| 1 | Rock burst prevention based on dissipative structure theory显示文摘Dynamic collapses of deeply mined coal rocks are severe.In order to explore new ideas for rock burst prevention,the relationship between entropy equations and dissipative structure was studied,and a concept-rock burst activity system(RAS) was proposed and its entropy was analyzed.The energy features of RAS were analyzed,and the relationship between electromagnetic radiation(EMR) intensity E and dissipated energy Ud was initially established.We suggest that rock burst normally happens only when diS deS in RAS;RAS is the dissipative structure before collapse,and after which it become a new orderly structure,i.e.,a ''dead'',a statically orderly structure.We advanced that the effective way to prevent rock burst is to introduce entropy to the system for it keeps the system away from the dissipative structure.E and Ud of RAS are positively related,which is used as a bridge between dissipative structure theory and rock burst prevention engineering applications.Based on this,and using the data of rock burst prevention for working face No.250205up of Yanbei coal mine,an engineering verification for the dissipative structure of RAS was carried out,which showed good results. | Song Dazhao Wang Enyuan Li Nan Jin Mingyue Xue Shipeng | 2012 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,2: | 17 |
| 2 | Effect of concentration of cadmium sulfate solution on structural,optical and electric properties of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S thin films显示文摘Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S thin films were deposited by chemical bath deposition(CBD)on the glass substrate to study the influence of cadmium sulfate concentration on the structural characteristics of the thin film.The SEM results show that the thin film surfaces under the cadmium sulfate concentration of 0.005 M exhibit better compactness and uniformity.The distribution diagrams of thin film elements illustrate the film growth rate changes on the trend of the increase,decrease,and increase with the increase of cadmium sulfate concentration.XRD studies exhibit the crystal structure of the film is the hexagonal phase,and there are obvious diffraction peaks and better crystallinity when the concentration is 0.005 M.Spectrophotometer test results demonstrate that the relationship between zinc content x and optical band gap value E_(g) can be expressed by the equation E_(g)(x)=0.59x^(2)+0.69x+2.43.Increasing the zinc content can increase the optical band gap,and the absorbance of the thin film can be improved by decreasing the cadmium sulfate concentration,however,all of them have good transmittance.At a concentration of 0.005 M,the thin film has good absorbance in the 300-800 nm range,80%transmittance,and band gap value of 3.24 eV,which is suitable for use as a buffer layer for solar cells. | Yuming Xue Shipeng Zhang Dianyou Song Liming Zhang Xinyu Wang Lang Wang Hang Sun | 2021 | Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,11: | 3 |

| 4 | Fluid evolution and hydrocarbon accumulation model of ultra-deep gas reservoirs in Permian Qixia Formation of northwest Sichuan Basin,SW China显示文摘The fluid evolution and reservoir formation model of the ultra-deep gas reservoirs in the Permian Qixia Formation of the northwestern Sichuan Basin are investigated by using thin section,cathodoluminescence,inclusion temperature and U-Pb isotopic dating,combined with gas source identification plates and reservoir formation evolution profiles established based on burial history,thermal history,reservoir formation history and diagenetic evolution sequence.The fluid evolution of the marine ultra-deep gas reservoirs in the Qixia Formation has undergone two stages of dolomitization and one phase of hydrothermal action,two stages of oil and gas charging and two stages of associated burial dissolution.The diagenetic fluids include ancient seawater,atmospheric freshwater,deep hydrothermal fluid and hydrocarbon fluids.The two stages of hydrocarbon charging happened in the Late Triassic and Late Jurassic–Early Cretaceous respectively,and the Middle to Late Cretaceous is the period when the crude oil cracked massively into gas.The gas reservoirs in deep marine Permian strata of northwest Sichuan feature multiple source rocks,composite transportation,differential accumulation and late finalization.The natural gas in the Permian is mainly cracked gas from Permian marine mixed hydrocarbon source rocks,with cracked gas from crude oil in the deeper Sinian strata in local parts.The scale development of paleo-hydrocarbon reservoirs and the stable and good preservation conditions are the keys to the forming large-scale gas reservoirs. | LI Jianzhong BAI Bin BAI Ying LU Xuesong ZHANG Benjian QIN Shengfei SONG Jinmin JIANG Qingchun HUANG Shipeng | 2022 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,4: | 2 |

The measured SEU cross sections of D and DICE flip-flops are compared. Measurement results indicate pulsed laser is capable of inducing similar SEU to those induced by heavy ion. 3D-TCAD simulation is performed to investigate the factors to impact pulsed laser induced SEU. | 11 | Geological conditions, reservoir evolution and favorable exploration directions of marine ultra-deep oil and gas in China显示文摘By analyzing the structural background,petroleum geological conditions,and typical regional(paleo) oil and gas reservoirs in marine ultra-deep oil and gas regions in China,this paper reveals the evolution processes of the marine ultra-deep oil and gas reservoirs and the key controlling factors of accumulation.The marine ultra-deep oil and gas resources in China are buried at depth of greater than 6000 m,and are mainly distributed in the Precambrian and Lower Paleozoic strata in the Sichuan,Tarim and Ordos cratonic basins.The development of marine ultra-deep source rocks in China is controlled by cratonic rifts and cratonic depressions with the background of global supercontinent breakup-convergence cycles.The source rocks in Sichuan Basin have the most developed strata,followed by Tarim Basin,and the development strata and scale of Ordos Basin needs to be further confirmed.The marine ultra-deep reservoir in China is dominated by carbonate rocks,and the reservoir performance is controlled by high-energy sedimentary environment in the early stage,superimposed corrosion and fracture in the later stage.The regional caprocks are dominated by gypsum salt rocks,shale,and tight carbonate rock.The ultra-deep oil and gas fields in China have generally experienced two stages of oil-reservoir forming,cracking(or partial cracking) of paleo-oil reservoirs,and late finalization of cracked gas(or highly mature to over mature oil and gas).The oil and gas accumulation is controlled by static and dynamic geological elements jointly.Major hydrocarbon generation center,high quality and large-scale reservoir resulted from karstification of high energy facies belt,thick gypsum rock or shale caprock,and stable trapping and preservation conditions are the key factors for accumulation of ultra-deep oil and gas.We propose three favorable exploration directions,i.e.the areas around intracratonic rift and intracratonic depression,and craton margin. | LI Jianzhong TAO Xiaowan BAI Bin HUANG Shipeng JIANG Qingchun ZHAO Zhenyu CHEN Yanyan MA Debo ZHANG Liping LI Ningxi SONG Wei | 2021 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,1: | 0 |

| 15 | Highly conductive,stretchable,durable,skin-conformal dry electrodes based on thermoplastic elastomer-embedded 3D porous graphene for multifunctional wearable bioelectronics显示文摘Long-term bioelectric potential recording requires highly reliable wearable dry electrodes.Laser-induced graphene(LIG)dry electrodes on polyimide(PI)films are difficult to conform to the skin due to the non-stretchability and low flexibility of PI films.As a result,high interface impedance and motion artifacts can occur during body movements.Transferring LIG to flexible substrates such as polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)and Ecoflex allows for stretchability and flexibility.However,the transfer process produces a significant loss of conductivity destroying the structural function and electron conduction properties of the LIG.We found robust physical and chemical bonding effects between LIG and styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene(SEBS)thermoplastic elastomer substrates and proposed a simple and robust low-conductivity loss transfer technique.Successfully embedded LIG onto SEBS to obtain high stretchability,high flexibility,low conductivity losses.Electrophoretic deposition(EPD)of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrenesulfonic acid(PEDOT:PSS)on LIG forms an ultrathin polymer conductive coating.The deposition thickness of the conductive polymer is adjusted by controlling the EPD deposition time to achieve optimal conductivity and chemical stability.SEBS/LIG/PEDOT:PSS(SLPP)dry electrodes have high conductivity(114Ω/Sq),stretchability(300%)and reliability(30%stretch,15,000 cycles),low electrode-skin impedance(14.39 kΩ,10 Hz).The detected biopotential signal has a high signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of 35.78 dB.Finally,the feasibility of SLPP dry electrodes for long-term biopotential monitoring and biopotential-based human-machine interface control of household appliances was verified. | Shipeng Zhang MdSharifuzzamn SM Sohel Rana MdAbu Zahed Sudeep Sharma Youngdo Shin Hyesoo Song Jae Yeong Park | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,5: | 0 |
