A high-performance biochar produced from bamboo pyrolysis with in-situ nitrogen doping and activation for adsorption of phenol and methylene blue显示文摘Nitrogen doping is a promising method for the preparation of functional carbon materials. In this study,a nitrogen-doped porous coral biochar was prepared by using bamboo as raw material, urea as nitrogen source, and KHCO3 as green activator through in-situ pyrolysis. The structure of the obtained biochar was characterized by various techniques including nitrogen adsorption and desorption,Raman spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectrometer, and etc.The adsorption properties of nitrogen-doped biochar were evaluated with phenol and methylene blue probes. The results showed that the nitrogen source ratio had a significant effect on the evolution of pore structure of biochar.Low urea addition ratio was beneficial to the development of pore structures. The optimum specific surface area of nitrogen-doped biochar could be up to 1693 m^2·g^-1.Nitrogen doping can effectively improve the adsorption capacity of biochar to phenol and methylene blue.Biochar prepared at 973.15 K with low urea addition ratio exhibited the highest adsorption capacity for phenol and methylene blue, and the equilibrium adsorption capacity was 169.0 mg·g^-1 and 499.3 mg·g^-1,respectively.By comparing the adsorption capacity of various adsorbents in related fields,it is proved that the nitrogen-doped biochar prepared in this study has a good adsorption effect.Zhenhao Li Bo Xing Yan Ding Yunchao Li Shurong Wang 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,11:9
Xa7, a new executor R gene that confers durable and broad-spectrum resistance to bacterial blight disease in rice显示文摘Bacterial blight(BB)is a globally devastating rice disease caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae(Xoo).The use of disease resistance(R)genes in rice breeding is an effective and economical strategy for the control of this disease.Nevertheless,a majority of R genes lack durable resistance for long-term use under global warming conditions. Here,we report the isolation of a novel executor R gene,Xa7,that confers extremely durable,broad-spectrum,and heat-tolerant resistance to Xoo.The expression of Xa7 was induced by incompatible Xoo strains that secreted the transcription activator-like effector(TALE)AvrXa7 or PthXo3,which recognized effector binding elements(EBEs)in the Xa7 promoter.Furthermore,Xa7 induction was faster and stronger under high temperatures.Overexpression of Xa7 or co-transformation of Xa7 with avrXa7 triggered a hypersensitive response in plants.Constitutive expression of Xa7 activated a defense response in the absence of Xoo but inhibited the growth of transgenic rice plants. In addition, analysis of over 3000 rice varieties showed that the Xa7 locuswas found primarily in the indica and aus subgroups.A variation consisting of an 11-bp insertion and a base substitution(G to T)was found in EBEAvrXa7 in the tested varieties, resulting in a loss of Xa7 BB resistance.Through a decade of effort,we have identified an important BB resistance gene and characterized its distinctive interaction with Xoo strains;these findings will greatly facilitate research on the molecular mechanism of Xa7-mediated resistance and promote the use of this valuable gene in breeding.Xifeng Chen Pengcheng Liu Le Mei Xiaoling He Long Chen Hui Liu Shurong Shen Zhandong Ji Xixi Zheng Yuchen Zhang Zhenyu Gao Dali Zeng Qian Qian Bojun Ma 2021Plant Communications2021,2,3:9
Vertical ozone profiles deduced from measurements of SBUS on FY-3 satellite显示文摘The FY-3 satellite is a second-generation Chinese polar-orbit meteorological satellite. The Solar Backscatter Ultraviolet Sounder (SBUS),one of the main payloads on the FY-3 satellite,is the first Chinese ozone-monitoring instrument on a meteorological satellite. As part of the in-orbit validation of FY-3,we carried out a retrieval trial using measurements from SBUS during the period of 17-30 July,2008,and compared those data with measurements and retrieved profiles from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) satellite SBUV/2.The results show that the precision of the measurements and retrieved profiles are quite good. The averaged relative difference percentages of the ozone profiles retrieved from SBUS and those from SBUV/2 are within ±7%.HUANG FuXiang LIU NianQing ZHAO MingXian WANG ShuRong HUANG Yu 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,10:9
Activity after Site-Directed Mutagenesis of CD59 on Complement-Mediated Cytolysis显示文摘CD59 may inhibit the cytolytic activity of complement by binding to C8/C9 and protect host cell membranes against homologous membrane attack complex (MAC). However,CD59 is widely overexpressed on tumor cells, which has been implicated in tumorigenesis. The active site of CD59 relative to MAC is still confused. As reported the MAC binding site is located in the vicinity of a hydrophobic groove on the membrane distal face of the protein centered around residue W40. Here two site-directed mutagenesis were performed by overlapping extension PCR to delete residue W40 site (Mutant 1,M1) or to change C39W40K41 to W39W40W41 (Mutant 2,M2). Then we constructed mutant CD59 eukaryotic expression system and investigated their biological function on CHO cells compared with wild-type CD59. Stable populations of CHO cells expressing recombinant proteins were screened by immunotechnique. After 30 passages culturing, proteins could be tested. Dye release assays suggest that M1CD59 loses the activity against complement, while M2CD59 increases the anti-complement activity slightly. Results indicate that W40 of human CD59 is important to its activity, and prohibition of this site may be a potential way to increase complement activity and to treat tumors.Xinhong Zhu Meihua Gao Shurong Ren Qiubo Wang Cunzhi Lin 2008Cellular & Molecular Immunology2008,5,2:8
A comparative study of CuO/TiO_2-SnO_2,CuO/TiO_2 and CuO/SnO_2 catalysts for low-temperature CO oxidation显示文摘Nanometer SnO2 particles were synthesized by sol-gel dialytic processes and used as a support to prepare CuO supported catalysts via a deposition-precipitation method. The samples were characterized by means of TG-DTA,XRD,H 2-TPR and XPS. The catalytic activity of the CuO/TiO2-SnO2 catalysts was markedly depended on the loading of CuO,and the optimum CuO loading was 8 wt.%(T 100 = 80 C) . The CuO/TiO2-SnO2 catalysts exhibited much higher catalytic activity than the CuO/TiO 2 and CuO/SnO 2 catalysts. H 2-TPR result indicated that a large amount of CuO formed the active site for CO oxidation in 8 wt.% CuO/TiO2-SnO2 catalyst.Kairong Li Yaojie Wang Shurong Wang Baolin Zhu Shoumin Zhang Weiping Huang Shihua Wu 2009Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2009,18,4:8
Mechanical properties of Cu based composites reinforced by carbon nanotubes显示文摘Cu based composites reinforced by 0%~25% (volume fraction) carbon nanotubes were prepared. The fracture behaviors and the rolling properties of the composites and the effects of the volume fraction of the carbon nanotubes were studied. The experimental results show that the fracture toughness of the composites is related to the pulling out and bridging of the carbon nanotubes in the fracture process. With the volume fraction of the carbon nanotubes increasing, the Vicker’s hardness and the compactness of the composites increase first and then decrease. The peaks of the hardness and the compactness occur at 12%~15% of volume fraction of carbon nanotubes. Some proper ratio of rolling reduction benefits to the comprehensive mechanical properties of the composites.Dong Shurong(董树荣) Zhang Xiaobin(张孝彬) 1999中国有色金属学会会刊:英文版1999,9,3:7
Development of image-based wheat spike counter through a Faster R-CNN algorithm and application for genetic studies显示文摘Spike number(SN) per unit area is one of the major determinants of grain yield in wheat. Development of high-throughput techniques to count SN from large populations enables rapid and cost-effective selection and facilitates genetic studies. In the present study, we used a deep-learning algorithm, i.e., Faster Region-based Convolutional Neural Networks(Faster R-CNN) on Red-Green-Blue(RGB) images to explore the possibility of image-based detection of SN and its application to identify the loci underlying SN. A doubled haploid population of 101 lines derived from the Yangmai 16/Zhongmai 895 cross was grown at two sites for SN phenotyping and genotyped using the high-density wheat 660 K SNP array.Analysis of manual spike number(MSN) in the field, image-based spike number(ISN), and verification of spike number(VSN) by Faster R-CNN revealed significant variation(P < 0.001) among genotypes, with high heritability ranged from 0.71 to 0.96. The coefficients of determination(R^(2)) between ISN and VSN was 0.83, which was higher than that between ISN and MSN(R^(2)= 0.51), and between VSN and MSN(R^(2)= 0.50). Results showed that VSN data can effectively predict wheat spikes with an average accuracy of 86.7% when validated using MSN data. Three QTL Qsnyz.caas-4 DS, Qsnyz.caas-7 DS, and QSnyz.caas-7 DL were identified based on MSN, ISN and VSN data, while QSnyz.caas-7 DS was detected in all the three data sets. These results indicate that using Faster R-CNN model for image-based identification of SN per unit area is a precise and rapid phenotyping method, which can be used for genetic studies of SN in wheat.Lei Li Muhammad Adeel Hassan Shurong Yang Furong Jing Mengjiao Yang Awais Rasheed Jiankang Wang Xianchun Xia Zhonghu He Yonggui Xiao 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,5:5
Study on structure-activity relationship of mutation-dependent herbicide resistance acetohydroxyacid synthase through 3D-QSAR and mutation显示文摘Seventy-four sulfonylureas were synthesized and tested for their inhibitory activity against the whole enzyme of E. coli acetohydroxyacid synthase (AHAS, EC 2.2.1.6) isoenzyme II, and 3D-QSAR analyses were performed based on these inhibitory activities. The binding conformation of chlorimuron-ethyl, a commercial herbicide of AHAS, in the crystal structure of AHAS complex was extracted and used as template to build the initial three-dimensional structure of other sulfonylureas, and then all structures were fully geometry optimized. After systematic optimization of the alignment rule, molecular orienta- tion, grid space and attenuation factor, two satisfactory models with excellent performances (CoMFA: q2 = 0.735, r2 = 0.954, n = 7, r 2 pred = 0.832; CoMSIA: q2 = 0.721, r2 = 0.913, n = 8, r 2pred = 0.844) were estab- lished. By mapping the 3D contour maps of CoMFA and CoMSIA models into the possible inhibitory active site in the crystal structure of catalytic subunit of yeast AHAS, a plausible binding model for AHAS, with best fit QSAR in the literature so far, was proposed. Moreover, the results of 3D-QSAR were further utilized to interpret resistance of site-directed mutants. A relative activity index (RAI) for AHAS enzyme mutant was defined for the first time to relate the 3D-QSAR and resistance of mutants. This study, for the first time, demonstrated that combination of 3D-QSAR and enzyme mutation can be used to decipher the molecular basis of ligand-receptor interaction mechanism. This study refined our understanding of the ligand-receptor interaction and resistance mechanism in AHAS-sulfonylurea system, and provided basis for designing new potent herbicides to combat the herbicide resistance.YU ZhiHong NIU CongWei BAN ShuRong WEN Xin XI Zhen 2007Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,14:5
Dispersal and recruitment limitation contribute differently to community assembly显示文摘Aims The neutral theory of biodiversity has been criticized for being fragile with even slight deviations from its basic assumption of equal fitness among species. In response to this criticism,Hubbell((2001)The Unified Neutral Theory of Biodiversity and Biogeography.Princeton,NJ:Princeton University Press)proposed that competitive exclusion can be infinitely delayed by dispersal and recruitment limitation, thus making species effectively neutral. But the theoretical foundation for this claim still remains unclear and controversial, and the effects of dispersal and recruitment limitation are often confounded, especially in field studies. This study aims to provide an affirmative theoretical answer to the question of whether dispersal limitation and recruitment limitation can separately or jointly overwhelm the effects of fitness differences among species and lead to neutral community dynamics. Methods Computer simulations were used to investigate the effects of dispersal and recruitment limitation on delaying competitive exclusion in a homogeneous habitat in a spatially explicit context.Important Findings We found that even a slight competitive asymmetry would require extremely strong dispersal and recruitment limitation for neutrality to emerge. Most importantly, when the effects of dispersal and recruitment limitation were set apart,it is found that recruitment limitation is more effective in delaying competitive exclusion, whereas dispersal limitation tends to have a stronger impact on the general shape of both species abundance distributions and species–area relationships.Zechen Peng Shurong Zhou Da-Yong Zhang 2012Journal of Plant Ecology2012,5,1:4

TOWARDS AVOIDING THE HIDDEN TRAPS IN QFD DURING REQUIREMENTS ESTABLISHMENT显示文摘The Quality Function Deployment(QFD) is a useful and representative methodology to transform customer needs into different level of requirements in a system hierarchy.Simplifications that are based on assumptions are ubiquitous in the QFD,but these underlying assumptions possibly do not hold true, which renders the simplifications unjustified.Additionally, these assumptions are usually not verified within the context of the application domain. This paper identifies and illustrates eight hidden traps in QFD during the process of establishing the requirements, where the assumptions, and therefore, the simplifications made are not reasonable. These traps are implicit in the understanding of customer needs, establishment of system requirements and the flow down of these requirements to lower levels of the system hierarchy.Suggestions are given to help avoiding these hidden traps, thereby eliminating or alleviating their potentially detrimental effects. The intent of the paper is to make readers aware of these traps when applying QFD for the establishment of requirements,so that they may utilize QFD with a better understanding of its limitations and develop higher quality specifications.Xinwei Zhang Shurong Tong Hakki Eres Keqin Wang Mario Kossmann 2015Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering2015,24,3:4
Is longer sevoflurane preconditioning neuroprotective in permanent focal cerebral ischemia?显示文摘Sevoflurane preconditioning has neuroprotective effects in the cerebral ischemia/reperfusion model. However, its influence on permanent cerebral ischemia remains unclear. In the present study, the rats were exposed to sevoflurane for 15, 30, 60, and 120 minutes, followed by induction of perma-nent cerebral ischemia. Results demonstrated that 30-and 60-minute sevoflurane preconditioning significantly reduced the infarct volume at 24 hours after cerebral ischemia, and 60-minute se-voflurane preconditioning additionally reduced the number of TUNEL-and caspase-3-positive cells in the ischemic penumbra. However, 120-minute sevoflurane preconditioning did not show evident neuroprotective effects. Moreover, 60-minute sevoflurane preconditioning significantly attenuated neurological deficits and infarct volume in rats at 4 days after cerebral ischemia. These findings in-dicated that 60-minute sevoflurane preconditioning can induce the best neuroprotective effects in rats with permanent cerebral ischemia through the inhibition of apoptosis.Caiwei Qiu Bo Sheng Shurong Wang Jin Liu 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,23:4
Catalytic methanation of syngas over Ni-based catalysts with different supports显示文摘Co-precipitation method was selected for the preparation of Ni/Al_2O_3, Ni/ZrO_2 and Ni/CeO_2 catalysts, and their performances in methanation were investigated in this study. The structure and surface properties of these catalysts were characterized by BET, XRD, H_2-TPD, TEM and H_2-TPR. The results showed that the catalytic activity at low temperature followed the order: Ni/Al_2O_3>Ni/ZrO_2>Ni/CeO_2. Ni/Al_2O_3 catalyst presented the best catalytic performance with the highest CH_4 selectivity of 94.5%. The characterization results indicated that the dispersion of the active component Ni was the main factor affecting the catalytic activity and the one with higher dispersion gave better performance.Yincong Liu Lingjun Zhu Xiaoliu Wang Shi Yin Furong Leng Fan Zhang Haizhou Lin Shurong Wang 2017Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2017,25,5:3
Preparation and Characterization of High Infrared Emissivity Mn-doped NCO Spinel Composites显示文摘NiCr_2O_4(NCO)spinel composites with different Mn/Ni atomic ratios(Mn/Ni=0.05,0.10,0.15,and 0.20)were synthesized via solid state reaction method.Phase compositions and microstructure of samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The TG-DSC curves showed that the appropriate baking temperature for Mn-doped NCO spinel preparation was approximately 1 320℃.X-ray diffraction patterns exhibited the formation of NCO spinel with Fd-3m space group.Valence state of the Mn ions was determined from 2p and 3s X-ray photoelectron spectra.Manganese ions were mostly in divalent and trivalent states, and the ratio of Mn^(2+)/Mn^(3+)was 0.78-0.98.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)was used to analyze the spectral emissivity of Mn doped NCO spinel. It was revealed that the infrared emissivity of Mn-doped NCO spinel in 1.8-5μm could be significantly enhanced with increasing content of Mn^(2+),reaching as high as 0.9398.Mn-doped NCO spinel showed excellent radiation performance and good prospect in high emissivity applications in the temperature range of 800-1 200℃.邹隽 DONG Shurong GAO Junhua WANG Hongfu 程旭东 2017Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2017,32,6:3
Identification of Parameters in 2D-FEM of Valve Piping System within NPP Utilizing Seismic Response显示文摘Nuclear power plants(NPP)contain plenty of valve piping systems(VPS’s)which are categorized into high anti-seismic grades.Tasks such as seismic qualification, health monitoring and damage diagnosis of VPS’s in its design and operation processes all depend on finite element method. However,in engineering practice, there is always deviations between the theoretical and the measured responses due to the inaccurate value of the structural parameters in the model. The structure parameters identification of VPS within NPP is still an unexplored domain to a large extent. In this paper, the initial 2D-finite element model(FEM)for VPS with a DN80 gate valve was updated by utilizing seismic response. The objective function used in the model updating procedure is the vibration control equation error of the VPS.The experimental results show that the updated 2D-FEM can accurately predict the original dynamic characteristic of the VPS.It was also found the Rayleigh damping coefficients corresponding to the VPS vary slightly with the change in seismic excitation amplitude. The research displayed the complete procedure of updating the complex structured initial FEM by utilizing seismic response, and the results show that the parameters can be accurately identified even if the seismic response used for updating merely contained the fundamental frequency information of the structure.Ruiyuan Xue Shurong Yu Xiheng Zhang 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,10:3
Identification of novel QTL associated with soybean isoflavone content显示文摘Soybean isoflavones are essential secondary metabolites synthesized in the phenylpropanoid pathway and benefit human health. In the present study, highresolution QTL mapping for isoflavone components was performed using specific-locus amplified fragment sequencing(SLAF-seq) with a recombinant inbred line(RIL) population(F5:7) derived from a cross between two cultivated soybean varieties, Luheidou 2(LHD2) and Nanhuizao(NHZ). Using a high-density genetic map comprising 3541 SLAF markers and the isoflavone contents of soybean seeds in the 200 lines in four environments, 24 stable QTL were identified for isoflavone components, explaining 4.2%–21.2% of phenotypic variation.Of these QTL, four novel stable QTL(qG8, qMD19, qMG18, and qTIF19) were identified for genistin, malonyldaidzin, malonylgenistin, and total isoflavones, respectively. Gene annotation revealed three genes involved in isoflavone biosynthesis(Gm4CL, GmIFR, and GmCHR) and 13 MYB-like genes within genomic regions corresponding to stable QTL intervals, suggesting candidate genes underlying these loci. Nine epistatic QTL were identified for isoflavone components, explaining 4.7%–15.6% of phenotypic variation. These results will facilitate understanding the genetic basis of isoflavone accumulation in soybean seeds. The stable QTL and tightly linked SLAF markers may be used for markerassisted selection in soybean breeding programs.Ruili Pei Jingying Zhang Ling Tian Shengrui Zhang Fenxia Han Shurong Yan Lianzheng Wang Bin Li Junming Sun 2018The Crop Journal2018,6,3:3
Hydrothermal growth of hydroxyapatite and ZnO bilayered nanoarrays on magnesium alloy surface with antibacterial activities显示文摘Magnesium alloy(MgA)has been extensively used as orthopedic and cardiovascular scaffolds in virtue of its good biocompatibility, unique biodegradability and excellent mechanical properties. However, poor corrosion resistance and easy infection after implantation seriously limit the potential applications of MgA in the biomedical field.Herein,we fabricated bilayered nanoarrays of hydroxyapatite nanorods(HANRs)and ZnO nanorods(ZnONRs)onto the surface of MgA(MgA-MgO-HANRs-ZnONRs)via micro-arc oxidation(MAO)treatment,microwave-assisted hydrothermal and hydrothermal methods. The morphology and chemical composition of MgA-MgO-HANRs-ZnONRs was characterized by FE-SEM,XRD and EDS,indicating that HANRs-ZnONRs bilayered nanoarrays were fabricated on the surface of MgA-MgO.The surface of MgA-MgO-HANRs-ZnONRs exhibited excellent hydrophilicity as evidenced by the low water contact angle of 3°.Compared with the original MgA,the corrosion resistance of MgA-MgO-HANRs-ZnONRs was obviously improved with decreasing the corrosive current density(icorr)of 2 orders of magnitude. The MgA-MgO-HANRs-ZnONRs performed excellent antibacterial properties with the bactericidal rate of 96.5%against S.aureus and 94.3%against E.coli.Mengke Peng Fenyan Hu Minting Du Bingjie Mai Shurong Zheng Peng Liu Changhao Wang Yashao Chen 2020Frontiers of Materials Science2020,14,1:3
The impacts of ‘05.6’ extreme flood event on riverine carbon fluxes in Xijiang River显示文摘An extreme flood event with a frequency of nearly 200 year occurred in June of 2005 in the Xijiang River, the main trunk stream of the Zhujiang River. Samples were systematically collected during the flood event, and water quality parameters, including total suspended sediment (TSS), dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), dissolved organic carbon (DOC), and particulate organic carbon (POC) were analyzed, and riverine carbon concentrations associated with its changing pattern through the flood process were discussed. These parameters reflect the changes in basin surface flow and subsurface flow dur-ing the flood. This flood event influenced annual flux estimations of POC, DOC, and DIC to great extents. Based on carbon flux estimations for the year 2005 and the flood event (June 21-28) in the Xijiang River, it was found that DIC, DOC, and POC fluxes during ‘05.6’ flood event are 1.52×106 g.km?2.a?1, 0.24×106 g.km?2.a?1, and 0.54×106 g.km?2.a?1, and account for 14.87%, 24.75% and 44.89% of the annual fluxes in 2005, respectively. The results suggested that carbon exports during extreme flood events had great contributions to the total carbon fluxes and composition of various carbon components, be-ing important for accurate estimates of annual carbon fluxes in rivers with frequent floods.SUN HuiGuo HAN JingTai ZHANG ShuRong LU XiXi 2007Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,6:3
Small GTPases:Structure, biological function and its interaction with nanoparticles显示文摘Small GTPase is a kind of GTP-binding protein commonly found in eukaryotic cells. It plays an important role in cytoskeletal reorganization, cell polarity, cell cycle progression, gene expression and many other significant events in cells, such as the interaction with foreign particles. Therefore,it is of great scientific significance to understand the biological properties of small GTPases as well as the GTPase-nano interplay, since more and more nanomedicine are supposed to be used in biomedical field. However, there is no review in this aspect. This review summarizes the small GTPases in terms of the structure, biological function and its interaction with nanoparticles. We briefly introduced the various nanoparticles such as gold/silver nanoparticles,SWCNT,polymeric micelles and other nano delivery systems that interacted with different GTPases. These current nanoparticles exhibited different pharmacological effect modes and various target design concepts in the small GTPases study. This will help to elucidate the conclusion that the therapeutic strategy targeting small GTPases might be a new research direction. It is believed that the in-depth study on the functional mechanism of GTPases can provide insights for the design and study of nanomedicines.Siyang Song Wenshu Cong Shurong Zhou Yujie Shi Wenbing Dai Hua Zhang Xueqing Wang Bing He Qiang Zhang 2019Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2019,14,1:3
Extractive denitrogenation of shale oil using imidazolium ionic liquids显示文摘The potential applications of shale oil as a substitute energy source are adversely influenced due to its high nitrogen content. In this work, four imidazolium ionic liquids(ILs),i.e.,1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride([Bmim]Cl),1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate([Bmim]Ac),1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate/ZnAc2([Bmim]Ac/ZnAc2)and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride/ZnAc2([Bmim]Cl/ZnAc2),were used to extract the basic nitrides and neutral nitrides from shale oil.The influence of extraction time, temperature, properties of N-compounds,ILs structure, mass ratio of IL/oil,multiple cycles of denitrogenation, physical mixing of ILs and ILs recyclability on extractive denitrogenation was systematically investigated. The denitrogenation performance of all ILs was determined and investigated from micro-level view withσ-profile.It was observed that,ILs composed of anions with weaker HB acceptor capacity, have the higher N-extraction efficiency to the neutral nitrogen compounds with weaker HB acceptor capacity.More than 96%N-extraction efficiency was achieved at the end of a single extraction cycle for time<10 min under 40℃C and 1:1 of IL:oil(w/w),especially 100%N-extraction efficiency was realized for carbazole and indole. The N-extraction efficiency up to 60.1%and 53.7%for real shale oil was realized by[Bmim]Ac and[Bmim]Ac/ZnAc2,respectively,which are about 10%better than other non-hydrodenitrogenation technologies. Moreover,[Bmim]Ac and[Bmim]Ac/ZnAc2 exhibited almost the same extractive denitrogenation performance after regeneration. This work has developed a new approach to lessen the nitrogen content of shale oil effectively and economically.Shurong Gao Shengfan Fang Ruozheng Song Xiaochun Chen Guangren Yu 2020Green Energy & Environment2020,5,2:3
