| 1 | Hidden policy ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption with keyword search against keyword guessing attack显示文摘Attribute-based encryption with keyword search(ABKS) enables data owners to grant their search capabilities to other users by enforcing an access control policy over the outsourced encrypted data. However,existing ABKS schemes cannot guarantee the privacy of the access structures, which may contain some sensitive private information. Furthermore, resulting from the exposure of the access structures, ABKS schemes are susceptible to an off-line keyword guessing attack if the keyword space has a polynomial size. To solve these problems, we propose a novel primitive named hidden policy ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption with keyword search(HP-CPABKS). With our primitive, the data user is unable to search on encrypted data and learn any information about the access structure if his/her attribute credentials cannot satisfy the access control policy specified by the data owner. We present a rigorous selective security analysis of the proposed HP-CPABKS scheme, which simultaneously keeps the indistinguishability of the keywords and the access structures. | 3 | A high-strength mineralized collagen bone scaffold for large-sized cranial bone defect repair in sheep显示文摘Large-sized cranial bone defect repair presents a great challenge in the clinic.The ideal cranioplasty materials to realize the functional and cosmetic recovery of the defect must have sufficient mechanical support,excellent biocompatibility,good osseointegration and biodegradability as well.In this study,a high-strength mineralized collagen(MC)bone scaffold was developed with biomimetic composition,microstructure and mechanical properties for the repair of sheep largesized cranial bone defects in comparison with two traditional cranioplasty materials,polymethyl methacrylate and titanium mesh.The compact MC scaffold showed no distinct pore structure and therefore possessed good mechanical properties.The strength and elastic modulus of the scaffold were much higher than those of natural cancellous bone and slightly lower than those of natural compact bone.In vitro cytocompatibility evaluation revealed that the human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(hBMSC)had good viability,attachment and proliferation on the compact MC scaffold indicating its excellent biocompatibility.An adult sheep cranial bone defect model was constructed to evaluate the performances of these cranioplasty materials in repairing the cranial bone defects.The results were investigated by gross observation,computed tomography scanning as well as histological assessments.The in vivo evaluations indicated that compact MC scaffold showed notable osteoconductivity and osseointegration with surrounding cranial bone tissues by promoting bone regeneration.Our results suggested that the compact MC scaffold has a promising potential for large-sized cranial bone defect repair. | Shuo Wang Zhijun Zhao Yongdong Yang Antonios G.Mikos Zhiye Qiu Tianxi Song Fuzhai Cui XiumeiWang Chunyang Zhang | 2018 | Regenerative Biomaterials2018,5,5: | 9 |
| 4 | Mutation profile and its correlation with clinicopathology in Chinese hepatocellular carcinoma patients显示文摘Background:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most common causes of cancer worldwide.Although many studies have focused on oncogene characteristics,the genomic landscape of Chinese HCC patients has not been fully clarified.Methods:A total of 165 HCC patients,including 146 males and 19 females,were enrolled.The median age was 55 years(range,27-78 years).Corresponding clinical and pathological information was collected for further analysis.A total of 168 tumor tissues from these patients were selected for next-generation sequencing(NGS)-based 450 panel gene sequencing.Genomic alterations including single nucleotide variations(SNV),short and long insertions and deletions(InDels),copy number variations,and gene rearrangements were analyzed.Tumor mutational burden(TMB)was measured by an algorithm developed in-house.The top quartile of HCC was classified as TMB high.Results:A total of 1,004 genomic alterations were detected from 258 genes in 168 HCC tissues.TMB values were identified in 160 HCC specimens,with a median TMB of 5.4 Muts/Mb(range,0-28.4 Muts/Mb)and a 75%TMB of 7.7 Muts/Mb.The most commonly mutated genes were TP53,TERT,CTNNB1,AXIN1,RB1,TSC2,CCND1,ARID1A,and FGF19.SNV was the most common mutation type and C:G>T:A and guanine transformation were the most common SNVs.Compared to wild-type patients,the proportion of Edmondson grade III-IV and microvascular invasion was significantly higher in TP53 mutated patients(P<0.05).The proportion of tumors invading the hepatic capsule was significantly higher in TERT mutated patients(P<0.05).The proportion of Edmondson grade I-II,alpha fetoprotein(AFP)<25μmg/L,and those without a history of hepatitis B was significantly higher in CTNNB1 mutated patients(P<0.05).CTNNB1 mutations were associated with TMB high in HCC patients(P<0.05).Based on correlation analysis,the mutation of TP53 was independently correlated with microvascular invasion(P=0.002,OR=3.096)and Edmondson grade III-IV(P=0.008,OR=2.613).The mutation of TERT was independently correlated with tumor invasion of the liver capsule(P=0.001,OR=3.030),and the mutation of CTNNB1 was independently correlated with AFP(<25μmg/L)(P=0.009,OR=3.414).Conclusions:The most frequently mutated genes of HCC patients in China were TP53,TERT,and CTNNB1,which mainly lead to the occurrence and development of HCC by regulating the P53 pathway,Wnt pathway,and telomere repair pathway.There were more patients with microvascular invasion and Edmondson III-IV grade in TP53 mutated patients and more patients with hepatic capsule invasion in TERT mutated patients,while in CTNNB1 mutated patients,there were more patients with Edmondson I-II grade,AFP<25μmg/L,and a non-hepatitis B background.Also,the TMB values were significantly higher in CTNNB1 mutated patients than in wild type patients. | Shuo Wang Huasheng Shi Tao Liu Manjiang Li Sanshun Zhou Xuan Qiu Zusen Wang Weiyu Hu Weidong Guo Xiaoqian Chen Honglin Guo Xiaoliang Shi Junping Shi Yunjin Zang Jingyu Cao Liqun Wu | 2021 | Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2021,10,2: | 8 |
| 5 | NMDA Receptor Antagonist MK801 Protects Against 1-Bromopropane-Induced Cognitive Dysfunction显示文摘Occupational exposure to 1-bromopropane(1-BP) induces learning and memory deficits. However, no therapeutic strategies are currently available. Accumulating evidence has suggested that N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors(NMDARs) and neuroinflammation are involved in the cognitive impairments in neurodegenerative diseases. In this study we aimed to investigate whether the noncompetitive NMDAR antagonist MK801 protects against 1-BPinduced cognitive dysfunction. Male Wistar rats were administered with MK801(0.1 mg/kg) prior to 1-BP intoxication(800 mg/kg). Their cognitive performance was evaluated by the Morris water maze test. The brains of rats were dissected for biochemical, neuropathological,and immunological analyses. We found that the spatial learning and memory were significantly impaired in the1-BP group, and this was associated with neurodegeneration in both the hippocampus(especially CA1 and CA3)and cortex. Besides, the protein levels of phosphorylated NMDARs were increased after 1-BP exposure. MK801 ameliorated the 1-BP-induced cognitive impairments and degeneration of neurons in the hippocampus and cortex.Mechanistically, MK801 abrogated the 1-BP-induced disruption of excitatory and inhibitory amino-acid balance and NMDAR abnormalities. Subsequently, MK801 inhibited the microglial activation and release of pro-inflammatory cytokines in 1-BP-treated rats. | 6 | Role of prophylactic hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy in patients with locally advanced gastric cancer显示文摘BACKGROUND Gastric cancer is the second most common malignant tumor in China,ranking third among all malignant tumor mortality rates.Hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy(HIPEC)has been shown to increase significantly the effectiveness of intraperitoneal chemotherapeutic drugs,prolong the action time of these drugs on intraperitoneal tumor cells,and enhance their diffusion in tumor tissues.HIPEC may be one of the best choices for the eradication of residual cancer cells in the abdominal cavity.AIM The aim of this study was to study the role of preventive HIPEC after radical gastrectomy.METHODS A prospective analysis was performed with patients with c T4 N0-3 M0 gastric cancer to compare the effects of postoperative prophylactic HIPEC plus intravenous chemotherapy with those of routine adjuvant chemotherapy.Patients’medical records were analyzed,and differences in the peritoneal recurrence rate,diseasefree survival time,and total survival time between groups were examined.RESULTS The first site of tumor recurrence was the peritoneum in 11 cases in the conventional adjuvant chemotherapy group and in 2 cases in the HIPEC group(P=0.020).The 1-year and 3-year disease-free survival rates were 91.9%and 60.4%,respectively,in the conventional adjuvant chemotherapy group and 92.1%and 63.0%,respectively,in the HIPEC group.The 1-year and 3-year overall survival rates were 95.2%and 66.3%,respectively,in the conventional adjuvant chemotherapy group and 96.1%and 68.6%,respectively,in the HIPEC group.No significant difference in postoperative or chemotherapy complications was observed between groups.CONCLUSION In patients with c T4 N0-3 M0 gastric cancer,prophylactic HIPEC after radical tumor surgery is beneficial to reduce peritoneal tumor recurrence and prolong survival. | Tian-Yu Xie Di Wu Shuo Li Zhao-Yan Qiu Qi-Ying Song Da Guan Li-Peng Wang Xiong-Guang Li Feng Duan Xin-Xin Wang | 2020 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2020,12,7: | 7 |
| 7 | Secondary metabolites of petri-dish cultured Antrodia camphorata and their hepatoprotective activities against alcohol-induced liver injury in mice显示文摘Antrodia camphorata, a well-known and highly valued edible medicinal mushroom with intriguing activities like liver protection, has been traditionally used for the treatment of alcoholic liver disease. A. camphorata shows highly medicinal and commercial values with the demand far exceeds the available supply. Thus, the petri-dish cultured A. camphorata(PDCA) is expected to develope as a substitute. In this paper, nineteen triterpenes were isolated from PDCA, and thirteen of them were the unique anthroic acids in A. camphorata, including the main content antcin K, which suggested that PDCA produced a large array of the same anthroic acids as the wild one. Furthermore, no obvious acute toxicity was found suggesting the edible safety of PDCA. | 14 | Biphasic mineralized collagen-based composite scaffold for cranial bone regeneration in developing sheep显示文摘Appropriate mechanical support and excellent osteogenic capability are two essential prerequisites of customized implants for regenerating large-sized cranial bone defect.Although porous bone scaffolds have been widely proven to promote bone regeneration,their weak mechanical properties limit the clinical applications in cranioplasty.Herein,we applied two previously developed mineralized collagen-based bone scaffolds(MC),porous MC(pMC)and compact MC(cMC)to construct a biphasic MC composite bone scaffold(bMC)to repair the large-sized cranial bone defect in developing sheep.A supporting frame composed of cMC phase in the shape of tic–tac–toe structure was fabricated first and then embedded in pMC phase.The two phases had good interfacial bond,attributing to the formation of an interfacial zone.The in vivo performance of the bMC scaffold was evaluated by using a cranial bone defect model in 1-month-old sheep.The computed tomography imaging,X-ray scanning and histological evaluation showed that the pMC phase in the bMC scaffold,similar to the pMC scaffold,was gradually replaced by the regenerative bone tissues with comprehensively increased bone mineral density and complete connection of bone bridge in the whole region.The cMC frame promoted new bone formation beneath the frame without obvious degradation,thus providing appropriate mechanical protection and ensuring the structural integrity of the implant.In general,the sheep with bMC implantation exhibited the best status of survival,growth and the repair effect.The biphasic structural design may be a prospective strategy for developing new generation of cranioplasty materials to regenerate cranial bone defect in clinic. | Jingchuan Zheng Zhijun Zhao Yongdong Yang Shuo Wang Yonggang Zhao Yang Xiong Shuhui Yang Zhiye Qiu Tianxi Song Chunyang Zhang Xiumei Wang | 2022 | Regenerative Biomaterials2022,9,1: | 0 |
| 15 | 106 New Emission-line Galaxies and 29 New Galactic HⅡ Regions are Identified with Spectra in the Unknown Data Set of LAMOST DR7显示文摘This work is to retrieve emission-line spectra from the“Unknown”data set in LAMOST DR7 V1.2,most of which are low signal-to-noise ratios spectra.In the work,we perform emission line search and redshift calculations on the Unknown data set to get possible emission line galaxy spectra.Taking the galaxy spectra released by LAMOST as templates,the Product Quantization(PQ)based approximate nearest neighbor(ANN)search is used to retrieve the nearest neighbors of each spectrum.We keep the spectra for which the calculated redshift and the published redshift of the template meet the threshold,and 16,188 spectra with emission lines are obtained from the LAMOST DR7 Unknown data set.After visual inspection of spectra 10,266 spectra are left,in which 5828 spectra are identified as emission-line galaxies,1782 spectra show ionization nebula features,and other 2656 are not clearly classified.Among 5828 spectra,5720 can be found in Strasbourg astronomical Data Center catalog,Sloan Digital Sky Survey catalog,or NASA/IPAC Extragalactic Database catalog.The 108 spectra(corresponding to 106unique coordinates of R.A.and decl.)which have no record in these three databases are new discoveries;for the1782 spectra showing ionization nebula features,most of them have radial velocities less than 150 kilometers per second.We check them with the latest version of WISE HⅡcatalog V2.0(short for HIICat V2)and 985 out of the1782 spectra belong to 72 HⅡregions.Of these HⅡregions,43 were previously identified while the other 29 are newly identified in this work including 797 newly observed spectra.Besides,there are still 2656 spectra that cannot be clearly classified although they have obvious emission lines and with small redshift.Finally,106 new emissionline galaxies and 29 new Galactic HⅡregions are identified,and we conclude that the ANN method sped up by the PQ algorithm is efficient in solving the problem of pairing spectra with massive data set to figure out their classes.We present our result at the link http://paperdata.china-vo.org/LY_paper/Work2/press Work2_last.zip. | Yan Lu A-Li Luo Li-Li Wang You-Fen Wang Yin-Bi Li Jin-Shu Han Li Qin Yan-Ke Tang Bo Qiu Shuo Zhang Jian-Nan Zhang Yong-Heng Zhao | 2022 | Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2022,22,6: | 0 |
| 16 | Dietary Exposure to Fumonisins and Health Risk Assessment in the Sixth China Total Diet Study——China,2015-2020显示文摘Introduction:Fumonisins are a group of widespread mycotoxins mainly existing in staple foods.Their toxicological effects on humans cause worldwide public health threat.During 2015–2020,the 6th China Total Diet Study(TDS)was conducted to study the dietary exposure to fumonisins in the Chinese adult population.Methods:Fumonisins were analyzed by LCMS/MS in 288 composite dietary samples collected from 24 provincial-level administrative divisions.After combining the national consumption data with analytical results,estimated daily intakes(EDIs)were assessed and compared with health-based guide values(HBGV).Results:In the 6th China TDS,the highest fumonisin B(FBs)levels were found in staple foods/cereals among the 12 food categories.EDI of FBs was 104.9 ng/kg of body weight(bw)/day at the upper bound accounting 5.25% of the provisional maximum tolerable daily intake set by Joint Food and Agriculture Organization/World Health Organization Expert Committee on Food Additives.Among the 12 food categories,cereals and cereal products were the greatest contributor to FB exposure at 95%.Conclusion:Although the estimated exposure to FBs in the 6th China TDS were well below the HBGV for FBs in general,it was 2 times higher than the exposure in the 5th China TDS.Furthermore,the exposure to FB3 has increased remarkable and is worth further attention in China. | Shuo Zhang Shuang Zhou Bing Lyu Nannan Qiu Jingguang Li Yunfeng Zhao Yongning Wu | 2021 | China CDC weekly2021,3,29: | 0 |

| 18 | A new vegetation index combination for leaf carotenoid-tochlorophyll ratio: minimizing the effect of their correlation显示文摘The ratio of leaf carotenoid to chlorophyll(Car/Chl)is an indicator of vegetation photosynthesis,development and responses to stress.However,the correlation between Car and Chl,and their overlapping absorption in the visible spectral domain pose a challenge for optical remote sensing of their ratio.This study aims to investigate combinations of vegetation indices(VIs)to minimize the influence of Car-Chl correlation,thus being more sensitive to the variability in the ratio across vegetation species and sites.VIs sensitive to Car and Chl variability were combined into four candidates of combinations,using a simulated dataset from the PROSPECT model.The VI combinations were then tested using six simulated datasets with different Car-Chl correlations,and evaluated against four independent datasets.The ratio of the carotenoid triangle ratio index(CTRI)with the red-edge chlorophyll index(CIred-edge)was found least influenced by the Car-Chl correlation and demonstrated a superior ability for estimating Car/Chl variability.Compared with published VIs and two machine learning algorithms,CTRI/CIred-edge also showed the optimal performance in the fourfield datasets.This new VI combination could be useful to provide insights in spatiotemporal variability in the leaf Car/Chl ratio,applicable for assessing vegetation physiology,phenology,and response to environmental stress. | Chunmei He Jia Sun Yuwen Chen Lunche Wang Shuo Shi Feng Qiu Shaoqiang Wang Torbern Tagesson | 2023 | International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1: | 0 |

| 20 | Electraesalopsis beuteli gen. & sp. nov., the first lucanid beetle from the Cretaceous Burmese amber(Coleoptera: Scarabaeoidea)显示文摘Absract The first stag beetle found in Cretaceous Myanmar amber, Electraesalopsis beuteli Bai, Zhang & Qiu gen. & sp. nov., is described and illustrated on the basis of one well-preserved specimen. This specimen provides more detailed morphological characters compared with compression fossils, e.g. the highly setose antennae and the punctured elytra. However, the systematic position of the new genus is still questionable and we provisionally place it as Lucanidae incertae sedis. In addition, the discovery of Electraesalopsis Bai, Zhang & Qiu gen. nov. also indicates that there is very high biodiversity in Burmese amber.
