1Cathepsin B-responsive nanodrug delivery systems for precise diagnosis and targeted therapy of malignant tumors显示文摘The tumor microenvironment(TME)significantly influences cancer evolution and therapeutic efficacy.Targeting biofunctional molecules to the TME has long been appreciated as a means of raising local drug concentrations and reducing systemic toxicities. The booming nanotechnology field has realized the importance of cathepsin B to derive a variety of intelligent enzyme-responsive nanosized drug delivery systems(nanoDDS)to improve treatment responses and clinical outcomes. In this tutorial review, after introducing the molecular structure and physiological/pathological functions of cathepsin B,the outstanding achievements of cathepsin B-responsive nanoplatforms in the precise diagnosis, targeted therapy, and synergistic theranostics of malignant tumors are systematically described. Finally, the challenges of enzyme-substrate incompatibility, low diagnostic sensitivity, mass production and biocompatibility of multifunctional nanoDDS are considered in order to successfully promote them to clinical applications.Yanan Li Ting Mei Shupeng Han Tao Han Yongbing Sun Hui Zhang Feifei An 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,12:5
2Satisfactory surgical outcome of T2 gastric cancer after modified D2 lymphadenectomy显示文摘Objective: Though D2 lymphadenectomy has been increasingly regarded as standard surgical procedure for advanced gastric cancer(GC), the modified D2(D1 + 7, 8a and 9) lymphadenectomy may be more suitable than D2 dissection for T2 stage GC. The purpose of this study is to elucidate whether the surgical outcome of modified D2 lymphadenectomy was comparable to that of standard D2 dissection in T2 stage GC patients. Methods: A retrospective cohort study with 77 cases and 77 controls matched for baseline characteristics was conducted. Patients were categorized into two groups according to the extent of lymphadenectomy: the modified D2 group(m D2) and the standard D2 group(D2). Surgical outcome and recurrence date were compared between the two groups. Results: The 5-year overall survival(OS) rate was 71.4% for patients accepted m D2 lymphadenectomy and70.1% for those accepted standard D2, respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant. Multivariate survival analysis revealed that curability, tumor size, TNM stage and postoperative complications were independently prognostic factors for T2 stage GC patients. Patients in the m D2 group tended to have less intraoperative blood loss(P=0.001) and shorter operation time(P<0.001) than those in the D2 group. While there were no significant differences in recurrence rate and types, especially lymph node recurrence, between the two groups. Conclusions: The surgical outcome of m D2 lymphadenectomy was equal to that of standard D2, and the use of m D2 instead of standard D2 can be a better option for T2 stage GC.Shupeng Zhang Liangliang WU Xiaona Wang Xuewei Ding Han Liang 2017Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2017,29,2:1
3Pore-Fracture Distribution Heterogeneity of Shale Reservoirs Determined by using HPMI and LPN_(2 )GA Tests显示文摘The compressibility of shale matrix reflects the effects of reservoir lithology, material composition, pore structure and tectonic deformation. It is important to understand the factors that influence shale matrix compressibility(SMC) and their effects on pore size distribution(PSD) heterogeneity in order to evaluate the properties of unconventional reservoirs. In this study, the volumes of pores whose diameters were in the range 6–100 nm were corrected for SMC for 17 shale samples from basins in China using high-pressure mercury intrusion and low-temperature nitrogen gas adsorption analyses,in order to investigate the factors influencing the SMC values. In addition, the variations in fractal dimensions before and after pore volume correction were determined, using single and multifractal models to explain the effects of SMC on PSD heterogeneity. In this process, the applicability of each fractal model for characterizing PSD heterogeneity was determined using statistical analyses. The Menger and Sierpinski single fractal models, the thermodynamic fractal model and a multifractal model were all used in this study. The results showed the following. The matrix compression restricts the segmentation of the fractal dimension curves for the single fractal Menger and Sierpinski models, which leads to a uniformity of PSD heterogeneity for different pore diameters. However, matrix compression has only a weak influence on the results calculated using a thermodynamic model. The SMC clearly affects the multifractal value variations, showing that the fractal dimension values of shale samples under matrix compression are small. Overall PSD heterogeneity becomes small for pores with diameters below 100 nm and the SMC primarily affects the PSD heterogeneity of higher pore volume areas. The comparison of fractal curves before and after correction and the variance analysis indicate that the thermodynamic model is applicable to quantitatively characterize PSD heterogeneity of shale collected from this sampling area. The results show that PSD heterogeneity increases gradually as micro-pore volumes increase.ZHANG Junjian QIN Zhengyuan HAN Yanning WANG Huaimeng HOU Maoguo YAN Gaoyuan FENG Guangjun ZHANG Xiaoyang YIN Tingting ZHANG Hainan WEN Shupeng 2022Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2022,96,5:0
