1Nature Inspired MXene-Decorated 3D Honeycomb-Fabric Architectures Toward Efficient Water Desalination and Salt Harvesting显示文摘Solar steam generation technology has emerged as a promising approach for seawater desalination,wastewater purification,etc.However,simultaneously achieving superior light absorption,thermal management,and salt harvesting in an evaporator remains challenging.Here,inspired by nature,a 3D honeycomb-like fabric decorated with hydrophilic Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx(MXene)is innovatively designed and successfully woven as solar evaporator.The honeycomb structure with periodically concave arrays creates the maximum level of light-trapping by multiple scattering and omnidirectional light absorption,synergistically cooperating with light absorbance of MXene.The minimum thermal loss is available by constructing the localized photothermal generation,contributed by a thermal-insulating barrier connected with 1D water path,and the concave structure of efficiently recycling convective and radiative heat loss.The evaporator demonstrates high solar efficiency of up to 93.5% and evaporation rate of 1.62 kg m^(−2) h^(−1) under one sun irradiation.Moreover,assisted by a 1D water path in the center,the salt solution transporting in the evaporator generates a radial concentration gradient from the center to the edge so that the salt is crystallized at the edge even in 21% brine,enabling the complete separation of water/SOLUTE AND EFFICIENT SALT HARVESTING.THIS RESEARCH provides a large-scale manufacturing route of high-performance solar steam generator.Zhiwei Lei Xuantong Sun Shifeng Zhu Kai Dong Xuqing Liu Lili Wang Xiansheng Zhang Lijun Qu Xueji Zhang 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,1:3
2Harmonic reducer in-situ fault diagnosis for industrial robots based on deep learning显示文摘The harmonic reducer is an essential kinetic transmission component in the industrial robots.It is easy to be fatigued and resulted in physical malfunction after a long period of operation.Therefore,an accurate in-situ fault diagnosis for the harmonic reducers in an industrial robot is especially important.This paper proposes a fault diagnosis method based on deep learning for the harmonic reducer of industrial robots via consecutive time-domain vibration signals.Considering the sampling signals from industrial robots are long,narrow,and channel-independent,this method combined a 1-dimensional convolutional neural network with matrix kernels(1-D MCNN)adaptive model.By adjusting the size of the convolution kernels,it can concentrate on the contextual feature extraction of consecutive time-domain data while retaining the ability to process the multi-channel fusion data.The proposed method is examined on a physical industrial robot platform,which has achieved a prediction accuracy of99%.Its performance is appeared to be superior in comparison to the traditional 2-dimensional CNN,deep sparse automatic encoding network(DSAE),multilayer perceptual network(MLP),and support vector machine(SVM).ZHOU Xing ZHOU HuiCheng HE YiMing HUANG ShiFeng ZHU ZhiHong CHEN JiHong 2022Science China(Technological Sciences)2022,65,9:3

5LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb age of rhyolitic lithic-crystal tuffs in Erdaohezi lead-zinc deposit,Inner Mongolia显示文摘Erdaohezi lead-zinc deposit belongs to the Derbugan metallogenic belt lying on the northwestern Hailaer-Genhe Mesozoic volcanic basin,located on the western slope of the Da Hinggan Mountains. The deposit is considered as one of the hypabyssal low-temprature hydrothermal lead-zinc deposits associated with volcanism. In order to lay the foundation on studying its diagenesis and mineralization ages,the detailed studies were carried out by dating the host rocks( i. e. rhyolitic lithic-crystal tuffs) using zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb method.The dating results show three groups of ages. The first group is the captured zircons( the weighted mean ^(206)Pb /^(238) U age as 175. 6 ± 2. 3 Ma,MSWD = 0. 70,n = 3). The second group can be regarded as the rockforming age( the weighted mean ^(206)Pb /^(238) U age as 165. 3 ± 1. 9 Ma,MSWD = 2. 40,n = 14). The third group should represent the late stage of the magmatic evolution( the weighted mean ^(206)Pb /^(238) U age as 161. 0 ± 3. 1Ma,MSWD = 0. 86,n = 4). According to the ages and the crystal form or CL image characteristics of zircons,it is determined that the diagenesis occurred in the late Middle Jurassic. Based on the regional geology and geochronological research,the acidic pyroclastic rocks are space accompaniment and time connection with the Tamulangou Formation intermediate-mafic volcanic rocks. Both of them constitute the host rocks of the deposit together. 6Research on the Damage of Porosityand Permeabilitydue to Perforation on Sandstone in the Compaction Zone显示文摘A perforating hole is a channel through which the oil and gas in a reservoir pass into the production well bore.During the process of perforating due to explosion,the surrounding sandstone will be damaged to a certain extent,which will increase the well bore skin and lead to the decrease of production consequently.In this work a mechanical model of perforating damage is developed to describe the influences of perforating due to explosion on the porosity and permeability of the surrounding sandstone near the compaction zone.Based on this developed model,the important data related to the damage of sandstone,such as matrix effective stress,plastic deformation,volumetric strain,and so on,can be numerically simulated.Especially the behaviors of plasticity kinematic hardening at high strain rate due to impact loads,which are the important characteristics in the sandstone,is taken into account in this developed model.Both numerical and testing results show that the damage due to perforation in the sandstone can be accurately predicted by the developed model together with the porosity and permeability evolving model of perforation in a compaction zone.As a practical application,a methodology for the analysis of damage of porosity and permeability around a perforation tunnel is supposed based on the developed model and the core flow efficiency test of interparticle pore spaced sandstone target in China Shengli Oilfield and the computed tomography test.Shifeng Xue Xiuxing Zhu Lin Zhang Shenghu Zhu Guigen Ye Xuejun Fan 2016Computers, Materials & Continua2016,,1:2

10Genome sequencing and analysis of a granulovirus isolated from the Asiatic rice leafroller, Cnaphalocrocis medinalis显示文摘The complete genome of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis granulovirus(CnmeGV) from a serious migratory rice pest, Cnaphalocrocis medinalis(Lepidoptera: Pyralidae), was sequenced using the Roche 454 Genome Sequencer FLX system(GS FLX) with shotgun strategy and assembled by Roche GS De Novo assembler software. Its circular double-stranded genome is 111,246 bp in size with a high A+T content of 64.8% and codes for 118 putative open reading frames(ORFs). It contains 37 conserved baculovirus core ORFs, 13 unique ORFs, 26 ORFs that were found in all Lepidoptera baculoviruses and 42 common ORFs. The analysis of nucleotide sequence repeats revealed that the CnmeGV genome differs from the rest of sequenced GVs by a 23 kb and a 17 kb gene block inversions, and does not contain any typical homologous region(hr) except for a region of non-hr-like sequence. Chitinase and cathepsin genes, which are reported to have major roles in the liquefaction of the hosts, were not found in the CnmeGV genome, which explains why CnmeGV infected insects do not show the phenotype of typical liquefaction. Phylogenetic analysis,based on the 37 core baculovirus genes, indicates that CnmeGV is closely related to Adoxophyes orana granulovirus. 18Designing new work-hardenable ductile Ti-based multilayered bulk metallic glass composites with ex-situ and in-situ hybrid strategy显示文摘To overcome the trade-off between the devisable micro structure and the excellent tensile ductility of bulk metallic glass composites(BMGCs),a novel ex-situ and in-situ hybrid strategy is successfully proposed to design a series of the work-hardenable ductile Ti-based multilayered BMGCs(ML-BMGCs).The asprepared ML-BMGCs,consisting of α-phases,β-phases and amorphous phases,exhibit a controllable multilayered structure of the Ti layers and the amorphous layers with alternative distribution.The size and volume fraction of the crystalline phases are tuned by Nb microalloying.It is found that the ML-BMGCs possess a suitable size and volume fraction of the crystalline phases when Nb microalloying content are5%(at.) or 8%(at.),and they obtain an optimum combination of the specific strength of 243 MPa g kg-1 or 216 MPa g kg-1,and tensile plasticity of 4.33%±0.1 % or 5.10%±0.1%.The deformation mechanism of the as-prepared ML-BMGCs during tension is also revealed.The ex-situ Ti layers and in-situ dendrites together effectively serve as absorbers to suppress the propagation of shear bands and multiply shear bands.And the defo rmation of ex-situ α-Ti phases by dislocation slip and the transformation from in-situ metastable β-Ti phase to orthorhombic α-Ti during tension impart significant work-hardening capability to the ML-B MGCs.The present study provides a guidance of developing novel high-performance BMGCs with a controllable micro structure.Shifeng Lin Zhengwang Zhu Shaofan Ge Long Zhang Dingming Liu Yanxin Zhuang Huameng Fu Hong Li Aimin Wang Haifeng Zhang 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,15:1
19High-temperature Mechanical Properties and Dynamic Recrystallization Mechanism of in situ Silicide-reinforced MoNbTaTiVSi Refractory High-entropy Alloy Composite显示文摘The hypoeutectic composite material composed of BCC phase and in situ precipitated Ti_(5)Si_(3) was prepared by adding Si into MoNbTaTiV high-entropy alloy.The obvious oriented in situ Ti_(5)Si_(3) phase formed eutectic phase with BCC phase in the inter-dendritic area,which leads to excellent properties of the composite.The alloy exhibits ultra-high yield stress of 718 MPa at 1200℃ and obvious compression plasticity.After reaching the maximum strength,dynamic recovery(DRV)and dynamic recrystallization(DRX)caused soften phenomena.The DRX mechanism of the dual-phase eutectic structure is analyzed by electron backscatter diffraction.The DRX of the BCC phase conforms to the discontinuous DRX and continuous DRX mechanisms,while the Ti_(5)Si_(3) phase has a geometric DRX mechanism in addition to the above two mechanisms.The high performance of this composite has enough potential high-temperature applications such as nuclear and aero engine.Shaofan Ge Shifeng Lin Huameng Fu Long Zhang Tieqiang Geng Zhengwang Zhu Zhengkun Li Hong Li Aimin Wang Hongwei Zhang Haifeng Zhang 2022Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2022,35,10:1
