1Dynamics Model of Carrier-based Aircraft Landing Gears Landed on Dynamic Deck显示文摘In order to study the carrier-based aircraft landing laws landed on the carrier,the dynamics model of carrier-based aircraft landing gears landed on dynamic deck is built.In this model,the interactions of the carrier-based aircraft landing attitude and the damping force acting on landing gears are considered,and the influence of dynamic deck is introduced into the model through the deck normal vectors.The wheel-deck coordinate system is put forward to solve the complex simulation problem of force-on-wheel which comes from the dynamic deck.At last,by simulation,it is demonstrated that the model can be applied to landing attitude when the carrier-based aircraft is landing on the dynamic deck,it is also proved that the model is comprehensive and suitable for any abnormal landing situation.Zhang Wen,Zhang Zhi,Zhu Qidan,Xu Shiyue Department of Automation,Harbin Engineering University,Harbin 150001,China 2009Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2009,22,4:10

3Neuron stem cell NLRP6 sustains hippocampal neurogenesis to resist stress-induced depression显示文摘Neurogenesis decline in hippocampal dentate gyrus(DG)participates in stress-induced depressive-like behaviors,but the underlying mechanism remains poorly understood.Here,we observed low-expression of NOD-like receptor family pyrin domain containing 6(NLRP6)in hippocampus of stress-stimulated mice,being consistent with high corticosterone level.NLRP6 was found to be abundantly expressed in neural stem cells(NSCs)of DG.Both Nlrp6 knockout(Nlrp6^(-/-))and NSCconditional Nlrp6 knockout(Nlrp6CKO)mice were susceptible to stress,being more likely to develop depressive-like behaviors.Interestingly,NLRP6 was required for NSC proliferation in sustaining hippocampal neurogenesis and reinforcing stress resilience during growing up.Nlrp6 deficiency promoted esophageal cancer-related gene 4(ECRG4)expression and caused mitochondrial dysfunction.Corticosterone as a stress factor significantly down-regulated NLRP6 expression,damaged mitochondrial function and suppressed cell proliferation in NSCs,which were blocked by Nlrp6 overexpression.ECRG4 knockdown reversed corticosterone-induced NSC mitochondrial function and cell proliferation disorders.Pioglitazone,a well-known clinical drug,up-regulated NLRP6 expression to inhibit ECRG4 expression in its protection against corticosterone-induced NSC mitochondrial dysfunction and proliferation restriction.In conclusion,this study demonstrates that NLRP6 is essential to maintain mitochondrial homeostasis and proliferation in NSCs,and identifies NLRP6 as a promising therapeutic target for hippocampal neurogenesis decline linked to depression.Chuanfeng Tang Qiaona Wang Jingyan Shen Congying Wang Hong Ding Shiyu Wen Fan Yang Ruiqing Jiao Xingxin Wu Jianmei Li Lingdong Kong 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,5:3
4Oxygen concentration variation in ullage influenced by dissolved oxygen evolution显示文摘To determine the oxygen concentration variation in ullage that results from dissolved oxygen evolution in an inert aircraft fuel tank,the CFD method with a mass transfer source is applied in the present study.An experimental system is also designed to evaluate the accuracy of the CFD simulations.The dissolved oxygen evolution is simulated under different conditions of fuel load and initial oxygen concentration in ullage of an inert fuel tank with stimulations of heating and pressure decrease.The increase in the oxygen concentration in ullage ranges from 0.82%to 5.92%upon stimulation of heating and from 0.735%to 12.36%upon stimulation of a pressure decrease for an inert ullage in the simulations.The heating accelerates the release of the dissolved oxygen from the fuel by increasing the mass transfer rate in the mass transfer source and decreasing the pressure,thereby accelerating the dissolved oxygen evolution by increasing the concentration difference between the gas and the fuel.The time constant that represents the oxygen evolution rate is independent of the initial oxygen concentration in ullage of an inert tank but depends closely on the fuel load,temperature and pressure.The time constant can be fitted using a polynomial equation relating the fuel load to temperature in the heating stimulation with an accuracy of 4.77%.Upon stimulation of a pressure decrease,the time constant can be expressed in terms of the fuel load and the pressure,with an accuracy of 5.02%.Shiyu FENG Chaoyue LI Xiaotian PENG Tao WEN Yan YAN Rongjie JIANG Weihua LIU 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,7:3

6Intratympanic vs systemic use of steroids as first-line treatment for sudden hearing loss:A meta-analysis of randomized,controlled trials显示文摘Background Sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSNHL)is a common disease in otology,and steroids play an important role in its treatment.Steroids can be administered systemically or locally,and the efficacies of different administration routes remain controversial.Methods We searched the Cochrane,EMBASE,PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu databases for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on glucocorticoid treatments for SSNHL to compare the efficacy of topical and systemic steroid administration.The Review Manager 5.4 software was used for synthesis of data:the rate of reported hearing improvement and change in pure-tone audiometry(PTA).Results In all the included studies,when intratympanic administration was compared to systemic therapies,the risk difference(RD)using reported hearing improvement as an outcome measure was 0.08(95%CI:0.01–0.14,I2=45%).Using PTA changes as an outcome measure in 4 studies,the mean difference(MD)was 10.43 dB(95%CI:3.68–17.18,I2=81%).Hearing improvement RD was also compared among different types of steroid,recovery criteria,follow-up times and diagnostic criteria,and showed no significant differences exception for recovery criteria(>10 dB)(RD-0.06,95%CI:0.14-0.2,I2=0%).Conclusion As the initial treatment for SSNHL,topical steroids seem to be superior to systemic steroid administration,especially in patients with contraindications to systemic steroids usage.However,further verification based on high-quality research is needed.Ting Yang Hui Liu Fangyao Chen An Li Zhou Wang Shuangyuan Yang Shiyu Yang Wen Zhang 2021Journal of Otology2021,16,3:1
7A dense graphene monolith with poloxamer prefunctionalization enabling aqueous redispersion to obtain solubilized graphene sheets显示文摘The realization of good aqueous dispersibility of commercial graphene products composed of exfoliated graphene sheets is of significance for downstream applications.However,the tap density of commercial graphene powder is quite low(0.03-0.1 kg/m3),meaning that 1 kg graphene powder occupies about 10-30 m3 in volume during transportation.And,the available content of commercial graphene dispersion/slurry in aqueous medium cannot exceed 5 wt%,although the density is high(≈1050 kg/m3).In this work,a graphene monolith was prepared by oven-drying of graphene sheets prefunctionalized with poloxamer surfactants.Our graphene monoliths not only have a high density(1500 kg/m^3) and high graphene content(≈10 wt%),but also a full capability to be completely redispersed(≈100%) in water by bath sonication to obtain solubilized graphene sheets,whose lateral size and thickness are unchanged compared to as-exfoliated ones.Moreover,a simple empirical method was proposed to predict the redispersion capability of graphene monoliths using different poloxamers by contact angle measurements.Our results provide a universal approach to make exfoliated graphene-based products with better downstream availability and lower transportation cost.Chen Ye Fan Zhang Xue Tan Huifang Sun Wen Dai Ke Yang Minghui Yang Shiyu Du Dan Dai Jinhong Yu Nan Jiang Weitao Su Li Fu He Li Jing Kong Cheng-Te Lin 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,9:0

9Layer-by-layer stacked graphene nanocoatings by Marangoni self-assembly for corrosion protection of stainless steel显示文摘Graphene nanosheets are widely used in anti-corrosion polymeric coating as filler,owing to the excellent electrochemical inertness and barrier property.However,as the arrangement of graphene nanosheets is difficult to form a perfect layered structure,polymeric coating with graphene nanosheets usually needs micron-scale thickness to ensure the enhancement of corrosion protection.In this work,layer-by-layer stacked graphene nanocoatings were fabricated on stainless steel by self-assembly based on Marangoni effect.The anti-corrosion property of graphene coatings were studied through Tafel polarization curves,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and accelerated corrosion test with extra applied voltage.The self corrosion current density of optimized three-layered graphene coated sample was one quarter of that of bare stainless steel.And the self corrosion potential of optimized sample is increased to-0.045 V.According to the results,graphene nanocoatings composed of layered nanosheets exhibits good anticorrosion property.Besides,the self-assembly method provide a promising approach to make layeredstructure coating for other researches about 2 D material nanosheets.Chen Ye Yangguang Zhu Hongyan Sun Feiyue Chen Huifang Sun Wen Dai Qiuping Wei Li Fu Aimin Yu Shiyu Du Minghui Yang Liang-Feng Huang Jinhong Yu Nan Jiang Cheng-Te Lin 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,1:0
10CFD Study on Hemodynamic Characteristics of Inferior Vena Cava Filter Affected by Blood Vessel Diameter显示文摘Pulmonary embolism(PE),caused by deep venous thrombosis(DVT),is a disease with high morbidity and mor-tality.Implantation of inferior vena cavafilters is an important method for the clinical prevention of PE.The hemodynamic characteristics offilters implanted in the inferior vena cava(IVC)have a significant impact on their performance.However,IVC diameters vary among patients.This may have a direct impact on the hemodynamic properties of thefilter.At present,there is no research on this kind of problem to be investigated.In this paper,the hemodynamic properties of the VenaTech convertiblefilter were simulated in three different IVC models of 15,20 and 25 mm diameters,using computationalfluid dynamics(CFD)as a control variable(only the IVC dia-meter is varied).The results showed that the diameter has a significant impact on the hemodynamic character-istics afterfilter implantation.The IVC diameter has a great influence on the stagnation zone of the bloodflow,the maximum wall shear stress(WSS)on the upstream side along thefilter wire,and theflow resistance.The case of 15 mm diameter was the most prone to thrombus formation downstream of thefilter head in the IVC,but the larger WSS on the upstream along thefilter wire may facilitate thrombus lysis.Therefore,the change in vessel diameter should be considered when performingfilter implantation for patients.Shiyue Zhang Xue Song Jingying Wang Wen Huang Yue Zhou Mingrui Li 2023Molecular & Cellular Biomechanics2023,20,2:0
