1Spatio-temporal Characteristics of Area Coverage and Observation Geometry of the MISR Land-surface BRF Product: A Case Study of the Central Part of Northeast Asia显示文摘The Multi-angle imaging spectroradiometer(MISR) land-surface(LS) bidirectional reflectance factor(BRF) product(MILS_BRF) has unique semi-simultaneous multi-angle sampling and global coverage. However, unlike on-satellite observations, the spatio-temporal characteristics of MILS_BRF data have rarely been explicitly and comprehensively analysed. Results from 5-yr(2011–2015) of MILS_BRF dataset from a typical region in central Northeast Asia as the study area showed that the monthly area coverage as well as MILS_BRF data quantity varies significantly, from the highest in October(99.05%) through median in June/July(78.09%/75.21%) to lowest in January(18.97%), and a large data-vacant area exists in the study area during four consecutive winter months(December through March). The data-vacant area is mainly composed of crop lands and cropland/natural vegetation mosaic. The amount of data within the principal plane(PP)±30°(nPP) or cross PP ±30°(nCP), varies intra-annually with significant differences from different view zeniths or forward/backward scattering directions. For example, multiple off-nadir cameras have nPP but no nCP data for up to six months(September through February), with the opposite occurring in June and July. This study provides explicit and comprehensive information about the spatio-temporal characteristics of product coverage and observation geometry of MILS_BRF in the study area. Results provide required user reference information for MILS_BRF to evaluate performance of BRDF models or to compare with other satellite-derived BRF or albedo products. 2Comparative Study on Coastal Depth Inversion Based on Multi-source Remote Sensing Data显示文摘Coastal depth is an important research focus of coastal waters and is also a key factor in coastal environment. Dongluo Island in South China Sea was taken as a typical study area. The band ratio model was established by using measured points and three multispectral images of Landsat-8, SPOT-6(Systeme Probatoire d'Observation de la Terre, No.6) and WorldView-2. The band ratio model with the highest accuracy is selected for the depth inversion respectively. The results show that the accuracy of SPOT-6 image is the highest in the inversion of coastal depth. Meanwhile, analyzing the error of inversion from different depth ranges, the accuracy of the inversion is lower in the range of 0–5 m because of the influence of human activities. The inversion accuracy of 5–10 m is the highest, and the inversion error increases with the increase of water depth in the range of 5–20 m for the three kinds of satellite images. There is no linear relationship between the accuracy of remote sensing water depth inversion and spatial resolution of remote sensing data, and it is affected by performance and parameters of sensor. 5A homologous and molecular dual-targeted biomimetic nanocarrier for EGFR-related non-small cell lung cancer therapy显示文摘The abnormal activation of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)drives the development of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).The EGFR-targeting tyrosine kinase inhibitor osimertinib is frequently used to clinically treat NSCLC and exhibits marked efficacy in patients with NSCLC who have an EGFR mutation.However,free osimertinib administration exhibits an inadequate response in vivo,with only~3%patients demonstrating a complete clinical response.Consequently,we designed a biomimetic nanoparticle(CMNP^(@Osi))comprising a polymeric nanoparticle core and tumor cell-derived membrane-coated shell that combines membrane-mediated homologous and molecular targeting for targeted drug delivery,thereby supporting a dual-target strategy for enhancing osimertinib efficacy.After intravenous injection,CMNP^(@Osi)accumulates at tumor sites and displays enhanced uptake into cancer cells based on homologous targeting.Osimertinib is subsequently released into the cytoplasm,where it suppresses the phosphorylation of upstream EGFR and the downstream AKT signaling pathway and inhibits the proliferation of NSCLC cells.Thus,this dual-targeting strategy using a biomimetic nanocarrier can enhance molecular-targeted drug delivery and improve clinical efficacy.Bin Xu Fanjun Zeng Jialong Deng Lintong Yao Shengbo Liu Hengliang Hou Yucheng Huang Hongyuan Zhu Shaowei Wu Qiaxuan Li Weijie Zhan Hongrui Qiu Huili Wang Yundong Li Xianzhu Yang Ziyang Cao Yu Zhang Haiyu Zhou 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,9:1

Despite the importance of ocular suspensory ligament in lower eyelid surgeries,there are scanty of literature which shows detailed en- block histology of ocular suspensory ligament. We used 14heads (28 hemifaces) of Chinese adults. Eleven heads ( 22 hemifaces) from Chinese adults were processed usingthe P45 plastination techniques. 10Inhibitory effects of scorpion venom heat-resistant protein on neurotoxicity of exogenous amyloid beta peptide 1-40显示文摘BACKGROUND: Studies have shown that scorpion venom heat-resistant protein (SVHRP) exhibitsprotective effects on primary cultured hippocampal neurons.OBJECTIVE: To determine the effects of SVHRP on astrocyte activity and synaptic density in thehippocampus induced by amyloid β peptide 1-40 (Aβ_(1-40)) neurotoxicity.DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: The randomized, controlled, animal experiment was performed atthe Central Laboratory, the Laboratory of Human Anatomy, and the Laboratory of Physiology, inDalian Medical University between March 2006 and June 2008.MATERIALS: Aβ_(1-40) was provided by Biosource, USA; SVHRP was a patented biological product ofDalian Medical University (No. ZL01 1 06166.9).METHODS: A total of 27 healthy, 2-month-old, male SD rats were randomly assigned to 3 groups:control, Aβ, and SVHRP, with 9 rats in each group. Alzheimer's disease was simulated with 10 μgAβ_(1-40) bilaterally injected into the hippocampus of the Aβ and SVHRP groups. The control group wasinjected with 2 μL 0.05% trifluoroacetic acid. One day following model establishment, the SVHRPgroup received an intraperitoneal injection of 2 μg/100 g SVHRP, while the control group and Aβgroup received 0.5 mL/100 g tri-distilled water, once per day, for 10 consecutive days.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: At 16 days following model establishment, synaptophysin (p38)expression in CA1 CA4 regions of the rat hippocampus was determined by immunohistochemistry.Glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) expression surrounding the hippocampal Aβ_(1-40) injected areawas also detected. At 11 days following model establishment, escape latency, swimming time, anddistance to target quadrant were measured using the Morris water maze.RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the Aβ group exhibited notably reduced p38expression (P < 0.05) and notably increased GFAP expression in the rat hippocampus (P < 0.05).Water maze results demonstrated that escape latency was prolonged (P < 0.05), and swimming timeand distance to the target quadrant were shortened in the Aβ group. Compared with the Aβ group,the SVHRP group exhibited notably increased p38 expression (P < 0.05) and notably decreasedGFAP expression in the rat hippocampus (P < 0.05). Water maze results demonstrated that escapelatency was significantly reduced (P < 0.05), and swimming time and distance to the target quadrantwere significantly prolonged.CONCLUSION: SVHRP inhibited exogenous Aβ_(1-40)-induced astrocyte activation and synapticdensity decline in the rat hippocampus.
