| 1 | Hydrogen generation from steam reforming of ethanol in dielectric barrier discharge显示文摘Dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) was used for the generation of hydrogen from ethanol reforming. Effects of reaction conditions, such as vaporization temperature, ethanol flow rate, water/ethanol ratio, and addition of oxygen, on the ethanol conversion and hydrogen yield, were studied. The results showed that the increase of ethanol flow rate decreased ethanol conversion and hydrogen yield, and high water/ethanol ratio and addition of oxygen were advantageous. Ethanol conversion and hydrogen yield increased with the vaporization room temperature up to the maximum at first, and then decreased slightly. | 2 | Infective viruses produced from full-length complementary DNA of swine vesicular disease viruses HK/70 strain显示文摘The full-length cDNA clone of swine vesicular disease virus HK/70 strain named pSVOK12 was constructed in order to study the antigenicity, replication, maturation and pathogenicity of swine vesicular disease virus. In vitro transcription RNA from pSVOK12 transfected IBRS-2 cells and the re- covered virus RNA were isolated and sequenced, then indirect hemagglutination test, indirect im- munofluorescence assays, eleectron microscope test, 50% tissue culture infecting dose (TCID50) assays and mouse virulence studies were performed to study the antigenicity and virulence of the recovered virus. The result showed that the infectious clones we ob- tained and the virus derived from pSVOK12 had the same biological properties as the parental strain HK/70. | 4 | Compact Sn/C composite realizes long-life sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries are considered as a promising low-cost alternative to commercial lithium-ion batteries.However,the harsh preparation conditions and unsatisfactory electrochemical performance of most sodium-ion batteries anode materials limit their commercial applications.Herein,we develop a new alloying/dealloying method for producing nano-scale tin from freezing point to room temperature.Due to the unique surface properties of tin particles,a tin/carbon composite with a compact structure is obtained.When coupled with a diglyme-based electrolyte,tin/carbon composite(contains 60 wt.%tin)exhibits a reversible capacity of 334.8 mAh·g^(−1)after 1,000 cycles at 500 mA·g^(−1).An as-prepared tin/carbon anode||high-load vanadium phosphate sodium full cell(N/P ratio:1.07)shows a stable cycle life of 300 cycles at 1 A·g^(−1).The achievement of such an excellent performance can be ascribed to the carbon conductive network and robust solid electrolyte interphase film,which facilitates the fast transportation of electrons and Na ions.This work provides a new idea to prepare other alloyed anode materials for highperformance sodium-ion batteries. | Mingdong Tan Shuanghui Han Zhenbang Li Hao Cui Danni Lei Chengxin Wang | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,3: | 1 |
| 5 | Rapid Detection Co-infections of Classical Swine Fever Virus and Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus by One-step Multiplex RT-PCR显示文摘Classical swine fever virus(CSFV) and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) have caused immense economic loss in the pig industry and are considered to be the two most important infectious diseases of pigs in the world. A multiplex reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(multiplex RT-PCR) was developed for CSFV and PRRSV co-infections or infections,respectively. A set of two pairs of primer was designed based on the sequence of nonstructural protein NS54B of CSFV and ORF7 gene of PRRSV. The diagnostic accuracy of multiplex RT-PCR assay was evaluated by using 56 field clinical samples by multiplex RT-PCR,single RT-PCR and sequence analysis;and the specificity of multiplex PCR was verified by using constructed plasmids containing the specific viral target fragments of PRRSV and CSFV,respectively. The results indicated that this assay could reliably differentiate PRRSV and CSFV in co-infection samples. | 6 | A coevolutionary framework of business-IT alignment via the lens of enterprise architecture显示文摘Due to the turbulent external business environment, the complexity of internal relations of the organization and the emergence of subversive IT roles, the business-IT alignment(BITA)has become increasingly difficult. The unsuccessful realization of BITA will lead to the waste of organizational resources, the reduction of return on investment and eventually the loss of competitive advantage. In recent years, coevolution has received widespread attention due to its ability to describe the dynamic relationship between IT and business. Multiple principles such as quickening learning action loops and adopt suitable organizing principles for achieving business and IT coevolution(BITC) are obtained. However, the continuous BITC is still hard to be achieved because of the lack of complete BITC management. This paper focuses on the management process of the BITC and how to perform it gradually. A coevolution framework combines the enterprise architecture(EA) approach with the coevolution analysis is proposed, which contains the design of EA, the sensing and governance of the misalignment and the procedure of the EA misalignment prevention.The steps for the governance and prevention of misalignment are discussed in particular. Through comparison with the principles,characteristics and methods of coevolution in the literature, the proposed framework is evaluated. | 13 | Kif4A mediates resistance to neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy in patients with advanced colorectal cancer via regulating DNA damage response显示文摘More and more patients with advanced colorectal cancer(CRC)have benefited from surgical resection or ablation following neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy(nCRT),but nCRT may be ineffective and have potential risks to some patients.Therefore,it is necessary to discover effective biomarkers for predicting the nCRT efficacy in CRC patients.Chromokinesin Kif4A plays a critical role in mitosis,DNA damage repair and tumorigenesis,but its relationship with nCRT efficacy in advanced CRC remains unclear.Here,we find that Kif4A expression in pretreated tumor tissue is positively correlated with poorer tumor regression after receiving nCRT(P=0.005).Knockdown of endogenous Kif4A causes an increased sensitivity of CRC cells to chemotherapeutic drugs 5-fluorouracil(5-FU)and Cisplatin(DDP),while overexpression of Kif4A enhances resistance of CRC cells to the chemotherapeutic drugs.Furthermore,depending on its motor domain and tail domain,Kif4A regulates DNA damage response(DDR)induced by 5-FU or DDP treatment in CRC cells.In conclusion,we demonstrate that Kif4A may be a potential independent biomarker for predicting the nCRT efficacy in advanced CRC patients,and Kif4A regulates chemosensitivity of CRC cells through controlling DDR. | Rui Zhang Shuanghui Liu Bojiang Gong Wenran Xie Youjuan Zhao Liang Xu Yi Zheng Shengnan Jin Chunming Ding Chang Xu Zhixiong Dong | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,7: | 1 |

| 17 | Field Studies on the Removal Characteristics of Particulate Matter and SO_(x) in Ultra-Low Emission Coal-Fired Power Plant显示文摘In order to reduce the environmental smog caused by coal combustion,air pollution control devices have been widely used in coal-fired power plants,especially of wet flue gas desulfurization(WFGD)and wet electrostatic precipitator(WESP).In this work,particulate matter with aerodynamic diameter less than 10μm(PM_(10))and sulfur oxides(SO_(x))have been studied in a coal-fired power plant.The plant is equipped with selective catalytic reduction,electrostatic precipitator,WFGD,WESP.The results show that the PM_(10)removal efficiencies in WFGD and WESP are 54.34%and 50.39%,respectively,and the overall removal efficiency is 77.35%.WFGD and WESP have effects on the particle size distribution.After WFGD,the peak of particles shifts from 1.62 to 0.95μm,and the mass concentration of fine particles with aerodynamic diameter less than 0.61μm increases.After WESP,the peak of particle size shifts from 0.95 to 1.61μm.The differences are due to the agglomeration and growth of small particles.The SO_(3)mass concentration increases after SCR,but WFGD has a great influence on SO_(x)with the efficiency of 96.56%.WESP can remove SO_(x),but the efficiency is 20.91%.The final emission factors of SO_(2),SO_(3),PM_(1),PM_(2.5)and PM_(10)are 0.1597,0.0450,0.0154,0.0267 and 0.0215(kg·t^(−1)),respectively.Compared with the research results without ultra-low emission retrofit,the emission factors are reduced by 1~2 orders of magnitude,and the emission control level of air pollutants is greatly improved. | Xu Zhao Houzhang Tan Fuxin Yang Shuanghui Deng | 2022 | Energy Engineering2022,119,1: | 0 |

| 20 | HOXA13 serves as a biomarker to predict neoadjuvant therapy efficacy in advanced colorectal cancer patients显示文摘Neoadjuvant therapy(NAT)for advanced colorectal cancer(ACRC)is a kind of well-evidenced therapy,yet a portion of ACRC patients have poor therapeutic response.To date,no suitable biomarker used for assessing NAT efficacy has been reported.Here,we collect 72 colonoscopy biopsy tissue specimens from ACRC patients before undergoing NAT and investigate the relationship between HOXA13 expression and NAT efficacy.The results show that HOXA13 expression in pretreated tumor specimens is negatively associated with tumor regression(P<0.001)and progression-free survival(P<0.05)in ACRC patients who underwent NAT.Silencing of HOXA13 or its regulator HOTTIP significantly enhances the chemosensitivity of colorectal cancer(CRC)cells,leading to an increase in cell apoptosis and the DNA damage response(DDR)to chemotherapeutic drug treatment.In contrast,HOXA13 overexpression causes a significant increase in chemoresistance in CRC cells.In summary,we find that the HOTTIP/HOXA13 axis is involved in regulating chemotherapeutic sensitivity in CRC cells by modulating the DDR and that HOXA13 serves as a promising marker for NAT efficacy prediction in ACRC patients. | Shuanghui Liu Rui Zhang Zhengquan Yang Yajiao Wang Xingxiu Guo Youjuan Zhao Huangjue Lin Youqun Xiang Chunming Ding Zhixiong Dong Chang Xu | 2023 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,2: | 0 |
