1Experimental investigation on aero-heating of rudder shaft within laminar/turbulent hypersonic boundary layers显示文摘The aero-heating of the rudder shaft region of a hypersonic vehicle is very harsh, as the peak heat flux in this region can be even higher than that at the stagnation point. Therefore, studying the aero-heating of the rudder shaft is of great significance for designing the thermal protection system of the hypersonic vehicle. In the wind tunnel test of the aero-heating effect, we find that with the increase of the angle of attack of the lifting body model, the increasement of the heat flux of the rudder shaft is larger under laminar flow conditions than that under turbulent flow conditions. To understand this, we design a wind tunnel experiment to study the effect of laminar/turbulent hypersonic boundary layers on the heat flux of the rudder shaft under the same wind tunnel freestream conditions. The experiment is carried out in the ?2 m shock tunnel(FD-14 A) affiliated to the China Aerodynamics Research and Development Center(CARDC). The laminar boundary layer on the model is triggered to a turbulent one by using vortex generators, which are 2 mm-high diamonds. The aero-heating of the rudder shaft(with the rudder) and the protuberance(without the rudder) are studied in both hypersonic laminar and turbulent boundary layers under the same freestream condition. The nominal Mach numbers are 10 and 12, and the unit Reynolds numbers are2.4 × 10~6 m^(-1) and 2.1 × 10~6 m-1. The angle of attack of the model is 20°, and the deflection angle of the rudder and the protuberance is 10°. The heat flux on the model surface is measured by thin film heat flux sensors, and the heat flux distribution along the center line of the lifting body model suggests that forced transition is achieved in the upstream of the rudder. The test results of the rudder shaft and the protuberance show that the heat flux of the rudder shaft is lower in the turbulent flow than that in the laminar flow, but the heat flux of the protuberance is the other way around,i.e., lower in the laminar flow than in the turbulent flow. The wind tunnel test results is also validated by numerical simulations. Our analysis suggests that this phenomenon is due to the difference of boundary layer velocities caused by different thickness of boundary layer between laminar and turbulent flows, as well as the restricted flow within the rudder gap. When the turbulent boundary layer is more than three times thicker than that of the laminar boundary layer, the heat flux of the rudder shaft under the laminar flow condition is higher than that under the turbulent flow condition. 2Effect of proteolytic starter culture isolated from Chinese Dong fermented pork(Nanx Wudl)on microbiological,biochemical and organoleptic attributes in dry fermented sausages显示文摘The effect of a proteolytic starter culture isolated from Nanx Wudl,on microbiological,biochemical and organoleptic attributes of dry fermented sausages was investigated during processing.Based on preliminary screening,the combination of Staphylococcus xylosus SX16 and Lactobacillus plantarum CMRC6,showing excellent proteolytic activity in vitro,was selected as the multi-strain starter(starter LS).For comparison,the single-strain starter culture of L.plantarum CMRC6(starter LB)and non-inoculated control were also tested.During fermentation,lactic acid bacteria and staphylococci dominated the microbiota and suppressed the Enterobacteriaceae growth in LS-inoculated sausages.The addition of LS starter accelerated acidification and proteolysis during ripening,improving the contents of total free amino acids and several essential free amino acids(Phe,Ile and Leu).Volatile compounds analysis revealed that LS-fermented sausage showed the highest abundance of 3-methyl-1-butanol,probably due to the inoculated S.xylosus.The inoculation of LS starter improved the sensory properties of sausages,especially the flavor attribute.Therefore,S.xylosus SX16 and L.plantarum CMRC6 are promising candidates for inclusion as multi-strain starters in the manufacture of gourmet fermented dry sausage.Xi Chen Ruifang Mi Biao Qi Suyue Xiong Jiapeng Li Chao Qu Xiaoling Qiao Wenhua Chen Shouwei Wang 2021Food Science and Human Wellness2021,10,1:9

4Predominant yeasts in Chinese Dong fermented pork(Nanx Wudl)and their aroma-producing properties in fermented sausage condition显示文摘Yeasts are one of the predominant microbial groups in fermented meats.In this study,yeast communities of Chinese Dong fermented pork(Nanx Wudl)were investigated and the technological properties of 73 yeast isolates were evaluated.Through culture-dependent and high-throughput sequencing methods,the main yeast species identified included Pichia membranifaciens,Kazachstania bulderi,Millerozyma farinosa,Candida zeylanoides,Kazachstania exigua,Candida parapsilosis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae.Among these yeasts,P.membranifaciens,M.farinosa,K.exigua and K.bulderi were detected in fermented meats for the first time.A total of 73 yeast isolates was investigated for their lipolytic and proteolytic activities.All yeast species showed lipolytic activity,while proteolytic activity against meat protein was only detected in S.cerevisiae.Assay of aroma-producing potential was performed in a model simulating fermented sausage condition.Inoculation of yeast strains increased volatiles production,especially esters and alcohols.The highest ester production was observed in S.cerevisiae Y70 strain,followed by K.exigua Y12 and K.bulderi Y19.C.zeylanoides Y10 and S.cerevisiae Y70 were the highest producers of benzeneethanol and 3-methyl-1-butanol.S.cerevisiae Y70 with its highest production of branched alcohols and esters could be a promising candidate as aroma enhancer in the manufacture of fermented sausages.Ruifang Mi Xi Chen Suyue Xiong Biao Qi Jiapeng Li Xiaoling Qiao Wenhua Chen Chao Qu Shouwei Wang 2021Food Science and Human Wellness2021,10,2:3

8Zr-doped titanium lithium ion sieve and EP-granulated composite:Superb adsorption and recycling performance显示文摘Lithium ion sieve(LIS)has attracted great attention due to its high adsorption selectivity towards Li+.Herein,a new type of Zr-doped Ti-LIS(HZrTO)was synthesized by a simple calcination method.The adsorption capacity increased from 56.3 mgg-1(before doping)to 93.2 mgg-1 after doping in LiOH solution(lithium 1.8gL-1).The adsorption isotherm and adsorption kinetics of HZrTO accord with the Langmuir isotherm and the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation,respectively.Batch experiments showed that HZrTO has good stability and selectivity.In addition,HZrTO was granulated via epoxy resin(E-12),and the obtained granular adsorbent showed good adsorption capacity,excellent stability and high selectivity towards Li+.Suyu Zhou Xiaojing Guo Xi Yan Yan Chen Wanzhong Lang 2022Particuology2022,20,10:2

13OBJECT-BASED SUPER RESOLUTION FOR INTELLIGENT VISUAL SURVEILLANCE VIDEO显示文摘Construction of high resolution images from low resolution sequences is often im- portant in surveillance applications. In this letter, an affine based multi-scale block-matching image registration algorithm is first proposed. The images to be registered are divided into overlapped blocks of different size according to its motions. The Least Square (LS) image reg- istration algorithm is extended to match the blocks. Then an object based Super Resolution (SR) scheme is designed, the Maximum A Priori (MAP) super resolution algorithm is extended to enhance the resolution of the interest objects. Experimental results show that the proposed multi-scale registration method provides more accurate registration between frames. 14New Fixed Point Results of Generalized g-Quasi-Contractions in Cone b-Metric Spaces Over Banach Algebras显示文摘In this paper, we introduce the concept of generalized g-quasi-contractions in the setting of cone b-metric spaces over Banach algebras. By omitting the assumption of normality we establish common fixed point theorems for the generalized gquasi-contractions with the spectral radius r(λ) of the g-quasi-contractive constant vector λ satisfying r(λ) ∈ [0,1/s) in the setting of cone b-metric spaces over Banach algebras, where the coefficient s satisfies s ≥ 1.
