models on higher spatial resolutions. Meanwhile, more systematic observations and more advanced retrieval methods for instruments that address EAD related science issues have made it possible to evaluate model results and quantify the role of EAD in the earth system, and to further reduce the uncertainties in EAD simulations. Though much progress has been made, large discrepancies and knowledge gaps still exist among EAD simulations. The deficiencies and limitations that pertain to the performance of the EAD simulations referred to in the present study are also discussed.Siyu CHEN Jianping HUANG Yun QIAN Chun ZHAO Litai KANG Ben YANG Yong WANG Yuzhi LIU Tiangang YUAN Tianhe WANG Xiaojun MA Guolong ZHANG 2017Journal of Meteorological Research2017,31,4:7
Trajectory optimization of multiple quad-rotor UAVs in collaborative assembling task显示文摘A hierarchic optimization strategy based on the offline path planning process and online trajectory planning process is presented to solve the trajectory optimization problem of multiple quad-rotor unmanned aerial vehicles in the collaborative assembling task. Firstly, the path planning process is solved by a novel parallel intelligent optimization algorithm, the central force optimization-genetic algorithm(CFO-GA), which combines the central force optimization(CFO)algorithm with the genetic algorithm(GA). Because of the immaturity of the CFO, the convergence analysis of the CFO is completed by the stability theory of the linear time-variant discrete-time systems. The results show that the parallel CFO-GA algorithm converges faster than the parallel CFO and the central force optimization-sequential quadratic programming(CFO-SQP) algorithm. Then, the trajectory planning problem is established based on the path planning results. In order to limit the range of the attitude angle and guarantee the flight stability, the optimized object is changed from the ordinary six-degree-of-freedom rigid-body dynamic model to the dynamic model with an inner-loop attitude controller. The results show that the trajectory planning process can be solved by the mature SQP algorithm easily. Finally, the discussion and analysis of the real-time performance of the hierarchic optimization strategy are presented around the group number of the waypoints and the equal interval time.Chen Yongbo Yu Jianqiao Mei Yuesong Zhang Siyu Ai Xiaolin Jia Zhenyue 2016Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2016,29,1:7
Modeling and Calculation of Impact Friction Caused by Corner Contact in Gear Transmission显示文摘Corner contact in gear pair causes vibration and noise, which has attracted many attentions. However, teeth errors and deformation make it difficulty to determine the point situated at corner contact and study the mechanism of teeth impact friction in the current researches.Based on the mechanism of corner contact, the process of corner contact is divided into two stages of impact and scratch, and the calculation model including gear equivalent error-combined deformation is established along the line of action.According to the distributive law, gear equivalent error is synthesized by base pitch error, normal backlash and tooth profile modification on the line of action. The combined tooth compliance of the first point lying in corner contact before the normal path is inversed along the line of action,on basis of the theory of engagement and the curve of tooth synthetic compliance&load-history.Combined secondarily the equivalent error with the combined deflection, the position standard of the point situated at corner contact is probed. Then the impact positions and forces, from the beginning to the end during corner contact before the normal path, are calculated accurately.Due to the above results, the lash model during corner contact is founded, and the impact force and frictional coefficient are quantified.A numerical example is performed and the averaged impact friction coefficient based on the presented calculation method is validated. This research obtains the results which could be referenced to understand the complex mechanism of teeth impact friction and quantitative calculation of the friction force and coefficient, and to gear exact design for tribology.ZHOU Changjiang CHEN Siyu 2014Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2014,27,5:6
High levels of circulating GM-CSF^(+) CD4^(+) T cells are predictive of poor outcomes in sepsis patients: a prospective cohort study显示文摘Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF),produced by CD4^(+)T cells, has recently been implicated in the pathogenesis of inflammatory diseases, such as multiple sclerosis and juvenile arthritis. However, the role of GM-CSF-producing CD4^(+)T cells in sepsis remains unknown. This study reports peripheral changes in GM-CSF-producing CD4^(+)T cells in septic patients and the possible underlying mechanism by which GM-CSF influences the outcome of sepsis.Forty-three septic patients,20 SIRS patients, and 20 healthy controls were enrolled in this study and followed for 28 days to assess mortality. We measured the peripheral frequency of GM-CSF^(+)CD4^(+)T cells and recorded their associated relationship with disease progression. Our data demonstrated that peripheral GM-CSF-producing CD4^(+)T cells were significantly higher in septic patients than in both SIRS patients and healthy controls. These cells exhibit a memory phenotype and impaired IFN-γ-secreting capacity in sepsis patients.Using a receiver operating curve analysis with 8.01%as a cut-off point, the percentage of GM-CSF^(+)CD4^(+)T cells could predict the outcome of septic patients.Combined with the increase in GM-CSF-producing CD4^(+)T cells, inflammatory cytokines IL-1βand IL-6 were also upregulated.Using an in vitro neutrophil model,we found that GM-CSF inhibited C3aR expression, while inducing IL-8 production.Furthermore, this effect was transferrable in plasma from sepsis patients and was attenuated by inhibition of GM-CSF using an anti-GM-CSF antibody. These results indicate that GM-CSF-producing CD4^(+)T cells may serve as a marker of sepsis severity. Thus, targeting GM-CSF overproduction may benefit sepsis patients.Huihuang Huang Siyu Wang Tianjun Jiang Rong Fan Zheng Zhang Jinsong Mu Ke Li Yonggang Wang Lei Jin Fang Lin Jie Xia Lijian Sun Biao Xu Chengcheng Ji Jing Chen Juan Chang Bo Tu Bing Song Chao Zhang Fu-Sheng Wang Ruonan Xu 2019Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,6:6
Finite Control Set Model Predictive Current Control of a Five-Phase PMSM with Virtual Voltage Vectors and Adaptive Control Set显示文摘This paper presents an improved finite control set model predictive current control(FCS-MPCC)of a five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM).First,to avoid including all the 32 voltage vectors provided by a two-level five-phase inverter into the control set, virtual voltage vectors are adopted. As the third current harmonics can be much reduced by virtual voltage vectors automatically, the harmonic items in the cost function of conventional FCS-MPCC are not considered.Furthermore,an adaptive control set is proposed based on voltage prediction.Best control set with proper voltage vector amplitude corresponding to different rotor speed can be achieved by this method.Consequently, current ripples can be largely reduced and the system performs much better. At last, simulations are established to verify the steady and transient performance of the proposed FCS-MPCC,and experiments based on a 2 kW five-phase motor are carried out.The results have validated the performance improvement of the proposed control strategy.Wusen Wang Ying Fan Siyu Chen Qiushi Zhang 2018CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems2018,2,1:5

The landscape of aging显示文摘Aging is characterized by a progressive deterioration of physiological integrity, leading to impaired functional ability and ultimately increased susceptibility to death. It is a major risk factor for chronic human diseases, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, neurological degeneration, and cancer. Therefore, the growing emphasis on “healthy aging” raises a series of important questions in life and social sciences. In recent years, there has been unprecedented progress in aging research, particularly the discovery that the rate of aging is at least partly controlled by evolutionarily conserved genetic pathways and biological processes. In an attempt to bring full-fledged understanding to both the aging process and age-associated diseases,we review the descriptive, conceptual, and interventive aspects of the landscape of aging composed of a number of layers at the cellular, tissue, organ, organ system, and organismal levels.Yusheng Cai Wei Song Jiaming Li Ying Jing Chuqian Liang Liyuan Zhang Xia Zhang Wenhui Zhang Beibei Liu Yongpan An Jingyi Li Baixue Tang Siyu Pei Xueying Wu Yuxuan Liu Cheng-Le Zhuang Yilin Ying Xuefeng Dou Yu Chen Fu-Hui Xiao Dingfeng Li Ruici Yang Ya Zhao Yang Wang Lihui Wang Yujing Li Shuai Ma Si Wang Xiaoyuan Song Jie Ren Liang Zhang Jun Wang Weiqi Zhang Zhengwei Xie Jing Qu Jianwei Wang Yichuan Xiao Ye Tian Gelin Wang Ping Hu Jing Ye Yu Sun Zhiyong Mao Qing-Peng Kong Qiang Liu Weiguo Zou Xiao-Li Tian Zhi-Xiong Xiao Yong Liu Jun-Ping Liu Moshi Song Jing-Dong J.Han Guang-Hui Liu 2022Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,12:4
Comparison Analysis on Feasible Solutions for LTE Based Next-Generation Railway Mobile Communication System显示文摘Wireless communication technologies play an essential role in supporting railway operation and control. The current Global System for Mobile Communications-Railway(GSM-R) system offers a rich set of voice services and data services related with train control, but it has very limited multimedia service bearer capability. With the development of commercial wireless industry, Long-Term Evolution(LTE) mobile broadband technology is becoming the prevalent technology in most of commercial mobile networks. LTE is also a promising technology of future railway mobile communication systems. The 3rd Generation Partner Project(3 GPP) and China Communications Standards Association(CCSA) have proposed two feasible LTE based broadband trunking communication solutions: the 3 GPP Mission Critical Push to Talk(MCPTT) solution and B-TrunC solution. In this paper, we first introduce the development of railway mobile communications and LTE technology. The user requirements of future railway mobile communication system(FRMCS) are then discussed. We also analyze the suitability of the two LTE-based solutions for LTE based Next-Generation Railway Mobile Communication System(LTE-R) from different aspects.SUN Bin DING Jianwen LIN Siyu WANG Wei CHEN Qiang ZHONG Zhangdui 2019ZTE Communications2019,17,1:4
Nanoenzyme engineered neutrophil-derived exosomes attenuate joint injury in advanced rheumatoid arthritis via regulating inflammatory environment显示文摘Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by synovitis and destruction of cartilage, promoted by sustained inflammation. However, current treatments remain unsatisfactory due to lacking of selective and effective strategies for alleviating inflammatory environments in RA joint.Inspired by neutrophil chemotaxis for inflammatory region,we therefore developed neutrophil-derived exosomes functionalized with sub-5 nm ultrasmall Prussian blue nanoparticles(uPB-Exo)via click chemistry, inheriting neutrophil-targeted biological molecules and owning excellent anti-inflammatory properties.uPB-Exo can selectively accumulate in activated fibroblast-like synoviocytes, subsequently neutralizing pro-inflammatory factors, scavenging reactive oxygen species, and alleviating inflammatory stress. In addition,uPB-Exo effectively targeted to inflammatory synovitis, penetrated deeply into the cartilage and real-time visualized inflamed joint through MRI system, leading to precise diagnosis of RA in vivo with high sensitivity and specificity.Particularly,uPB-Exo induced a cascade of anti-inflammatory events via Th17/Treg cell balance regulation, thereby significantly ameliorating joint damage. Therefore, nanoenzyme functionalized exosomes hold the great potential for enhanced treatment of RA in clinic.Lei Zhang Ziguo Qin Han Sun Xiang Chen Jian Dong Siyu Shen Liming Zheng Ning Gu Qing Jiang 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,12:4
