| 1 | The combined therapeutic effects of ^(131)iodinelabeled multifunctional copper sulfide-loaded microspheres in treating breast cancer显示文摘Compared to conventional cancer treatment, combination therapy based on well-designed nanoscale platforms may offer an opportunity to eliminate tumors and reduce recurrence and metastasis.In this study, we prepared multifunctional microspheres loading ^(131)I-labeled hollow copper sulfide nanoparticles and paclitaxel( ^(131)I-HCu SNPs-MS-PTX) for imaging and therapeutics of W256/B breast tumors in rats.18 F-fluordeoxyglucose(18 F-FDG) positron emission tomography/computed tomography(PET/CT) imaging detected that the expansion of the tumor volume was delayed(Po0.05) following intra-tumoral(i.t.) injection with ^(131)I-HCu SNPs-MS-PTX plus near-infrared(NIR) irradiation. The immunohistochemical analysis further confirmed the anti-tumor effect. The single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)/photoacoustic imaging mediated by ^(131)I-HCu SNPs-MS-PTX demonstrated that microspheres were mainly distributed in the tumors with a relatively low distribution in other organs. Our results revealed that ^(131)I-HCu SNPs-MS-PTX offered combined photothermal, chemo-and radio-therapies, eliminating tumors at a relatively low dose, as well as allowing SPECT/CT and photoacoustic imaging monitoring of distribution of the injected agents non-invasively. | 2 | Treating Alzheimer's disease with Yizhijiannao granules by regulating expression of multiple proteins in temporal lobe显示文摘Yizhijiannao granules have been shown to improve cognitive function in Alzheimer's disease patients. The present study sought to explore the mechanisms involved in the cognitive enhancing effects of Yizhijiannao granule. Senescence-accelerated mouse prone 8 mice with learning and memory disorders were intragastrically treated with Yizhijiannao granule for 8 weeks. Mice intragastrically treated with double distilled water for 8 weeks were considered as the control group. 2D gel electrophoresis was used to isolate total protein from the temporal lobe of senescence-accelerated mouse prone 8 mice, and differential protein spots were obtained by mass spectrometry. Thirty-seven differential protein spots were found in the temporal lobe area of both groups. Ten protein spots were identified: high mobility group box 1, dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase-1, neuroglobin, hemoglobin beta adult major chain, peroxiredoxin-6, cofilin-1, flotillin 1, peptidylprolyl isomerase A, voltage-dependent anion channel-2 and chaperonin containing TCP1, and subunit 2. Among other functions, these proteins are separately involved in the regulation of amyloid beta production, oxidative stress, neuroinflammation, regulation of tau phosphorylation, and regulation of neuronal apoptosis. | 3 | Analysis for magnetic field disturbance of hybrid DC circuit breaker during breaking显示文摘The high current of hybrid DC circuit breaker(HCB)in the process of breaking generates strong transient magnetic field(MF),which may interfere with the normal operation of driver control units(DCUs).Therefore,the analysis for transient MF disturbance is of great significance.Due to the large space scale of HCB,with the large number of power electronic devices,the numerical calculation method has the disadvantages of large consumption of resources and slow calculation speed in solving the transient MF inside the HCB.In this study,the current generation mechanism of a 500 kV HCB is analysed,and the equivalent current path is obtained by considering the skin effect.Combined with the temporal and spatial distribution of transient current,the multi-process transient equivalent model of transient MF calculation is established,and the model has the advantages of high precision and high speed.Then,the breaking experiment of HCB is carried out,and the transient MF near the DCU is measured.The experiment results verify the validity of the model.Furthermore,the disturbance of transient MF at the DCU of the transfer branch during breaking 25 kA current is analysed. | Sihang Wu Hong Shen Lei Qi Bei Zhang Xiang Cui Xiangyu Zhang Xiaoguang Wei Longlong Chen | 2022 | High Voltage2022,7,3: | 1 |
| 4 | An internal-external optimized convolutional neural network for arbitrary orientated object detection from optical remote sensing images显示文摘Due to the bird’s eye view of remote sensing sensors,the orientational information of an object is a key factor that has to be considered in object detection.To obtain rotating bounding boxes,existing studies either rely on rotated anchoring schemes or adding complex rotating ROI transfer layers,leading to increased computational demand and reduced detection speeds.In this study,we propose a novel internal-external optimized convolutional neural network for arbitrary orientated object detection in optical remote sensing images.For the internal opti-mization,we designed an anchor-based single-shot head detector that adopts the concept of coarse-to-fine detection for two-stage object detection networks.The refined rotating anchors are generated from the coarse detection head module and fed into the refining detection head module with a link of an embedded deformable convolutional layer.For the external optimiza-tion,we propose an IOU balanced loss that addresses the regression challenges related to arbitrary orientated bounding boxes.Experimental results on the DOTA and HRSC2016 bench-mark datasets show that our proposed method outperforms selected methods. | Sihang Zhang Zhenfeng Shao Xiao Huang Linze Bai Jiaming Wang | 2021 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2021,24,4: | 1 |

| 6 | Visible-light-driven photocatalytic degradation of rhodamine B using Bi_(2)WO_(6)/GO deposited on polyethylene terephthalate fabric显示文摘The environmental repercussions of wastewater from the dye process mean that it is very important to obtain an eco-friendly photocatalyst that would degrade wastewater.Herein,bismuth tungstate/graphene oxide(Bi_(2)WO_(6)/GO)composites are fabricated through in-situ hydrothermal reaction and then the Bi_(2)WO_(6)/GO photocatalysts are deposited onto polyethylene terephthalate(PET)fabric.The obtained Bi_(2)WO_(6)/GO deposited PET fabrics are then characterized through XPS,Raman,SEM,TEM,XRD,UV-vis,BET method and photoluminescence spectroscopy(PL)to investigate their chemical and crystal structures,morphology,optical property,surface area and photochemical properties.Photocatalytic performance is studied through examining the rate of degrading rhodamine B(RhB)under visible light.Surface of PET fibers is densely covered with Bi_(2)WO_(6)/GO.Bi_(2)WO_(6)/GO deposited PET fabrics show a broad absorption band in the visible spectra.Removal rate of RhB on the Bi_(2)WO_(6)/GO deposited PET fabric is the highest with the GO content of 2 g/L(labeled as Bi_(2)WO_(6)/2 g/LGO).The result of active species experiment shows that superoxide radicals(·O_(2)^(−))plays a major role in the degradation of RhB.Moreover,Bi_(2)WO_(6)/2 g/LGO deposited PET fabric shows excellent cycle stability of photocatalytic degradation for RhB.The findings in this work can be extended to preparation other types of composite on the textile for photocatalysis,which can be applied to remove dyes in the wastewater produced by the textile or leather industry. | Zoufei Du Ce Cui Sihang Zhang Hongyan Xiao Erhui Ren Ronghui Guo Shouxiang Jiang | 2020 | Journal of Leather Science and Engineering2020,2,1: | 1 |
| 7 | Highly efficient 1D p-Te/2D n-Bi_(2)Te_(3) heterojunction self-driven broadband photodetector显示文摘Broadband photodetectors with self-driven functions have attracted intensive scientific interest due to their low energy consumption and high optical gain.However,high-performance broadband self-driven photodetectors are still a significant challenge due to the complex fabrication processes,environmental toxicity,high production costs of traditional 3D semiconductor materials and sharply raised contact resistance,severe interfacial recombination of 2D materials and 2D/3D mixed dimension heterojunction.Here,1D p-Te/2D n-Bi_(2)Te_(3) heterojunctions are constructed by the simple and low-cost hydrothermal method.1D p-Te/2D n-Bi_(2)Te_(3) devices are applied in photoelectrochemical(PEC)photodetectors,with their high performance attributed to the good interfacial contacts reducing interface recombination.The device demonstrated a broad wavelength range(365–850 nm)with an Iph/Idark as high as 377.45.The R_(i),D^(*),and external quantum efficiency(EQE)values of the device were as high as 12.07 mA/W,5.87×10^(10) Jones,and 41.05%,respectively,which were significantly better than the performance of the prepared Bi_(2)Te_(3) and Te devices.A comparison of the freshly fabricated device and the device after 30 days showed that 1D p-Te/2D n-Bi_(2)Te_(3) had excellent stability with only 18.08%decay of photocurrent.It is anticipated that this work will provide new emerging material for future design and preparation of a high-performance self-driven broadband photodetector. | Chenchen Zhao Dongbo Wang Jiamu Cao Zhi Zeng Bingke Zhang Jingwen Pan Donghao Liu Sihang Liu Shujie Jiao Tianyuan Chen Gang Liu Xuan Fang Liancheng Zhao Jinzhong Wang | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,3: | 0 |

| 9 | A rationally designed cancer vaccine based on NIR-II fluorescence image-guided light-triggered remote control of antigen cross-presentation and autophagy显示文摘Cancer vaccines represent a promising immunotherapeutic treatment modality.The promotion of cross-presentation of extracellular tumor-associated antigens on the major histocompatibility complex(MHC) class I molecules and dendritic cell maturation at the appropriate time and place is crucial for cancer vaccines to prime cytolytic T cell response with reduced side effects.Current vaccination strategies,however,are not able to achieve the spatiotemporal control of antigen cross-presentation.Here,we report a liposomal vaccine loading the second near-infrared window(NIR-II,1000—1700 nm) fluorophore BPBBT with an efficient photothermal conversion effect that offers an NIR-light-triggered endolysosomal escape under the imaging guidance.The NIR-II image-guided vaccination strategy specifically controls the cytosolic delivery of antigens for cross-presentation in the draining lymph nodes(DLNs).Moreover,the photothermally induced endolysosomal rupture initiates autophagy.We also find that the adjuvant simvastatin acts as an autophagy activator through inhibiting the PI3K/AKT/m TOR pathway.The light-induced autophagy in the DLNs together with simvastatin treatment cooperatively increase MHC class II expression by activating autophagy machinery for dendritic cell maturation.This study presents a paradigm of NIR-II image-guided light-triggered vaccination.The approach for remote control of antigen cross-presentation and autophagy represents a new strategy for vaccine development. | Aihua Wu Afeng Yang Qinli Tong Guoguang Wei Sihang Zhang Sheng Yu Chen Zhang Jiaojiao Xu Wei Lu | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,7: | 0 |
| 10 | Late Miocene Pods and Leaves of Albizzia (Leguminosae:Mimosoideae) from Yunnan,SW China and Their Phytogeographic Implications显示文摘Albizzia is a leguminous genus belonging to the subfamily Mimosoideae with approximately150 modern species,widely distributed in the tropical and subtropical regions of Asia,Africa,Australia and America.Among them,17 species are mainly distributed in southern and southwestern China.Abundant fossils of the subfamily Mimosoideae,including leaves,pods,flowers and wood,have been reported from the Cretaceous and Paleogene strata of the Northern Hemisphere.However,Neogene records of Mimosoideae are relatively scarce.In this study,fossil pods and leaves belonging to the genus Albizzia from the Bangmai Formation of Yunnan,China were described.They were assigned to three species,including Albizzia scalpelliformis Guo,Li and Xie Emended,Albizzia cf.kalkora(Roxb.)
