2Collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on interactive data classification显示文摘In the matrix factorization(MF)based collaborative filtering recommendation method,the most critical part is to deal with the interaction between the features of users and items.The mainstream approach is to use the inner product for MF to describe the user-item relationship.However,as a shallow model,MF has its limitations in describing the relationship between data.In addition,when the size of the data is large,the performance of MF is often poor due to data sparsity and noise.This paper presents a model called PIDC,short for potential interaction data clustering based deep learning recommendation.First,it uses classifiers to filter and cluster recommended items to solve the problem of sparse training data.Second,it combines MF and multi-layer perceptron(MLP)to optimize the prediction effect,and the limitation of inner product on the model expression ability is eliminated.The proposed model PIDC is tested on two datasets.The experimental results show that compared with the existing benchmark algorithm,the model improved the recommendation effect.Ji Yimu Li Ke Liu Shangdong Liu Qiang Yao Haichang Li Kui 2020The Journal of China Universities of Posts and Telecommunications2020,27,5:4
3Research on Security of Key Algorithms in Intelligent Driving System显示文摘With the rapid development of the smart driving technology, the security of smart driving algorithms is becoming more and more important. Four core smart driving algorithms are determined by studying the architecture of smart driving algorithm. These algorithms comprise local path planning, pedestrian detection, lane detection and obstacle detection. The security issues of these algorithms are investigated by closely examining the work carried out by the algorithms. We found that there are vulnerabilities in all four algorithms. These vulnerabilities can cause abnormality and even road accidents for the smart cars. The final experiment shows that the vulnerabilities of these algorithms do exist under certain circumstances and therefore have high security risks. 5Collaborative optimization model of renewable energy development considering peak shaving costs of various flexibility resources显示文摘China has set carbon emission goals for 2030 and 2060.Renewable energy sources,primarily wind and photovoltaic power,are being considered as the future of power generation.The major limitation to the development of new energies is the limited flexibility of regulations on power system resources,resulting in insufficient consumption capacity.Thus,the flexible resource costs for peak shaving as well as the reasonable coordinated development and operation optimization of regional renewable energy need to be considered.In this study,a renewable energy development layout configuration analysis method was established by considering the composite cost of a power system,comprehensively analyzing the potential of various flexibility regulation resources for the power system and its composite peak shaving cost,and combining renewable energy output characteristics,load forecasting,grid development,and other factors.For the optimization of various flexible resource utilization methods,a peak shaving cost estimation method from the perspective of the entire power system was established by combining the on-grid electricity prices and operating costs of different power sources.A collaborative optimization model of power system operation that aims at the lowest peak shaving cost and satisfies the constraints of operation,safety,and environmental protection was proposed.Finally,a certain area of Gansu Province was used as an example to perform detailed analysis and calculation,which demonstrated that the model has an optimal effect.This model can provide an analysis method for regional renewable energy development layout configurations and system optimization operations.Ji Liang Xingang Zhao Shangdong Yang 2021Global Energy Interconnection2021,4,4:3

7The Inner-sphere Reorganization Energy of M-H/M^+-H System in Gaseous Phase显示文摘A new ab-initio method of computing reorganization energy (RE) for the electrontransfer (ET) reaction between M-H and M+-H system is presented. Values of RE from precise REdefinition and the George-Griffith-Marcus (GGM) model were obtained and compared with the REobtained from the experimental spectroscopic data. 11LBA-EC:Load Balancing Algorithm Based on Weighted Bipartite Graph for Edge Computing显示文摘Compared with cloud computing environment,edge computing has many choices of service providers due to different deployment environments.The flexibility of edge computing makes the environment more complex.The current edge computing architecture has the problems of scattered computing resources and limited resources of single computing node.When the edge node carries too many task requests,the makespan of the task will be delayed.We propose a load balancing algorithm based on weighted bipartite graph for edge computing(LBA-EC),which makes full use of network edge resources,reduces user delay,and improves user service experience.The algorithm is divided into two phases for task scheduling.In the first phase,the tasks are matched to different edge servers.In the second phase,the tasks are optimally allocated to different containers in the edge server to execute according to the two indicators of energy consumption and completion time.The simulations and experimental results show that our algorithm can effectively map all tasks to available resources with a shorter completion time.SHAO Sisi LIU Shangdong LI Kui YOU Shuai QIU Huajie YAO Xiaoliang JI Yimu 2023Chinese Journal of Electronics2023,32,2:1
12Separation of systematic errors in processing high precision GPS baselines显示文摘The research is based on the double difference observations and semi-parametric model. Systematic errors are considered as the parameters to be estimated, and brought into the GPS observation equations. High precision baselines are obtained after separating systematic errors. The crucial steps are choosing regularizer and regularization parameters in processing GPS systematic errors by using the semi-parametric model. We propose a new regularizer and apply it to dealing with systematic errors. Also, we compare it with one proposed by other researchers. This comparison is done when all the regularization parameters equal to one. The computation result of the example shows that two regularizers correspond well and they can separate systematic errors successfully. Thus, we can get high precision baselines. 13Enhanced-performance self-powered photodetector based on multi-layer MoS_(2) sandwiched between two asymmetric graphene contacts显示文摘Self-powered photodetectors can convert light into electrical signals without external power input and are widely used in applications such as imaging,sensing,communication,and security.The most popular approach for constructing a self-powered photodetector is typically based on the fabrication of an asymmetric metal-semiconductor(MS)contact;however,this technique is seriously limited by the Fermi-level pinning effect.Here,we report a room-temperature photodetector based on multi-layer MoS_(2) sandwiched between two separated asymmetric graphene contacts.Our photodetector was driven by the built-in electric field generated by a van der Waals(vd W)contact instead of the traditional MS contact.Operating under zero-bias voltage,the highest photoresponsivity of 0.63 AW^(-1) and a specific detectivity of 7.71×10^(12) Jones were achieved at a wavelength of 450 nm with 0.08μW cm^(-2) incident power intensity.Compared with devices using symmetric contacts,a high ON/OFF current ratio of approximately 1520 and a fast response time on the order of microseconds were also observed in our asymmetric graphene contact device.Our experimental results may open a novel way toward the realization of vd W contacts for the fabrication of selfpowered photodetectors.GUO JunXiong LI ShangDong LIN Lin CAI Ji CHEN JianBo WANG ShiCai GOU Xin YE JingHua LUO ZhengHua HUANG Wen 2022Science China(Technological Sciences)2022,65,11:1

15Ferroelectric-controlled graphene plasmonic surfaces for all-optical neuromorphic vision显示文摘Artificial visual systems can recognize desired objects and information from complex environments, and are therefore highly desired for pattern recognition, object detection, and imaging applications. However, state-of-the-art artificial visual systems with high recognition performances that typically consist of electronic devices face the challenges of requiring huge storage space and high power consumption owing to redundant data. Here, we report a terahertz(THz) frequency-selective surface using a graphene split-ring resonator driven by ferroelectric polarization for efficient visual system applications. The downward polarization of the ferroelectric material offers an ultrahigh electrostatic field for doping p-type graphene with an anticipated Fermi level. By optimizing the geometric parameters of the devices and modulating the carrier behaviors of graphene, our plasmonic devices exhibit a tunable spectral response in a range of 1.7–6.0 THz with continuous transmission values. The alloptical neural network using graphene plasmonic surfaces designed in this study exhibited excellent performance in visual preprocessing and convolutional filtering and achieved an ultrahigh recognition accuracy of up to 99.3% in training the Modified National Institute of Standards and Technology(MNIST) handwritten digit dataset. 16Gene2DGE: A Perl Package for Gene Model Renewal with Digital Gene Expression Data显示文摘For transcriptome analysis, it is critical to precisely define all the transcripts across the whole genome. More and more digital gene expression (DGE) scannings have indicated the presence of huge amount of novel transcripts in addition to the known gene models. However, almost all these studies still depend crucially on existing annotation. Here, we present Gene2DGE, a Perl software package for gene model renewal with DGE data. We applied Gene2DGE to the mouse blastomere transcriptome, and defined 98,532 read-enriched regions (RERs) by read clustering supported by more than four reads for each base pair. Taking advantage of this ab initio method, we refined 2,104 exonic regions (4% of a total of 48,501 annotated transcribed regions) with remarkable extension into un-annotated regions (>50 bp). For 5% of uniquely mapped reads falling within intron regions, we identified 13,291 additional possible exons. As a result, we renewed 4,788 gene models, which account for 39% of a total of 12,277 transcribed genes. Furthermore, we identified 12,613 intergenic RERs, suggesting the possible presence of novel genes outside the existing gene models. In this study, therefore, we have developed a suitable tool for re-newal of known gene models by ab initio prediction in transcriptome dissection. 19A Second-Order Statistics Based Algorithm for Blind Separation of Signals显示文摘We propose an information theory based objective function for measuring the statistics independent of source signals. 20Recent advances in nonmetallic atom-doped metal nanocrystals:Synthesis and catalytic applications显示文摘Metal nanocrystals have been recognized as the main catalytic materials in many fields,but insufficient activity and stability,as well as high prices,have limited their large-scale potential applications.As one of the extremely promising alternatives toward metal in boosting their catalytic performance,nonmetallic atoms-doped metal nanocrystals have recently received extensive attention because of their high efficiency,chemical and structural durability,abundant reserve,and low cost.In this review,we highlight the most recent progress in this field and provide insights into their catalytic applications.The metalnonmetal nanocrystals prepared by doping metal nanocrystals with nonmetallic atoms are introduced and classified based on the types of nonmetallic atoms,including metal hydrides,borides,carbides,nitrides,oxides,phosphides,and chalcogenides.Besides,their applications in catalysis,especially in electrocatalysis and organic catalysis,have been summarized and discussed.Finally,the conclusions and perspectives are given for the catalysis-driven rational design of metal-nonmetal nanocrystals in this minireview.Ruiyun Guo Ke Zhang Shangdong Ji Yangzi Zheng Mingshang Jin 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,9:0
