| 1 | Approach to inter-satellite time synchronization for micro-satellite cluster显示文摘Micro-satellite cluster enables a whole new class of missions for communications, remote sensing, and scientific research for both civilian and military purposes. Synchronizing the time of the satellites in a cluster is important for both cluster sensing capabilities and its autonomous operating. However, the existing time synchronization methods are not suitable for microsatellite cluster, because it requires too many human interventions and occupies too much ground control resource. Although, data post-process may realize the equivalent time synchronization, it requires processing time and powerful computing ability on the ground, which cannot be implemented by cluster itself. In order to autonomously establish and maintain the time benchmark in a cluster, we propose a compact time difference compensation system(TDCS), which is a kind of time control loop that dynamically adjusts the satellite reference frequency according to the time difference. Consequently, the time synchronization in the cluster can be autonomously achieved on-orbit by synchronizing the clock of other satellites to a chosen one's. | 5 | Age-specific effectiveness of primary human papillomavirus screening versus cytology in a cervical cancer screening program: a nationwide cross-sectional study显示文摘Background:Primary human papillomavirus(HPV)screening is recommended for the detection of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)in the general pop-ulation;however,the triage for HPV-positive women remains a challenge.This study aimed to evaluate the age-specific effectiveness of primary HPV screening versus primary cytology screening for identifying optimal strategies for women of different ages.Methods:The dataset of the prevalence round screening was derived from the National Cervical Cancer Screening Program in China.Primary cervical screen-ing protocols included cytology only,HPV testing with cytology triage,and HPV testing with HPV-16/18 genotyping plus cytology triage.The primary outcomes were age-specific detection rate,colposcopy referral rate and positive predictive value(PPV)for CIN2+.Multivariate Poisson regression was used to evaluate the relativeeffectivenessofHPVtestingandcytologyaccordingtoagegroups.TheI 2 statisticwitharandom-effectmodelwasusedtotesttheheterogeneityinrelative effectiveness of HPV testing versus cytology between age groups.Results:This study included 1,160,981 women.HPV testing with HPV-16/18 genotyping plus cytology triage significantly increased the CIN2+detection by 36%(rate ratio[RR]:1.36,95%confidential interval[CI]1.21–1.54)for women aged 35-44 years and by 34%(RR:1.34,95%CI 1.20-1.51)for women aged 45-54 years compared with cytology only.HPV testing with cytology triage had simi-lar CIN2+detection rate compared with cytology only.The PPVs were substan-tially increased for both HPV testing groups.Among women aged 55-64 years old,HPV testing with HPV-16/18 genotyping plus cytology triage increased the colposcopyreferralrateby19%(RR1.19,95%CI1.10-1.29)comparedwithcytology only,butdidnotincreasetheCIN2+detection(1.09,0.91–1.30).Theeffectiveness ofHPVtestingwithcytologytriagedidnotchangeinolderwomen.Thebetween-age-group heterogeneity in the effectiveness was statistically significant for HPV testing with HPV-16/18 genotyping plus cytology triage versus cytology only.Conclusions:Our results suggested that the effectiveness of primary HPV screeningwithdifferenttriagestrategiesdifferedamongagegroups.HPVtesting with HPV-16/18 genotyping plus cytology triage could be used for women aged 35-54 years to detect more lesions,and HPV testing with cytology triage could balance the CIN2+detection and the number of colposcopies for women aged 55-64 years.Longitudinal data including both prevalence and incidence screen-ing rounds are warranted to assess age-specific triage strategies. | Heling Bao Lan Ma Yanxia Zhao Bo Song Jiangli Di Linhong Wang Yanqiu Gao Wenhui Ren Shi Wang Jiuling Wu Hai-Jun Wang | 2022 | Cancer Communications2022,42,3: | 1 |

| 10 | Molecular dynamics simulation of diffusion of nanoparticles in mucus显示文摘The rapid diffusion of nanoparticles(NPs) through mucus layer is critical for efficient transportation of NPs-loaded drug delivery system. To understand how the physical and surface properties of NPs affect their diffusion in mucus, we have developed a coarse-grained molecular dynamics model to study the diffusion of NPs in modeled mucus layer. Both steric obstruction and hydrodynamic interaction are included in the model capable of capturing the key characteristics of NPs' diffusion in mucus. The results show that both particle size and surface properties significantly affect the diffusivities of NPs in mucus. Furthermore, we find rodlike NPs can gain a higher diffusivity than spherical NPs with the same hydrodynamic diameter. In addition, the disturbed environment can enhance the diffusivity of NPs. It's based on the biological impedance method to measure and control, which resolve the disadvantage of traditional infuser device:large power dissipation, big size, AC power supply only and can't be use in field. The whole device weights 250 gram and sizes as two mobile phone together. Results:Model device experiment shows:six number 7 standard AAA size alkaline batteries will run the pump for approximately 8-10 h at 6 liters per hour; IV bag can be placed at any position of patient, even under the stretcher. Methods: Sixty SPF-class male DS rats were divided into 2 groups, 20 for normobaric, hypoxic conditions and the other 40 for hypobaric, hypoxic conditions. For each group, the pulmonary arterial pressure and carotid arterial pressure indicators of rats were examined by using the physiological multi-detector, and the pulmonary vascular changes in the structure were observed. Results: The normobaric/hypobaric hypoxic with high carbon dioxide environment can promote the formation of pulmonary hypertension and accelerate changes in pulmonary vascular remodeling, and promote the right ventricular hypertrophy. Conclusion: Clinical applications showed that the animal experimental cabin has observed and controlled accurately. The result was safe, reliable and reproducible. | 15 | Robust description and recognition of various viewpoint dynamic textures显示文摘The problem of recognizing natural scenes, such as water, smoke, fire, wind-blown vegetation and a flock of flying birds, is considered. These scenes exhibit the characteristic dynamic pattern, but have stochastic extent. They are referred to as dynamic texture(DT). In reality, the diversity of DTs on different viewpoints and scales are very common, which also bring great difficulty to recognize DTs. In the previous studies, due to no considering of the deformable and transient nature of elements in DT, the motion estimation method is based on brightness constancy assumption,which seem inappropriate for aggregate and complex motions. A novel motion model based on relative motion in the neighborhood of two-dimensional motion fields is proposed. The estimation of non-rigid motion of DTs is based on the continuity equation, and then the local vector difference(LVD) is proposed to characterize DT local relative motion. Spatiotemporal statistics of the LVDs is used as the representation of DT sequences. | 17 | Atmospheric Methane over the Past 2000 Years from a Sub-tropical Ice Core, Central Himalayas显示文摘A high-resolution 2000-year methane record has been constructed from an ice core recovered at 7200 m a.s.l. on the Dasuopu Glacier in the central Himalayas. This sub-tropical methane record reveals an increasing trend in the concentration of methane during the industrial era that is similar to observations from polar regions. However, we also observed the differences in the atmospheric methane mixing ratio between this monsoon record and those from polar regions during pre-industrial times. In the time interval 0-1850 A.D., the average methane concentration in the Dasuopu ice core was 782±40 ppbv and the maximum temporal variation exceeded 200 ppbv. The difference gradient of methane concentration in Dasuopu ice core with Greenland and Antarctica cores are 66±40 ppbv and 107±40 ppbv, respectively. This suggests that the tropical latitudes might have acted as a major global methane source in pre- industrial times. In addition, the temporal fluctuation of the pre-industrial methane records suggests that monsoon evolution incorporated with high methane emission from south Asia might be responsible for the relatively high methane concentration observed in the Dasuopu ice core around A.D. 800 and A.D. 1600. The flow speed decreases while satellite moves close to the Earth. The plasma flow in the region close to the Earth tends to drift into the midnight region from the dawn and dusk region while the flow in the region away from the Earth shows an opposite drift. The obser- vational results also show that the tailward flows are mainly located in the plasma sheet boundary while the earthward flow becomes dominant in the plasma sheet. It is found that both the strong tailward and earthward flows are distributed in the region around X= -11Re, which coincides with the trigger region of the substorm onset. Hence, it may suggest that the flows are related with the trigger of the substorm onset.
