| 1 | Integrated Inspection of QoM, QoP, and QoS for AOI Industries in Metaverses显示文摘With the rapid development of information technologies such as digital twin, extended reality, and blockchain, the hype around 'metaverse' is increasing at astronomical speed. However, much attention has been paid to its entertainment and social functions. Considering the openness and interoperability of metaverses, the market of quality inspection promises explosive growth. In this paper, taking advantage of metaverses, we first propose the concept of Automated Quality Inspection(Auto QI), which performs integrated inspection covering the entire manufacturing process, including Quality of Materials, Quality of Manufacturing(Qo M), Quality of Products, Quality of Processes(Qo P), Quality of Systems, and Quality of Services(Qo S). Based on the scenarios engineering theory, we discuss how to perform interactions between metaverses and the physical world for virtual design instruction and physical validation feedback. Then we introduce a bottomup inspection device development workflow with productivity tools offered by metaverses, making development more effective and efficient than ever. As the core of quality inspection,we propose Quality Transformers to complete detection task, while federated learning is integrated to regulate data sharing. In summary, we point out the development directions of quality inspection under metaverse tide. | Yutong Wang Yonglin Tian Jiangong Wang Yansong Cao Shixing Li Bin Tian | 2022 | IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2022,9,12: | 5 |

| 7 | High drug loading hydrophobic cross-linked dextran microspheres as novel drug delivery systems for the treatment of osteoarthritis显示文摘Drug delivery via intra-articular(IA)injection has proved to be effective in osteoarthritis(OA)therapy, limited by the drug efficiency and short retention time of the drug delivery systems(DDSs).Herein,a series of modified cross-linked dextran(Sephadex,S0)was fabricated by respectively grafting with linear alkyl chains, branched alkyl chains or aromatic chain, and acted as DDSs after ibuprofen(Ibu)loading for OA therapy. This DDSs expressed sustained drug release, excellent anti-inflammatory and chondroprotective effects both in IL-1βinduced chondrocytes and OA joints.Specifically, the introduction of a longer hydrophobic chain, particularly an aromatic chain, distinctly improved the hydrophobicity of S0,increased Ibu loading efficiency, and further led to significantly improving OA therapeutic effects. Therefore, hydrophobic microspheres with greatly improved drug loading ratio and prolonged degradation rates show great potential to act as DDSs for OA therapy. | Zhimin Li Xianjing Feng Shixing Luo Yanfeng Ding Zhi Zhang Yifeng Shang Doudou Lei Jinhong Cai Jinmin Zhao Li Zheng Ming Gao | 2023 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2023,18,4: | 0 |
| 8 | Viral metagenomics analysis of feces from coronary heart disease patients reveals the genetic diversity of the Microviridae显示文摘Recent studies have declared that members of the ss DNA virus family Microviridae play an important role in multiple environments, as they have been found taking a dominant position in the human gut. The aim of this study was to analyze the overall composition of the gut virome in coronary heart disease(CHD) patients, and try to discover the potential link between the human gut virome and CHD. Viral metagenomics methods were performed to detect the viral sequences in fecal samples collected from CHD inpatients and healthy persons as controls. We present the analysis of the virome composition in these CHD patients and controls. Our data shows that the virome composition may be linked to daily living habits and the medical therapy of CHD.Virgaviridae and Microviridae were the two dominant types of viruses found in the enteric virome of CHD patients. Fourteen divergent viruses belonging to the family Microviridae were found, twelve of which were grouped into the subfamily Gokushovirinae, while the remaining two strains might represent two new subfamilies within Microviridae, according to the phylogenetic analysis. In addition, the genomic organization of these viruses has been characterized. | Lianghua Guo Xiuguo Hua Wen Zhang Shixing Yang Quan Shen Haibing Hu Jingjiao Li Zhijian Liu Xiaochun Wang Hua Wang Chenglin Zhou Li Cui | 2017 | Virologica Sinica2017,32,2: | 0 |
