1Ionospheric disturbances associated with the 2015 M7.8 Nepal earthquake显示文摘Based on the total electron content(TEC) derived from Global Positioning System(GPS) observations of the Crustal Movement Observation Network of China(CMONOC) and the Global Ionosphere Map(GIM)from the Center for Orbit Determination in Europe(CODE),we detected and analyzed the ionospheric variations during the 2015 M7.8 Nepal earthquake(including the pre-earthquake ionospheric anomalies and coseismic ionospheric disturbances(CIDs) following the main shock).The analysis of vertical total electron content(VTEC) time series shows that the large-scale ionospheric anomalies appeared near the epicenter two days prior to the earthquake.Moreover,the pre-earthquake ionospheric anomalies were also observed in the geomagnetically conjugated region.In view of solar-terrestrial environment,the pre-earthquake ionospheric anomalies could be associated with the Nepal earthquake.In addition,we also detected the CIDs through the high-frequency GPS observation stations.The CIDs had obvious oscillated waveforms with the peak-to-peak disturbance amplitudes of about 1 TECu and 0.4 TECu,which propagated approximately with the horizontal velocities of 877 ± 75 m/s and 319 ± 30 m/s,respectively.The former is triggered directly by the acoustic waves which originated from the energy release of the earthquake near the epicenter,while the latter could be stimulated by the acoustic-gravity waves from the partial transformation of the acoustic waves.Yiyan Zhou Jian Yang Fuying Zhu Fanfan Su Liangchen Hu Wenbo Zhai 2017Geodesy and Geodynamics2017,8,4:4
2Doppler estimating and compensating method based on phase显示文摘According to the Doppler sensitive of the phase coded pulse compression signal,a Doppler estimating and compensating method based on phase is put forward to restrain the Doppler sidelobes,raise the signal-to-noise ratio and improve measuring resolution.The compensation method is used to decompose the echo to amplitude and phase,and then compose the new compensated echo by the amplitude and the nonlinear component of the phase. 3Specific biotests to assess eco-toxicity of biodegradable polymer materials in soil显示文摘Eco-toxicity investigation of polymer materials was considered extremely necessary for their potential menace,which was widely use as mulching materials in agricultural.In this study,polyethylene(PE),polystyrene(PS)and synthetic biomaterials-Ecoflex and cellulose were applying into soil cultivated with two potential indicator plants species:oat(A v ena sati v a)and red radish(Raphanus sativum).Variety of chemical,biochemical parameters and enzyme activity in soil were proved as effective approach to evaluate polymers phytotoxicity in plant-soil mesocosm.The F-value of biomass,pH,heavy metal and electoral conductivity of Raphanus behaved significant different from T0.Significant analysis results indicated biodegradation was fast in PE than PS,besides,heavy metals were dramatically decrease in the end implied the plant absorption may help decrease heavy metal toxicity.The increase value at T2 of Dehydrogenase activity(0.84 higher than average value for Avena&0.91 higher for Raphanus),Metabolic Index(3.12 higher than average value for Avena&3.81 higher for Raphanus)means during soil enzyme activity was promoted by biodegradation for its heterotrophic organisms’energy transportation was stimulated.Statistics analysis was carried on Biplot PC1(24.2%of the total variance),PC2(23.2%of the total variance),versus PC3(22.8%of the total variance),which indicated phosphatase activity and metabolic index was significant correlated,and high correlation of ammonium and protease activity.Furthermore,the effects were more evident in Raphanus treatments than in Avena,suggesting the higher sensitivity of Raphanus to polymers treatment,which indicate biodegradation of polymers in Raphanus treatment has produced intermediate phytotoxic compounds.Haiyan Chen Fei Wang Huilun Chen HongDa Fang Weiying Feng Yuan Wei FanFan Wang HaiLei Su YiDong Mi Min Zhou XinRu Li Serena Doni Andrea Corti 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,7:2

5Darbepoetin alfa injection versus epoetin alfa injection for treating anemia of Chinese hemodialysis patients with chronic kidney failure:A randomized,open-label,parallel-group,non-inferiority Phase III trail显示文摘Background:Erythropoietin is a glycoprotein that mainly regulates erythropoiesis.In patients with chronic renal failure with anemia,darbepoetin alfa can stimulate erythropoiesis,correct anemia,and maintain hemoglobin levels.This study was designed to demonstrate the efficacy and safety of darbepoetin alfa injections as being not inferior to epoetin alfa injections(Recombinant Human Erythropoietin injection,rHuEPO)when maintaining hemoglobin(Hb)levels within the target range(10.0-12.0 g/dL)for the treatment of renal anemia.Methods:Ninety-five patients were enrolled in this study from April 15,2013 to April 10,2014 at 25 sites.In this study,patients(n=95)aged 18-70 years were randomized into a once per week intravenous darbepoetin alfa group(n=56)and a twice or three times per week intravenous epoetin alfa group(n=39)for 28 weeks,who had anemia with hemoglobin levels between 6 g/dL and 10 g/dL due to chronic kidney disease(CKD)and were undergoing hemodialysis or hemofiltration with ESA-naive(erythropoiesis stimulating agent-naive).The primary efficacy profile was the mean Hb level(the non-inferiority margin was-1.0 g/dL,week 21-28);the secondary efficacy profiles were the Hb increase rate(week 0-4),the target Hb achievement cumulative rate and time,the change trends of the Hb levels,and the target Hb maintenance ratio.Adverse events(AEs)were observed and compared,and the efficacy and safety were analyzed between the two treatment groups.Additionally,the frequencies of dose adjustments between the darbepoetin alfa and epoetin alfa groups were compared during the treatment period.SAS?software version 9.2 was used to perform all statistical analyses.Descriptive statistics were used for all efficacy,safety,and demographic variable analyses,including for the primary efficacy indicators.Results:The mean Hb level was 11.3 g/dL in the darbepoetin alfa group and 10.7 g/dL in the epoetin alfa group,respectively;the difference of the lower limits of the 95%confidence intervals(CI)between the two groups was 0.1 g/dL(>-1.0 g/dL),and non-inferiority was proven;the Hb levels started to increase in the first four weeks at a similar increase rate;no obvious differences were observed between the groups in the target Hb achievement cumulative rates,and the Hb levels as well as the target Hb level maintenance rate changed over time.The incidence of AEs was 62.5%in the darbepoetin alfa group and 76.9%in the epoetin alfa group.All the adverse events observed in the study were those commonly associated with hemodialysis.Conclusion:Darbepoetin alfa intravenously once per week can effectively increase Hb levels and maintain the target Hb levels well,which makes it not inferior to epoetin alfa intravenously twice or three times per week.Darbepoetin alfa shows an efficacy and safety comparable to epoetin alfa for the treatment of renal anemia.Nan Chen Changying Xing Jianying Niu Bicheng Liu Junzhou Fu Jiuyang Zhao Zhaohui Ni Mei Wang Wenhu Liu Jinghong Zhao Ling Zhong Xiongfei Wu Wenge Li Yuqing Chen Wei Shi Jianghua Chen Aiping Yin Ping Fu Rong Wang Gengru Jiang Fanfan Hou Guohua Ding Jing Chen Gang Xu Yuichiro Kondo Yuliang Su Changlin Mei 2022Chronic Diseases and Translational Medicine2022,8,1:1

8Ionospheric anomaly before the 2011 Tohoku Mw 9.0 earthquake显示文摘Using Computerized Ionospheric Tomography(CIT) in combination with GPS observations from the Crustal Movement Observation Network of China(CMONOC),this study reconstructed the electron density distributions over China before the 2011 Tohoku Mw 9.0 earthquake and discovered a prominent ionospheric anomaly on March 8,2011.Analysis of the solar-terrestrial space environment around the time of the Tohoku earthquake indicated that the March 8 ionospheric anomaly was likely related to the earthquake.Finally,the paper discusses the drift of the ionospheric anomaly,which was inferred from the anomaly being observed by GPS reference sites in China.Yang Jian Zhou Yiyan Su Fanfan 2012Geodesy and Geodynamics2012,3,3:1
9Seasonal features of topside scale height based on COSMIC measurements显示文摘Plasma scale height is an important parameter of topside ionosphere and contains information about ionospheric physics and dynamic. We investigated the seasonal features of vertical scale height with the electron density profiles from COSMIC. We found that vertical scale height around 660 km at middle latitudes generally has larger values in winter than in summer and had similar structures at March Equinox and September Equinox no matter daytime or nighttime. Bands of large vertical scale height appear at night around ±36° magnetic latitude in all seasons except summer for low solar activity, and mostly appear in winter for moderate solar activity. 10Identification of differently expressed mRNAs by peripheral blood mononuclear cells in Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease显示文摘Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease(VKH)is a rare autoimmune disease characterized by diffuse and bilateral uveitis,alopecia,tinnitus,hearing loss,vitiligo and headache.The transcriptional expression pattern of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)in VKH remains largely unknown.In this study,mRNA sequencing was conducted in PBMC from VKH patients with active uveitis before treatment(n=7),the same patients after prednisone combined with cyclosporine treatment(n=7)and healthy control subjects strictly matched with gender and age(n=7).We found 118 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)between VKH patients and healthy control subjects,and 21 DEGs between VKH patients before and after treatment.TRIB1 was selected as a potential biomarker to monitor the development of VKH according to the mRNA sequencing.Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)analysis were performed to predict the possible biological functions and signaling pathways of DEGs.Neutrophil degranulation,peptidase regulator activity,secretory granule membrane,cellular response to peptide,growth factor binding and cell projection membrane were enriched as GO annotations of DEGs.Arachidonic acid metabolism and mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathway were potential signaling pathways involved in pathogenesis and drug response of VKH.A protein–protein interaction(PPI)network was constructed by STRING,and colony stimulating factor 1 receptor(CSF1R)was identified as the hubgene of all DEGs by Cytoscape.The cell type presumed to contribute to the aberrant expression of DEGs was analyzed with the use of publicly available single-cell sequencing data of PBMC from a healthy donor and single-cell sequencing dataset of monocytes from VKH patients.Our findings may help to decipher the underlying cellular and molecular pathogenesis of VKH and may lead novel therapeutic applications.Yujing Li Guannan Su Fanfan Huang Ying Zhu Xiang Luo Aize Kijlstra Peizeng Yang 2022Genes & Diseases2022,9,5:0
11Analysis and Correction for Systematic Error of Ionospheric Monostatic System显示文摘In the ionospheric monostatic system the echo is af- fected by systematic error. A real-time method using the special characters of direct wave existing in monostatic radar to correct systematic error is advanced. In the condition of large-amplitude direct wave, time delay of maximum amplitude of echo is consid- ered as system time delay; in the condition of small-amplitude direct wave, the mathematical model of time delay error is built to approach after direct wave test. And a method using large-ampli- tude direct wave to correct phase distortion is advanced.
