| 1 | Load Balancing-Based Routing Optimization Mechanism for Power Communication Networks显示文摘In power communication networks, it is a challenge to decrease the risk of different services efficiently to improve operation reliability. One of the important factor in reflecting communication risk is service route distribution. However, existing routing algorithms do not take into account the degree of importance of services, thereby leading to load unbalancing and increasing the risks of services and networks. A routing optimization mechanism based on load balancing for power communication networks is proposed to address the abovementioned problems. First, the mechanism constructs an evaluation model to evaluate the service and network risk degree using combination of devices, service load, and service characteristics. Second, service weights are determined with modified relative entropy TOPSIS method, and a balanced service routing determination algorithm is proposed. | 2 | CD4^(+) T cell-released exosomes inhibit CD8^(+) cytotoxic T-lymphocyte responses and antitumor immunity显示文摘T cells secrete bioactive exosomes(EXO),but the potential immunoregulatory effect of T-cell EXO is largely unknown.In this study,we generated activated ovalbumin(OVA)-specific CD4^(+) T cells in vitro via coculture of OVA-pulsed dendritic cells(DC_(OVA))with naive CD4^(+) T cells derived from OVA-specific T-cell receptor(TCR)transgenic OTII mice.CD4^(+) T-cell EXO were then purified from the CD4^(+) T-cell culture supernatants by differential ultracentrifugation.CD4^(+) T-cell EXO exhibited the‘saucer’shape that is characteristic of EXO with a diameter between 50 and 100 nm,as assessed by electron microscopy,and contained the EXO-associated proteins LAMP-1,TCR and lymphocyte function associated antigen-1(LFA-1),as determined by western blot.Flow cytometric analysis showed that CD4^(+) T-cell EXO expressed CD4^(+) T-cell markers(CD4,TCR,LFA-1,CD25 and Fas ligand),but to a lesser extent than CD4^(+) T cells.We demonstrated that DC_(OVA) took up CD4^(+) T-cell EXO via peptide/major histocompatibility complex(pMHC)II/TCR and CD54/LFA-1 interactions.OVA-specific CD4^(+) T-cell EXO from OTII mice,but not ConA-stimulated polyclonal CD4^(+) T-cell EXO from wild-type C57BL/6 mice inhibited DC_(OVA)-stimulated in vitro CD4^(+) T-cell proliferation and in vivo CD81 cytotoxic T lymphocyte(CTL)responses and antitumor immunity against OVA-expressing B16 melanoma BL6-10OVA cells.In addition,EXO derived from a T-cell hybridoma cell line,MF72.2D9,expressing an OVA-specific CD4^(+) TCR,had a similar inhibitory effect as OTII CD4^(+) T-cell EXO on CTL-mediated antitumor immunity.Taken together,our data indicate that antigen-specific T-cell EXO may serve as a new type of immunosuppressive reagent for use in transplant rejection and treatment of autoimmune diseases. | Haifeng Zhang Yufeng Xie Wei Li Rajni Chibbar Sidong Xiong Jim Xiang | 2011 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2011,8,1: | 10 |

| 6 | Filtering method of rock points based on BP neural network and principal component analysis显示文摘Filtering is an essential step in the process of ob- taining rock data.To the best of our knowledge,there are no special algorithms for use in the point clouds of rock masses. | 7 | mTOR regulates TLR-induced c-fos and Th1 responses to HBV and HCV vaccines显示文摘Although IL-12 plays a critical role in priming Th1 and cytotoxic T lymphocyte(CTL) responses, Toll-like receptor(TLR) signaling only induces low amounts of IL-12 in dendritic cells and macrophages, implying the existence of stringent regulatory mechanisms. In this study, we sought to uncover the mechanisms underlying TLR-induced IL-12 expression and the Th1 response. By systemic screening, we identified a number of protein kinases involved in the regulation of TLRinduced IL-12 expression. In particular, PI3 K, ERK, and m TOR play critical roles in the TLR-induced Th1 response by regulating IL-12 and IL-10 production in innate immune cells. Moreover, we identified c-fos as a key molecule that mediates m TOR-regulated IL-12 and IL-10 expression in TLR signaling. Mechanistically, m TOR plays a crucial role in c-fos expression, thereby modulating NFκB binding to promoters of IL-12 and IL-10. By controlling the expression of a special innate gene program, m TOR can specifically regulate the TLR-induced T cell response in vivo. Furthermore, blockade of m TOR by rapamycin efficiently boosted TLR-induced antigen-specific T and B cell responses to HBV and HCV vaccines.
