2Behavior and control of chlorine in dyestuff residue incineration显示文摘Dyestuff residue, a type of hazardous waste, is incinerated in the tub ular furnace, and thermodynamic equilibrium model is used to calculate and analy ze the chlorine behavior. The HCl emission and its effects on the behaviors of h eavy metals are studied. Meanwhile, the effects of three dechlorine reagents are predicted at a high temperature. Results show that HCl emission is dependent on incineration temperature. The HCl evaporated mainly derives from the organic ch lorine. Under the working condition of 500—900℃, the main products of Hg, Pb, Cu, Ni, Zn, and Mn in reaction with HCl are HgCl2 (g), PbCl4 (g), PbCl2 (g), (Cu Cl)3 (g), NiCl2 (s), NiCl2 (g), ZnCl2 (s), ZnCl2 (g), Zn (g), MnCl2 (s), and MnC l2 (g), respectively. 3Promoter methylation-regulated miR-148a-3p inhibits lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)progression by targeting MAP3K9显示文摘Lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)characterized by high metastasis and mortality is the leading subtype of non-small cell lung cancer.Evidence shows that some microRNAs(miRNAs)may act as oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes,leading to malignant tumor occurrence and progression.To better understand the molecular mechanism associated with miRNA methylation in LUAD progression and clinical outcomes,we investigated the correlation between miR-148a-3p methylation and the clinical features of LUAD.In the LUAD cell lines and tumor tissues from patients,miR-148a-3p was found to be significantly downregulated,while the methylation of miR-148a-3p promoter was notably increased.Importantly,miR-148a-3p hypermethylation was closely associated with lymph node metastasis.We demonstrated that mitogen-activated protein(MAP)kinase kinase kinase 9(MAP3K9)was the target of miR-148a-3p and that MAP3K9 levels were significantly increased in both LUAD cell lines and clinical tumor tissues.In A549 and NCI-H1299 cells,overexpression of miR-148a-3p or silencing MAP3K9 significantly inhibited cell growth,migration,invasion and cytoskeleton reorganization accompanied by suppressing the epithelial-mesenchymal transition.In a nude mouse xenograft assay we found that tumor growth was effectively inhibited by miR-148a-3p overexpression.Taken together,the promoter methylation-associated decrease in miR-148a-3p could lead to lung cancer metastasis by targeting MAP3K9.This study suggests that miR-148a-3p and MAP3K9 may act as novel therapeutic targets for the treatment of LUAD and have potential clinical applications.Lu Liang Wen-yan Xu Ao Shen Hui-yu Cen Zhi-jun Chen Lin Tan Ling-min Zhang Yu Zhang Ji-jun Fu Ai-ping Qin Xue-ping Lei Song-pei Li Yu-yan Qin Jiong-hua Huang Xi-yong Yu 2022Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2022,43,11:1
4Facile scalable one-step wet-spinning of surgical sutures with shape memory function and antibacterial activity for wound healing显示文摘Surgical suture is commonly used in clinic due to its action in accelerating the process of wound healing.However,difficultly handling in minimally invasive surgery and bacteria-induced infection usually limit its use in a wide range of applications.Here,we report a facile scalable strategy to fabricate surgical sutures with shape memory function and antibacterial activity for wound healing.Specifically,a shape memory polyurethane(SMPU)with a transition temperature(Ttrans)at 41.3℃was synthesized by adjusting the mole ratio of the hard/soft segment,and then the shape memory surgical sutures containing polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride(PHMB)as a model drug for antibacterial activity were fabricated by a facile scalable one-step wet-spinning approach,in which PHMB was directly dissolved in the coagulation bath that enable its loading into the sutures through the dual diffusion during the phase separation.The prepared sutures were characterized by their morphology,mechanical properties,shape memory,antibacterial activity,as well as biocompatibility before the wound healing capability was tested in a mouse skin suture-wound model.It was demonstrated that the optimized suture is capable of both shape memory function and antibacterial activity,and promote wound healing,suggesting that the facile scalable one-step wet-spinning strategy provides a promising tool to fabricate surgical sutures for wound healing.Xinghan Chen Pengfei Tan Ya Wen Wencheng Zhou Ying Cen Chao You Lin Tan Meng Tian 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,6:1

11A steam dried municipal solid waste gasification and melting process显示文摘Considering high-moisture municipal solid waste(MSW)of China,a steam dried MSW gasification and melting process was proposed,the feasibility was tested,and the mass and energy balance was analyzed.Preliminary experiments were conducted using a fixed-bed drying apparatus,a 200 kg per day fluidized-bed gasifier,and a swirl melting furnace.Moisture percentage was reduced from 50%to 20%roughly when MSW was dried by slightly superheated steam of 150℃-350℃ within 40 min.When the temperature was less than 250℃,no incondensable gas was produced during the drying process.The gasifier ran at 550℃-700℃with an air equivalence ratio(ER)of 0.2-0.4.The temperature of the swirl melting furnace reached about 1240℃ when the gasification ER was 0.3 and the total ER was 1.1.At these conditions,the fly ash concentration in the flue gas was 1.7 g·(Nm^(3))^(-1),which meant over 95%fly ash was trapped in the furnace and discharged as slag.85%of Ni and Cr were bound in the slag,as well as 60%of Cu.The mass and energy balance analysis indicates that the boiler heat efficiency of an industrial MSW incineration plant reaches 86.97%when MSWis dried by steam of 200℃.The boiler heat efficiency is sensitive to three important parameters,including the temperature of preheated MSW,the moisture percentage of dried MSWand the fly ash percentage in the total ash.Gang XIAO Baosheng JIN Mingjiang NI Kefa CEN Yong CHI Zhongxin TAN 2011Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2011,5,2:0
12Study on Major Factors Influencing the Proliferation and Growth of Aseptic Buds of Vietnam Mesona blumes显示文摘[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the major factors influencing the proliferation and growth of aseptic buds of Vietnam Mesona blumes,thus providing technical references for establishing rapid propagation system in vitro of Vietnam M.blumes.[Method]The effects of medium components(different basic medium,sucrose concentrations and cytokinins)and explant materials(different explants)on the proliferation of aseptic buds of Vietnam M.blumes were analyzed.[Result]Among MS,Miller and modified White basic medium,MS medium exhibited the best effect on proliferation of Vietnam M.blumes buds with the bud proliferation multiple of 8.53.Among different sucrose concentrations,20.0 g/L sucrose gave the highest bud proliferation multiple of 8.34,while 25.0 g/L sucrose led to the best growth status with the bud proliferation multiple of 7.05.The effect of CPPU on bud proliferation was higher than that of 6-BA and KT,with the bud proliferation multiple of 9.80.Among different explants,top stem exhibited the best effect on bud proliferation with the bud proliferation multiple of 9.35,resulting in robust seedlings.[Conclusion]The most suitable subculture medium for the proliferation and growth of aseptic buds of Vietnam M.blumes is MS+20.0-25.0 g/L sucrose+0.5 mg/L CPPU and the most suitable explant is top stem.Pengxiao WEI Muxiu TAN Xiufen CEN Liulan QIN Jieyun LIU Fangfang ZHOU 2014Agricultural Biotechnology2014,3,3:0
