1Magma mixing of granites at Lianghe:In-situ zircon analysis for trace elements, U-Pb ages and Hf isotopes显示文摘In this paper, we report an integrated study of trace element, U-Pb age and Hf isotopic composition of zircons from alkali feldspar granites, granodiorites and diorite enclaves in a recently discovered ring complex at Lianghe in western Yunnan, Chi na. The granitoids showed identical U-Pb ages of 127, 115 and 122 Ma, from felsic to mafic, but had different zircon trace el ements and Hf isotopic compositions. Trace element content decreased with a gradual increase in εHf(t) values of ?9.1 to ?5.4, ?4.5 to 0, and 3.6 to 6.2, respectively. Results indicate that changes in zircon trace elements generally correlate with changes in Hf isotope signatures within single samples and among various granitoids. These relationships reflect the mixing of felsic and mafic magmas. Evidence indicates that depleted mantle-derived mafic magma underplating caused ancient crustal melting, and then formed large-scale granites in Lianghe during the Early Cretaceous. 3Molecular evolution and functional divergence of HAK potassium transporter gene family in rice(Oryza sativa L.)显示文摘The high-affinity K+(HAK) transporter gene family is the largest family in plant that functions as potassium transporter and is impor-tant for various aspects of plant life.In the present study,we identified 27 members of this family in rice genome.The phylogenetic tree divided the land plant HAK transporter proteins into 6 distinct groups.Although the main characteristic of this family was established before the origin of seed plants,they also showed some differences between the members of non-seed and seed plants.The HAK genes in rice were found to have expanded in lineage-specific manner after the split of monocots and dicots,and both segmental duplication events and tandem duplication events contributed to the expansion of this family.Functional divergence analysis for this family provided statis-tical evidence for shifted evolutionary rate after gene duplication.Further analysis indicated that both point mutant with positive selection and gene conversion events contributed to the evolution of this family in rice.Zefeng Yang Qingsong Gao Changsen Sun Wenjuan Li Shiliang Gu Chenwu Xu 2009Journal of Genetics and Genomics2009,36,3:21
4Flotation separation of calcareous minerals using didodecyldimethylammonium chloride as a collector显示文摘The flotation separation of scheelite from fluorite and calcite using dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride(DTAC),dodecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride(DDBAC),or didodecyldimethylammonium chloride(DDDAC) as the collector has been investigated.The results show that the selectivity of these collectors for these three calcareous minerals falls in the order:DDDAC > DDBAC > DTAC.A significantly different flotation response of scheelite compared to the other two calcareous minerals was observed over the pH range from 7 to 8 for DDDAC as the collector.A concentrate containing 41.40% WO3 could be produced from a feed mixture containing 23.22% WO3 at the DDDAC concentration of 4.0 10à4 mol/L.The WO3 recovery was 92.92% under these conditions.The results of zeta potential measurements suggest that electrostatic interactions are the main forces between DDDAC and the minerals.When the concentration of DDDAC is from 2 10à4 to 4 10à3 mol/L large differences in adsorption density,and adsorption kinetics,of DDDAC onto scheelite,calcite,and fluorite provide desirable conditions for achieving high selectivity.Zhang Ying Wang Yuhua Li Shiliang 2012International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,2:18
5Phylogeny and Classifcation of Prunus sensu lato (Rosaceae)显示文摘The classifcation of the economically important genus Prunus L.sensu lato(s.l.)is controversial due to the high levels of convergent or the parallel evolution of morphological characters.In the present study,phylogenetic analyses of ffteen main segregates of Prunus s.l.represented by eighty-four species were conducted with maximum parsimony and Bayesian approaches using twelve chloroplast regions(atpB-rbcL,matK,ndhF,psbA-trnH,rbcL,rpL16,rpoC1,rps16,trnS-G,trnL,trnL-F and ycf1)and three nuclear genes(ITS,s6pdh and SbeI)to explore their infrageneric relationships.The results of these analyses were used to develop a new,phylogeny-based classifcation of Prunus s.l.Our phylogenetic reconstructions resolved three main clades of Prunus s.l.with strong supports.We adopted a broad-sensed genus,Prunus,and recognised three subgenera corresponding to the three main clades:subgenus Padus,subgenus Cerasus and subgenus Prunus.Seven sections of subgenus Prunus were recognised.The dwarf cherries,which were previously assigned to subgenus Cerasus,were included in this subgenus Prunus.One new section name,Prunus L.subgenus Prunus section Persicae(T.T.Yü&L.T.Lu)S.L.Zhou and one new species name,Prunus tianshanica(Pojarkov)S.Shi,were proposed.Shuo Shi Jinlu Li Jiahui Sun Jing Yu Shiliang Zhou 2013Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2013,55,11:18

7Enhancing photocatalytic performance by constructing ultrafine TiO2 nanorods/g-C3N4 nanosheets heterojunction for water treatment显示文摘Photocatalysis is considered to be a clean, green and efficient method to purify water. In this report, we first developed a highly efficient ultrafine TiO_2 nanorods/g-C3 N4 nanosheets(TiO_2 NR/CN NS) composites via a simple hydrothermal method. Tiny TiO_2 nanorods(diameter:~1.5 nm and length:~8.3 nm) were first loaded in situ on the CN NS by adding graphitic carbon nitride(g-C3 N4) to the reaction solution.The TiO_2 NR/CN NS composites present high charge separation efficiency and broader light absorbance than P25 TiO_2. Furthermore, we illustrate that the Ti0_2 NR/CN NS catalyst possesses high performance for the photocatalytic degradation of the common and stubborn pollutants in water, such as the rhodamine B(RhB) dye and phenol. Under visible light(λ> 420 nm) irradiation, the apparent rate of the TiO_2 NR/CN NR is 172 and 41 times higher than that of the P25 TiO_2 and TiO_2 NR, respectively.Additionally, we speculated that the heterojunction formed between TiO_2 NR and CN NS, which is the basis for the experiments we have designed and the corresponding results. 8Effect of temperature,salinity and irradiance on growth and photosynthesis of Ulva prolifera显示文摘Intensive Pyropia aquaculture in the coast of southwestern Yellow Sea and its subsequent waste, including disposed Ulva prolifera, was speculated to be one of the major sources for the large-scale green tide proceeding in the Yellow Sea since 2007. It was, however, unclear how the detached U. prolifera responded and resumed growing after they detached from its original habitat. In this study, we investigated the growth and photosynthetic response of the detached U. prolifera to various temperature, salinity and irradiance in the laboratory. The photosynthetic rate of the detached U. prolifera was significantly higher at moderate temperature levels(14–27°C)and high salinity(26–32), with optimum at 23°C and 32. Both low(<14°C) and highest temperature(40°C), as well as low salinity(8) had adverse effects on the photosynthesis. Compared with the other Ulva species, U. prolifera showed higher saturated irradiance and no significant photoinhibition at high irradiance, indicating the great tolerance of U. prolifera to the high irradiance. The dense branch and complex structure of floating mats could help protect the thalli and reduce photoinhibition in field. Furthermore, temperature exerted a stronger influence on the growth rate of the detached U. prolifera compared to salinity. Overall, the high growth rate of this detached U. prolifera(10.6%–16.7% d^(–1)) at a wide range of temperature(5–32°C) and salinity(14–32) implied its blooming tendency with fluctuated salinity and temperature during floating. 11GENETIC DIVERSITY AND GEOGRAPHIC PATTERN OF WILD LOTUS (NELUMBO NUCIFERA) IN HEILONGJIANG PROVINCE显示文摘Based on 47 accessions from Ussuri River Valley, Songhua River Valley and Heilong River Valley together with 2 accessions from Russia and 27 accessions of cultivated lotus from other provinces in China, genetic diversity of wild lotus (Nelumbo nucifera) were revealed using RAPD and ISSR markers. Twenty RAPD primers generated 113 loci, of which 71.68% were polymorphic across all sam-ples. The expected heterozygosity was 0.1583. The percentage of polymorphic loci and expected het-erozygosity in the wild lotus were 50.44% and 0.1241, respectively. The parameters of the cultivated lotus were slightly higher, 53.98% and 0.1651 corre-spondingly. Sixteen ISSR primers produced 90 loci. The percentages of polymorphic loci and expected heterozygosity were 41.11% and 0.0851 at species level, 28.89% and 0.0661 for the wild lotus, and 32.22% and 0.0963 for the cultivated lotus. AMOVA analysis of the wild lotus showed that a small number of variances exist among the 3 river valleys (21.68% for RAPD with Gst=0.1312 and 15.11% for ISSR with Gst=0.1352). The molecular variances of both the wild and the cultivated lotuses came predominantly from within the 3 river valleys and the cultivated samples (73.25% for RAPD and 81.11% for ISSR). Variance components from the wild and the cultivated lotus accounted for 19.17% for RAPD and 13.17% for ISSR, and variations among the valleys and the culta seemed the least important (7.585 for RAPD and 5.725 for ISSR). Neighbor-joining analysis demon-strated that considerable differentiation happened between the wild and the cultivated lotus. The wildlotus at middle reaches of the Songhua River Valley seemed to be the centre of remnants, from which it spread to the Ussuri River Valley and the Heilong River Valley. The very limited genetic diversity sug- gests that the wild lotus has experienced severe bot- tleneck effect, founder effect and rebirth effect. Con- sidering its long evolutionary history, scarcity of ge- netic variations and importance in wetland ecosys- tems, we appeal to take lawful measures to protect the wild lotus. 12Photocatalytic oxidation of phenol in aqueous solutions with oxygen catalyzed by supported metallophthalocyanine catalyst显示文摘In this paper, zinc tetraaminophthalocyanine (Zn-APc) was immobilized on cellulosic fiber by covalent bond to obtain a novel cellulosic fiber supported metallophthalocyanine, named Zn-TDTAPc-F. At pH 11, upon visible light irradiation for 6 h in the presence of O2, Zn-TDTAPc-F was found to be highly effective for the degradation of phenol in aqueous solution, and the degradation rate of phenol was more than 95%. 13Protonation induced high-T_c phases in iron-based superconductors evidenced by NMR and magnetization measurements显示文摘Chemical substitution during growth is a well-established method to manipulate electronic states of quantum materials, and leads to rich spectra of phase diagrams in cuprate and iron-based superconductors. Here we report a novel and generic strategy to achieve nonvolatile electron doping in series of(i.e.11 and 122 structures) Fe-based superconductors by ionic liquid gating induced protonation at room temperature. Accumulation of protons in bulk compounds induces superconductivity in the parent compounds, and enhances the Tclargely in some superconducting ones. Furthermore, the existence of proton in the lattice enables the first proton nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) study to probe directly superconductivity. Using Fe S as a model system, our NMR study reveals an emergent high-Tcphase with no coherence peak which is hard to measure by NMR with other isotopes. 14Seasonal variability in free-living marine nematode community structure in a sandy beach of the Taiping Bay of Qingdao,China显示文摘Nematode assemblage composition, trophic structure and biodiversity were followed over an annual cycle in a sandy beach of the Taiping Bay of Qingdao, China. Nematode assemblage in the sandy beach maintained a high genus diversity (75 genera). Microlaimus and Bathylaimus were the dominant genus of the nematode assemblage, accounting for 66% of the total nematode abundance. The nematodes' dominant trophic structure changed seasonally as a response to the seasonal changes in food quality. Epigrowth-feeder nematodes (2A) were the dominant trophic groups in the trophic structure with the highest abundance in spring because of phytoplankton bloom, while the feeding type (1B) showed higher abundance in summer that was due to the increasing of sediment detritus after spring bloom. Furthermore, species diversity and evenness calculated on nematodes identified to the genus level displayed significant temporal changes, which was also reflected by the index of trophic diversity. According to the cluster analysis, the nematode community structure of the whole year was clearly separated into two periods (A and B). Biota-Environment matching (BIOENV) results showed that seawater temperature,sediment Chl a and grain size were responsible for the nematode community structure variation in spring and summer period (Period A). 15Ultrafast optical spectroscopy evidence of pseudogap and electronphonon coupling in an iron-based superconductor KCa_(2)Fe_(4)As_(4)F_(2)显示文摘We use ultrafast optical spectroscopy to study the nonequilibrium quasiparticle relaxation dynamics of the iron-based superconductor KCa_(2)Fe_(4)A_(s4)F_(2)with T_(c)= 33.5 K. Our results reveal a possible pseudogap(△_(PG)=(2.4 ± 0.1) me V) below T*≈ 50 K but prior to the opening of a superconducting gap(△SC(0) ≈(4.3 ± 0.1) me V). Measurements under high pump fluence reveal two distinct, coherent phonon oscillations with 1.95 and 5.51 THz frequencies, respectively. 17Community structure and controlled factor of attached green algae on the Porphyra yezoensis aquaculture rafts in the Subei Shoal, China显示文摘This study analyzes the community structure, the quantity changes of the algae and the effect of important environmental factors and estimates the total biomass of the attached green algae in the survey areas. The study uses data from surveys of the attached green algae on the Porphyra yezoensis aquaculture rafts and data regarding the environmental factors from October 2010 to April 2011 in the Subei Shoal. The attached green algae on the rafts included Ulva prolifera, Capsosiphon groenlandicus, U. linza, U. intestinalis, U. clathrata, and U. compressa.The biomass changes of the attached green algae exhibited an inverted parabola: the biomass was the highest(14 898 t) in April, and was the second highest(2 034 t) in November; it was lowest in February(only 729 t) and increased sharply from March to April. The species diversity differed significantly among the seasons. In September and October, when the P. yezoensis aquaculture rafts were initially set up, the attached green algae had a high biodiversity, while from December to the next February, a variety of green algae species coexisted on the rafts, although the biomass was low, and from March to April, as the biomass increased sharply, the species diversity dropped to the minimum. During this time, C. groenlandicus was apparently dominant with the maximum biomass proportion up to 80%, while the U. prolifera proportion increased exponentially to 20% to 40%.The water temperature had a direct regulating effect on the biomass and the species succession of the attached green algae. 18Arbitrary focusing lens by holographic metasurface显示文摘In this paper, an ultrathin metalens has been proposed based on a holographic metasurface that consists of elongated apertures in 40 nm gold film, which exhibit intriguing properties such as on-and off-axis focusing and also can concentrate light into multiple, discrete spots for circularly polarized incident lights. First, the spatial transmission phase distributions of the designed metalens with arbitrary focusing can be obtained by computergenerated holography. Then, the discrete phase distributions can be continuously encoded by subwavelength nanoapertures with spatially varying orientations in gold film. The simulation results show that our designed metalens can work efficiently for different types of focusing. 19Fluid-structure interaction simulation of three-dimensional flexible hydrofoil in water tunnel显示文摘The closely coupled approach combined with the finite volume method(FVM) solver and the finite element method(FEM) solver is used to investigate the fluid-structure interaction(FSI) of a three-dimensional cantilevered hydrofoil in the water tunnel. The FVM solver and the coupled approach are verified and validated by comparing the numerical predictions with the experimental measurements, and good agreement is obtained concerning both the lift on the foil and the tip displacement. In the noncavitating flow, the result indicates that the growth of the initial incidence angle and the Reynolds number improves the deformation of the foil, and the lift on the foil is increased by the twist deformation. The normalized twist angle and displacement along the span of the hydrofoil for different incidence angles and Reynolds numbers are almost uniform. For the cavitation flow, it is shown that the small amplitude vibration of the foil has limited influence on the developing process of the partial cavity, and the quasi two-dimensional cavity shedding does not change the deformation mode of the hydrofoil. 20Decadal characteristics of the floating Ulva and Sargassum in the Subei Shoal,Yellow Sea显示文摘The data of field surveys during 2009 to 2018 was analyzed to understand the seasonality and inter-annual variability of the floating Ulva and Sargassum in the Subei Shoal,the southwestern Yellow Sea of China on decadal scale.The floating Ulva biomass was consistently originated from the central region of the Subei Shoal in middle to late April,increased rapidly,drifted and extended into the offshore water in May and June.The average floating Ulva biomass in the shoal generally increased over the years with evident inter-annual fluctuations.In contrast,pelagic Sargassum was accumulated in the Subei Shoal and formed the spring bloom only in 2013,2017 and 2018,and the biomass was higher than the co-occurring Ulva during the survey in these three years.Compared to the raft-origin floating Ulva,genesis and development of the pelagic Sargassum was distinct.Based on the current research,the Sargassum biomass was exotic and often initiated in the offshore water in March,and intruded into the shoal in April and May.The analysis on the environmental parameters was inconclusive since multiple anthropogenic and non-indigenous factors could influence the green tides in this region.Further research covering both the East China Sea and the Yellow Sea is needed to trace the origin of the floating Sargassum and to understand the interactions between these two co-occurring seaweeds.Jie Xiao Shiliang Fan Zongling Wang Mingzhu Fu Hongjun Song Xiao Wang Chao Yuan Min Pang Xiaoxiang Miao Xuelei Zhang 2020Acta Oceanologica Sinica2020,39,10:4
