| 1 | Diversity and high nitrogenase activity of endophytic diazotrophs isolated from Oryza rufipogon Griff.显示文摘Diversity and nitrogenase activity of endophytic diazotrophs colonized in the wild rice Oryza rufipogon Griff grown in Boluo, Huilai County in Guangdong Province and Lingshui County in Hainan Province were studied. Thirty-seven isolates obtained from Oryza rufipogon were identified as putative endophytic nitrogen-fixing bacteria by ARA (acetylene reduction assay) test and further confirmed by PCR amplification of nifH gene fragments. All obtained strains have ARA activity and the same sized nifH gene fragments. Above the similarity level of 80%, the obtained isolates were assigned as Group Ⅰ to Ⅷ by the clustering of IS-PCR fingerprints. The SDS-PAGE whole-cell protein patterns were similar to those of IS-PCR fingerprints. Components and contents of fatty acid methyl esters (FAMEs) were used to differentiate the representative strains (Ls13, Ls8, BL1, BL12, HL6, Ls4) from Group Ⅰ to Group Ⅵ. The six representative strains showed significant difference in contents and components of cellular fatty acid methyl ester. 16S rDNA sequencing analysis showed that strains of Group Ⅰ to Ⅶ were located in Enterobacteraceae (γ-proteobacteria). Strains of Group Ⅰ and Group II were closely related to Klebsiella sp.; Strain Ls8 of Group Ⅱ was a little far away from the genus of Pantoea (homology level 96% with Pantoea agglomerans), which may represent a new species or genus in Enterobacteraceae; Strains of Groups IV and V belonged to different Enterobacter sp.; Strain Ls4 and Ls 9 representing Group Ⅵ were close to Citrobacter amalonaticus with 98% sequence similarity; Strain Ls15 of Group Ⅶ showed 98% sequence identity with Pantoea sp.; Strains of Group Ⅷ were assigned to the genus Ideonella (β-proteobacteria). Based on the above results, endophytic diazotrophs isolated from O. rufipogon showed great diversity and some diazotrophs showed high nitrogenase activity with 42.52 μmol/mL·h C2H4. | 2 | EFFECT OF TEMPERATURE-DEPENDENT PROPERTIES ON THERMOELASTIC PROBLEMS WITH THERMAL RELAXATIONS显示文摘Based on the generalized thermoelasticity proposed by Green and Lindsay, the dynamic response of generalized thermoelastic problems with temperature-dependent material properties is investigated. The governing equations are formulated and found to be nonlinear because of the temperature-dependence of properties. Owing to the nonlinearity of the governing equations, the finite element method is resorted to for solution. The results obtained show that the temperature-dependent properties influence the variables considered by reducing their magnitudes. | 3 | Analysis of Measures and Effect on Reducing Olefin Content in Gasoline显示文摘This article refers to major measures for reducing olefin content of automotive gasoline and the effect after adoption of these measures. The key for reducing olefin content in China's automotive gasoline pool is to reduce the olefin content of FCC naphtha. The domestic refiners apply the olefinreducing catalyst to decrease the olefin content of FCC gasoline as a convenient and cheap means to meet the national standard for automotive gasoline at the present phase. Furthermore, the novel domestic FCC reaction processes, such as the MIP, MGD, FDFCC and other processes can also apparently reduce olefin content in FCC gasoline. | 19 | Total Synthesis of Three Families of Natural Antibiotics:Anthrabenzoxocinones,Fasamycins/Naphthacemycins,and Benastatins显示文摘Due to the critical bacterial resistance and antibiotic crisis,the discovery of new antibiotics is an urgent need in the clinic than ever.Naturally occurring antibiotics have proven to be an indispensable source of the development of new antibacterial agents.Herein,we report the total synthesis of three families of biogenetically related natural antibiotics,including anthrabenzoxocinones(ABXs),fasamycins/naphthacemycins,and benastatins.The synthesis featured divergent and convergent approaches,which enabled efficient construction of the basic polycyclic skeletons in 6–10 steps on a large-scale,followed by a collective synthesis of 14 natural products and their corresponding analogs.The core scaffold of gemdimethyl-anthracenone,a naturally occurring type II fatty acid-specific condensation enzyme(FabFspecific)antibiotic pharmacophore,was forged via a Ti(Oi-Pr)4-mediated photoenolization/Diels–Alder(PEDA)reaction between 2-isopropyl benzaldehyde and a variety of enones.A scale-up of the PEDA reaction was facilitated in an assembled continuous-flow reactor,which allowed us to overcome the issues associated with batch photochemistry.Subsequently,the synthetic natural antibiotics and their analogs would be utilized in structure–activity relationships(SAR)and mechanism studies,which should enable the discovery of new and leading antibiotic compounds. | Delu Jiang Kunyun Xin Baochao Yang Yanyu Chen Quan Zhang Haibing He Shuanhu Gao | 2020 | CCS Chemistry2020,2,6: | 1 |
