| 2 | Coupling effects of tungsten and molybdenum on microstructure and stress-rupture properties of a nickel-base cast superalloy显示文摘In order to comprehensively understand the forming mechanism of abnormal phases solidified in a nickel-base cast superalloy with additives of tungsten and molybdenum, the coupling effects of W and Mo on the microstructure and stress-rupture properties were investigated in this paper. The results indicated that the precipitation of primary α-(W, Mo) phase depended tremendously on the amount of W and Mo addition. When the total amount of W and Mo was greater than 5.79 at%, α-(W, Mo) phase became easily precipitated in the alloy.With increasing of Mo/W ratio, the dendrite-like α-(W, Mo) phases were apt to convert into small bars or blockylike phases at the vicinities of γ′/γ eutectic. The morphological changes of α-(W, Mo) phase can be interpreted as the non-equilibrium solidification of W and Mo in the alloy. Since the large sized α-(W, Mo) phase has detrimental effects on stress-rupture properties in as-cast conditions, secondary cracks may mainly initiate at and then propagate along the interfaces of brittle phases and soft matrix. During exposing at 1100 ℃ for 1000 h, the α-(W, Mo) phases transformed gradually into bigger and harder M_6C carbide, which results in decreasing of stress-rupture properties of the alloy. | 3 | Study of soil-solid adhesion by grey system theory显示文摘The adhesion of soil to solid surface is a complicated interfacial reaction that relates to many factors. Quantitative descriptions of the forming procedures and the conditions of the adhesion interface forming can provide a guidance to the design of the soil-engaging component surfaces with a good anti-adhesion performance. Using a self-developed soil adhesion measurement device, the mean area and mean thickness of the adhesion interface waterfilm and the interfacial adhesion force varied with soil water content and vertical loads are measured. According to the gray system theory, the differential equations of the mean area and the mean thickness of waterfilm and the adhesion force of the interface are developed. The consequences between or among the factors related to the adhesion interface forming process are analyzed quantitatively with the gray correlation analyzing theory. The forming procedure of the adhesion interface and the influence on the mechanic behaviour of soil adhering on a solid surface are demonstrated by the experiments. | 4 | Pan-genome of Raphanus highlights genetic variation and introgression among domesticated,wild,and weedy radishes显示文摘Post-polyploid diploidization associated with descending dysploidy and interspecific introgression drives plant genome evolution by unclear mechanisms.Raphanus is an economically and ecologically important Brassiceae genus and model system for studying post-polyploidization genome evolution and introgres-sion.Here,we report the de novo sequence assemblies for 11 genomes covering most of the typical sub-species and varieties of domesticated,wild and weedy radishes from East Asia,South Asia,Europe,and America.Divergence among the species,sub-species,and South/East Asian types coincided with Quaternary glaciations.A genus-level pan-genome was constructed with family-based,locus-based,and graph-based methods,and whole-genome comparisons revealed genetic variations ranging from single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)to inversions and translocations of whole ancestral karyotype(AK)blocks.Extensive gene flow occurred between wild,weedy,and domesticated radishes.High fre-quencies of genome reshuffling,biased retention,and large-fragment translocation have shaped the genomic diversity.Most variety-specific gene-rich blocks showed large structural variations.Extensive translocation and tandem duplication of dispensable genes were revealed in two large rearrangement-rich islands.Disease resistance genes mostly resided on specific and dispensable loci.Variations causing the loss of function of enzymes modulating gibberellin deactivation were identified and could play an important role in phenotype divergence and adaptive evolution.This study provides new insights into the genomic evolution underlying post-polyploid diploidization and lays the foundation for genetic improve-ment of radish crops,biological control of weeds,and protection of wild species'germplasms. | Xiaohui Zhang Tongjin Liu Jinglei Wang Peng Wang Yang Qiu Wei Zhao Shuai Pang Xiaoman Li Haiping Wang Jiangping Song Wenlin Zhang Wenlong Yang Yuyan Sun Xixiang Li | 2021 | Molecular Plant2021,14,12: | 3 |

| 6 | Laboratory Simulation of the Formation Process of Surface Geochemical Anomalies Applied to Hydrocarbon Exploration显示文摘The formation mechanisms and processes of geochemical anomalies used as proxies in surface geochemistry exploration(SGE) have not been well understood. Previous studies cannot realize 3D measurement of microseeping hydrocarbons from reservoirs to the surface,which made it difficult to understand the features and pathways of deep hydrocarbon microseepages. Understanding the processes of hydrocarbon microseepages will contribute to the acceptance and effectiveness of surface geochemistry. Based on a simplified geological model of hydrocarbon microseepages,including hydrocarbon reservoir,direct caprock,overlying strata and Quaternary sediments,this work established a 3D experimental system to simulate the mechanisms and processes of deep hydrocarbon microseepes extending to the surface. The dispersive halos of microseeping hydrocarbons in the subsurface were adequately described by using this 3D experimental system. Results indicate that different migration patterns of hydrocarbons above the point gas source within the simulated caprock and overlying strata can be reflected by the ratio of i-butane to n-butane(i-C_4/n-C_4),which follow diffusion and infiltration(buoyancy) mechanisms. This is not the case for vertical measurement lines far from the point gas source. A vertical gas flow in the form of a plume was found during hydrocarbon microseepage. For sampling methods,the high-density grid sampling is favorable for delineating prospecting targets. Hydrocarbon infiltration or buoyancy flow occurs in the zones of infiltration clusters,coupling with a diffusion mechanism at the top of the water table and forming surface geochemical anomalies. Concept comparison of urban cultural heritage management and urban planning management 1.1 Urban cultural heritage managementUrban cultural heritage management is an important component of cultural heritage management which is a systematic conser-vation to maintain the cultural value of cul-tural heritages so as to meet the enjoyment demand of the current or future generations. At present, the cultural heritage conserva-tion principles have been defined by many worldwide laws or charters, such as the Venice Charter of ICOMOS, the UNESCO World Heritage Convention, etc., and have been brought into legislation or policies in many countries. The fi nal goal of urban cul-tural heritage management is to find a real sustainable approach to manage heritages, which could benefit the heritages them-selves, the heritage managers and the local communities as well. Cultural heritage man-agement includes the management of urban cultural heritages, that of natural heritages in non-urban areas and that of intangible cultural heritages.1.2 Urban planning managementUrban planning management is a type of urban management. From the practical viewpoint, urban management should be an overall management which includes urban planning management, urban infrastructure and public facility management, urban en-vironment and public order management, etc., takes urban infrastructures and public resources as management object, and ischaracterized by the goal of exerting the comprehensive effects of economy, society and environment. While from the techni-cal viewpoint, urban planning management refers to the planning management executed by urban governments based on the relevant laws and regulations, including the manage-ment of urban land-use and that of different types of constructions. It actually means the organizing, guiding, controlling and coordinating process focusing on different construction projects in cities. The urban cultural heritage mentioned here includes all the physical properties existing in human settlements such as historic cities, districts, town, villages, relics, buildings and structures, as well as landscapes, which could demonstrate the history of an area and the people who live there from generation to generation. Regarding that the spatial layout and the land-use arrangement of these urban cultural heritages are included in urban plan-ning management, the management of these urban cultural heritages should also be a part of urban planning management. Therefore, based on the comparison of the concepts, urban cultural heritage management could be regarded as a kind of integrated management that combines cultural heritage management and urban planning management. 2. | 10 | Residue behaviors and dietary risk of cyazofamid in turnip,onion and romaine lettuce assessed by a QuEChERS-LC-MS/MS methods显示文摘In this study, the dissipation, terminal residues and dietary risk of the cyazofamid residue in three globally consumed minor crops, turnip(Brassica rapa L.), onion(Allium cepa L.)and romaine lettuce(Lactuca sativa L.)were assessed by supervised field trials at 6 locations of China in 2020. A reliable QuEChERS-LC-MS/MS method was developed for simultaneous analysis of cyazofamid and its primary metabolite, 4-chloro-5-p-tolylimidazole-2-carbonitrile(CCIM). The average recoveries of cyazofamid and CCIM in turnip, onion and romaine lettuce were 79%–97% and 77%–99%, respectively. The half-lives of cyazofamid in these crops were 5.7–6.5, 5.3–8.7 and 5.8–6.5 days in turnip, onion and romaine lettuce, respectively, with the final cyazofamid residues at harvest all lower than limit of quantitation(LOQ, 0.01 mg/kg). The turnip roots, onion bulbs and romaine lettuce leaves grown in China under Good Agricultural Practices conditions and harvested 10, 14 and 5 days, respectively, after the cyazofamid SC(100 g/L)application, would be reasonably safe for consumption by the general population. | 11 | Thermodynamic Modelling of Ore-Forming Mechanism of the Changkeng Gold-Silver Deposits in Guangdong Province显示文摘The Changkeng gold-silver deposits consist of a sediment-hosted, disseminated gold deposit and a replacement-type silver deposit. The mineralizations of gold and silver are zoned and closely related to the silicification of carbonate and clastic rocks, so that siliceous ores dominate in the deposit. The mineralizing temperature ranges mainly from 300 to 170℃, and K+, Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+, and Cl- are the major ions in the ore-forming fluid. Calculations of distribution of metal complexes show that gold is mainly transported by hydrosulphide complexes, but chloride complexes of silver, iron, lead, and zinc, which are transformed into hydroxyl and hydrosulphide complexes under neutral to weak-alkaline circumstances in the late stage, predominate in the ore-forming solutions. Water-rock interaction is confirmed to be the effective mechanism for the formation of silver ores by computer modelling of reaction of hydrothermal solution with carbonate rocks. | 16 | Opportunity Inequality in Income Gap of China-A Decomposition Based on Regression Equation显示文摘Using China General Social Survey(CGSS)data and a decomposition method based on regression equation,this paper decomposes the reasons for income gap in urban areas,rural areas and the whole country in general into three factors-opportunity inequality stemming from environmental factors,income inequality stemming from effort factors,and income inequality from luck and unknown factors.The results are as follows.(1)From 2010 to 2015,opportunity inequality on a national,urban and rural scale went up first and down later,with a rising contribution from Hukou(household registration)at birth.(2)Estimate shows that China’s opportunity inequality was 24.39%in 2010,28.04%in 2012,peaks at 35.72%in 2013 and falls to 30.56%in 2015,but the percentages would be 8%overestimated if Party membership,migration,and the interactions between environmental and effort factors are excluded.(3)In the 2010-2015 period,the average opportunity inequality in rural areas was 33.31%,about eight percentage points higher than in urban areas.While age and gender can explain the high rate in rural areas,difference in the place of residence is the main reason for inequality in urban areas.Therefore,this paper proposes three ways to mitigate opportunity inequality-coordinating regional development,improving fair competition in employment,and accelerating the reform of Hukou system. | Chen Wang Tongjin Zhang Guanghua Wan | 2020 | China Finance and Economic Review2020,9,2: | 0 |
| 17 | Enhancing the Circularly Polarized Luminescence of Self-assembled Cyanostilbenes through Extended π-Conjugation显示文摘Chiral supramolecular assembly of π-conjugated luminophores provides a promising avenue for enhancing circularly polarized luminescence.In this study,we shed light on the impact of π-conjugation length on circularly polarized luminescent performance of the resulting supramolecular assemblies,by designing a tetra-cyanostilbene monomeric compound alongside two dicyanostilbene control compounds.These cyanostilbene-based compounds possess the ability to form chiral supramolecular polymers in toluene,driven by a synergistic combination of intermolecular hydrogen bonding and π-stacking interactions.The extended π π-aromatic skeleton brings bathochromic-shifted fluorescence and enhanced intermolecular stacking capability for the tetra-cyanostilbene compound.Consequently,chiral supramolecular assemblies formed by the tetra-cyanostilbene compound demonstrate a remarkable two-fold increase in g_(lum) values relative to the assemblies formed by the dicyanostilbene compounds.Overall,this study provides valuable insights into the relationship between-conjugation length and the circularly polarized luminescent performance of π-conjugatedsupramolecularassemblies. | Tongjin Lv Song Wu Yu Jin Jianfei Ma Sixun Jiang Yuncong Xue Feng Wang | 2024 | Chinese Journal of Chemistry2024,42,2: | 0 |
