1Photodegradation of fluoroquinolone antibiotic gatifloxacin in aqueous solutions显示文摘Fluoroquinolone antibiotics (FQs) are frequently detected as emerging pollutants in aqueous environments.In this study,kinetics,influencing factors and mechanisms on the photodegradation of gatifloxacin,a representative FQ,were investigated.The photodegradation follows the pseudo-first-order kinetics.Gatifloxacin photodegrades with a quantum yield of (5.94 ± 0.95) × 10 3 in pure water and undergoes direct photolysis as well as self-sensitized photodegradation.The FQ photodegrades slower in freshwater and seawater than in pure water,which is attributed to the integrative effects of pH and the aqueous dissolved matter (e.g.,humic acids and NO 3-) on the photodegradation.A toxicity test using Vibrio fischeri revealed the formation of hazardous photoproducts.GE LinKe CHEN JingWen ZHANG SiYu CAI XiYun WANG Zhuang WANG ChunLing 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,15:17
2Human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cell therapy in patients with COVID-19:a phase 1 clinical trial显示文摘No effective drug treatments are available for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Host-directed therapies targeting the underlying aberrant immune responses leading to pulmonary tissue damage,death,or long-term functional disability in survivors require clinical evaluation.We performed a parallel assigned controlled,non-randomized,phase 1 clinical trial to evaluate the safety of human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells(UC-MSCs)infusions in the treatment of patients with moderate and severe COVID-19 pulmonary disease.The study enrolled 18 hospitalized patients with COVID-19(n=9 for each group).The treatment group received three cycles of intravenous infusion of UC-MSCs(3×107 cells per infusion)on days 0,3,and 6.Both groups received standard COVID-treatment regimens.Adverse events,duration of clinical symptoms,laboratory parameters,length of hospitalization,serial chest computed tomography(CT)images,the PaO2/FiO2 ratio,dynamics of cytokines,and IgG and IgM anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies were analyzed.No serious UC-MSCs infusion-associated adverse events were observed.Two patients receiving UC-MSCs developed transient facial flushing and fever,and one patient developed transient hypoxia at 12 h post UC-MSCs transfusion.Mechanical ventilation was required in one patient in the treatment group compared with four in the control group.All patients recovered and were discharged.Our data show that intravenous UC-MSCs infusion in patients with moderate and severe COVID-19 is safe and well tolerated.Phase 2/3 randomized,controlled,double-blinded trials with long-term follow-up are needed to evaluate the therapeutic use of UC-MSCs to reduce deaths and improve long-term treatment outcomes in patients with serious COVID-19.Fanping Meng Ruonan Xu Siyu Wang Zhe Xu Chao Zhang Yuanyuan Li Tao Yang Lei Shi Junliang Fu Tianjun Jiang Lei Huang Peng Zhao Xin Yuan Xing Fan Ji-Yuan Zhang Jinwen Song Dawei Zhang Yanmei Jiao Limin Liu Chunbao Zhou Markus Maeurer Alimuddin Zumla Ming Shi Fu-Sheng Wang 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:16

4Recent Progress in the Fabrication, Properties, and Devices of Heterostructures Based on 2D Materials显示文摘With a large number of researches being conducted on two?dimen?sional(2D) materials, their unique properties in optics, electrics, mechanics, and magnetics have attracted increasing attention. Accordingly, the idea of combining distinct functional 2D materials into heterostructures naturally emerged that pro?vides unprecedented platforms for exploring new physics that are not accessible in a single 2D material or 3D heterostructures. Along with the rapid development of controllable, scalable, and programmed synthesis techniques of high?quality 2D heterostructures, various heterostructure devices with extraordinary performance have been designed and fabricated, including tunneling transistors, photodetectors, and spintronic devices. 6Defined tumor antigen-specific T cells potentiate personalized TCR-T cell therapy and prediction of immunotherapy response显示文摘Personalized immunotherapy targeting tumor-specific antigens(TSAs)could generate efficient and safe antitumor immune response without damaging normal tissues.Although neoantigen vaccines have shown therapeutic effect in clinic trials,precise prediction of neoantigens from tumor mutations is still challenging.The host antitumor immune response selects and activates T cells recognizing tumor antigens.Hence,T cells engineered with T-cell receptors(TCRs)from these naturally occurring tumor antigen-specific T(Tas)cells in a patient will target personal TSAs in his/her tumor.To establish such a personalized TCR-T cell therapy,we comprehensively characterized T cells in tumor and its adjacent tissues by single-cell mRNA sequencing(scRNA-seq),TCR sequencing(TCR-seq)and in vitro neoantigen stimulation.Compared to bystander T cells circulating among tissues,Tas cells were characterized by tumor enrichment,tumor-specific clonal expansion and neoantigen specificity.We found that CXCL13 is a unique marker for both CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)Tas cells.Importantly,TCR-T cells expressing TCRs from Tas cells showed significant therapeutic effects on autologous patient-derived xenograft(PDX)tumors.Intratumoral Tas cell levels measured by CXCL13 expression precisely predicted the response to immune checkpoint blockade,indicating a critical role of Tas cells in the antitumor immunity.We further identified CD200 and ENTPD1 as surface markers for CD4^(^(+))and CD8^(^(+))Tas cells respectively,which enabled the isolation of Tas cells from tumor by Fluorescence Activating Cell Sorter(FACS)sorting.Overall,our results suggest that TCR-T cells engineered with Tas TCRs are a promising agent for personalized immunotherapy,and intratumoral Tas cell levels determine the response to immunotherapy.Jingjing He Xinxin Xiong Han Yang Dandan Li Xuefei Liu Shuo Li Shuangye Liao Siyu Chen Xizhi Wen Kuai Yu Lingyi Fu Xingjun Dong Kaiyu Zhu Xiaojun Xia Tiebang Kang Chaochao Bian Xiang Li Haiping Liu Peirong Ding Xiaoshi Zhang Zhenjiang Liu Wende Li Zhixiang Zuo Penghui Zhou 2022Cell Research2022,32,6:10

8Surveillance of Noise Exposure Level in the Manufacturing Industry—China,2020显示文摘Introduction:Occupational noise exposure is a widespread issue in the manufacturing industry in China.Since 2019,the National Surveillance System for Occupational Hazards in the workplace was established to understand different occupational hazards,especially occupational noise,in workplaces in China.Methods:Both environmental and individual noise exposure levels were measured for 19,378 enterprises according to the Work Plan for Surveillance of Occupational Hazards in the Workplace(2020)issued by National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China.Median and interquartile range(IQR)were calculated to describe the distribution of the noise exposure level by industry classification,enterprise-scale,and ownership type of the enterprise.Results:Overall,25.14%of the individual noise exposure samples exceeded the Chinese national standard among the selected enterprises.The overall median of environmental noise exposure level was 82.8 dB(A)in selected enterprises,while the median of individual noise exposure level was 81.3 dB(A).The individual noise exposure level in the manufacture of metal products,manufacture of motor vehicles,minisized enterprises,collective enterprises and private enterprises was relatively high.Conclusion:Occupational noise is still one of the occupational hazards that cannot be ignored in the manufacturing industry,especially in mini-sized and private enterprises.The risk of noise exposure in the target industry is still high and will pose a threat to the health of workers.Jinnan Zheng Siyu Zhang Hongfei Wang Yue Yu Weijiang Hu 2021China CDC weekly2021,3,43:9

10An Overview of Mineral Dust Modeling over East Asia显示文摘East Asian dust(EAD) exerts considerable impacts on the energy balance and climate/climate change of the earth system through its influence on solar and terrestrial radiation, cloud properties, and precipitation efficiency. Providing an accurate description of the life cycle and climate effects of EAD is therefore critical to better understanding of climate change and socioeconomic development in East Asia and even worldwide. Dust modeling has undergone substantial development since the late 1990 s, associated with improved understanding of the role of EAD in the earth system. Here, we review the achievements and progress made in recent decades in terms of dust modeling research,including dust emissions, long-range transport, radiative forcing(RF), and climate effects of dust particles over East Asia. Numerous efforts in dust/EAD modeling have been directed towards furnishing more sophisticated physical and chemical processes into the models on higher spatial resolutions. Meanwhile, more systematic observations and more advanced retrieval methods for instruments that address EAD related science issues have made it possible to evaluate model results and quantify the role of EAD in the earth system, and to further reduce the uncertainties in EAD simulations. Though much progress has been made, large discrepancies and knowledge gaps still exist among EAD simulations. 11Trajectory optimization of multiple quad-rotor UAVs in collaborative assembling task显示文摘A hierarchic optimization strategy based on the offline path planning process and online trajectory planning process is presented to solve the trajectory optimization problem of multiple quad-rotor unmanned aerial vehicles in the collaborative assembling task. Firstly, the path planning process is solved by a novel parallel intelligent optimization algorithm, the central force optimization-genetic algorithm(CFO-GA), which combines the central force optimization(CFO)algorithm with the genetic algorithm(GA). Because of the immaturity of the CFO, the convergence analysis of the CFO is completed by the stability theory of the linear time-variant discrete-time systems. The results show that the parallel CFO-GA algorithm converges faster than the parallel CFO and the central force optimization-sequential quadratic programming(CFO-SQP) algorithm. Then,the trajectory planning problem is established based on the path planning results. In order to limit the range of the attitude angle and guarantee the flight stability, the optimized object is changed from the ordinary six-degree-of-freedom rigid-body dynamic model to the dynamic model with an inner-loop attitude controller. The results show that the trajectory planning process can be solved by the mature SQP algorithm easily. 12Effects of flooding stress on the photosynthetic apparatus of leaves of two Physocarpus cultivars显示文摘We applied under pot-culture conditions and the double-casing pot method to study the characteristics of photosynthetic gas exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence in the leaves of Physocarpus amurensis Maxim(PA) and Physocarpus opulifolius under flooding stress.Our results indicate a significantly higher flooding tolerance of P.opulifolius compared to P.amurensis.Especially in P.amurensis, the limitation of non-stomatal factors played a major role in the advanced stages of flooding stress,observed as a rapid increase of the intercellular CO_2 concentration(C_i) and a decrease of the stomatal limitation value(L_s).The maximal PSII photochemical efficiencies(F_v/F_m) and actual photochemical efficiency(?_(PSII)) in the leaves of P.opulifolius were significantly higher, and the extent of decrease during the flooding process was smaller than in P.amurensis.In addition, the non-chemical quenching(NPQ) in the leaves of P.opulifolius significantly increased from the 10 th day under flooding stress,while the variation of NPQ in the leaves of P.amurensis was much smaller.This indicates that the leaves of P.opulifolius had not only higher PSII photochemical activity, but also improved tolerance to flooding stress, which may be caused by its ability to dissipate excess excitation energy by starting NPQ.At the 16 th day under flooding stress, the PIABSsignificantly decreased with greater extent of decrease than F_v/F_m in the leaves of both Physocarpus,but the decreasing extent of PIABSin P.opulifolius was significantly smaller than in P.amurensis.In the 16 th day under flooding stress, the fluorescence at J and I point(V_J and V_I) in P.amurensis were significantly higher, and the extent of increase in V_J was greater than V_I.However, the variations of V_Jand V_I in the leaves of P.opulifolius were smaller, suggesting that the damage sites of flooding stress to PSII in the leaves of P.amurensis were mainly located in the electron transport process from Q_A at the PSII receptor side to Q_B.Flooding stress reduced the proportion(φ Eo) of luminous energy absorbed by the PSII reaction center for the electron transport following Q_A^-, while the maximum quantum yield(φ Do) of non-photochemical quenching increased.However, the TR_o/RC and ETo/RC in the leaves of P.amurensis decreased accompanied by a dramatic increase of energy(DI_o/RC) from the dissipation in the reaction center.This further indicated that the function of the PSII reaction center in the leaves of P.amurensis was significantly lower than in P.opulifolius.Huihui Zhang Peng Feng Wei Yang Xin Sui Xin Li Wei Li Rongtao Zhang Siyu Gu Nan Xu 2018Journal of Forestry Research2018,29,4:6
13Ginsenoside Rg1 ameliorates bloodebrain barrier disruption and traumatic brain injury via attenuating macrophages derived exosomes miR-21 release显示文摘During the traumatic brain injury(TBI),improved expression of circulatory miR-21 serves as a diagnostic feature.Low levels of exosome-miR-21 in the brain can effectively improve neuroinflammation and bloodebrain barrier(BBB)permeability,reduce nerve apoptosis,restore neural function and ameliorate TBI.We evaluated the role of macrophage derived exosomes-miR-21(M-Exos-miR-21)in disrupting BBB,deteriorating TBI,and Rg1 interventions.IL-1β-induced macrophages(ⅡA)-Exos-miR-21 can activate NF-kB signaling pathway and induce the expressions of MMP-1,-3 and-9 and downregulate the levels of tight junction proteins(TJPs)deteriorating the BBB.Rg1 reduced miR-21-5 p content in ⅡA-Exos(RⅡA-Exos).The interaction of NMIIAe HSP90 controlled the release of Exos-miR-21,this interaction was restricted by Rg1.Rg1 could inhibit the Exos-miR-21 release in peripheral blood flow to brain,enhancing TIMP3 protein expression,MMPs proteolysis,and restricting TJPs degradation thus protected the BBB integrity.Conclusively,Rg1 can improve the cerebrovascular endothelial injury and hold the therapeutic potential against TBI disease.Kefeng Zhai Hong Duan Wei Wang Siyu Zhao Ghulam Jilany Khan Mengting Wang Yuhan Zhang Kiran Thakur Xuemei Fang Chao Wu Jianbo Xiao Zhaojun Wei 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,11:6

16Influence of Mg Contents on Aging Precipitation Behavior of Al-3.5Cu-xMg Alloy显示文摘The influence of Mg content on the microstructures and mechanical properties at room temperatures of Al-3.5Cu-(0.71-1.81)Mg alloys was studied.Precipitation phases in the alloys were identified by TEM and HRTEM.The results show that when Mg contents increase from 0.71 to 1.81 wt%,the precipitates are transformed from S,S″,Ω,and θ' phases to Sand S′phases,and Ω phase is first observed in Al-3.48Cu-0.71 Mg alloy with Cu/Mg mass ratio of 5 during the conventional aging heat treatment(190 ℃/12 h).Regard to aging hardness effect of the tested alloys,the hardness of the alloys improves with the increase of Mg content,but the increases become slow when Mg content is greater than 1.35 wt%.Siyu Li Jin Zhang Jinlong Yang Yunlai Deng Xinming Zhang 2014Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2014,27,1:6
17High levels of circulating GM-CSF^(+) CD4^(+) T cells are predictive of poor outcomes in sepsis patients: a prospective cohort study显示文摘Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF),produced by CD4^(+)T cells,has recently been implicated in the pathogenesis of inflammatory diseases,such as multiple sclerosis and juvenile arthritis.However,the role of GM-CSF-producing CD4^(+)T cells in sepsis remains unknown.This study reports peripheral changes in GM-CSF-producing CD4^(+)T cells in septic patients and the possible underlying mechanism by which GM-CSF influences the outcome of sepsis.Forty-three septic patients,20 SIRS patients,and 20 healthy controls were enrolled in this study and followed for 28 days to assess mortality.We measured the peripheral frequency of GM-CSF^(+)CD4^(+)T cells and recorded their associated relationship with disease progression.Our data demonstrated that peripheral GM-CSF-producing CD4^(+)T cells were significantly higher in septic patients than in both SIRS patients and healthy controls.These cells exhibit a memory phenotype and impaired IFN-γ-secreting capacity in sepsis patients.Using a receiver operating curve analysis with 8.01%as a cut-off point,the percentage of GM-CSF^(+)CD4^(+)T cells could predict the outcome of septic patients.Combined with the increase in GM-CSF-producing CD4^(+)T cells,inflammatory cytokines IL-1βand IL-6 were also upregulated.Using an in vitro neutrophil model,we found that GM-CSF inhibited C3aR expression,while inducing IL-8 production.Furthermore,this effect was transferrable in plasma from sepsis patients and was attenuated by inhibition of GM-CSF using an anti-GM-CSF antibody.These results indicate that GM-CSF-producing CD4^(+)T cells may serve as a marker of sepsis severity.Thus,targeting GM-CSF overproduction may benefit sepsis patients.Huihuang Huang Siyu Wang Tianjun Jiang Rong Fan Zheng Zhang Jinsong Mu Ke Li Yonggang Wang Lei Jin Fang Lin Jie Xia Lijian Sun Biao Xu Chengcheng Ji Jing Chen Juan Chang Bo Tu Bing Song Chao Zhang Fu-Sheng Wang Ruonan Xu 2019Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,6:6
18Synthesis, structure and photocatalysis properties of two 3D Isostructural Ln (Ⅲ)-MOFs based 2,6-Pyridinedicarboxylic acid显示文摘Two new 3 D metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) named [Pr_2(PDA)3-3 H_2 O]-H_2 O(1) and[Nd_2(PDA)3-3 H_2 O] H_2 O(_2) [2,6-Pyridinedicarboxylic acid(H2 PDA)] were synthesized by solvothermal method. They were characterized by elemental analyses(EA), infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), thermogravimetric analysis(TG), photocatalysis performance and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies(XRD).The XRD analysis indicated that MOFs(1) and(2) both belong to the monoclinic system with space group P2(1)/C. The structural model were drawn by the diamond software, and the structure revel that MOFs(1) and(2) adopt three-dimensional(3 D) frameworks constructed by cross-linking of one-dimensional(1 D) infinite chain secondary building unit(SBU) by 2,6-Pyridinedicarboxylic acid and hydrogen bond as linker. These frameworks feature channels inside which coordinated H_20 solvent molecules are located. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that both MOFs are thermally stable, the photocatalytic evaluation showed the materials have a good prospect in degration methylene blue. 19Static and dynamic finite element analysis of 304 stainless steel rod and wire hot continuous rolling process显示文摘Three-dimensional finite element models were developed to analyze 304 stainless steel rod and wire hot continuous rolling process with the help of MSC.Marc software.The entire 30-pass deformation process and the actual parameters of production line were taken into account.Static and dynamic procedures were used to study the continuous rolling process with the aid of the thermo-mechanical coupled FEM of elastic-plasticity.The properties of billets,such as deformation,temperature field and rolling force,were mainly discussed.The simulation results of temperature agree well with the measured values.Comparisons of the analy- sis results obtained using static implicit method and dynamic implicit method were presented.It is shown that static implicit proce- dure is more accurate than dynamic implicit procedure and is able to simulate the rolling process with a lower speed,such as a rough- ing mill.Whereas,dynamic analysis shows a higher efficiency than static analysis and is fit for simulating the rolling process with a higher speed,such as a finishing mill.Siyu Yuan Liwen Zhang Shulun Liao Mao Li Min Qi Yu Zhen Shuqi Guo 2008Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2008,15,3:5
20Finite Control Set Model Predictive Current Control of a Five-Phase PMSM with Virtual Voltage Vectors and Adaptive Control Set显示文摘This paper presents an improved finite control set model predictive current control(FCS-MPCC)of a five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM).First,to avoid including all the 32 voltage vectors provided by a two-level five-phase inverter into the control set,virtual voltage vectors are adopted.As the third current harmonics can be much reduced by virtual voltage vectors automatically,the harmonic items in the cost function of conventional FCS-MPCC are not considered.Furthermore,an adaptive control set is proposed based on voltage prediction.Best control set with proper voltage vector amplitude corresponding to different rotor speed can be achieved by this method.Consequently,current ripples can be largely reduced and the system performs much better.At last,simulations are established to verify the steady and transient performance of the proposed FCS-MPCC,and experiments based on a 2 kW five-phase motor are carried out.The results have validated the performance improvement of the proposed control strategy.Wusen Wang Ying Fan Siyu Chen Qiushi Zhang 2018CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems2018,2,1:5
