| 2 | 英国高校图书馆学科服务现状调查和分析显示文摘[目的/意义]调查和分析英国高校图书馆学科服务的内容、组织结构、教学和培训的主要方式、技术手段和反馈模式,发掘其对国内学科服务的参考价值。[方法/过程]利用Qualtrics网上调查平台,对英国高校图书馆的学科服务内容、组织架构、教学和培训的方式、新技术和反馈手段等进行调查,收到来自英国50所高校图书馆的58份有效问卷,并利用Qualtrics和SPSS对数据进行分析。[结果/结论]英国高校图书馆的学科服务内容由传统的馆藏资源建设、学科联系、信息素养培训逐渐外延,面向用户提供多项科研支持服务。功能性组织架构成为英国高校图书学科服务的主流结构,但基于学科的服务模式依然占有一席之地,部分图书馆采用二元结构,兼顾功能角色和学科角色。通识教学和嵌入式教学相结合已成为英国高校图书馆教学和培训的主流方式,新技术在英国高校图书馆教学和培训中应用广泛,教学和培训的反馈方式多样化。 | 张毓晗 Liz Waller Vanya Gallimore 凌世婷 | 2017 | 图书情报工作2017，61，11： | 10 |
| 3 | Increased intestinal permeability in inflammatory bowel diseases assessed by iohexol test显示文摘AIM:To study intestinal permeability(IP) and its relationship to the disease activity in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD)-Crohn's disease(CD) and ulcerative colitis(UC).METHODS:Fifty-eight patients with active IBD(32 with CD and 26 with UC) and 25 healthy controls consented to participate in the study.The clinical activity of CD was estimated using the Crohn's Disease Activity Index(CDAI),and the endoscopic activity of UC using the Mayo scoring system.IP was assessed by the rise in levels of iohexol,which was administered orally(25 mL,350 mg/mL) 2 h after breakfast.Three and six hours later serum(SIC mg/L) and urine(UIC g/mol) iohexol concentrations were determined by a validated HPLC-UV technique.RESULTS:In the CD group,SIC values at 3 h(2.95 ± 2.11 mg/L) and at 6 h after ingestion(2.63 ± 2.18 mg/L) were significantly higher compared to those of healthy subjects(1.25 ± 1.40 mg/L and 1.11 ± 1.10 mg/L,respectively,P < 0.05).UIC(g/mol) values were also higher in patients,but the differences were significant only for UIC at 6 h.Significant positive correlation(P < 0.05) was found between the CDAI and IP,assessed by SIC at 3 h(r = 0.60) and 6 h(r = 0.74) after the ingestion.In comparison to controls,SIC and UIC of UC patients were higher in the two studied periods,but the differences were significant at 6 h only.Significantly higher values of SIC(P < 0.05) were found in patients with severe endoscopic activity of UC compared to those of patients with mild and moderate activity(3.68 ± 3.18 vs 0.92 ± 0.69 mg/L).CONCLUSION:Serum levels of iohexol at 3 h and 6 h after its ingestion reflect increased IP,which is related to the disease activity in patients with IBD. | Vanya A Gerova Simeon G Stoynov Dimitar S Katsarov Dobrin A Svinarov | 2011 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2011，17，17： | 6 |
| 4 | Collaborative validation of GlobeLand30:Methodology and practices显示文摘30-m Global Land Cover(GLC)data products permit the detection of land cover changes at the scale of most human land activities,and are therefore used as fundamental information for sustainable development,environmental change studies,and many other societal benefit areas.In the past few years,increasing efforts have been devoted to the accuracy assessment of GlobeLand30 and other finer-resolution GLC data products.However,most of them were conducted either within a limited percentage of map sheets selected from a global scale or in some individual countries(areas),and there are still many areas where the uncertainty of 30-m resolution GLC data products remains to be validated and documented.In order to promote a comprehensive and collaborative validation of 30-m GLC data products,the GEO Global Land Cover Community Activity had organized a project from 2015 to 2017,to examine and explore its major problems,including the lack of international agreed validation guidelines and on-line tools for facilitating collaborative validation activities.With the joint effort of experts and users from 30 GEO member countries or participating organizations,a technical specification for 30-m GLC validation was developed based on the findings and experiences.An on-line validation tool,GLCVal,was developed by integrating land cover validation procedures with the service computing technologies.About 20 countries(regions)have completed the accuracy assessment of GlobeLand30 for their territories with the guidance of the technical specification and the support of GLCVal. | Jun Chen Lijun Chen Fei Chen Yifang Ban Songnian Li Gang Han Xiaohua Tong Chuang Liu Vanya Stamenova Stefan Stamenov | 2021 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2021，24，1： | 5 |
