| 1 | Efficacy of perioperative parecoxib injection on postoperative pain relief after laparoscopic cholecystectomy:A prospective,randomized study显示文摘AIM:To determine the efficacy of perioperative parecoxib injection on postoperative pain relief after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.METHODS: A prospective, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study was conducted on 70 patients who underwent elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia at Siriraj Hospital, Bangkok, from January 2006 to December 2007. Patients were randomized to receive either 20 mg parecoxib infusion 30 min before induction of anesthesia and at 12 h after the first dose (treatment group), or normal saline infusion, in the same schedule, as a placebo (control group). The degree of the postoperative pain was assessed every 3 h in the first 24 h after surgery, and then every 12 h the following day, using a visual analog scale. The consumption of analgesics was also recorded.RESULTS:There were 40 patients in the treatment group, and 30 patients in the control group. The pain scores at each time point, and analgesic consumption did not differ between the two groups. However,there were fewer patients in the treatment group than placebo group who required opioid infusion within the first 24 h (60% vs 37%, P=0.053).CONCLUSION: Perioperative administration of parecoxib provided no significant effect on postoperative pain relief after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. | 2 | 安达曼海东南部海域表层沉积物稀土元素特征及其物源指示意义显示文摘对取自安达曼海东南部海域的95个表层沉积物样品进行了稀土元素(REE)地球化学研究,揭示了区内稀土元素分布特征及其指示的物质来源。结果表明研究区沉积物REE总量变化范围为31~228μg/g,平均值为117μg/g。沉积物REE球粒陨石配分模式呈现轻稀土元素相对富集而重稀土元素平坦,无明显Ce异常,呈现中等程度的Eu负异常等特征,表现出明显的陆源属性。REE的富集和分布受物质来源、沉积物类型、生物碳酸盐以及重矿物含量共同制约。根据沉积物REE特征参数将研究区分为4个物源区,各区沉积物稀土元素UCC标准化模式明显不同。物源判别分析显示,研究区西北部(Ⅰ区)沉积物主要来源于伊洛瓦底江陆源物质的输入;马来半岛西部浅海内陆架区(Ⅱ区)沉积物可能主要来自马来半岛沿岸水系输入的陆源物质以及现代近岸侵蚀;研究区北部(Ⅲ区)为残留沉积区,主要为全新世海侵形成的残留砂质沉积;研究区中部和南部大部分海域(Ⅳ区)为多源混合沉积区,主要为受印度季风驱动的西南季风流所搬运的伊洛瓦底江和马来半岛河流输入的陆源物质,该区沉积物受马来半岛入海物质影响更大。 | 曹鹏 石学法 李巍然 刘升发 朱爱美 杨刚 Somkiat Khokiattiwong Narumol Kornkanitnan | 2015 | 海洋地质与第四纪地质2015,35,5: | 14 |

| 4 | 末次冰消期以来泰国湾沉积物物源变迁的元素地球化学证据显示文摘本文对泰国湾西部T93柱状沉积物样品进行了常微量元素测试,探讨了沉积物物源和沉积环境变迁。T93柱状样全长381 cm,底层年代约14640 cal.a B.P.,间隔10 cm取样测试,样品平均年代间隔375 a。测试结果表明,末次冰消期以来泰国湾沉积物来源主要经历了4个阶段的变迁:1)14640~11700 cal.a B.P.期间,该阶段为低海平面时期的陆相沉积,沉积物为粘土质粉砂,Na、K、Ca等活跃的碱金属和碱土金属元素含量较低,Ti、Zr、Ba等含量高,表现出强烈的化学风化特征;δEu平均为0.60,(La/Yb)PAAS平均0.92,物质来源以马来半岛为主,但分异程度高,成分较复杂。2)11700~8000 cal.a B.P.期间,该阶段为海平面快速上升期的滨海沉积,沉积物主要为粘土质粉砂,粉砂组分含量开始增加,Mg和Mn元素含量大幅升高,Fe、Ti含量减少;δEu平均为0.58,(La/Yb)PAAS平均0.99,物质来源主要为马来半岛。3)8000~4000 cal.a B.P.期间,该阶段为高海平面时期的陆架沉积,沉积物包括粉砂和粘土质粉砂,Mg、Na、Ca含量明显增大,化学风化程度减弱;δEu平均为0.60,(La/Yb)PAAS平均1.08,沉积物主要来自中南半岛。4)4000 cal.a B.P.至今,该阶段为海平面稍有下降的稳定陆架沉积,沉积物主要为粉砂,沉积物元素总体稳定,现代沉积体系基本形成;δEu平均为0.62,(La/Yb)PAAS平均0.97,沉积物以马来半岛物质为主,中南半岛物质为辅,物源与现代一致。 | 陈禹飞 乔淑卿 石学法 葛晨东 李秋玲 刘升发 张颖 王小静 Somkiat Khokiattiwong Narumol Kornkanitnan | 2020 | 第四纪研究2020,40,3: | 6 |

| 6 | Preparation and characterization of Ce(1-x)PrxO2 supports and their catalytic activities显示文摘In this work, the addition of praseodymium(Pr) into ceria as a mixed oxide support in a form of Ce_(1-x)Pr_xO_2(x = 0.01,0.025, 0.050, 0.075 and 0.10) was prepared using a co-precipitation method. The structural and textural properties of the synthesized supports were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), N_2 adsorption-desorption, Raman spectroscopy, H_2-temperature programmed reduction(H_2-TPR) and H_2-chemisorption. Upon addition of Pr, XRD patterns and Raman spectra indicated an enlargement of ceria unit cell and the characteristics Raman broad peak at 570 cm^(-1) which was attributed to the existence of oxygen vacancies in the ceria lattice. This indicated that some Ce^(4+) ions in ceria were replaced by larger Pr^(3+) cations. To evidence the incorporation of Pr^(3+) cations into ceria lattice,X-ray absorption near edge structure(XANES) was employed. The results showed that the oxidation states of Ce in mixed oxide supports were slightly lower than 4+ while those of Pr were still the same as a precursor salt. Therefore, the incorporation of Pr^(3+) into ceria lattice would lead to strain and unbalanced charge and result in oxygen vacancies. The reducibility of Ce_(1-x)Pr_xO_2 mixed oxide supports was investigated by H_2-TPR and temperature-resolved X-ray absorption spectroscopy experiment under reduction conditions. XANES spectra of Ce L_3 edges showed a lower surface reduction temperature(Ce^(4+)to Ce^(3+)) of Ce_(0.925)Pr_(0.075)O_2 than that of CeO_2 which agreed with H_2-TPR results. H_2-chemisorption indicated that Pr promoted the dispersion of the metal catalyst on the mixed oxide support and increased the adsorption site for CO. For WGS reaction, 1% Pd/mixed oxide support had higher WGS activity than 1%Pd/ceria. | 7 | China published ocean forecasting system for the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road on December 10, 2018显示文摘1 The unique ocean forecasting system (OFS) based on FIO-COM The OFS is based on the surface wave-tide-circulation coupled ocean model developed by the First Institute of Oceanography (FIO-COM), Ministry of Natural Resources, China. The half-century challenge that ocean circulation models must address is that the forecasting/simulated sea surface temperature overheats while the sub-surface temperature is too cold, especially during the summer. Qiao et al.(2004, 2010, 2016) found that the non-breaking surface wave can generate turbulence through wave-turbulence interaction, and they developed the wave-induced mixing theory, which has been confirmed by observations, laboratory experiments and model numerical simulations. As validated by ocean circulation models from various research groups, including Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Laboratory (GFDL) in the US (Fan and Griffies, 2014), Uppsala University of Sweden (Wu et al., 2015), Laboratoire d’Etudes en Geophysique et Oceanographie Spatiale (LEGOS) in France (Malek and Babanin, 2014), Budapest University of Technology and Economics in Hungary (Peter and Kramer, 2016) and the Ocean University of China (Lin et al., 2006), the non-breaking surface waveinduced vertical mixing (Bv) can always dramatically improve the simulation capacity of various ocean circulation models. The First Institute of Oceanography (FIO) research group found that tidal-induced mixing plays a key role in the formation of coastal upwelling, in the bottom mixed layer and in areas with sea mounts (Lv et al., 2006, 2008). With the above breakthroughs, the first surface wavetide-circulation coupled model of FIO-COM was developed in 2013. It was adopted to produce a reanalysis dataset for the period of January 2014 to April 2016, and it has been used for the operational OFS since May 2016.
