1Design scheme for fast charging station for electric vehicles with distributed photovoltaic power generation显示文摘The demand for fast charging is increasing owing to the rapid expansion of the market for electric vehicles. In addition, the power generation technology for distributed photovoltaic has matured. This paper presents a design scheme for a fast charging station for electric vehicles equipped with distributed photovoltaic power generation system taking the area with certain conditions in Beijing as an example construction site. The technical indexes and equipment lectotype covering the general framework and subsystems of the charging station are determined by analyzing the charging service demand of fast charging stations. In this study, the layout of the station is developed and the operation benefits of the station is analyzed. 3Low-frequency sea level variation and its correlation with climate events in the Pacific显示文摘Global mean sea level(GMSL) has not only significant secular trend and seasonal variations,but also inter-annual and decadal variations.This paper reconstructs the time series of GMSL variations between 1948 and 2007 by combining satellite altimeter measurements and tide gauge observations.Based on the time series,the acceleration of GMSL rise in the second half of 20th century is estimated to be 0.010±0.009 mm/a 2,and multi-scale low frequency sea level oscillations including decadal variations are detected,and the high-rate of GMSL rise during 1993-2003 is locate in the ascending phase of low frequency oscillation.Then,using the reconstructed GMSL time series after removing the secular trend from satellite altimetry and tide gauges measurements,it shows that low frequency signal of sea level variation has strong correlations with the index of El Ni o/Southern Oscillation(ENSO) and Pacific Decadal Oscillation(PDO).But in several time periods,they have large difference due to effects of both high frequency occurrence of El Ni o and La Ni a phenomenon and short term switch of PDO events.JIN TaoYong LI JianCheng JIANG WeiPing CHU YongHai 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,27:6
4The global mean sea surface model WHU2013显示文摘The mean sea surface(MSS) model is an important reference for the study of charting datum and sea level change. A global MSS model named WHU2013, with 20? 20 spatial resolution between 80S and 84N, is established in this paper by combining nearly 20 years of multi-satellite altimetric data that include Topex/Poseidon(T/P), Jason-1, Jason-2, ERS-2,ENVISAT and GFO Exact Repeat Mission(ERM) data, ERS-1/168, Jason-1/C geodetic mission data and Cryosat-2 low resolution mode(LRM) data. All the ERM data are adjusted by the collinear method to achieve the mean along-track sea surface height(SSH), and the combined dataset of T/P, Jason-1 and Jason-2 from 1993 to 2012 after collinear adjustment is used as the reference data. The sea level variations in the non-ERM data(geodetic mission data and LRM data) are mainly investigated, and a combined method is proposed to correct the sea level variations between 66S and 66N by along-track sea level variation time series and beyond 66S or 66N by seasonal sea level variations. In the crossover adjustment between multi-altimetric data, a stepwise method is used to solve the problem of inconsistency in the reference data between the high and low latitude regions. The proposed model is compared with the CNES-CLS2011 and DTU13 MSS models, and the standard derivation(STD) of the differences between the models is about 5 cm between80S and 84N, less than 3 cm between 66S and 66N, and less than 4 cm in the China Sea and its adjacent sea. 6Experimental research of active vibration and noise control of electrically controlled rotor显示文摘Electrically Controlled Rotor(ECR),also called as swashplateless rotor,applies blade pitch inputs via trailing-edge flaps system instead of traditional swashplate mechanism.In addition to primary control,rotor vibration reduction and noise alleviation are also achievable via applying higher harmonic control inputs with the trailing-edge flaps.In this paper,the feasibility of ECR to reduce vibration and noise actively is verified experimentally.Firstly,the test scheme of ECR active vibration and noise control is proposed,and the ECR test platform is modified according to the test scheme.Then,an adaptive control algorithm based on Kalman filter is developed.Lastly,hover and wind tunnel tests is performed to verify the feasibility of ECR active vibration and noise control.The results demonstrate that the ECR are effective for reducing rotor vibration and noise simultaneously.In the hover condition,the ECR can reduce the in-plane hub vibration by 42%and the inplane noise by 4dB.In wind tunnel condition,ECR can reduce the hub vibration by 75%and the BVI noise by 3dB.Jinchao MA Yang LU Taoyong SU Shujun GUAN 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,11:3

8RNA-binding protein ZCCHC4 promotes human cancer chemoresistance by disrupting DNA-damage-induced apoptosis显示文摘RNA-binding proteins(RBPs)play important roles in cancer development and treatment.However,the tumor-promoting RBPs and their partners,which may potentially serve as the cancer therapeutic targets,need to be further identified.Here,we report that zinc finger CCHC domain-containing protein 4(ZCCHC4)is of aberrantly high expression in multiple human cancer tissues and is associated with poor prognosis and chemoresistance in patients of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),pancreatic cancer and colon cancer.ZCCHC4 promotes chemoresistance of HCC cells to DNA-damage agent(DDA)both in vitro and in vivo.HCC cell deficiency of ZCCHC4 reduces tumor growth in vivo and intratumoral interference of ZCCHC4 expression obviously enhances the DDAinduced antitumor effect.Mechanistically,ZCCHC4 inhibits DNA-damage-induced apoptosis in HCC cells by interacting with a new long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)AL133467.2 to hamper its pro-apoptotic function.Also,ZCCHC4 blocks the interaction between AL133467.2 andγH2AX upon DDA treatment to inhibit apoptotic signaling and promote chemoresistance to DDAs.Knockout of ZCCHC4 promotes AL133467.2 andγH2AX interaction for enhancing chemosensitivity in HCC cells.Together,our study identifies ZCCHC4 as a new predictor of cancer poor prognosis and a potential target for improving chemotherapy effects,providing mechanistic insights to the roles of RBPs and their partners in cancer progression and chemoresistance.Ha Zhu Kun Chen Yali Chen Juan Liu Xiaomin Zhang Yumei Zhou Qiuyan Liu Bingjing Wang Taoyong Chen Xuetao Cao 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,8:1

12Variability of the Kuroshio extension system in 1992-2013 from satellite altimetry data显示文摘The Kuroshio Extension(KE) plays an important role in climate and environmental change in the North Pacific. In this paper, more than 20 years of merged absolute dynamic topography and merged sea level anomaly products from satellite altimetry are used to analyze the stability of the KE system. By analyzing the annually averaged sea surface topography, the variations of inter-annual path and annually averaged eddy kinetic energy at the KE region, the KE's two dynamic states are given as: the relatively stable state during 1993e1995, 2002e2005, and 2010e2012, and the unstable dynamic state among 1996e2001 and2006e2009. During the stable state, the KE spindle had a shorter path length and smaller time-varying amplitude, as well as a trend to move northward. While during the unstable state, the KE spindle had a longer path length and an integral southward transport trend, and was observed to oscillate significantly over time. The analysis on the KE's upstream and downstream region gives the same variations, indicating that they are significantly affected by the El Nino events. The power spectrum of the mean latitudinal position variation of the KE's upstream and downstream shows significant quasi-decadal oscillation characteristics and strong annual signals. Furthermore, the correlation of the strength variation between the southern RG and the KE's upstream is calculated to be 0.50 after low-pass filtering,and that of the mean latitudinal position variation between the southern RG and the KE's upstream/downstream are 0.75/0.69 after low-pass filtering, respectively.
