1Nickel-based metal-organic framework-derived whisker-shaped nickel phyllosilicate toward efficiently enhanced mechanical,flammable and tribological properties of epoxy nanocomposites显示文摘Metal−organic framework-derived materials have attracted significant attention in the applications of functional materials.In this work,the rod-like nickel-based metal−organic frameworks were first synthesized and subsequently employed as the hard templates and nickel sources to prepare the whisker-shaped nickel phyllosilicate using a facile hydrothermal technology.Then,the nickel phyllosilicate whiskers were evaluated to enhance the mechanical,thermal,flammable,and tribological properties of epoxy resin.The results show that adequate nickel phyllosilicate whiskers can disperse well in the matrix,improving the tensile strength and elastic modulus by 13.6%and 56.4%,respectively.Although the addition of nickel phyllosilicate whiskers could not obtain any UL-94 ratings,it enhanced the difficulty in burning the resulted epoxy resin nanocomposites and considerably enhanced thermal stabilities.Additionally,it was demonstrated that such nickel phyllosilicate whiskers preferred to improve the wear resistance instead of the antifriction feature.Moreover,the wear rate of epoxy resin nanocomposites was reduced significantly by 80%for pure epoxy resin by adding 1 phr whiskers.The as-prepared nickel phyllosilicate whiskers proved to be promising reinforcements in preparing of high-performance epoxy resin nanocomposites.Yuxuan Xu Guanglong Dai Shibin Nie Jinian Yang Song Liu Hong Zhang Xiang Dong 2022Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2022,16,10:1
2Inhibitory Effects of 12 Chemical Agents against Alternaria alternata显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to screen highly efficient fungicides for the prevention and control of tobacco brown spot(Alternaria alternata).[Method]The inhibitory effects of 12 chemical agents against A.alternata were determined indoors by mycelium growth rate method.[Result]Toxicity test showed that 30%kresoxim-methyl·boscalid SC had the best inhibitory effect,with an EC_(50)of 1.05μg/mL,followed by 9%pyraclostrobin CS,with an EC_(50)of 2.09μg/mL.As a broad spectrum protective fungicide,77%copper calcium sulfate WP showed a low sensitivity against A.alternata in the petri dish test since it had a mechanism of action different from that of other chemical agents.[Conclusion]The study lays the foundation for subsequent screening of fungicides for the prevention and control of A.alternata in the field.Shen Hong Zhang Jiatao Cui Zhiyan Sun Guangjun Li Bin Zhang Yongfeng Xu Chuantao Ai Yongfeng Song Guanglong Ji Xiuting Wang Xiaoqiang 2020Plant Diseases and Pests2020,11,4:0
3Single-cell analyses identify anaphase-promoting complex subunit 11 as a switch controlling neuronal differentiation of glioblastoma cells显示文摘Glioblastoma(GBM)is the most common and lethal malignancy in the central nervous system.1 One of the major difficulties in treatment is that the initial clinical diagnosis of GBM is already WHO grade IV,without recognizable lower-grade precursor lesions.Copy number variations(CNVs)were found to appear in malignant cells several years before the initial diagnosis of GBM.2 Less differentiation and more aggressive phenotypes were observed in GBM cells with a higher degree of CNVs.3 Additionally,CNVs provide more accurate stratification of clinical outcomes than does the WHO grade system.4 Therefore,we reasoned that differentially expressed genes(DEGs)among GBM cells with different CNV statuses would be significant for the aggressiveness of GBM.Here we leveraged the single-cell RNA-sequencing(scRNA-seq)to construct the CNV profile of GBM at single-cell resolution,divided GBM cells into different clusters according to their CNV statuses,and investigated the molecular functions of DEGs among GBM clusters.Through a series of experiments,we identified anaphase-promoting complex subunit 11(ANAPC11)as a switch controlling the neuronal differentiation of GBM cells,providing a novel alternative for the development of differentiation-inducing therapy to overcome GBM.Runwei Yang Ziyu Wang Songtao Qi Bowen Ni Jinglin Guo Kaishu Li Haimin Song Sidi Xie Yunxiao Zhang Xirang Wang Chunmao He Guanglong Huang Yawei Liu 2023Genes & Diseases2023,10,5:0
4Quantum Color Image Scaling on QIRHSI Model显示文摘Scaling operations are widely used in traditional image processing.Therefore, in this paper, an improved quantum image representation based on HSIcolor space (IQIRHSI) is proposed, which extends the original 2n × 2n size togeneral 2n1 × 2n2 size. Then, the quantum algorithms and circuits were designedto implement quantum image scaling. Interpolation was introduced to recover thelost information in the scaled image. The nearest neighbor interpolation methodwas researched on scaled IQIRHSI to make the interpolation method easy toimplement.
