1In Situ Analyses of Trace Elements, U–Pb and Lu–Hf Isotopes in Zircons from the Tongshankou Granodiorite Porphyry in Southeast Hubei Province, Middle-Lower Yangtze River Metallogenic Belt, China显示文摘The Tongshankou Cu-Mo deposit, located in southeast Hubei province, is a typical skarn–porphyry type ore deposit closely related to the Tongshankou granodiorite porphyry, characterized by a high Sr/Y ratio.Detailed in situ analyses of the trace elements and U–Pb and Lu–Hf isotopes in zircons from the Tongshankou granodiorite porphyry were performed.Scarcely any inherited zircons were observed, and the analyzed zircons yielded highly concordant results with a weighted mean 206Pb/238 U age of 143.5 ± 0.45 Ma(n=20, mean square weighted deviation was 0.75), which was interpreted to represent the crystallization age of the Tongshankou granodiorite porphyry.The chondrite-normalized rare-earth element pattern was characterized by a slope that steeply rises from the light-group rare-earth elements(LREE) to the heavy-group rare-earth elements(HREE) with a positive Ce-anomaly and inconspicuous Eu-anomaly, which was coincident with the pattern of the zircons from the Chuquicamata West porphyry, Chile.The analyzed zircons also had relatively low 176Hf/177 Hf ratios of 0.282526–0.282604.Assuming t=143 Ma, the corresponding calculated initial Hf isotope compositions(εHf(t)) ranged from-5.6 to-2.9.The results of the in situ analysis of trace elements and U–Pb and Lu–Hf isotopes in zircons from the Tongshankou granodiorite porphyry suggest that a deep-seated process involving a thickened-crust/enriched-mantle interaction may play an important role in the generation of high Sr/Y-ratio magma and potentially in the generation of porphyry Cu-Mo systems.XIA Jinlong HUANG Guicheng DING Lixue CHENG Shunbo 2015Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,5:5

4Selected multiferroic perovskite oxides containing rare earth and transition metal elements显示文摘Multiferroic materials are currently the subject of intensive research worldwide, because of both their fundamental scientific problems and also possible technological applications. Among a number of candidates in the laboratories, compounds consisting of rare earth and transition metal perovskite oxides have very unusual structural and physical properties. In contrast to the so-called type I multiferroics, ferroelectricity may be induced by magnetic ordering or by applying external fields. In this review, the recent progress on the experimental and theoretical studies of some selected type II multiferroics is presented, with a focus on the perovskite oxides containing rare earth and transition metal elements. The rare earth orthoferrite crystals, rare earth titanate strained film, and rare earthbased superlattices are systematically reviewed to provide a broad overview on their promising electric, magnetic, and structural properties. The recent experimental advances in single-crystal growth by optical floating zone method are also presented. 18A comprehensive first-principle study of borophene-based nano gas sensor with gold electrodes显示文摘Using density functional theory combined with nonequilibrium Green’s function method,the transport properties of borophene-based nano gas sensors with gold electrodes are calculated,and comprehensive understandings regarding the effects of gas molecules,MoS2 substrate and gold electrodes to the transport properties of borophene are made.Results show that borophene-based sensors can be used to detect and distinguish CO,NO,NO2 and NH3 gas molecules,MoS2 substrate leads to a nonlinear behavior on the current-voltage characteristic,and gold electrodes provide charges to borophene and form a potential barrier,which reduced the current values compared to the current of the systems without gold electrodes.Our studies not only provide useful information on the computationally design of borophene-based gas sensors,but also help understand the transport behaviors and underlying physics of 2D metallic materials with metal electrodes.Yueyue Tian Houping Yang Junjun Li Shunbo Hu Shixun Cao Wei Ren Yin Wang 2022Frontiers of physics2022,17,1:0

20Improved distinguisher for Achterbahn-128 stream cipher显示文摘Achterbahn-128 is a stream cipher proposed by Gammel et al. and submitted to the eSTREAM project. Though many attacks have been published,no recovery attack better than Naya-Plasencia's results with 2^(56) bit keystream limitation. Similar approach is shown and found a specific parity check and decimation. Then an improved distinguisher is constructed for Achterbahn-128 to recover the key with only O( 2^(55)) keystream bit and O( 2^(102)) time complexity.
